Abstract

A theory is only be a knowledge without application. It is also Muh}ammad Iqba>l’s education theory. Many people study that theory in various way, but little people know how to practice it. Therefore this article try to reveal how to practice Iqba>l’s education theory in the Islamic education learning in the school. As the outline of Iqbal’s education theory, the contain of this theory is about education goal, maximize individual potency of every student. To reach the goal, it need society participation, make student be subject of study and disappear religious knowledge and science dichotomy. Therefore the suitable learning model for Muh}ammad Iqba>l education theory is student-centered learning model which student is thought as learning subject, so student can maximize their potency

Abstract

Education is one of the strategic means of transforming the culture that developed in the community. The discourse on gender is an interesting thing, both historically and todays modern realities. Islamic education epistimologi give space to women as "equal partners" with men, as al-quran position the rights and obligations of both the anatomy different. Islam emphasizes the concept of justice for anyone and to anyone regardless of their sex.

Abstract

Local wishdom, the learner starts and empties, are often overlooked in the implementation of educational policy-oriented science and technology development and readiness to face the globalization era. As a result, learning materials obtained in school becomes less meaningful in real life learners and set them up for life, life, and the real livelihood. In fact, should the results and the function of education is able to identify, explore, develop, and empower the potential of learners in facing the future and the future of the nation and not vice versa -empowering potential learners with tasks that are less meaningful. From this, the need for the return of the spirit of education needs to be headed by synergizing the meaningfulness of family education, schools, and society as taught by Ki Hajar Dewantara called tripusat education. Abstract

The era of globalization has begun to feel with no bulkhead between people, between regions and even between countries. If there is no identity embedded in a recognizable person or nation, it will be difficult to recognize one nation with another, and then the sovereignty of the state must be easily shaken. For that it is necessary to prepare a generation of tough, who have the character, moral integrity, high morale to defend it. One of these efforts can be instilled through patriotic songs, national and nationalism, of which the songs are expected to form the soul of patriots, officers, knights, tough, and cultivate good behavior and healthy personality early on. This article tries to elaborate on the importance of state identity cultivation through patriotic songs, such as a song recently loomed by the younger generation of NU, the song SyubbanulWathan, a song that is thought to evoke a sense of patriotism, which the expected results of this idea is (1) to re-awaken all parties to the importance of national songs, struggles and patriotics among the community, especially the students, to revive semnagatpatritisme and the formation of a strong nation character (2) to formulate ways to utilize national songs and the struggle is to cultivate the spirit of patriotism and the formation of the character of the nation, so that the value of the fight and spirit of idealism aspired to the heroes of the past can be strongly rooted among young people, especially the age of SD / MI, (3) to understand the younger generations will be valuable national songs and struggle, as the legacy of the warrior ter (4) cultivate a love for the art of music that can refine mind and feeling, or to form a good character, (5) to overcome various deviations of behavior and personality bad or negative in the younger generation through songs and music

Abstract

Inductive learning method is one of the methods used by some teachers to deliver the material to the students. This method is pointed out as a method that is able to increase intellectual students with ekseleratif. For that reason, the role of teachers in an effort to improve the intellectual students is very important. So the teachers are required to improve the learning method, especially this inductive learning method. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: 1) Apa problem pengembangan kurikulum muatan lokal Bahasa Arab di SMK Baitul AtieqCepoko Berbek Nganjuk, 2) Mengapa problem dimaksud terjadi, dan 3) Bagaimana solusi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi problem itu. Data penelitian tindakan partisipatoris (Participatory Action Research) ini bersumber dari pelaku pendidikan di SMK Baitul Atieq, tokoh masyarakat di lingkungan SMK tersebut dan dokumen-dokumen yang berisikan data-data yang terkait dengan rumusan penelitian. Data diambil dengan menggunakan metode observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan: 1) Problem pengembangan kurikulum muatan lokal Bahasa Arab di SMK Baitul AtieqCepoko Berbek Nganjuk adalah: a) penambahan mata pelajaran (Bahasa Arab) yang materinya merupakan bagian dari mata pelajaran pokok, sehingga banyak materi pelajaran yang tumpang tindih, b) banyak mata pelajaran pokok yang tidak memiliki waktu sesuai dengan yang telah ditentukan Permendiknas nomor 22 tahun 2006, akibat dari banyaknya materi yang tumpang tindih dan c) muatan lokal tidak ditentukan Standar Kompetensi dan Kompetensi Dasarnya; 2) Problem tersebut terjadi karena: a) SMK Baitul Atieq belum mampu mengintegrasikan mata pelajaran pokok dan mata pelajaran tambahan, b) keterbatasan dana untuk mengembangkan SMK Baitul Atieq menjadi full-day madrasah, dan c) latar belakang SMK Baitul Atieq yang pada awalnya merupakan madrasah pesantren tradisional yang menentukan buku ajarnya berdasarkan tingkatan kitab; dan 3) Solusi yang dirumuskan untuk mengatasi problem tersebut adalah: a) melakukan sosialisasi dan bimbingan mengintegrasikan mata pelajaran pokok dan mata pelajaran tambahan, b) mengintegrasikan kurikulum nasional dan muatan lokal yang sesuai, dengan cara mengidentifikasi Standar SMK 2008, menambah muatan dan kedalaman materinya, serta mengembangkannya ke dalam buku ajar yang menggunakan bahasa Arab (Durus Al lughatu Al ‘arabiyah), bahasa Arab, dan bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa pengantar, dan c) menyusun Standar Kompetensi dan Kompetensi Dasar mata pelajaran tambahan yang tidak dapat menjadi bagian dari mata pelajaran pokok.

Abstract

Stress often occurs when doing work activities. This happens either because most work or time is tight to get it done. As the high school principal of Bahrul Maghfiroh, it was indicated that there was a stressful job from several levels. Therefore this is interesting to study because according to experts, someone who works in the education world is at the top of the stress level. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods and includes the phenomenology. Then, this study focuses on the factors of causes and managements. The results of this study indicate that the stressors of the head of SMA Bahrul Maghfiroh are the coming of tasks simultaneously in the near future as well as the double task that burdened him. Furthermore, stress management is done to form a priority scale, regular meetings, and do refreshing in the form of sports

Abstract

Any program, activity or something else planned always ends with an evaluation. The evaluation is intended to review whether a program / activity has been in accordance with the plan or not. From the evaluation activities will be known things that have / will be achieved already meet the criteria specified. Based on the results of the evaluation is then taken the decision whether the program will be forwarded or revised / even replaced entirely.Arabic learning curriculum development activities will not be separated from the evaluation element, because evaluation is one of the most important components that can not be ignored. In many ways, the assessment component is instrumental in supporting the successful development of Arabic learning curriculum, as we know, the developed curriculum is still theoretical and abstract plans. With the evaluation, we will get an idea of the success of the Arabic learning curriculum that is being / has been developed in schools. From evaluational activities will be known advantages, weaknesses and shortcomings.

Abstract

In Islamic thought, the model leaders are simultaneously both managerial and vision, mission and inspiration, but at the same time dedicated to serving the general public. The purpose of this study, the author discusses the ideal leadership and important attributes of a leader such as managerial, courage, integrity, practical wisdom, and moral authority and humility. So that raises the question of research on the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad in western management theory. To answer this research question, researchers collected data through documentation methods. Then after the data is collected, it is analyzed through content analysis and critical analysis.
