Abstract

Natural and non-natural disasters are closely related to material and non-material losses. Government agencies are one of the important elements in disaster mitigation and preparedness efforts in order to reduce the number of victims and losses that will be caused. Disaster preparedness in the work unit is influenced by several factors, including regional characteristics, experience in disasters, education level, and employee conditions. This study aims to obtain a classification method that is able to predict the status of the Disaster Mitigation and Preparedness Index of work units based on several factors that affect disaster preparedness. Data processing uses the R Studio application with the Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Random Forest classification methods. Several studies have shown that the accuracy of the SVM and Random Forest classification methods tends to be better when compared to other classification methods. In addition, SVM is able to classify non-linear data and with Random Forest there will be no overfit as the number of trees increases. The results showed that the Random Forest classification method had higher accuracy, precision, and recall values than SVM with an accuracy value of 78.22%, precision of 75.54%, and recall of 76%.

Abstract

PT Layangan Putus is a company that operates in the electronics section, especially producing CCTV and other equipment. In the process of work PT. Layangan Putus are still lacking in terms of the payroll process because they still use the manual method. Therefore, a more efficient website-based payroll system was designed in order to facilitate the payroll process of PT. Layangan Putus for employees. Payroll is a reward given to employees to move employees to work in a company. The use in this method is Waterfall. In this method, in addition to simplifying the performance of employee salary-based input, it also helps in minimizing an error in calculating employee salaries.

Abstract

This futsal application is an application design to assist the administration of payments and orders for a futsal business anywhere. With this application it becomes easier to order and pay for the application that was created. Technological developments continue to grow along with increasing industrial progress in various fields. In addition to functioning as a means of information, for industry players, technology is also useful as a means of branding or promoting the industry they are running. The initial stage in this test is checking the futsal field booking application by using netbeans. Then, it is continued with writing concentration which aims to collect information that supports and is related to how to collect writings, diaries, papers and readings related to the title of the exam. Next is a needs investigation carried out to complete this test. The next stage is to test the system. In the application there are several forms, including field reservations, field rentals, payments, reservations/tenants, name and telephone forms. In this test, it is tested on the field registration registration form. In the field registration form, the admin can add new information and data columns. Admin can also view and change the data fields that have been added previously. The final result that has been made in this test is that the Black Box with Boundary Value Analysis technique can help the most common way of making experiments and quality testing. The test results for the additional field structure are 100% effective. The creators suggest that further exploration in the trial period does not use only one testing technique, so the results can be much more valid

Abstract

Currently, technological mastery is needed in various industrial sectors, so that Indonesia does not lag behind in technology and is able to create innovative products and be able to compete with the global market. The condition is that the products in the Indonesian market are dominated by the import market, including the medical device sector. For this reason, as an effort to reduce the number of imports, it can be done by further maximizing the capacity to use domestic products that are used by industry players and the public there is trust and pride in domestic products and encourage an increase in the number of products resulting from research and domestic innovation, including Direct Digital Rongten devices. (DDR) domestic products, of course, are more economical and of high quality. Technology valuation of DDR products needs to be carried out through identification and measurement to find out the mapping related to technology readiness and an overview of product downstreaming and commercialization. From the measurement results using the TMCRL method, where TRL is at level 5 (levels 1-9), MRL is at level 2 (levels 1-10), and CRL is at level 2 (levels 1-9). Based on the mapping, it can be seen that the product is still in the applied research stage, and still needs to be prepared to enter the development stage, including quality testing and certification. For this reason, the choice of industrial development strategy in accelerating DDR production is to strengthen the innovation system by involving health technology product innovation players in pentahelix collaboration (government, industry, universities, non-governmental organizations, as well as financing & investment institutions).

Abstract

The Directorate of Community Empowerment and Processed Food Business Actors (PMPUPO), is one of the Directorates within the Deputy for Processed Food Supervision of the Food and Drug Monitoring Agency (BPOM), has the task of implementing policies, drafting norms, standards, procedures, criteria, implementing technical guidance and supervision, as well as evaluation and reporting. The PMPUPO 2020 website has a lot of data, so the program monitoring process is less effective. That way the program data processing process is difficult to access by the leadership so that sometimes it results in discrepancies between the reports made and the existing data. Therefore, in this study, an information system for monitoring program integration at the PMPUPO Directorate was created to make it easier for leaders to access or obtain strategic data. The data used in this study were obtained from the Directorate of PMPUPO. The research method used includes three main parts, namely data collection, system analysis and development of a linear sequential model system. Based on the results of system testing that has been carried out, this system has functioned well, which is indicated by the availability of the speed of information obtained in the form of distribution maps, graphs, and reports so that it can make it easier for leaders to access or obtain information.

Abstract

Todays information systems are particularly conducive to the daily needs and convenience of the community, in todays modern age so much of the activities that could be made easier by the help of the application information system, for example to the customer customer no longer need to take the time to come to see and select the type of products sold by property providers, Therefore the researcher wants to create a desktop based application program through quick research to make sales transactions and purchases easier in the property sector, in which case researchers want to create a desktop home sales application. In the application there are multiple functions that begin with customer record-keeping, customer data storage and display products sold by property providers. To achieve the design of the application, researchers use more like waterfall development software methods, the research phase will be starting through software analysis and requirements, application design interface, implementation, and then final stage will be where the application is tested. At the testing stage all is as we would like it to be, the applications are functioning accordingly, and it is hoped that they will be useful in supporting communities in property sector transactions.

Abstract

Meeclo Store is an UMKM business engaged in the sale of women's clothing, located in Depok, West Java. The problem faced in the current system is that the processing of goods data, administration and printing of reports using the xls format in Microsoft Office Excel is still an obstacle for employees and shop owners, because the current format is still limited, including in processing data. Both employees and owners can manage all existing data without any restrictions to employees, so that privacy matters are known by employees. The second thing is there are still human errors experienced during the operation. The third thing is that the printing of the report must first filter the required data,so that it takes a long time. In addition of these three things, the current owner also needs an operating system that can be used flexibly and efficiently in data processing. Therefore, the author makes an information system that is appropriate and needed by the problems faced by the Meeclo store owner. In this study the author used the Waterfall method as a reference in the process. The information system produced in this study can process incoming and outgoing transaction data to make various types of reports that are easy and fast.

Abstract

A semester exam conducted using google form on SMK 1 Kendari could be used as a loophole for cheating. It is requires a system that can randomize the question using specified algorithm.  Multiply With Carry Generator algorithm is a simple interlinear numbers algorithm that can be used to solve this problem. In several previous studies, this algorithm has been widely used to generate random numbers in several programming applications. They are outgrown by the algorithm Multiply With Carry Generator, which is at the speed of generating random numbers and also the length of the randomness cycle produced by Multiply With Carry Generator, which uses two seeds to produce more seed variations. Based on testing runs perform to test the randomize of the algorithm Multiply With Carry Generator in 10 students with 20 numbers of question produce randomize question with test results received . It’s prove that Multiply With Carry Generator algorithm can be used to randomize the question and can be implemented in SMK 1 Kendari exam test system.

Abstract

In modern times like today, almost every field of human work demands that everything be done quickly and effectively, including in terms of service to the government process, but currently the Rantau Indah village in providing services to the community still uses conventional methods of making outgoing letters such as certificates. unable, birth certificates, and others have to come and then wait at the kelurahan office for quite a long time to complete the letters, so many people complain about this. In helping to realize a better service, an information system is needed. The design and manufacture of this kelurahan information system has the main focus as a mail service medium that aims to facilitate the service process at the Rantau Indah subdistrict office as well as a wider kelurahan access facility for the community itself. A web-based urban village information system that can be accessed through certain pages using PC and smartphone devices, was built using the prototype method where the process flow consists of data collection, rapid design, making prototypes in the form of UML and mock-ups then implementation into a programming language (coding) and the last is final system testing and improvement accompanied by periodic system maintenance. The testing process uses the black-box method where the system is tested to get a conclusion whether there are still errors or not by paying attention to the black-box testing steps based on previous research references. From this test, a conclusion is made of the success and failure of the system which will later become a benchmark for the success of the system being built. Functional errors or errors that are still in the system are then repaired and refined until the system can work properly when used.
