Abstract

A website will always have vulnerabilities in its system. One of the vulnerabilities that often occur on a website is an input validation problem or error handling that usually occurs in an input form. Testing on the Pamulang University e-learning website is important to guarantee that the software produced is meet the requirements. This test is doing to measure how good is the quality of the Pamulang University e-learning website. Good quality service will give satisfaction to students as users who benefit the most from the website. Testing the Pamulang University e-learning website is done using the black box testing method with the fuzzing technique approach. This technique can display complete information regarding the response from the server when the input form is giving abnormal data. The information obtained will later be analyzed to determine possible vulnerabilities.

Abstract

Augmented Reality is an IT technology that combines 2D or 3D virtual objects into a real environment and then projects these virtual objects in reality in real time. One way to use technology that researchers want to apply is to combine it with cultural products, namely traditional snacks. The increasing sources of information nowadays make modern snacks more popular than traditional foods. The author makes an application that can help introduce traditional snacks to the community. The method used to build the application is the Microsoft Solution Framework and Object Oriented Development methods. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the author succeeded in making an Augmented Reality Application Android for the introduction of traditional Balinese snacks using markers as media. The application is named ARjaje where the application can display 3-dimensional objects and use 2 buttons that can display information related to 3D objects in Indonesian or English. The application can display 14 types of traditional Balinese snacks and the application has been tested using the blackbox method.

Abstract

Today, organizations are surrounded by a volatile environment, which may change at any time and can be a new risk. Therefore, organizations must arm themselves with comprehensive knowledge to be able to deal with the risks posed by an unstable environment. In order for organizations to obtain comprehensive risk information, Knowledge Risk Management (KRM) is needed, which is the intersection of two previously separate fields, namely Risk Management (RM) and Knowledge Management (KM). How can KM reduce risk leading to better risk management? how can the KM process increase RM? and what is the mutually reinforcing integration between RM and KM? To address these questions, the researcher conducted a systematic literature review (SLR) of 42 relevant empirical studies. In order to improve the efficiency of the RM process using the KM process, a knowledge-based risk management (KBRM) process will be used. Utilization of KRM can significantly support the achievement and maintenance of competitive advantage and bring several benefits to software development.

Abstract

In its application, the administrative system at LPIK STIKI still uses conventional methods or has not used the system. There are several obstacles when using the conventional method, namely, letter archiving that is less than optimal, it is still difficult when searching for letters because archiving is not optimal, and generating / making letters is still manual. So to facilitate the administration of correspondence in LPIK STIKI, it is deemed necessary to create a correspondence management administration system. The method used to build a correspondence information system is the Extreme Programming (XP) method. The XP method was chosen because it can build a system in a short time and the demands or business processes of system stakeholders that often change. From the results of research that has been carried out the system built can run as expected by the user, this is evidenced by the results of testing with the black box testing method. The Extreme Programming method approach used by researchers in building the system really helps speed up system development and is proven to be efficient.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, ZOOM Cloud Meetings video conference application was felt to be of benefit. This is due to limited direct physical contact and all activities are carried out virtually from home. So that during the pandemic the ZOOM Cloud Meetings application was widely downloaded by various groups of people, and reaped various responses from users who complained on the Google Play Store. Complaints from user reviews can contain valuable information for application development. To obtain this information, user reviews of applications are classified based on the ISO 9126 category. ISO 9126 is one of the standards for evaluating software based on user satisfaction. The ISO standards used are functionality, efficiency, reliability, maintainability, portability, and usability. This study uses the CRISP-DM research methodology and for modeling in the classification applies the Naïve Bayes Classifier and Information Gain. Information Gain is used for word conversion and data transformation from categorical to numeric and to reduce data dimensions. Naïve Bayes is able to predict data to enter the classification class. Testing of the model applies manual and automatic k-fold cross validation testing. The results of the classification of the model in manual testing produce the best accuracy of 79% and the k-fold cross validation test is 80.51%. The existence of this accuracy value is expected to be a reference for developing the ZOOM Cloud Meetings application.

Abstract

One of the important stages in the development of a system is testing. This stage is to ensure that the system that has been built is of good quality. The testing technique commonly used is blackbox testing. BlackBox testing to check whether the system interface functions are appropriate or not. The SMME equity empowerment system with the SIOSTIUM domain has been completed. So, the next stage is to check the system, whether the function of each form is running according to the program that has been used. Thus the blackbox testing technique used in this study is Equivalence Partitions. The way the Equivalence Partitions technique works is to see based on the input data on each form for testing based on its function. Based on the testing in this study, it was concluded that the quality of the MSME equity empowerment system was in accordance with the expected function.

Abstract

Data science competence is still quite uncommon for most people, even though this competence is very important in managing business development strategies in various leading industrial fields. Through data science, companies can find patterns, perform clustering, calculate predictions more accurately to make decisions that have an impact on company excellence. Lack of knowledge about data science, researchers seek firstly in the industry to explore tools that are mostly used, convenience, challenges, measuring success tools and advantages. In this study, the researchers conducted a Focus Group Discussion by interviewing resource persons who worked as Data Scientists. Interview method to discuss aspects of Demographics, aspects of Technology-Task Fitness, and aspects of the Technology Acceptance Model. The results of this study conclude that the tools that are the mainstay of the industry in Surabaya and its surroundings area are Jupyter Notebook, Python, and Tableau. The success in using these tools still depends on the user's abilities, the results of user simulations, team discussions, and the evaluation process.

Abstract

For the management of raw material supply problems and optimization of the production process, appropriate methods are needed, fuzzy linear programming algorithm is the right model to provide recommendations related to production forecasting problems. The results of the prediction of ideal production potential provide recommendations for the optimal profit that will be obtained if selling 10 kitchen set products, 10 work tables and 10 wardrobes, with this sale the company will get an income of Rp. 154,500,000. Forecasting results have been tested using training data and testing data, the recommendations given by the system have an accuracy of 97.8%.

Abstract

Each community area has information, announcements and news made in a picture, pamphlet or poster. However, there are a lot of foreign languages in the information that are not understood by most people because of the lack of literacy in foreign language learning for the community, for that the author makes research on text recognition. Recognition or detection of text characters is also known as optical character recognition (OCR), which converts handwritten or printed text into data that can be edited and read by the system. After the text is converted into written form, the text is then converted from a foreign language (English) and then converted become Indonesian. This study uses observation and literature study in collecting information and materials for research, while for the method of making the system using prototyping which the system can be developed more quickly. The results of this application can help the people of Gunungendut Village to overcome the problem of understanding foreign language info that is in the image so that it is easy to understand using a mobile application.

Abstract

Information systems are used for academic, learning and administrative processes in education. Information systems implementation requires processes and stages and interrelated with another. In implementation process, failure may occur which cause losses in material, time, and other resources. Furthermore, process of implementing information systems also has an impact that needs to be considered, namely changes. The success of an organization in implementing information systems be affected by changes management level, so needs guideline to manage these changes. This paper proposes change management model in implementation of information systems adopted from 3 existing change management models, 7 steps McKinsey, 8 steps Kotter, and Prosci ADKAR. Aspects of proposed change management model are based on critical success factors of change management from previous studies so that new change management model is obtained which consists of 8 domains and 20 aspects. By knowing things to consider in managing change, domains, aspects and factors that affect success of change management, this model can help to achieve objectives in information systems implementation.
