Abstract

Tulisan ini membicarakan tentang pemikiran teori hadis menurut tokoh hadis Indonesia, Hasbi Ash-Siddieqy. Beliau merupakan pionir pada masanya dalam hal kodifikasi periodesasi hadis. Meski sebelumnya telah banyak para sarjana awal menulis tentang hadis. Akan tetapi penulisan tersebut baru pada tataran periwayatan, belum pada tahap pembahasan epistemoligi hadis. Menurutnya, secara terminologi, hadis dan sunnah tidak bisa diharmonisasikan dalam aspek devinisi. Ada perbedaan yang cukup tajam antara keduanya hingga berimbas pada legalitas penetapan syariat yang telah dipraktekkan kaum muslim. Jika pada umumnya para pakar hadis mengatakan sunnah lebih umum daripada hadis, maka pandangan Hasbi Ash-Siddieqy jutru sebaliknya

Abstract

Nation should be build by putting character building in the first place, since this character building that will make Indonesia become a big, glorious and victorious and prestige country. This study aimed to (1) describe the moral values in The Hunger Games Novel, (2) describe the moral values in The Hunger Games Novel that could be implemented to build students’ character. The result of the research is that there are some moral values in The Hunger Games Novel that could be implemented to build students’ character which are independent, friendly, work hard, discipline, love science, responsible, social care and appreciate achievement. The implementation of character education is not enough if only implemented in school or education. On the next phase, character education should be implemented in society, government agency, society organization, non-governmental organization, company and other group society. Abstract

The writing of this article is grounded by observations and simultaneous assessments of the external and internal environments of educational institutions allowing education managers to be able to identify the different types of opportunities available to successfully formulate and implement various educational plans. This comprehensive design can be done through a process of action known as a strategic environmental analysis. Strategic concept is more effective in allocating existing resources in achieving educational goals. The existence of the implementation of Islamic Education will be a means, the media in the distribution of vision and mission in addition to implications on improving the quality of faith, taqwa, even faith (leader) for the devout. Environmental analysis is a stakeholder analysis, a very important instrument for understanding the social and institutional context of a program / project activity. This instrument is used to identify stakeholder interests, interests, and influence on ongoing program / project activities.

Abstract

This paper examines the ethics of learning in the Quran, the Quran does not explicitly mention that the study is ethical but there are some verses of Quran which discuss exaltation for someone who increase their knowledge. Humans when present on earth empty, and as time goes by the name of the process need to know, know that using ethics, which is still much to learn without the use of ethics. As when selecting teachers as instructors, the place will be studying. The Quran was revealed for the good of all mankind, it is not necessary to not understand what is in it. The Quran teaches mankind to be patient in learning, sincere in search of knowledge, and also explained in order to ask when finding something difficult case to understand the lesson. The companions of the Prophet when seeking knowledge, striving to always be in front when the prophet was about to deliver his message, to come at the beginning of the assembly.

Abstract

Ibn Āsyūr merupakan guru kedua [al-mu „allim al-tsāni] dalam maqāshid al-syarī„ah, setelah al-Syāthibi. Dalam perkembangan kontemporer, pemikiran maqāshid al-syarī„ah telah meluas mulai dari lapangan fiqh, ushūl al- fiqh, tafsir dan bahkan strategi kebijakan perusahaan/negara. Tulisan ini berusaha membedah konsep maqāshid al-syarī„ah Ibn Āsyūr dalam bukunya Maqāshid al-Syarī„ah al-Islāmiyyah, terutama relasinya dengan model pemahaman hadis. Ketika maqāshid al-syarī„ah menjadi acuan asumsi awal, pra-pemahaman, dan perspektif tentunya hasil penilaian akan berbeda jika kita menggunakan perspektif lain. Hal ini dapat dilihat secara jelas dalam pemikiran Ibn Āsyūr seperti yang akan dikaji dalam tulisan ini.

Abstract

Many people who think that to achieve high learning achievement required high intellectual intelligence (IQ). However, according to the results of psychological research proves that IQ is not the only factor that affects a persons learning achievement, but there is another factor, namely emotional intelligence (EQ). a child who has this emotional intelligence, he can recognize the emotions themselves, manage the emotions themselves, recognize the emotions of others, and can work with others. After further research, it turns out that emotional intelligence is not the determinant of ones intellectual intelligence, there is still a higher one, the spiritual intelligence (SQ). With this spiritual intelligence the emotional and intellectual intelligence will run effectively.

Abstract

This study discuss about the surah Al-Maidah verse 51. this became urgent because recently, in a few months this surah has been widely spoken by public. Commonly, they used it to ban Moslem electing non moslem leader. It did not stop to that case, most of Moslems supposed that we are prohibited to become their friend. As the result, the non moslem cooperations must be canceled, the products and the small bussines managed by non moslem must be banned. When this run for some periods, this would cause the relationship between moslems and non moslems less warmly, as the consideration that the basic prinsiple of Islamic teaching is to uphold the values of justice, tranquillity, humanity, equality,and morality. For the next period, this could change the islamic perspective which is well known by its friendly, hospitable, and full of tranquillity become disgracing. Furthermore, it would cause misperception and raise the negative perspective against islamic religion and moslem as a whole. This research used in this study was library research, while the research method was description method where the researcher wrote Al-Maidah and then referred to interpretation books to do research asbâb al-nuzûl and the running interpratation by Ulama related to the verse above, it was then correlated to the factual life of Rasululloh SAW by referring to the hadith and concluded to this study. The result of this study was said by al-waliy as the homonym of one word which has many meanings. This word was taken from the roots of wauw, lam and ya’ and the basic meaning is close. This then created new meanings as like supporting, defender, protector, lover, frontier and ect, in which all of them was interconnected by a red thread, called closery.According to asbâb al-nuzûl as the cause of this verse descended, it can be concluded that surah Al Maidah verse 51 prohibits us to have coalition, partnership, and have good friendship towards non Moslem if they do betrayal, disobidience, hostility openly, and fight againts us. The appearance of betrayal, disobidience, and the conspiracy become ‘ilah (the cause) of the prohibition. When there is no ‘ilah (the cause) as like non Moslem which acts fairly and tranquillity towards Moslem, so we have to respect and protect them as we respect and protect ourselves.

Abstract

Wakaf produktif adalah harta benda atau pokok tetap yang diwakafkan untuk dipergunakan dalam kegiatan produksi dan hasilnya di salurkan sesuai dengan tujuan wakaf.seperti wakaf tanah untuk digunakan bercocok tanam, Mata air untuk dijual airnya dan lain – lain. Atau wakaf produksi juga dapat didefenisikan yaitu harta yang digunakan untuk kepentingan produksi baik dibidang pertanian, Perindustrian, perdagangan dan jasa yang menfaatnya bukan pada benda wakaf secara langsung, tetapi dari keuntungan bersih dari hasil pengembangan wakaf yang diberikan kepada orang–orang yang berhak. Wakaf produktif yang dipelopori Badan Wakaf Indonesia adalah menciptakan aset wakaf yang benilai ekonomi, termasuk dicanangkannya Gerakan Nasional Wakaf Uang oleh Presiden Republik Indonesia pada tanggal 8 Januari 2010. Beside it was gleaming activity in the beginning of Islam. But another side the result of vanery ikhtilaf exactly made broked fraternity of religious life. The singular truth claim and primordialisme behavior of people made weak the shari’ah shine clamed as sali{h li kulli zaman wa al-makan. Where is the recite about ikhtilaf needed to look for the solution in ordered the variety became bless and impact and impact of was destruktif for moeslem people. Al-Sha’rani by means of his creation al-Mi>zan al-Kubra with explanatoris evaluative character was one of Ulama’ found the handling ikhtilaf concept. Fiqih in al-Sha’rani perspective had to look in elastition a manner two valence that was azimah had tashdi>d character and rukhsoh had takhfif character. In ordered the plurality of fiqih not to negative impact the pluratition of fiqih not to negative impact. Al-Sha’rani gave two concept in holding ikhtilaf problem. The first the meaning shari’ah in a extensive manner the second the employing Al-Jami wa al-Taufiq method. Finnaly moslem people had to always breadned firmament knowledge about Islmic shari’ah. Abstract

GF. Hourani points out that other writings usually describe ethics in philosophical perspectives such as Miskawayh and al-Tusi, especially with regard to the classification and description of evil and goodness based on the treatment of Aristotle in Nikomakean ethics. He also realizes that values and ethical theories can be reconstructed from the work of eminent philosophers, but their basis is usually Neoplatonian and Aristotelian. Such books, according to Hourani offer little new general philosophical interest. Therefore, he considered that the Mutazila was the first Islamic moralist. He reconstructs a "deontologist" moral theory of Abd al-Jabbar, and gives the reader a valuable insight into the ethics of the Mutazila.This short essay will be a simple overview of what Hourani has to say with regard to Abd al-Jabbars thought of the nature of human actions-both good and bad, regardless of the theological question leading to a rational understanding of Islamic ethics.
