Abstract

Behind consumer purchases there are benefits to be gained by the company. Therefore, there needs to be a measurable effort in marketing the product, so that consumers are interested and decide to make a purchase, resulting in increased sales. Several factors that can be taken into consideration in improving purchasing decisions are improving the quality aspect. Based on this phenomenon, this research was conducted to test the truth that might occur through a series of scientific methods, namely using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The research sample is consumers (Muslim women) using the Shopee application who make purchases of Muslim clothing products. The number of samples used was 100 respondents with a simple random technique. The results showed that product quality is the main factor in purchasing decisions, then the guarantee quality factor, and finally service quality. These findings explicitly explain the characteristics of online purchases, where consumers remain focused on the quality of a product they want to buy, and to ensure that consumers need guarantees for the product. Meanwhile, service is a supporting factor that strengthens consumer confidence to make purchases.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has resulted in changes in consumer behavior from initially choosing to purchase offline face-to-face at physical stores to choosing to purchase goods and services online. This phenomenon has a major impact on human life, namely technology in the field of information and smartphones. Increasing the number of sales of digital goods in Indonesia also indicates an increase in consumer behavior in Indonesia. Therefore the purpose of this observation is to find out and understand how much influence the quality of the website and hedonic shopping have on the impulse buying of Blibi e-commerce in Surabaya. This observation uses a quantitative research method by adopting the SEM analysis technique on the SmartPLS analysis tool. This analysis uses primary data collected by distributing purposive sampling questionnaires to 130 respondents who are the object of research, namely users of the Blibi e-commerce platform in Surabaya. The results showed that website quality had a significantly positive impact on impulse buying at Blibli e-commerce in Surabaya, while hedonic shopping had a negative impact and had no effect.

Findings: The results show that brand credibility has a positive effect on attitude toward brand and brand loyalty, brand experience has a positive effect on brand loyalty. Attitude toward the brand mediates the effect of brand credibility and brand brand loyalty, either partially or fully through mediation. The purpose of this study was to see how the influence of each variable on strengthening the competence of soldiers and how the effect simultaneously. The number of samples in this study were 87 respondents with the technique used to determine the sample, the researcher used a simple random sampling technique. And for data processing researchers assisted with software SPSS 25.0 for windows. The results obtained in data processing are the tcount value on the Professionalism variable of 2.454 and Education obtained by 6.938 while the t table obtained is 1.663. So it can be interpreted that there is an influence between Professionalism and Education partially on the Competence of Soldiers, so that the conclusion is H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Its deployment requires organization and through appropriate and efficient steps so that it is hoped that its speed can be projected throughout the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of the fulfillment of official housing and the zoning of soldiers' residences on the operational preparedness of the 4th Marines Infantry Brigade. This study uses quantitative methods with data processing using SPSS. The sample used in this study is based on the Slovin formula as many as 300 people. The results in this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between the fulfillment of official housing on the operational readiness of soldiers with at value of 33,257. there is a positive and significant effect between the zoning of the residence on the operational preparedness of soldiers with t value of 6,559, and a simultaneous effect with f value of 919,936. The coefficient of determination of the relationship between the Service Housing Fulfillment and Regionalization Tests on Soldier Operational Preparedness is strong at 93.2%. The results of the SPSS calculation obtained a value of R2 = 0.868, which means that 86.8% of Soldier Operational Preparedness can be explained by the Service Housing Fulfillment variable while the remaining 13.2% is influenced by other variables outside the model studied

Data were obtained using a closed statement questionnaire on a likert scale of 1 to 6 on five research variabels. The number of respondents 91 people. Data were analyzed using Struktural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on variance (Partial Least Square) with SmartPLS software version 3 for Windows. Hypothesis testing for alpha 5% is accepted if the t statistic is > 1.96 or p values ??< 0.05. The results of the study show that (1). The Development of the Integrity Zone has a positive but not significant effect on the need for achievement, (2). Compensation has a negative and insignificant effect on the need for achievement. (3) The work environment has a positive but not significant effect on the need for achievement. (4) The development of the Integrity Zone has a positive and significant effect on performance. (5) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance. (6) Work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on performance. (7) The need for achievement has a positive and insignificant effect on performance. (8) The role of the need for achievement in mediating the effect of the Integrity Zone Development on performance is a no mediation effect (does not have a mediating effect). (9) The role of the need for achievement in mediating the effect of compensation on performance is a no mediation effect. Abstract

The Navy Marine Corps (Kormar) is one of the TNI's Main Operational Commands (Kotama Ops) under the direct control of the TNI Commander. In the organizational structure of the TNI, which functions as Kotama Bin at the Navy Headquarters. In a war situation and the implementation of the tasks assigned to the Marine Corps, it is certain that continuous integrated logistics support (Integrated Logistic Support) is needed because success in a combat operation is largely determined by the smooth logistics support for operating units. The logistics function plays an important role for the Marine Corps (Kormar) in this case logistics functions to help smooth work and activities effectively and efficiently. One of the factors that affect Kormar's logistics function is the logistics information system. The decision-making process will not run well without the availability of information. Without comprehensive information it is difficult to make good decisions and if you are negligent in providing information accurately, effectively, and efficiently, it will hinder operational activities which in turn will prevent the organization from achieving the desired goals. Performance accountability of government agencies is one form of media to report the success or failure of a government agency on the implementation of organizational goals and objectives. The purpose of this study was to see how much influence the logistics information system and performance accountability had on the logistics function of the Marine Corps. The method used in this research is quantitative by processing the data from the questionnaire using the SPSS 25 application program. The sample used in this study is a member of the Marine Corps, totaling 76 people. The results in this study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between the logistical information system variables on the logistics function of the Marine Corps. The t-test value is 3.731 and the t-table is 1.666. there is a positive and significant effect between the performance accountability variables on the logistics function of the Marine Corps. The t-test value is 7.607 and the t-table is 1.666. there is a positive and significant effect between the variables of logistics information systems and work accountability on the logistics function of the Marine Corps. The f test value is 34,734 and f table is 3,124. The value of the coefficient of determination or R2 48.8% Logistics Function can be explained by the Logistics Information System variable while the remaining 51.2% is influenced by other variables outside the model studied

The method used is quantitative associative method. The sampling technique used the slovin formula and the sample in this study was 87 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the relationship between satisfaction with service quality and price is very large. This indicates that consumers are satisfied if they get good service and get the right price. In addition, if the company provides good prices and services simultaneously to consumers, it is possible to strengthen satisfaction which has implications for the birth of purchase loyalty
