Abstract

Program superovulasi dapat dilakukan dengan Perlakuan hormonal, hormon yang sering digunakan antara lain: Preparat Progesteron dan hormon GnRH sebagai penentu estrus dalam program superovulasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh implan preparat progesteron dan penggunaan hormon GnRH terhadap respon superovulasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan 10 ekor sapi Limosin yang memiliki umur 3 – 7 tahun, genetik unggul, siklus estrus normal, fertilitas tinggi, dan bebas dari penyakit reproduksi menular. Semua sapi telah dilakukan seleksi dengan cara palpasi rektal untuk menentukan status ovarium dan disinkronisasi dengan preparat progesteron dan hormon GnRH. Sapi donor dibagi dalam dua perlakuan, P1: menggunakan hormon GnRH dan P2: menggunakan preparat progesteron. Metode penyuntikan FSH secara IM, dosis menurun pagi 4 ml, 3 ml, 2 ml, 1 ml dan sore 4 ml, 3 ml, 2 ml, 1 ml. Semua perlakuan, pada penyuntikan FSH hari ke-3 pagi disertai dengan penyuntikan PGF2α 2 ml dan sore disertai cabut preparat progesteron (hanya P2), dua hari kemudian dilakukan IB dan tujuh hari setelah IB dilakukan koleksi dan evaluasi embrio. Data dianalisis dengan analisis statistik (Chi-Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan preparat progesteron sebagai penentu estrus memberikan hasil yang lebih banyak pada perolehan embrio layak teransfer.KATA KUNCI: preparat progesteron, hormon gnrh, respon superovulasi, embrio layak transfer, sapi limosinUSING PREPARATE PROGESTERONE AND HORMONE PROGESTERONE GNRH IN THE DETERMINATION OF ESTRUS IN CATTLE LIMOUSINE SUPEROVULATION PROGRAM ABSTRACTSuperovulation programs to do with hormonal treatment, a hormone that is often used between others: Mixture Progesterone and hormone GnRH as a determinant of estrus in superovulation program. This study aimed to test the influence of progesterone implant preparations and the use of GnRH hormone responses superovulation. This study uses 10 cows limousines that have a lifespan of 3-7 years, genetically superior, normal estrous cycle, high fertility, and free of infectious reproductive diseases. All the cows had done the selection by means of rectal palpation to determine ovarian status and synchronized with progesterone and GnRH hormone preparations. Donor cows were divided into two treatment, P1: using the hormone GnRH and P2: using progesterone preparations. FSH IM injection method, decreased morning dose 4 ml, 3 ml, 2 ml, 1 ml and afternoon 4 ml, 3 ml, 2 ml, 1 ml. All treatments, injections of FSH on day 3 in the morning accompanied by the injection of PGF2α 2 ml and afternoon accompanied unplug progesterone preparations (only P2), two days later conducted IB and IB performed seven days after embryo collection and evaluation. Data were analyzed by statistical analysis (Chi-Square). The results showed that the use of progesterone preparations as determining estrus provide more results in the achievement of decent transfer embryos.

Abstract

During this time, computer cursor operation was done by pressing and moving the mouse. So, this is less flexible for computer user that require movement in operating a computer, since to use mouse comfortably someone has to sit. Moreover, physical completeness is required for mouse operating, so that for someone who has physical disabilities feels difficult to operate it. Therefore, it is required to develop a system that provides a better comfort and flexibility not only for the healthy user computer but also for the user computer who has physical disabilities. In this final project, computer cursor operation program via voice is created. With this program, someone will have more flexibility when operating the computer cursor and also people with physical disabilities is enabled to communicate with computer. Voice recognition is a technology that is apllied in this program, with the feature extraction process used MFCC (Mel-Frequency Cepstrum Coefficients) method. As for the recognitions process used artificial neural network type LVQ (Learning Vector Quantization). Voice is passed through a microphone and then it is analyzed by MFCC to produce MFCC coefficients. These coefficients are used as input vector for LVQ neural network and used as data to train the network until it has the classification capability. Programming language that is used in creating this software is Delphi programming language. Based on the result of the testing program, it is found that the success percentage rate of voice recognition with training data, that is data which is derived from databases that have been recorded and trained into the program which amounts to 240 data, is 88,89 %. While in the testing with test data, that is data which is derived from the real time sayings of respondents which is amounts to 240 data, it is found that the success percentage rate of voice recognition is 83,99 %. Abstract

Setiap wilayah memiliki nilai penurunan yang berbeda, hal ini dipengaruhi oleh daya dukung tanah di masing-masing, oleh karena itu untuk menghasilkan kontruksi pondasi yang lebih efisien maka dilakukan analisis terhadap tanah di kabupaten Sukabumi dengan sampel tanah Kp Cicantayan, Kp pamoyanan , Kp Cidadap dan Kp Cikaramat untuk mengetahui dampaknya terhadap kemungkinan penurunan yang dapat terjadi pada pondasi yang digunakan. Untuk masalah tersebut perlu adanya penelitian terhadap penurunan dan daya dukung tanah dengan data pengujian tanah. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan penurunan pondasi segera diketahui penurunan pondasi telapak paling tinggi terjadi di Kp. Cikaramat,Desa Sukamanis Kec. Kadudampit dengan nomor sampel TB 3-02 1 sebesar 1,01 mm dengan faktor keamanan 4,42 dan penurunan terkecil terdapat pada Desa Bojong Cicantayan sebesar 0,101 mm dengan faktor keamanan 6,5 . Dari hasil analisis aplikasi Eurocode terhadap desain pondasi telapak yang direncanakan dinyatakan aman dengan nilai batas daya dukung maksimal yang lebih besar daripada nilai kapasitas daya dukung tanah pada desain pondasi. Abstract

Peringkat obligasi menjadi salah satu yang harus dipertimbangkan oleh investor dan emiten sebelum membuat keputusan investasi obligasi.Tujuan dari penelian ini adalah untuk menguji dan memberikan bukti secara empiris faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi serta menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan yang diwakili oleh likuiditas, leverage, aktivitas perusahaan dan earning management. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu analisis dekriptif, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji sobel.Teknik pengumpulan data melalui laporan keuangan yang terperingkat di PT.PEFINDO dan terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam jangka waktu 2018-2020 yang terdiri dari 34 perusahaan non keuangan. Temuan penelitian ini yaitu likuiditas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap earning management, leverage dan aktivitas perusahaan tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap earning management. Aktivitas perusahaan berpengaruh negatif signifikan untuk menentukan peringkat obligasi, namun likuiditas, leverage dan earning management tidak berpengaruh terhadap peringkat obligasi. Penelitian ini juga memperlihatkan bahwa earning management tidak dapat memediasi kinerja keuangan terhadap peringkat obligasi.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is how work discipline and cooperation influence employee performance at the company PT Sarana Lalu Lintas Medan. What is the influence of work discipline and cooperation at PT Sarana Lalu Lintas Medan. The population in this research is all employees of PT Sarana Lalu Lintas Medan, totaling 30 people and the entire population is used as a sample. This research approach is a quantitative approach. This testing method uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the test results and analysis, it shows that there is a significant influence of work discipline variables on the performance of PT Sarana Lalu Lintas Medan employees. There is a significant influence of the collaboration variable on the employee performance variable of PT Sarana Lintas Medan. Work discipline and cooperation have a significant effect on the performance of PT Sarana Lintas Medan employees

Abstract

This study delves into the dynamics of employee retention and organizational culture at XYZ, employing a qualitative thematic analysis of interviews with five HR managers. The research aimed to capture a nuanced understanding of factors influencing employee satisfaction, professional growth, and the overall workplace environment. Key themes identified include employee satisfaction and well-being, professional growth and development, compensation and benefits, work flexibility and patterns, leadership and communication, company policy and culture, and technology and systems. The findings reveal that XYZ's strengths lie in a supportive work environment, clear communication channels, financial stability for employees, flexibility in work arrangements, and a commitment to employee safety and career progression. However, challenges such as high employee turnover, communication gaps in professional development, and the need for more adaptive leadership styles were also highlighted. The study's rigorous approach, incorporating multiple reviews and discussions with supervisory bodies, lends credibility to its findings. Despite its focused scope, the study offers valuable insights for organizations looking to enhance employee retention and satisfaction.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and the complexity of public services, the civil servants performance is one aspect that is highly considered. Good performance not only affects administrative efficiency but also public satisfaction with the services provided. Therefore, an approach that can improve civil servants performance needs to be implemented, one of which is through assertive communication. Assertive communication refers to an individual's ability to express opinions and needs in a clear, direct, and respectful manner. This is due to various things, including assertive communication, civil servant performance, and reward-based motivation. That's why this study looked at how assertive communication affects reward-based motivation, how assertive communication affects the work of civil servants performance, how reward-based motivation affects the work of civil servants performance, and how assertive communication through reward-based motivation affects the work of civil servants performance. The research method is quantitative with descriptive explanations; this study used a sample of 59 civil servants and data processing using SEM PLS. The research findings show that 1) assertive communication has a positive effect on reward-based motivation. 2) Assertive communication does not affect the civil servants performance. 3) Reward-based motivation has a positive effect on the civil servants performance. 4) Assertive communication through reward-based motivation affects the civil servants performance

Abstract

Currently, QRIS has begun to be widely used by MSMEs as a more efficient non-cash payment system, but some parties have doubts about the security and effectiveness of this payment system. This study aims to determine how the QRIS Payment System affects MSME business development at the Stiem Bongaya Campus. In this study, the research method used was quantitative method, with data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The sample used is the sample formulated by Slovin, namely 100 Stiem Bongaya students. The data obtained from the research results and processed using data analysis and the help of the Microsoft Excel program and SPSS version26 which consists of validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression analysis and the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the perceived influence of the QRIS Payment System in Makassar City is in the good category with an achievement of 78.65% and MSME Business Development is also in the good category with an achievement of 77.25%. The QRIS Payment System variable has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable MSME Business Development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the needs analysis of students of digital learning media that uses local wisdom and scientific approach. This needs analysis is purposed at learning English. The research subjects were 8th grade students from 5 private junior high schools in Trenggalek with total of 108 respondents. The research method was descriptive quantitative with questionnaire as the main instrument. While observation and documentation were used as supporting data. The result showed that students needed interesting digital media which was easy to access and could be used anytime and anywhere. The result also indicated that the scientific approach had been implemented by the teacher. The students had interest in recognizing culture or tradition of local wisdom and scientific approach. It can be concluded that it is necessary to develop interesting learning digital media which was easy to access through website by applying local wisdom and scientific approaches.
