Product display variable partially has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at SRC Hendro grocery store. Simultaneously stated that the store atmosphere, store location, and product display variables had a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions at SRC Hendro grocery stores. Based on the results of the study, the researchers concluded that: 1. Store atmosphere partially has no significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. The resulting sig value is 0.206 which is greater than 0.05, an independent variable is said to have a significant effect if the sig value is less than 0.05, 2. Store location partially has no significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions because it has a sig value that is greater than 0.05, namely 0.765, 3. Product display partially has a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. This is based on the sig value obtained in data processing of 0.038 which means less than 0.05, 4. The store atmosphere, store location, and product display simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions, this is based on the sig value obtained in processing data of 0.000 which means less than 0.05.

Battalion Infantery 4 Marines has the main task of carrying out combat tasks by searching for, approaching, and destroying the enemy with fire and movement or fending off enemy attacks with fire and close combat and counter attacks, in support of the main task of Battalion 4 Mar, operational readiness is very important for soldiers, one of which is the occupational safety and health (K3) of soldiers. In addition to the K3 factor of soldiers in improving the operational readiness of Battalion 4 March soldiers, soldiers are required to be qualified and professional individuals in carrying out their duties, soldiers must carry out their work selflessly called OCB. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of occupational safety and health (K3) and OCB on the operational readiness of the soldiers Battalion Infantery 4 Marines. In this study using quantitative methods and for data processing in order to obtain results using the SPSS 25.0 application program. In determining the sample used, the researcher uses non-probability sampling with incidental sampling technique, to determine the number of samples using the Slovin the sample obtained is 239 respondents. The results in processing SPSS obtained results on the t- test. The t-count value for the K3 variable is 1.979 and the t-table obtained is 1.651, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence on the K3 variable on the operational readiness of soldiers and the t-value on the OCB variable is 1.858 with the t-table obtained is 1.651, meaning that there is a positive and negative effect. significant OCB variable on the operational readiness of soldiers. The data processing simultaneously with the f test. Ftable obtained is equal to 0.0513. Based on the results of the f test obtained at 1.233> 0.0513 and a significance value <0.05. So the conclusion is H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This shows that all independent variables (K3 and OCB) have a positive and significant effect on the Operational Readiness of the 4th Marine Infantry Battalion Soldiers. The value of the correlation coefficient (R) is 66.4%. It is in the strong category and the value of R2 = 0.441 which means that 44.1% of the Operational Readiness of the 4th Marine Infantry Battalion Soldiers can be explained by the K3 and OCB variables while the remaining 55.9% is influenced by other variables outside the model studied.

PT Alkha Industri (ALKAIND), as one of the leading industrial and design companies in Indonesia. Of course, handling projects worth hundreds of billions of rupiah and multi years requires a professional strategy and management so that the project is on time, does not exceed the costs that have been determined and in accordance with the specifications requested by the employer (client / owner). ALKIND already has project risk management rules/procedures and the project team has carried out project planning with risk management (risk identification). Research conducting analysis provides answers to the effectiveness of making project risk identification can affect the achievement of project targets. The data uses data from the company PT Alkha Industri from 2020 to 2022 for registered projects both completed and in progress. The results of the analysis can be concluded, 1) the risk owner who should identify potential risks in the project is not Project Control personnel because they do not know the potential risks of each function, 2) update risks every month by evaluating the realization of control, 3) risks so that their inherent risk score is reduced, 4) Perform other responses besides mitigating, namely how to avoid risk (avoiding), how to transfer risk (sharing / transferring), controlling risk (controlling) and optimizing risk (exploiting).

The need for electricity supply in Indonesia is increasing amid the availability of main raw materials which can be considered "insufficient". Departing from this, the government plans to increase power generation capacity which is then outlined in the Electricity Supply Business Plan (RUPTL) since 2017. However, instead of using renewable energy, the power plant used is a power plant with coal as raw material. Even though the threat of climate change is increasingly real for the whole world. Indonesia's dependence on coal was increasingly felt when the Government issued PP No. 22 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Environmental Protection and Management which is a derivative of Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. In this regulation, Fly Ash and Bottom Ash (FABA) dust, which is the result of burning coal, is removed from the Hazardous and Toxic Waste (B3). The purpose of this study is to provide alternative policies for policy makers by using descriptive qualitative methods in the review process. This study uses a qualitative method by utilizing secondary data with the results in the form of an explanation of alternative policies in overcoming the problem of coal policy which is summarized in PP no. 22 of 2021.
