Abstract

This study in the background backs by a phenomenon that students of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) is less important to them or can say that students underestimate PAI lesson in because these lessons are not included in school subjects in UNAS. This researcher will see how the efforts of teachers of Islamic education in the motivation PAI learning in SMK 1 Bandung Tulungagung.The problem of this thesis is (1) how the efforts of teachers of Islamic religious education in fostering motivation PAI learning at SMK 1 Boyolangu and SMK 1 Bandung Tulungagung (2) How the constraints faced by teachers of Islamic religious education in the motivation of learning PAI in SMKN 1 Boyolangu and SMK 1 Bandung Tulungagung? (3) How Islamic religious education teachers efforts to overcome the obstacles that faced the motivation PAI learning at SMK 1 Boyolangu and SMK 1 Bandung Tulungagung? As for the purpose of this study was to determine the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in the learning motivation PAI in SMK 1 Boyolangu and SMKN 1 Bandung Tulungagung.This is helpful for the head of SMK 1 Boyolangu, and principals SMK 1 Bandung, as contribute ideas in order to develop and improve the quality of teaching particular subjects of Islamic religious education (PAI), for teachers PAI SMKN 1 Boyolangu and SMKN 1 Bandung is used as the basis of learning PAI , For those readers / other researchers as inputs or significant reference for further research. In this study used observation, interview and documentation. Observation is used to obtain an overview of the efforts of Islamic religious education teachers in terms of motivational PAI learning at SMK 1 Boyolangu and SMKN 1 Bandung Tulungagung were used as research data. While the method used in the documentation and interviews used to explore data about populations, samples, educational facilities and documents SMKN. Efforts will be undertaken to motivate teachers to students is among them through briefings, through awards or riward and by assignment. The constraints faced is that too many students, facilities or infrastructure that is lacking, lack of awareness of the importance of science students of Islamic Education, Islamic Education issues are not at UNAS. And the efforts of teachers to overcome obstacles is sediikit mengerskan voice in the delivery of the lesson, give firmness to the student if crowded, giving advice and pengrahan, embracing students to participate in the motivation in the case of gamma Islamic Education to edify each other

Abstract

Hadis dari segi kehujahannya merupakan sumber hukum yang kedua setelah Al-Qur’an. Sedangkan dalam kaitannya dengan permasalahan hukum, terkadang hadis menjadi penetap atau penguat atas apa yang terkandung dalam Al-Qur’an, memerinci atau menjelaskan yang mujmal, membatasi yang mutlak, mengkhususkan yang umum atau menetapkan suatu hukum yang jawabannya tidak ditegaskan dalam Al-Qur’an. Namun, walaupun demikian tidak semua hadis patut untuk dijadikan dalil.Karena hadis ada yang shahih dan ada juga yang dhaif.Begitu juga ada yang mutawatir dan ada juga yang ahad.Para ulama berbeda pendapat dalam berhujah dengan hadis ahad.Ada yang menerima secara mutlak, ada juga yang menerimanya dengan menetapkan syarat-syarat tertentu.Perbedaan pendapat ini tentu membawa pengaruh pula terhadap para ulama dalam menetapkan suatu hukum.

Abstract

Education of values born as a tool for balancing the three domains of education, cognitive, psychomotoric and affective attempts to give an answer to the negative stigma of society which assumes that todays education system has failed to assume the role of instrument to mature human beings. With the constructions of value education, it is expected to be born human beings who are not only superior in the field of intellectual, but also excel in the realm of emotional and spiritual. The Quran as the main source of Islamic teachings, is believed by its adherents to have a life guide that is appropriate for every place and time where it is located. It is like a warehouse in which pearls and gems are stored. But not everyone can enter the warehouse. One of the nations best sons, Hamka, has tried to enter the warehouse and the result gave birth to a monumental work of al-Azhar commentary. It is through this book that we will see how Hamka values education principles.Using the thematic interpretation approach of al-Azhar interpretation, it is found that the principles of values education contained in Tafsir al-Azhar can be seen in three main themes, namely the meaning and purpose of education, the way human beings get value, and the method of delivering value. The meaning and purpose of values education according to Hamka is an effort made by learners to help learners in order to become a human being purnawan, meaning that humans who not only excel intellectually but also moral. To achieve that goal, man through the mind or the five senses and his heart or feelings already have great capital to do so. To obtain these values, values must be submitted. The way of delivering these values according to hamka is through an inculcation approach with storytelling methods and gives an idea of the positive and negative effects of those values (positive and negative reinforcement)

Abstract

Dalam artikel ini, penulis mencoba mengelaborasi keterkaitan antara ilmu, dan profesionalisme ilmiyah di satu pihak, serta etika profesi di pihak lain. penulis berpendapat bahwa pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan itu merupakan suatu rangkaian kegiatan yang berkait dengan semangat profesionalisme yang tinggi. Namun, kedua hal tersebut seyogyanya dilandasi dengan ketaqwaan, khususnya landasan moral yang merupakan pengarah dan pengendali kemajuan ilmu dan teknologi.

Abstract

من أحد العلماء العاملين فى ميدان الفلسفة الإسلامية هو أبو حامد المعروف بالغزالي, حيث سجل إسمه على دفاتير العلماء الذين جاهدوا فى الدفاع عن الإسلام من خلال قرأته على جميع العلوم الشائعة فى عصره وتقريره أن تلك العلوم صالحة والأخرى غير ذلك. وقد إنتقد الفلاسفة وغيرهم من العلماء المفكرين إنتقادا سليما من ناحية العقل والدين. عرفنا أن الغزالي منذ صغاره كان عائشا فى الظروف التي تدفعه على تكوين الحياة العلمية الممتازة و كان الغزالي محتاطا فى بناء معرفته العلمية حيث قرر على نفسه بأنه لا يبحث إلا على علم يقيني الذي لا يأتيه ريب ولا شك. فقد أتى هذا الرجاء وحقق الله سبحانه وتعالى على آماله, قيكون عنده علم يقيني لا ريب فيه. و كان التصوف هو المرحلة الأخيرة فى حياته العلمية, ومن خلال هذه الأفكار كان الغزالي متيقنا على نفسه بأن العقل وحده لا يكفى لإدراك المعارف وإدراك حقيقة الأشياء وإنما يجب على الإنسان أن يستمد أيضا على صفاء القلب لكي يقربه نور الله ثم قذف ذلك النور فى قلبه. وكان الغزالي قد وافق عليه عدد من العلماء فى رأي بأن العقل وحده لا يكفى فى إيجاد المعارف وحقيقة الأشياء وإنما يحتاج إلى النور, منهم المهدي بعد أن وثق على السهروردي فى فلسفته الإشراقية. وهو يقول ويرى أن الإنسان لا يستطيع أن يكتسب المعارف إلا بعد استعمال العقل وتصفية القلب

Abstract

Bisnis merupakan suatu kegiatan menjual barang atau jasa kepada konsumen yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan keuntungan. Setiap bisnis yang dilakukan memberikan resiko yaitu kerugian dan keuntungan. Kerugian yang dialami dapat terjadi pada aspek material atau non material. Namun, sebaliknya jika bisnis yang dilakukan berhasil maka akan mendapatkan keuntungan bagi pemiliknya. Pada dasarnya bisnis dan manajemen tidak dapat dipisahkan keduanya saling berhubungan. Jika bisnis tanpa manajemen, maka bisnis yang dijalankan tidak akan berjalan efektif dan efisien. Manajemen bisnis memiliki ruang lingkup beberapa hal yaitu manajemen produksi (pengaturan ketersediaan bahan baku), manajemen pemasaran (pengaturan sebuah proses marketing) manajemen distribusi (pengaturan proses penyaluran) dan manajemen finansial atau manajemen keuangan (pengaturan sirkulasi keuangan perusahaan) MLM dipandang sebagai sistem bisnis yang merugikan anggotanya, meskipun tidak semua MLM dapat merugikan tetapi justru menguntungkan para anggotanya. MLM yang berbasis syariah yang dapat menguntungkan anggotanya. Namun pada prakteknya, bisnis ini sering menimbulkan permasalahan bagi anggotanya dikarenakan tidak faham mengenai MLM sehingga berujung kerugian.

Abstract

The changing of the era that continues to dynamic, demanding the improvement of the quality of school institutions must be done. It is considered mandatory for the entire unit within the institution to maintain its existence. The principal as a leader (leader) who holds the progress and retreat of a school should be able to take steps in improving the quality of education. The quality of education will be achieved, if supported by all components of education are well-organized. In this regard, the researcher focuses on: 1) How is the principals role as Educator in improving the quality of education in SMPN 3 Peterongan Darul Ulum Jombang and Islamic Junior High School Baitul Izzah Nganjuk ?, 2). What is the role of the principal as a Manager in improving the quality of education in SMPN 3 Peterongan Darul Ulum Jombang and Islamic Junior High School Baitul Izzah Nganjuk ?, 3). What is the role of the principal as an Administrator in improving the quality of education in SMPN 3 Peterongan Darul Ulum Jombang and Islamic Junior High School Baitul Izzah Nganjuk ?, 4). What is the role of the principal as Supervisor in improving the quality of education in SMPN 3 Peterongan Darul Ulum Jombang and Islamic Junior High School Baitul Izzah Nganjuk ?.this research uses qualitative naturalistic approach with multicasus study design, data collection is done by using deep interview technique, participant observation, and documentation. To avoid mistakes in this study, then examined the validity of data with peer discussion, data triangulation, and triangulation of data sources. Then the data is analyzed by using data analysis, that is; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions.The findings of this study can be concluded, that the role of school principals in improving the quality of education as 1). educator 2). manager 3). administrator 4). supervisor

Abstract

Setiap ajaran, dogma, doktrin suatu agama atau pemikiran tertentu tentunya tidak akan lepas dari adanya penyelewengan dan penistaan baik oleh penganut intern maupun ekstern ajaran tersebut. Dalam tradisi agama samawi, komunitas akademik dari masing-masing agama tersebut memiliki konsep dan ruang lingkup yang berbeda dalam mendefinisikan penistaan agama (blasphemy). Yahudi memandang bahwa sebuah pernyataan dianggap sebagai penistaan jika orang yang bersangkutan menghina kehormatan nama Tuhan. Sedangkan Kristen memiliki cakupan yang lebih luas dari Yahudi. Dalam tradisi Kristen, sebuah pernyataan dianggap penistaan jika mengandung unsur penghinaan terhadap kehormatan Yesus, kitab suci, dan setiap pandangan keagamaan yang menyeleweng jauh dari ajaran Gereja. Seperti halnya Kristen, Islam pun memiliki konsep dan ruang lingkup yang luas terkait dengan penistaan agama. Penistaan menurut Islam, tidak hanya terbatas pada penistasan Tuhan dan simbol-simbol keagamaan (seperti figur-figur suci seperti nabi, malaikat dan kitab suci al-Quran) namun juga segenap pemikiran yang menyeleweng dari ajaran yang disepakati oleh komunitas akademik Islam itu sendiri. Abstract

In some approaches that occurs in Islamic studies, there is one essential that the process is seen as the most urgent and influential in the development process itself, namely Islam "approach-Linguistic Semantics". This approach is an effective instrument or method largest species of human existence for operating the various problems of thinking and communicating to the Islamization through a tool known as the language (semantics). The emergence of diverse studies where the Koran as its object is possible, because as the text of the Koran are interpretable, can have many meanings (yahtamil wujuh al-mana) that contains a wide variety of possible interpretations. Where the role of the study of texts was necessary so that the message of the Koran can be absorbed as a whole and applied to life. Thus, this paper will try to analyze the word piety and fear of the Quran by using both lexical semantic approach, and then forwarded by tracing changes in the meanings of words commonly known as historical semantics
