Abstract

Cara aman untuk mengenali seseorang adalah dengan teknologi biometrik. Telapak tangan merupakan biometrika yang masih relatif baru bila dibandingkan dengan sistem biometrika seperti wajah maupun sidik jari. Ciri yang digunakan adalah garis utama telapak tangan. Untuk mengekstraksi ciri, digunakan metode Principal Component Analysis (PCA) dan Overlapping Block, dengan metode pengenalannya menggunakan ukuran kemiripan jarak Euclidean. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap 30 individu. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan metode PCA dengan variasi jumlah 50,75, dan 100 komponen utama dihasilkan tingkat pengenalan yang sama yaitu 90%. Sedangkan pengujian menggunakan citra dengan intensitas pencahayaan yang kurang, dihasilkan penurunan pengenalan menjadi 80%. Namun, untuk pengujian menggunakan 10 responden uji di luar 30 responden latih dan uji yang terdaftar dalam basisdata tidak ada yang dikenali. Sementara itu, dengan metode overlapping block, dari hasil pengujian dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem identifikasi garis-garis telapak tangan memiliki tingkat keberhasilan pengenalan 100%, baik dengan menggunakan citra uji telapak tangan yang telah dilatih maupun dengan citra uji luar. Sistem hanya mampu memberikan tingkat keberhasilan 30% apabila intensitas cahaya ruangan dikurangi dan tingkat pengenalan 40% untuk perubahan jarak antara telapak tangan dengan kamera.

Abstract

Gejala yang tampak pada penyakit difteri seperti demam, leher membengkak dan hidung berlendir sering diartikan sebagai penyakit influenza atau radang tenggorokan. Oleh karena itu dibuat penelitian untuk membuat aplikasi yang dapat mendiagnosis penyakit difteri.Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah Expert System Development Cycle (ESDLC). Program di buat menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan berbasis website. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan untuk mengolah nilai masukan adalah Forward Chaining untuk mendapatkan kemungkinan penyakit yang diderita dan Fuzzy Tsukamoto untuk menghitung nilai masukan dari pengguna. Keluaran program yang dihasilkan apabila masuk sebagai pengguna adalah diagnosis positif dan negatif menderita dan apabila masuk sebagai admin keluaran yang dihasilkan adalah hasil perhitungan Fuzzy Tsukamoto. Penelitian telah diuji dengan pengujian Blackbox menunjukkan hasil bahwa sistem pakar berfungsi dengan baik dan pengujian Akurasi menunjukkan hasil tingkat akurasi sebesar 92%.

Abstract

Biometric represents the human identification method development using natural characteristic of humanbeing as its bases. Every iris has the detail and unique texture, even differ between right and left eye.Theeye iris identification process in this research are data acquisition, early processing, feature exctractionand classification. Algorithm used for classification of texture slice the eye is Gabor wavelet filtering, andclassification process of slice the eye texture will be used by a Artificial Neural Network LVQ. Recognitionthe value of feature vektor in each iris obtained from to the number of right recognition value or thepercentage of right one. The best recognition percentage is 87,5 %.

Abstract

The information system is a very important thing in education. Up until now, Academic Information Systems (AIS) at the University of Diponegoro assists in the implementation of academic activities of the administrative processes such as charge card plan of study, as well as the central database. Therefore AIS Virtual Classroom integration of Diponegoro University is needed, which adds Ajax technology (Asynchronous JavaScript and XML) and Virtual Classroom functions enriched by being able to apply some functions into a social networking site. Virtual Classroom which already integrated in Diponegoro University Academic Information Systems today still has some problems, such as speed and lack of existing application. One way that can be used to overcome these problems is to apply Ajax technology and the addition of function to send information into social networking sites in this Final Project is Twitter. The steps performed are the system requirements analysis through a study of existing Virtual Classroom on SIA and collecting various references about Ajax, system design using the modeling language UML (Unified Modeling Language), implementation and testing of the system. The results of this study indicate that the addition of Ajax on the Virtual Classroom can provide fast service to access data on choices of the system because it is done asynchronous. These systems also provide facilities for faculty and admin users because some options can be sent to Twitter via a message. Keywords: Virtual Class, Ajax, Information Systems, Social Networks, UML

Abstract

Iris is a part of the circle around the eye pupil. Iris has a very unique pattern, different in each individual. On this basis the iris can be used as the basis for the introduction of biometrics. To identify the texture of the iris in an eye image, method of texture analysis can be used. There are several methods of texture analysis, one of which is to use a wavelet based on image feature extraction energy. The analysis uses the energy characteristics contained in wavelet transform. Based on that reason, in this research an application program to identify the iris of the eye based on Daubechies order 4 wavelet transform.  Eye image used in this research was acquired and processed, beginning take on the characteristics and texture of the iris image which converted into polar form. Then the feature extraction is done using Daubechies wavelet transform order 4. The characteristics obtained is in the form of the energy value. The next stage is the recognition  using nearest normalized Euclidean distance. Tests carried out in the research consist of four types: influence of sample database, influence of the decomposition level of Daubechies wavelet transform order 4, influence of different input image formats, and testing on eye images which are not in database. From the test results, it can be concluded that the highest recognition rate with the parameters shown in testing Daubechies wavelet transform order 4 level 4 with two samples iris image stored is 86.66%. The lowest recognition rate is shown in tests with Daubechies wavelet transform order 4 level 6 with one sample iris image stored is 62.5%. Then from the results of testing the influence of different input image formats, it can be concluded that the samples taken from 40 individuals which one sample is take for each person, use the format BMP as  well as with use JPEG format. Whereas, from the test result for eye images which are not in database with threshold 0.3559, of the recognition level is 96%. Keyword :   texture analysis, Daubechies wavelet transform order 4, iris, Euclidean distance

Abstract

During this time, computer cursor operation was done by pressing and moving the mouse. So, this is less flexible for computer user that require movement in operating a computer, since to use mouse comfortably someone has to sit. Moreover, physical completeness is required for mouse operating, so that for someone who has physical disabilities feels difficult to operate it. Therefore, it is required to develop a system that provides a better comfort and flexibility not only for the healthy user computer but also for the user computer who has physical disabilities. In this final project, computer cursor operation program via voice is created. With this program, someone will have more flexibility when operating the computer cursor and also people with physical disabilities is enabled to communicate with computer. Voice recognition is a technology that is apllied in this program, with the feature extraction process used MFCC (Mel-Frequency Cepstrum Coefficients) method. As for the recognitions process used artificial neural network type LVQ (Learning Vector Quantization). Voice is passed through a microphone and then it is analyzed by MFCC to produce MFCC coefficients. These coefficients are used as input vector for LVQ neural network and used as data to train the network until it has the classification capability. Programming language that is used in creating this software is Delphi programming language. Based on the result of the testing program, it is found that the success percentage rate of voice recognition with training data, that is data which is derived from databases that have been recorded and trained into the program which amounts to 240 data, is 88,89 %. While in the testing with test data, that is data which is derived from the real time sayings of respondents which is amounts to 240 data, it is found that the success percentage rate of voice recognition is 83,99 %. Abstract

The development of image processing technologies now provide the possibility of human to create a system that can recognize a digital image. One method to recognize a digital image is the template matching. This method serves to find small parts of the image that matches the template image. Among the technologies to solve the problem of image processing is a system of classifying fingerprints into the form of software that is able to process the fingerprint image enhancement and match fingerprint images that have been recorded by the database system and classify fingerprints into a particular class. In this final project made ​​an application that aims to classify the fingerprint image into a particular class using template matching method.Classification process is started with fingerprint image acquisition, images size distorting 256x256, grayscale(gray level), histeq (histogram equalization), binary (image distorting becomes two scales black and white), thinning, image gets to aim, and resize 32x32. The process will then be calculated percentage of similarity with the template fingerprint image file by using the calculation of NC (Normalized Cross Correlation). The biggest percentage value indicates that the template matches the fingerprint image files. The experiment has been done classification process as much as 61 input fingerprint image with each 5 image formats are *.bmp, *.gif, *.jpg, *.png, and *.tif, so the total input fingerprint image as much as 305. For image format type *.bmp, *. gif, *. png, and *.tif on type template Plain Arch, Plain Whorl, and Double Loop point out that its success zoom as big as 100%. On Tented Arch increase supreme success on image format *.bmp, *. jpg, *. png, *. tif, on Ulnair Loop increase supreme success on image format *.png, *. tif and Radial Loop increase supreme success on image format *.bmp, *. png, *. tif. Image format that right usually experience fault which is on success zoom is contemned to image format *.jpg to type template Plain Arch, Radial Loop, Plain Whorl and Double Loop, then for image format *.gif on type template Tented Arch and Ulnair Loop. Abstract

Abstrak Saat ini telah banyak dibangun sistem informasi yang bersifat real time dan online, yang memungkinkan seseorang dapat mengaksesnya darimana saja dan mendapatkan informasi terkini. Persaingan bisnis diberbagai sektor usaha didukung dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat. Bisnis jasa yang mengutamakan pelayanan seperti usaha travel merupakan salah satu bisnis yang mememerlukan bantuan teknologi informasi yang tepat, karena usaha ini membutuhkan moilitas yang tinggi, distribusi informasi yang cepat, pelayanan konsumen yang cepat, serta komunikasi antar cabang atau kota yang real time, Sistem informasi ini merupakan sistem informasi pemesanan tiket travel, yang diamana dalam perancangannnya sistem ini dibangun menngunakan databse MySQL dan PHP Codeigniter sebagai bahasa pemrogramannya. Didalam sistem pemesanan tiket travel ini konsumen dapat melakukan pemesanan tiket dengan 2 cara yaitu dengan mendaftar terlebih dahulu sebagai pelanggan dan melakukan pembekian tiket secara deposit atau melakukan pembelian tiket secara langsung tanpa mendaftar sebagai pelanggan, kedua cara tersebut memiliki kelebihan dan kelemahan masing-masing. Setelah dilakukan pengujian sistem diketahui bahwa semua fungsi yang terdapat dalam aplikasi  telah berjalan dengan baik seperti mengelola data pemesananan tiket, penyediaan daftar tiket, serta pembelian dan pembatalan tiket sehingga semua fitur yang disediakan telah dapat memudahkan dari pihak konsumen maupun pengelola sistem.   Kata Kunci : sistem informasi, PHP Codeigniter, pemesanan tiket.     Abstract There are lots of Information Systems nowadays which are real time and online. This makes it possible to be accessed by anyone from anywhere in order to get the information. Business competition in almost every sector is supported by the fast developing of information technology. Service oriented business like travel business needs the right feature of information technology to boost the service due to business’s high mobility, fast information distribution and client service, and a real time communitaion among the branches or cities. This information system provides ticket booking service for clients who’d like to use the travel agency. The design of this system uses MySQL database and PHP Codeigniter as its programming language. There are two ways in booking a ticket. First option is by subscribing as client and deposits some money. This way the client won’t be bothered about payments for the next tickets purchase. The second option is by purchasing tickets directly without subscribing. Each option has its own advantages. After doing system testing, it is known that all applications have run well. The management of ticket booking data, ticket lists display, purchase and canceling purchase service are reliable to go. All features are made sufficient to ease the business process, especially for the clients. Key words: Information system, PHP Codeigniter, ticket booking.

Abstract

Technology exists to provide easiness to a problem faced by society. One technology that is widely used and very popular by mobile phone users today are SMS (Short Message Service). With SMS, has been widely implemented applications that are based on current SMS, such as the Marquis, polls, forums, and even also for business applications such as ordering goods. So by utilizing technology that is being developed at this time, built a hospital information service to facilitate the public or the user who want to know information services at a hospital quickly, easily and inexpensively, which is built with the use of computer technology and mobile phones that can be provide interactive information between hospitals and the user. Writing Final Project Report is to design a Hospital Management System sub-systems Outpatient Medical Treatment based on SMS Client using Java server on Regional General Hospital Bekasi in detail, fast and up to date with the help of mobile phones as a medium of communication. In this thesis the design of Java programs and SMS Based Client Server uses Java as its programming language and database used is MySQL. Research methodology used in this study using a methodology RAD (Rapid Application Development) by using a development framework GRAPLLE (Guidelines for Rapid Application Engineering), grapple methodology is requirement planning segment, segment analysis and design segments. In this report will model the system software using UML. UML design model shows only the needs of the proposed system in an objective, particularly for computerized systems. Besides designing the new system is also done by arranging Final design is about the design of System Management Outpatient Medical Treatment based on SMS Client using Java server on the Board of the Regional General Hospital in Bekasi. The design of the system this information will assist in the processes of Outpatient Medical Management Services. This application can provide service to the community through the delivery of SMS in accordance with the format specified and the application can also automatically send a reply SMS in accordance with the information requested by the community, and earnings information quickly and on time according to the needs of system users. These applications are built, providing service to the community ten of them are patient registration services, the service queue to the poly, specialist information services, information services physician practice schedule, the total cost of service information, suggestions and complaints services, patient information services, information services empty room availability, room information services, information booking services inpatient rooms.
