Abstract

Pemberlakuan Fase New Normal (yang ditandai dengan perubahan perilaku untuk tetap melakukan aktivitas normal yang disertai dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan guna mencegah terjadinya penularan Covid-19) menjadi tantangan baru bagi setiap sektor bisnis, termasuk sektor pariwisata. Hal ini juga merupakan suatu tantangan bagi Obyek Wisata Alam Mayang Pekanbaru yang saat ini sedang menyusun rencana untuk meningkatkan layanan wisatanya dalam rangka beradaptasi dengan Fase New Normal. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menyusun rencana peningkatan layanan wisata yang relevan dengan Fase New Normal dengan didasarkan pada tiga parameter, yaitu perbandingan antara tingkat kepentingan dan kinerja dari atribut layanan, dampak atribut layanan terhadap pencapaian tujuan bisnis, serta tingkat signifikansi layanan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Terdapat 21 atribut layanan yang termasuk dalam lima dimensi yang akan dievaluasi dengan menggunakan Metode Fuzzy Importance Performance Impact Analysis (FIPIA) dan Metode Kano. Ke-21 atribut layanan tersebut dipilih setelah melakukan studi literatur secara terbatas pada sejumlah penelitian terdahulu. Dalam hal ini, Metode FIPIA digunakan untuk memilih sekelompok atribut layanan yang menjadi fokus untuk ditingkatkan, sedangkan Metode Kano digunakan untuk menentukan urutan dari sekelompok atribut layanan yang akan ditingkatkan tersebut. Data-data yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh 404 wisatawan dan hasil wawancara dengan lima orang tenaga ahli yang merupakan perwakilan dari akademisi dan praktisi. Selanjutnya, hasil pengolahan data dengan menggunakan FIPIA menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 7 buah atribut layanan yang menjadi fokus untuk ditingkatkan dan hasil pengolahan data dengan menggunakan Metode Kano menunjukkan bahwa tiga diantaranya termasuk dalam kelompok atribut dasar yang harus ada atau must be, dua diantara termasuk dalam kelompok atribut yang mampu memberikan kepuasan secara linear (one-dimensional), dan dua diantaranya termasuk dalam kelompok atribut yang mampu memberikan kepuasan secara eksponensial (attractive).Abstract[Improving Service Quality at Mayang Alam Tourism with FIPIA an KANO Integration] Implementing the New Normal Phase (marked by changes in behavior to continue carrying out routine activities accompanied by implementing health protocols to prevent transmission of Covid-19) is a new challenge for every business sector, including the tourism sector. Implementing the New Normal is also challenging for the Mayang Pekanbaru Natural Tourism Object, which is currently preparing plans to improve its tourism services to adapt to the New Normal Phase. Based on this condition, the purpose of this study is to develop a plan to improve tourism services that are relevant to the New Normal Phase based on three parameters, namely a comparison between the level of importance and performance of service attributes, the impact of service attributes on achieving business goals, and the level of service significance on tourist satisfaction. There are 21 service attributes included in the five dimensions, which will be evaluated using the Fuzzy Importance Performance Impact Analysis (FIPIA) and the Kano methods. All the service attributes were selected after conducting a limited literature review  on a number of previous studies. In this case, the FIPIA method selects a group of service attributes to focus on for improvement. Then, the Kano method is used to determine the order of a group of service attributes to be improved. The data ne eded in this study were obtained from the questionnaires completed by 404 tourists and interviews with five experts who were representatives of academics and practitioners. Furthermore, the data processing results using FIPIA show that the improvement should focus on seven service attributes. Moreover, the results of data processing using the Kano method show that three of them are included in the group of basic attributes that must exist or must be, two of them are included in the group of attributes that are able to provide satisfaction linearly (one-dimensional), and two of them are included in the group of attributes that are able to give satisfaction exponentially (attractive).Keywords: Service Quality; FIPIA; KANO

Abstract

Kesiapan menghadapi Industry 4.0 dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan penilaian. Berdasarkan model penilaian terdahulu menghasilkan kerangka kerja yang dapat dimodifikasi. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah modifikasi alat penilaian kesiapan Industry 4.0 agar dapat sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi perusahaan yang ada di Indonesia. Implementasi penilaian akan dilakukan di Kota Surakarta yaitu perusahaan textile dan rokok. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Metode Delphi dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil dari penelitian yaitu didapatkan 2 indikator baru untuk menilai kesiapan Industri 4.0 yang sudah tervalidasi yaitu Indikator Sosial Teknologi dan Indikator Penelitian dan Pendanaan yang masuk pada Aspek Organisasi dan Budaya. Penilaian secara keseluruhan pada perusahaan sektor textile memiliki nilai kesiapan Industri 4.0 sebesar 0,94 dan perusahaan sektor rokok sebesar 0,82, dimana kedua sektor perusahaan masuk pada kriteria level 1 yaitu tahap awal penerapan Industri 4.0. Rekomendasi yang dirumuskan untuk langkah preventif kesiapan perusahaan menghadapi Industry 4.0 yaitu inovasi barcode pada kemasan, pembentukan divisi penelitian, inovasi mesin otomasi, dan sosialisasi industry 4.0. Abstract[Modification of Assessment Tools Readiness Industry 4.0 in Manufacturing Companies] Readiness for Industry 4.0 can be done by conducting an assessment. Based on the previous assessment model, it produces a framework that can be modified. The aim of this research is to modify the Industry 4.0 readiness assessment tool so that it is in accordance with the situation and conditions of companies in Indonesia. The implementation of the assessment will be carried out in Surakarta City, namely textile and cigarette companies. The method used is the Delphi method and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of the study obtained 2 new indicators to assess the readiness of industry 4.0 which have been validated, namely Social Technology Indicators and Research and Funding Indicators which are included in Organizational and Cultural Aspects. The overall assessment of the textile sector companies has an industrial readiness value of 0.94 for industry 4.0 and for cigarette sector companies of 0.82, where both company sectors are included in the level 1 criteria, namely the initial stage of implementing Industry 4.0. Recommendations formulated for preventive steps for company readiness to face Industry 4.0, namely innovation of barcodes on packaging, establishment of research divisions, innovation of automation machines, and socialization of industry 4.0.Keywords: modification; readiness; assessment tool; Industry 4.0

Abstract

Dewasa ini permasalahan di dunia industri semakin kompleks dan dinamis, tak terkecuali terkait permasalahan pemilihan pemasok (supplier). Pemilihan pemasok telah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesuksesan logistik dan manajemen rantai pasokan. PT. Stechoq Robotika Indonesia adalah perusahaan R&D dan manufaktur di D.I. Yogyakarta yang memproduksi Genose, Ventilator, DCS, dan lainnya. Komponen baut merupakan salah satu komponen yang selalu digunakan dan harus dipastikan ketersediaanya melalui penilaian pemasok. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan supplier baut yang terbaik berdasarkan kriteria dan subkriteria yang telah ditentukan. Variabel meliputi: harga, kualitas, pengiriman, ketepatan kuantitas, dan pelayanan. Untuk menentukan urutan preferensi pemasok baut, penelitian ini menggunakan AHP yang memberikan skor probabilitas individu untuk setiap kriteria, dan TOPSIS, yang memberi pengguna indikasi pemasok mana yang harus dipilih saat memilih baut. Sebagai hasil dari pengolahan data, pemasok diberi peringkat berdasarkan preferensi mereka. Nilai preferensi untuk setiap pemasok adalah: pemasok 1, sebesar 0.6295; pemasok 2 sebesar 0.5648; pemasok 3 sebesar 0.6288; pemasok 4 sebesar 0.3156; pemasok 5 sebesar 0.4445, pemasok 6 sebesar 0.5343; dan pemasok 7 sebesar 1.0000. Ada lima parameter yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dan kualitas diketahui memiliki pengaruh terbesar sekitar 35.5%. Abstract[Analyze of Bolt Supplier Selection Using the Method AHP-TOPSIS PT. Stechoq Robotika Indonesia] Today problems in the industrial world are increasingly complex and dynamic, including the matter of supplier selection. Supplier selection has a significant effect on the success of logistics and supply chain management. PT. Stechoq Robotika Indonesia is an R&D and manufacturing company in D.I. Yogyakarta produces Genose, Ventilator, DCS, and others. Bolt components are one of the components that are always used and their availability must be ensured through supplier assessment. This research was conducted to determine which bolt supplier is the best based on predetermined criteria and sub-criteria. Variables include price, quality, delivery, quantity accuracy, and service. To determine the preference order of bolt suppliers, this study uses AHP which assigns individual probability scores for each criterion, and TOPSIS, which gives users an indication of which supplier to choose when selecting bolts. As a result of data processing, suppliers are ranked based on their preferences. The preference value for each supplier is: supplier 1, equal to 0.6295; supplier 2 of 0.5648; supplier 3 of 0.6288; supplier 4 of 0.3156; supplier 5 is 0.4445, supplier 6 is 0.5343; and supplier 7 of 1.0000. Of the five parameters used in this research, quality has to have the most influence at 35.5%.Keywords: AHP; Supplier Selection; TOPSIS

Abstract

Desa Wisata Lerep merupakan objek wisata yang berada di Kecamatan Ungaran Barat, Kabupaten Semarang, yang berpotensi sebagai destinasi pariwisata apabila dikembangkan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal pada kawasan Desa wisata Lerep berbasis ekowisata (ecotourism), mengembangkan strategi ecotourism dengan menggunakan strength-weakness-opportunity-threat (SWOT) analysis, dan memprioritaskan strategi ecotourism dengan menggunakan model multi-attribute utility theory (MAUT). Data pada penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pengisian kuesioner. Pihak yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini adalah perwakilan dari Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Semarang, pengelola tempat wisata yang ada di desa wisata, warga lokal, dan wisatawan yang mengunjungi desa wisata. Hasil pengolahan menunjukkan bahwa Kawasan Desa Wisata Lerep memiliki delapan faktor yang merupakan kekuatan, sembilan faktor yang merupakan kelemahan, empat faktor yang merupakan peluang, dan tiga faktor merupakan ancaman terhadap pengembangan Kawasan Desa Wisata Lerep. Hasil pengolahan data juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat lima strategi yang menjadi prioritas untuk pengembangan objek wisata Kawasan Desa Wisata Lerep.  Abstract[ECOTOURISM-BASED SWOT ANALYSIS AND MULTI-ATTRIBUTE UTILITY THEORY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEREP TOURIST VILLAGE, SEMARANG] Lerep Tourist Village is a tourist attraction in Semarang which has a potential to be a tourist destination if it is well developed. This study aims to identify internal and external factors in the Lerep Tourist Village based on ecotourism, to develop ecotourism strategies using strength-weakness-opportunity-threat (SWOT) analysis, and to prioritize ecotourism strategies using multi-attribute utility theory (MAUT). Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The respondents were the representatives of the Government Tourism Office of Semarang, managers of tourist attractions, local residents, and tourists. The result shows that the Tourist Village has eight strong factors, nine weak factors, four factors which are opportunities, and three factors which are threats to the development of the Tourist Village. The result also shows that there are five strategies to be prioritized for the development of the tourist destination.Keywords: business strategy; ecotourism; MAUT model; SWOT; tourist destination

Abstract

Limbah baterai lithium-ion diproyeksikan akan meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah kendaraan listrik. Teknologi daur ulang baterai menjadi perhatian penting terutama dalam mendukung percepatan program Kendaraan Bermotor Listrik Berbasis Baterai (KBLBB). Penelitian ini berfokus pada studi tekno-ekonomi pembangunan pilot plant daur ulang baterai Lithium Manganese Oxide (LMO) dan Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) secara pirometalurgi. Kapasitas input daur ulang baterai LFP dan LMO adalah 8.000 ton/tahun.  Nilai Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PBP), dan Profitability Index (PI) daur ulang baterai LMO berturut-turut adalah 12,57%, Rp 7.583.346.464,-, 5,85 tahun, dan 2,39. Sedangkan untuk daur ulang baterai LFP berturut-turut adalah 11,15%,  -Rp 11.235.266.123,-, 6,23 tahun, dan 2,32. Hal ini mengindikasikan daur ulang baterai LMO lebih menjanjikan dibandingkan daur ulang baterai LFP. Dari segi analisis sensitivitas, diketahui bahwa daur ulang baterai LMO dan LFP ini lebih sensitif terhadap perubahan harga produk dibandingkan dengan perubahan harga reagen dan nilai OPEX. Emisi gas CO2, pada proses daur ulang baterai LMO lebih sedikit daripada baterai LFP, sehingga pencemaran lingkungan yang dihasilkan lebih minim. Untuk meminimalisir emisi gas ini, dapat dilakukan instalasi peralatan wet scrubber dan implementasi sistem Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS)/Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage (CCUS). Abstract[Techno-Economic Study of Pyrometallurgy Process of Lithium Manganese Oxide (LMO) and Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) Battery Recycling] Lithium-ion battery waste is projected to increase along with electric vehicle growth. Battery recycling technology is an important concern, especially in supporting the acceleration of the Battery-Based Electric Vehicle program. This research focuses on the techno-economic study of the construction of a Lithium Manganese Oxide (LMO) and Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery recycling pilot plant using the pyrometallurgy method to produce an input capacity of LFP and LMO battery recycling of 8,000 tons/year. The Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PBP), and Profitability Index (PI) of the LMO battery recycling are 12,57%, Rp 7.583.346.464,-, 5,85 years, and 2,39 respectively. Meanwhile, for LFP battery recycling, the values are 11,15%, -Rp 11.235.266.123,-, 6,23 years, and 2,32 respectively. These values indicate that LMO battery recycling is more promising than LFP battery recycling. In terms of sensitivity analysis, it is known that LMO and LFP battery recycling are more sensitive to changes in product prices than changes in reagent prices and OPEX values. CO2 emissions in the LMO battery recycling process are lower than those from LFP batteries, resulting in more minimal environmental pollution. Abstract

Perkembangan virtual reality serta penggunaannya dalam kehidupan tidak dapat terhindarkan. Dalam bidang industri manufaktur masih terdapat perbedaan hasil penelitian mengenai efek dari virtual reality terhadap aspek fisiologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh realitas dan kesulitan task terhadap tingkat kinerja yang diukur melalui time completion, dan task completion serta pengaruhnya terhadap tingkat stress (diukur dengan Galvanic Skin Response) dan tingkat kewaspadaan (diukur dengan Psychomotor Vigilance Task). Penelitian ini melibatkan 28 orang partisipan dengan menggunakan rancangan between subject design yang terbagi menjadi variabel realitas (Virtual Reality, Real World) dan tingkat kesulitan tugas (berat, ringan). Pengolahan data secara statistika deskriptif dan uji pengaruh dengan menggunakan two-way ANOVA dilakukan pada setiap aspek yang diukur. Tidak ditemukan adanya pengaruh signifikan (p-value > 0,05) antara faktor realitas atau faktor kesulitan task terhadap tingkat kinerja, tingkat stress, maupun tingkat kewaspadaan. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai pengaruh virtual reality terhadap aspek kinerja dan fisiologis. Usulan rekomendasi penyesuaian diberikan untuk penggunaan dalam bidang industri dengan mempertimbangkan waktu pelatihan, gerakan yang diperlukan, serta tingkat keterampilan yang dibutuhkan. Abstract[Performance Analysis in Virtual Reality Based on Different Levels of Reality and Task Difficulty: Case Study on Repetitive Assembly] Virtual reality has already been used and implemented in many sectors. In the manufacturing field, research on this subject has been done for some time now, but there are still some variations regarding the effect of virtual reality on physiological aspects. This research aims to determine the effect of reality and task difficulty on performance level as measured by time and task completion, stress level by using Galvanic Skin Response and vigilance level (measured by Psychomotor Vigilance Task). There were 28 participants using between subject designs. Descriptive statistics and tests to check the influence of the two independent variables were done using Two-way ANOVA for all aspects considered. This research resulted in no influence (p-value >0,05) from either reality or task difficulty toward performance, stress level, or alertness. More research should be done to know if there are some influences from virtual reality to human aspects. Some recommendations were made to adjust the virtual environment usage in industrial sectors with some consideration about training period, types of movements, and the skills needed in that particular sector.Keywords: Virtual Reality; Stress; Alertness; Performance; Psychomotor Vigilance Task; Galvanic Skin Responses

Abstract

PT X merupakan perusahaan tambang pasir di daerah Cimangkok, Sukabumi yang sedang mengalami kesulitan dalam mencapai target produksi. PT X memiliki target produksi pasir sebesar 600-700 m3 per bulan namun rata-rata hasil produksi hanya mencapai 400-500 m3per bulan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengelola risiko pemangku kepentingan yang menghambat perusahaan dalam mencapai target produksinya. Untuk memperoleh hasil analisis risiko yang lebih holistik, penelitian akan meninjau analisis interaksi risiko dengan integrasi metode Interpretive structure modelling dan matriks MICMAC. Hasil analisis risiko pemangku kepentingan menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat risiko utama yang masuk ke dalam kategori risiko influent dan perlu dikelola oleh perusahaan, yaitu komunikasi yang kurang efektif antar pekerja, hambatan operasional akibat human error, pekerja tidak melakukan operasi sesuai dengan prosedur, dan kurangnya pekerja dengan kapabilitas dan pengetahuan yang memadai. Risiko-risiko ini berasal dari proses bisnis inti yang berkaitan dengan proses bisnis penambangan pasir. Untuk mengelola risiko pemangku kepentingan PT X, hasil studi mengusulkan 4 strategi, yaitu perbaikan struktur organisasi perusahaan, penyusunan job description, penyusunan standard operating procedure, dan pelatihan serta sertifikasi keterampilan teknis pekerja. Abstract[Title: Strategy Design for Pemangku kepentingan-Risk Management Based on Business Process at PT X] PT X is a sand mining company located in Cimangkok area, Sukabumi, which is experiencing difficulties in achieving production targets. With a target of 600-700 m3, PT X can only manage to reach an average of 400-500 m3 sand production. This study aims to manage pemangku kepentingan risk at PT X. To obtain a more holistic risk analysis result, this study involves risk interaction analysis with the integration of the ISM and MICMAC methods. The result shows that there are four main risks from the influential category that need to be managed by the company: ineffective communication among workers, operational problems caused by human error, workers not performing their works according to procedures, and lack of workers with adequate capabilities and knowledge. This risk comes from core business processes that are related to sand mining. To manage the risk of PT X's stakeholders, the results of the study propose 4 strategies: improvement of the company's organizational structure, development of job description, development of standard operating procedures, and training as well as technical certification for workers.Keywords: core business process; stakeholder risk; risk interaction; risk mitigation; ISM-MICMAC

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara dimensi-dimensi kualitas website terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap website Tiket.com. Data diperoleh dengan kuesioner terhadap 141 responden pengguna situs Tiket.com. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan untuk menguji konstruk penelitian, uji asumsi klasik dilakukan untuk memastikan persamaan regresi yang didapatkan konsisten dan tidak bias. Pengujian model dilakukan dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: desain website, keamanan dan privasi, serta empati memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, sedangkan, interaktivitas, konten dan informasi, reliabilitas, serta daya tanggap tidak secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Rekomendasi untuk situs Tiket.com adalah pengembangan website untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan. Abstract[Analysis the Impact of Websitesite Quality on Customer Satisfaction Level using Multiple Linear Regression Method (Case Study: Tiket.com)] This study examines the relationship between the dimensions of website site quality to customer satisfaction level on the Tiket.com website. Data was collected from 141 respondents who were users of the Tiket.com website. A validity and reliability test was conducted to test the research constructs, and a classic assumption test was also undertaken to ensure that the regression equation obtained was correct, unbiased, and consistent. Multiple linear regression analysis was then carried out to test the model. The analysis of this study indicated that website site design, security, privacy, and empathy have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. While interactivity, content and information, reliability, and responsiveness do not significantly affect customer satisfaction. The recommendation for the website site is website site development to increase customer satisfaction.Keywords: website quality; customer satisfaction; multiple linear regression

Abstract

Waste management methods in Indonesia largely rely on unsustainable practices such as open dumping and landfills which urgently need transformation. Pyrolysis is one alternative solution for waste problems as it can process waste into other products. As the existing production system was not set up to manufacture this machine, we proposed a production system to produce a pyrolizer so that a more effective and efficient production process can be achieved. In this study, we employed Group Technology approach using Rank Order Clustering (ROC) method to create cell manufacturing groups. Based on our evaluation on the shortest material movement, we produced 2 different cells to manufacture the pyrolyzer. Cell, I contained plate cutting, drilling, pipe cutting, and bending machines (M2, M5, M3, M4), whilst Cell 2 contained rolling and lathe machines (M1, M6).  It also contained main reactor, pyrolyzer reactor burner, middle condenser, upper access door, bottom access door, upper condenser, bottom condenser components (A, F, H, B, C, G, I). Out of the sixteen components to be made, seven components were in Cell I whereas the other nine were in Cell II (N, P, J, E, D, K , L, M, O) comprising burner case, access ladders, separators, firewalls, reactor base frames, condenser frames, gas piping, water piping, and sprinklers components. By applying this group technology method to the pyrolyzer production system, the production process could be carried out in a more efficient and organized manner.

Abstract

Accidents and occupational diseases occur frequently, especially in the manufacturing industry. Workers also have psychological burdens in the industrial era 4.0 as indicated by the increase in cases of stress experienced when interacting with machines. These concerns led this study to reduce the psychological and social negative impacts on workers interacting with machines. This was achieved through a systematic literature review using the PRISMA stages to comprehensively determine the burden experienced by workers and their impact. It was discovered from the 14 articles that meet the search criteria that the psychological and social conditions of workers are very bad mainly due to the application of technology in the Industry 4.0 era. This was caused by eight factors which include (1) workload exceeding capacity, (2) high concentration and cognitive activity demanded at work, (3) increased cognitive load, (4) anxiety about their ability to use technology, (5) work becoming increasingly complex, (6) worried that their position will be replaced by technology, (7) inability to operate technology, and (8) reduced social interaction. It was recommended that the impact be reduced by managing the causative burdens using two main approaches which include the company and the individual worker affected.
