Abstract

RFID ( Radio of Frequency Identification ) is technology base on the this wave radio. Technology able to identify without needed direct contact. RFID developed by in the place of barcode technology. Implementation RFID is among other things used for the approximation of last stream - pass by quickly at turnpike, system of applying of application RFID in that library area, and what is more there are also research RFID used for the university student card, library card and polyclinic card, application of transaction of voucher and fingerprint and breach-block electronic at smart home. In this final project, the writer do the simulation program with automatic park system by using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). It is expected that using this tool, to help in arranging the park field that using auto identification technology which does not need direct contact in the usage. In this final project, besides making the parking transaction easier, RFID also used as the substitution of money during the transaction. This technology also offers safety. The using of RFID in parking managing gives significant advantages if it is compared with Barcode technology. The design starts with RFID to data input in database and will be used turn on LED like supplementary gate park. Examining process the park transaction include enter transaction park and exit transaction park. In the testing stage, the system can work well and it can be shown by RFID reading not a wrong. The output of this system is identified by LED (Light Emitting Diode) supplementary gate park which creates green color if the system is success and red color if the system cannot be continued. Abstract

During this time, computer cursor operation was done by pressing and moving the mouse. So, this is less flexible for computer user that require movement in operating a computer, since to use mouse comfortably someone has to sit. Moreover, physical completeness is required for mouse operating, so that for someone who has physical disabilities feels difficult to operate it. Therefore, it is required to develop a system that provides a better comfort and flexibility not only for the healthy user computer but also for the user computer who has physical disabilities. In this final project, computer cursor operation program via voice is created. With this program, someone will have more flexibility when operating the computer cursor and also people with physical disabilities is enabled to communicate with computer. Voice recognition is a technology that is apllied in this program, with the feature extraction process used MFCC (Mel-Frequency Cepstrum Coefficients) method. As for the recognitions process used artificial neural network type LVQ (Learning Vector Quantization). Voice is passed through a microphone and then it is analyzed by MFCC to produce MFCC coefficients. These coefficients are used as input vector for LVQ neural network and used as data to train the network until it has the classification capability. Programming language that is used in creating this software is Delphi programming language. Based on the result of the testing program, it is found that the success percentage rate of voice recognition with training data, that is data which is derived from databases that have been recorded and trained into the program which amounts to 240 data, is 88,89 %. While in the testing with test data, that is data which is derived from the real time sayings of respondents which is amounts to 240 data, it is found that the success percentage rate of voice recognition is 83,99 %. Abstract

Position and trajectory detection of rockets is very nessesary for the lauch of rockets can work as expected. If position and trajectory of rockets aren’t monitored properly, it could be bad. Therefore, we need solutions to monitor the position and trajectory rockets with the technical studies in particular. Rockets moves with initial power and power when rockets fly until its produce acceleration. The rockets movement are arranged by the law of mechanics orbital and its are affected by the law of aerodynamics. The output result from this detection, will be used as comparative data with the expected trajectory. Through this final project, we simulate application of TDOA-Trilateration Algorithm for detect position and trajectory of rocket on secondary radar system. Technique for get distance between transceiver station and transponder is with find time difference of transmit and receive signal between transceiver station and transponder. This technique is called with TDOA (Time Difference Of Arrival). After Distance between transceiver station and transponder is known, three-dimensional position can be searched with Trilateration methode. This prosses will be simulated with software Matlab R2008a. On the simulation testing indicate that rockets position and trajectory which result from simulation of rockets trajectory formation stage with simulation stage to detect position and trajectory of rockets have the same x, y, z values. However, there is one point of positioan which haven’t the same z value while the z value is negatif. Variation values of D0, D1, and D2 (the placement of Ground Station) aren’t influential to the detection values (x, y,z), but influential to values of deltaT1, deltaT2, and deltaT3. Keyword : TDOA (Time Difference Of Arrival), Trilateration, rockets, transceiver, transponder.

Abstract

A common problem in power transformers is the emergence of operational failures, both the failure of both thermal and electrical failures. Failure of the thermal and electrical failures generally produce harmful gases commonly known as the fault gas. Most power transformers typically use oil as an insulator that functions in addition to cooling also to dissolve the harmful gases in order not to circulate freely. The type and amount of dissolved gas concentrations in oil may provide information to the indication of failures in the transformer. Methods for identifying and analyzing the gases dissolved in oil is called as a method of DGA (Dissolved Gas Analysis). The final project is about the analysis of DGA test to identify indications of failures in the transformer. Analytical methods are used 4 methods that is TDCG (Total Dissolved Combustible Gas), Gas Key, Roger Ratio and Duval Triangle. IEEE Standards std.C57 - 104.1991 and IEC 60 599 is used as a benchmark analysis of test results of DGA. Analysis of DGA results test that have been made to the IBT transformer 1 Phase R Ungaran Substation in 2005 and 2006, with TDCG method shows the transformer in condition 2, the key gas method shows have been an indication of thermal failure involving insulator paper as indicated by the concentration of CO gas whose value is 53% of the value of the total fault gas. Analysis by Roger's method and the Duval method indicated that there has been a thermal failure with a temperature between 1500C - 3000C and 3000C - 7000C. From the analysis of DGA results test in 2007 to 2011 shows the transformer in normal circumstances this is indicated by the value TDCG under 720 ppm. Abstract

The advances in information technology today has sparked growth in the number of Internet users. Ease of accessing the internet makes it the best way of presenting data for both individuals and institutions. Similarly UNDIP who have harnessed the Internet to present information such as presenting transcripts of students, teachers’ and students’ data, etc. However, for organizing the job vacancies to graduates and students, UNDIP is still using the faculty information systems respectively. A better way to facilitate access to the job vacancies is to design an information system that records and organizes all of the job vacancies to students and graduates of UNDIP. Design and implementation will begin with a system requirements analysis which is intended to obtain an appropriate system specifications. Within the design stage, Data Flow Diagram will be used to provide a clear representation of any business function, meanwhile ERD will be used to provide a logical representation of data in this system. The design is then implemented with the PHP programming language and MySQL database and also the addition of java script to create a more dynamic Web. The results of implementation and system testing show that system is running properly and in accordance with the system specifications, particularly system’s e-mail and SMS notification for newly inputted job vacancies that meet jobseekers’ specifications. Keyword : web-based information system, PHP, MySQL
