Abstract

The service center in a company or agency is a place to serve various kinds of questions and customer complaints served by a customer service. However, it is undeniable that the role of customer service has many shortcomings, such as having to answer repeated questions given to different customers and limited hours. With the rapid development of technology, this role is now supported by an interactive automation system in answering questions given to customers. The automation system in question is a virtual assistant in the form of a chatbot. The application in the chatbot design is built by utilizing text mining reasoning, applying patterns between user input and the database using the Brute Force algorithm, and the process of correcting erroneous words using the Peter Norvig algorithm. Text mining can be defined as the process of extracting the required information from textual sources, the Brute Force algorithm performs a pattern from left to right, and the Peter Norvig method for correcting words by deciphering each letter in the wrong word. The chatbot design is useful in increasing the quality and effectiveness of services at LAZISMU DIY. The chatbot system that was built certainly passed the method validation test process. Testing is done by implementing the black-box testing method. The test results obtained are based on 7 test scenarios with a total of 96 questions, which is 93%.

Abstract

Sterilization is a process of eradicating microorganisms both viruses and bacteria. This Arduino-based mask sterilization machine aims to sterilize used masks so they can be reused, reduce the impact of used mask waste and save on the cost of buying new masks. This machine works in a way, used masks are put into the sterilizer, then the LM35 sensor will detect the temperature inside the tool and display it on the LCD. When the detected temperature is met, the injector pump assisted by a DC motor will spray the alcohol solution onto the surface of the mask, after which the timer will turn on and the mask will be irradiated by an ultraviolet lamp of 211320 lux for a duration of 15 minutes. The sterilization results had a presentation rate of killing bacteria of 75.92% and a percentage of killing yeast of 66.6%. after the irradiation process is complete it is indicated by a buzzer sound.

Abstract

In today's technological developments, there are many applications and systems that have been used by the community, both children and adults. This impact causes the technological era to continue to develop rapidly so that the existence of applications has become a basic need for the community. One of the emerging technologies today is an application that can help learn for its users. However, in the market, educational applications still have less attractive elements and features. So, this study aims to develop applications with the theme of education by utilizing the UX Design and Gamification approach. This approach aims to make users more interested and in accordance with user needs. The case study used in this research is English grammar because this knowledge is an important knowledge base that must be possessed by everyone. The test is carried out on users who are students because they are respondents who are in accordance with the grammar level. The test results show that the NPS value given has an average of 59%. This indicates that the application has been accepted by the user. So that by developing this application, it is hoped that it can help users in learning English grammar interactively.

Abstract

User satisfaction is one of the most important factors for the successful implementation of information systems, including academic information systems in tertiary institutions. The academic information system at the Polytechnic has never been evaluated for user satisfaction, so there may be obstacles in its use. Since the implementation of this academic information system, several problems have been found, such as incorrect grades entered, some functions not running optimally, information is rarely updated, sometimes the server goes down, so the system cannot be used. The problem encountered may be due to an academic information system whose satisfaction factor has never been evaluated based on the end user's perception. As a result, the system does not meet the end user's needs and expectations so they are not very satisfied with using it. The purpose of this study is to measure the quality of academic information systems and determine user satisfaction. The model used in this study is End User Computer Satisfaction (EUCS) which consists of five factors, namely Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of use, Timeliness as the independent variable and satisfaction as the dependent variable. The sample in this study was 146 respondents consisting of students. Data collection used a closed questionnaire consisting of 13 questions for the five variables studied. The results of this study were obtained based on data analysis carried out using descriptive analysis techniques using a range of categories and percentages via a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the level of satisfaction of users of academic information systems at Polytechnics as a whole is included in the agree category. Users feel satisfied using the Polytechnic academic information system, with a percentage value of 76.43%.

Abstract

In this era, the mechanism for the development of buying and selling products or services is very rapid, especially in the field of auctions. Advances in information and communication technology such as the internet and websites are very important to use, one of which is in the implementation of auctions. Through this process, prospective participants and bidders will register to take part in the event and have the right to be the winner of the auction, it's just that until now all the processes are still using the conventional system. As a solution to overcome this problem, the author conducted a study that aims to transform a conventional system into a modern system by developing a web-based e-Auction application. In its development, the author uses agile methods to approach so that the resulting application is in accordance with user needs. This application uses the PHP programming language (Hypertext Preprocessor), the program framework uses CodeIgniter, Socket.io to create e-Auction features and MySQL as a database to store data. The results of this study are in the form of a web-based e-Auction application that results in accurate and more computerized data management in conducting auctions, and can minimize data loss.

Abstract

The development of the use of the internet is currently very rapid and has resulted in many changes in the order of people's lives, including educational institutions that use the internet by building websites for their business process needs. The Informatics Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Computer Science, Pamulang University is a quite large study program in terms of the number of students who have a website as a form of communication with its users, be it lecturers, students, and the community in general, but from the analysis results it is still not optimal in its utilization. Therefore the first step taken is to evaluate the extent of student satisfaction with the quality of the website. The measurement process is carried out through an assessment by Informatics Engineering Study Program students through a questionnaire prepared according to the WebQual 4.0 device. This method was chosen because it is one of the methods or techniques used to measure website quality based on the end user's perceived quality in three areas, namely Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality, and Usability. The measurement results obtained that Usability, Information Quality, and Interaction Quality together had a very positive and significant effect on student satisfaction and could explain the satisfaction variable of 86.7% while the remaining 13.3% was another factor.

Abstract

Proses validasi yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui kualitas dari suatu perangkat lunak merupakan pengertian dari pengujian perangkat lunak. Pengujian ditujukan untuk mengetahui kesalahan keluaran aplikasi yang mengakibatkan sistem tidak berjalan dengan semestinya. ada 4 jenis pengujian Black Box di antaranya, yaitu teknik Pairwise Testing, Boundary Value Analysis, Equivalence Partitioning dan Error Guessing. memiliki sebuah kelebihan dan kekurangan sesuai dengan kebutuhan aplikasi yang diuji. dipilih lah teknik Equivalence Partitioning sebagai sebuah pengujian Black box karena sesuai dengan kebutuhan pada aplikasi Sistem Informasi Koperasi berbasis web, pada pengujian ini dibagi 2 jangkauan pengujian menjadi valid dan tidak valid. Diawali dengan mengidentifikasi, menguji fungsi sistem, menetapkan data dan arsip penelitian, Perancangan kasus percobaan serta pengujian, dan mendokumentasikan akibat penelitian dan konklusi penelitian. Hasil dari dilakukannya pengujian, bahwa perangkat lunak ini berjalan sesuai apa yang sudah diuji. Tetapi sampel pengujian dilakukan dengan beberapa jumlah formulir pembuktian, untuk sementara perangkat ini tidak ada kendala dan berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Piutang adalah instrument yang krusial dan memerlukan perhatian yang serius dalam mengelola sebuah peusahaan. Kinerja suatu perusahaan dapat dipengaruhi oleh besarnya nilai piutang yang dimilikinya. Apabila nilai piutang terlalu besar, maka dapat menjadi ancaman bagi kelangsungan hidup perusahaan. Ketika melakukan penagihan, perusahaan seringkali menghadapi kendala, salah satunya adalah keterlambatan pembayaran. Seperti halnya perguruan tinggi Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis Muhammadiyah Wakatobi (ITBMW) yang menetapkan biaya pendidikan yang wajib dibayarkan oleh mahasiswa dalam jangka waktu tertentu atau dilakukan dengan cara mengangsur. Akan tetapi malah semakin banyak mahasiswa yang menunggak karena masih banyak mahasiswa yang belum membayar biaya pendidikan dan sistem angsuran yang diterapkan. Akibatnya, semakin tinggi jumlah piutang mahasiswa, semakin besar kemungkinan bahwa biaya pendidikan mahasiswa tak tertagih.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi piutang biaya pendidikan mahasiswa tak tertagih di ITBMW menggunakan metode klasifikasi yaitu algoritma Naïve Bayes. Data yang akan dimanfaatkan terdiri dari informasi mahasiswa ITBMW yang didapatkan dari PDDikti selama periode 2020/2021, 2021/2022, dan 2022/2023 selain itu juga akan digunakan data internal Biro Administrasi Keuangan ITBMW untuk tahun anggaran 2021, 2022 dan 2023. Pengolahan data dilakukan untuk memperoleh hasil prediksi yang optimal dengan mengevaluasi kinerja algoritma sehingga memperoleh hasil yang terbaik. Atribut pendukung yang digunakan pada dataset yang tersedia yaitu: NIM, nama mahasiswa, status, perguruan tinggi, program studi, jenjang, alamat kelurahan/desa, alamt kecamatan, pendidikan wali, pekerjaan wali, penghasilan wali, keterangan, jumlah piutang uang kuliah tunggal (UKT) mahasiswa, umur piutang UKT mahasiswa, jumlah piutang biaya sarana dan prasarana pembangunan (BPP), umur piutang BPP, status piutang, program studi, jenjang studi, alamat, pendidikan ayah/ibu/wali, pekerjaan ayah/ibu/wali, penghasilan ayah/ibu/wali, jumlah piutang UKT, umur piutang UKT, jumlah piutang DPP, dan umur piutang DPP. Target dan sasaran dari pengolahan data ini adalah piutang mahasiswa dengan status tertagih dan tidak tertagih, dengan menggunakan dua percobaan yaitu dengan data proporsi data training dan data testing 80:20 dan 90:10. Dari dua kombinasi percobaan tersebut proporsi data training dan data testing 80:20 menunjukkan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi yaitu 92,31% merupakan tingkat akurasi yang terbaik dibandingkan dengan proporsi 90:10 yang menghasilkan tingkat akurasi 88,46%.

Abstract

Banyaknya berita yang beredar dalam sosial media mengenai Tanggapan Masyarakat Terhadap Calon Presiden Ridwan Kamil 2024  menggugah rasa penasaran penulis untuk memastikan seperti apakah tanggapan masyarakat mengenai calon presiden ridwan kamil, apakah menuai kesan positif atau negatif. Dengan demikian, penulis melakukan analisis sentimen pengguna twitter terhadap Tanggapan Masyarakat Terhadap Calon Presiden Ridwan Kamil 2024 yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi dalam menentukan kebijakan. Penulis menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor untuk menentukan sentimen pengguna twitter dengan bantuan phyton yang populer di kalangan Data Scientist. Metode tersebut diterapkan ke 2261 data tweet dengan kata kunci “calon presiden ridwan kamil” yang dikumpulkan pada 20 Desember 2022– 30 Desember 2022, yang mana hasil data bersih dari data tersebut berjumlah 1504 data tweet.  Hasil training model membuktikan bahwa skor akurasi 88,70%, recall 96,92% , dan presisi 90,65% dengan nilai k=3.

Abstract

Pengumpulan dana secara online saat ini bisa dilakukan dengan berbagai cara salah satunya melalui website. Penggalangan dana melalui website Semangat Bantu yang dimulai dari tahun 2020 berjalan dengan baik dari data yang tercata sampai saat ini 97,5% pengunjung merupakan pengguna android dan dengan keadaan website yang saat ini donatur salalu diminta untuk mengisi data diri ketika ingin berdonasi hal ini akan memperlambat alur saat berdonasi yang memungkin kan donatur untuk tidak melanjutkan donasinya. Melihat kemajuan teknologi dengan meningkatnya pengguna android maka dibuatkanlah sebuah aplikasi android. Agile Development dengan metode pengembangan SCRUM merupakan suatu pilihan yang sangat diperlukan saat ini untuk mengembangan suatu aplikasi yang memungkinkan kemudahan fleksibilitas dan pengembangan yang cenderung lebih singkat tanpa mengurangi kualitas fungsi dari aplikasi. Dari hasil aplikasi android yang dibangun menggunakan metode scrum dengan fungsi saat ini yaitu donatur cukup satu kali daftar bisa berdonasi lebih banyak tanpa harus mengisi kembali data diri, dapat mempercepat alur transaksi donasi pada lembaga Semangat Bantu dan dengan pemilihan metode pengembangan yang tepat aplikasi ini sangat mudah dirawat (maintenance) dan ke depannya sangatlah mudah jika dilakukan pengembangan.
