Abstract

Anticipatory action on the various changes that occur is an action that cannot be bargained to be done immediately. The changes are larger, more diverse, and almost certainly, and are ongoing, including changes in the organization's management system, especially human resource management. The success of an organization, both private and governmental organizations in achieving its goals is largely determined by anticipatory measures to counteract the adverse effects of the change. This research was conducted at Jakarta Population Department. Specifically, the object of research took place in five tribal areas of the Department of Population, namely: Population Office of West Jakarta Municipality, Central Jakarta Population Subdistrict, East Jakarta Population SubDepartment, South Jakarta Population Duty Sub-Office, and Sub-Province Population of North Kotamadya .The results of this study are: The effectiveness aspects of the performance evaluation that are declared effective is the relevance factor. While that is not effective is the sensitivity, reliability, acceptability, and practicality. Very ineffective is the feedback aspect to the results of the performance evaluation of employees. The existence of the same perception among assessors, and priceless relating to the condition of effectiveness of performance evaluation implementation. This means that the assessor, and the valuable agree that there is a suitability of the aspects of effectiveness in the implementation of its performance evaluation in the DKI Jakarta Population Agency. Policies that can be taken to fix the implementation of performance appraisal of human resources in the organization environment of DKI Jakarta Population Department in order to have high effectiveness, and able to provide input for Jakarta Population Agency organization, among others: feedback factor, sensitivity factor, practicality factor, factors of acceptability, factors of control, and relevance factors

Abstract

Tri Dharma is a classic problem. Again, limitations and barriers are used as reasons. To answer this, a study of factors influencing lecturer performance was conducted. The quantitative approach was chosen because it has advantages, therefore the method of analysis uses multiple linear regression. The number of samples is 100 people and the sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The research instrument used the method of distributing questionnaires with a closed statement form. The results showed that compensation had a significant effect on performance with a regression coefficient of 0,502. Motivation has a significant effect on performance with a regression coefficient of 0,328. Simultaneously, compensation and motivation significantly influence performance with a determination coefficient of 44,9%. This confirms the theory, that the implementation of Tri Dharma required HR factors

Abstract

This research aim to find out the influence element Intellectual Capital through Non Performing Financing (NPF) as the intervening variable to the Financial Performance (ROA) of Islamic banks registered in the financial services authority. The research population is all Syaria commercial banking companies in 2011-2017 periods. The statistic method has been done by using descriptive statistic and path analysis. The result of the research on Intellectual Capital element consisting of VACA (Value Added Capital Employed), VAHU (Value Added Human Capital) dan STVA (Structural Capital Value Added) shows that VAHU has insignificant and negative influence to Non Performing Financing (NPF) and significant and positive influence to the Financial Performance (ROA). STVA has insignificant and negative influence to Non Performing Financing (NPF) and insignificant and positive influence to the Financial Performance (ROA). VACA has significant and negative influence to Non Performing Financing (NPF) and significant and positive influence to the Financial Performance (ROA). The result of the research shows the magnitude of the indirect influence of Intellectual Capital through Non Performing Financing (NPF) to the Financial Performance (ROA) is smaller than the magnitude of direct influence Intellectual Capital to the Financial Performance (ROA)

Abstract

This research conducted to determine the premium strategy and insurance claims at PT. Asuransi Sinar Mas Branch of Tangerang period 2005-2015 using SWOT analysis method. Through SWOT analysis can be known the premium strategy that can be applied by the company, This research used the qualitative and quantitative study Methods (combined method). Overall research results show that the SWOT analysis to increase the premium can be seen through the target premium set during one year that has reached the target by way of marketing mix, cooperate with some leasing, the company issued a car insurance product no claim money back, and with the tariff change from OJK where its motor vehicle line rises so that the premium goes bigger, as well as the number of new vehicle types out so that it becomes the stimulus for the customers to change the vehicle and usually insured. While the claim strategy used to suppress the number of claims that is with the acceptance control that is from the year 2005-2010 amounted to 9.51% decreased to 8.35% starting in 2011-2015 in the hope of increasing the underwriting income

Abstract

This conceptual paper discusses about green entrepreneurship which will be developed at Keranggan ecotourism in South Tangerang, which has an impact to increase their income for family business. The example for family business is a cassava chips industry that able to produce 30 kg/day. If the selling price is IDR 40,000/kg, and the production cost is IDR 25,000/kg, then the profit is IDR 450,000/day (IDR 13,500,000/month). Whereas previously their average income is IDR 50,000/day. Thus, there is a significant increase in income. Development of ecotourism using green entrepreneurship concept is in line with the national development focus in 2018 such as: manufacturing sector (industry), agriculture and tourism. Based on data, in 2013 the poverty rate in Keranggan is still very high. So, the aims of this research are: to find the way to increase income for family business through green entrepreneurship, how to encourage the community and implement green entrepreneurship as well

Abstract

Theoretically, this study aims to determine the effect of certification and supervision of school principals on the performance of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Hayatul Islam teachers. While the practical purpose is to express the symptoms of teacher performance, so that from this study suggestions and recommendations for improvement are proposed. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The population in this study was MI Hayatul Islam’s teachers, amounting to 10 people, and the unit of analysis used as samples were 6 teachers who had passed the certification. The research instrument used was a questionnaire, while the analytical method used was Non Parametric Kruskall Wallis. The results of the study revealed that certification had an effect on the performance of MI Hayatul Islam teachers with KW value of -38,438 <12,5916. Supervision of Headmasters influences the performance of MI Hayatul Islam teachers with KW value of -38.559981 <12.5916. Certification and the supervision of Principal School jointly affect the performance of MI Hayatul Islam’s teachers. The results of the study mentioned that the average effect was not the same as the KW result = 12,534 <12.5916. These could be concluded that the influence of teacher certification and principal supervision toward MI Hayatul Islam teachers who has been certified is different, both in quality and quantity

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, work ethic and discipline on the employees performance either partially or simultaneously of Social Rehabilitation Institution Pamardi Khusnul Khotimah at Tangerang Selatan. The results showed that organizational culture based on partial test was positive and significant effect on the performance of 76,2%, while work ethos can be good too was positive and significant effect on the performance of 72,2%, then work discipline also was positive and significant effect on the performance of 73%. The result of correlation coefficient (R2) of 76,7% can be summed up the effect of the variable X1 (organizational culture), X2 (work ethos) and X3 (discipline) to variable Y (employees performance) where the relationship is positive. The results of calculation for 53.874 F-value further consultation with the F-table with dk = k numerator and denominator dk = (nk-1) with a 5% error level the importance of the F table = 2,80. Provisions applicable for F-value greater than F-table (53.874 > 2,80), it can be stated that the multiple correlation is significant. Thus the null hypothesis (H0) that states there is no effect between organizational culture, work ethos and discipline influence on employees performance is rejected, while the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted

Abstract

Service Point is the spearhead that connects between the customer with the workforce engineer in the process of information technology services to improve IT services in the company. Often companies ignore this, whereas service point is one of the services of information technology services in order to ensure the sustainability of the business offered by the company. Analysis of incident management system in ITOP program and IT services service based on ITIL V3 framework for Service Point at PT Mitra Solusi Telematika is very much needed in effort to improve IT service to support Vision of PT Mitra Solusi Telematika become provider of integrated technology solution. One effort to improve IT services is by developing the process of providing IT services and services as a single point of contact that bridges between customers with all service point staff and IT services. The development of incident ITOP program management and IT support analysis begins with gathering information and analysis through a review of processes within existing ITOP programs, and ITIL V3 framework literature study. Analysis is done to refine the existing process. Once the document is created and developed, the next step is the document verification process to find out the purpose of the incident management process has been met. The results of this development of the management can facilitate the needs and improve IT services especially in Service Point Department PT Mitra Solusi Telematika for IT services to be maintained and measurable

Abstract

This study was conducted to examine the effect of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) and Its Effect on Stock Return. The research sample was taken from 5 transport company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that have been through the process in accordance with the criteria of sample or random sampling method. Data analysis methods used in the study panel data analysis method using Eviews program. Results showed partial EVA has no real effect, with significant values of 0.2661, while MVA and significant influence on Return Stocks with significant value of 0.0463 as indicated by the results of the test statistic t. While simultaneously or jointly Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) influence on Stock Return, this is evidenced by the results of the test statistic f the significant value of 0.0382

Abstract

The purpose of this study is (1) To determine the level of work stress of employees at PT. Asuransi Sinarmas Central Jakarta, (2) To determine the level of employee performance at PT. Asuransi Sinarmas Central Jakarta, (3) To determine the relationship between work stress and employee performance at PT. Asuransi Sinarmas Central Jakarta. The research method used by the writer is descriptive method, while the data processing is quantitative using statistical analysis. The population and sample in this study are employees of PT. Asuransi Sinarmas Central Jakarta Credit Control Division, with a total sample of 65 respondents. Based on the results of the calculation of the correlation between variables (X) Job Stress and Variable (Y) Employee Work Achievement obtained rxy value of 0.60. Conclusion (1) Job stress level for employees of PT. Asuransi Sinarmas Central Jakarta Credit Control Division is quite high (2) The level of work performance at employees of PT. Asuransi Sinarmas Central Jakarta Credit Control Division is quite good (3) Relationship between work stress and work performance at employees of PT. Asuransi Sinarmas Jakarta Pusat Credit Control Division is positively related, with a r value of 0.60 or located at 0.60 to 0.799 which shows the relationship between job stress variables and work performance is strong. Suggestion (1) In an effort to increase employee performance at PT. Asuransi Sinarmas Central Jakarta Credit Control Division, the company should fix the stresses that exist in the company environment by holding two-way communication, taking the time to be able to hear employee complaints through counseling, observing the ability of each individual employee specifically, not taking sides with certain employees fair and wise in solving problems. (2) Improving health services. (3) Establishment of harmonization of work stress relationships between employees as team work
