Abstract

PT. Volta Indonesia Semesta merupakan perusahaan yang berfokus memproduksi dan menghadirkan kendaraan listrik berserta teknologinya. Saat ini, perusahaan masih terkendala oleh menentukan posisi dan daya saing perusahaan di dalam dunia persaingan transportasi. Keinovatifan perusahaan adalah kunci pendorong kemajuan perusahaan terutama menghadapi kompetisi dan mengetahui posisi perusahaan. Keinovatifan perusahaan dapat dilihat menggunakan penilaian tingkat keinovatifan. Penilaian tersebut didasarkan pada dua aspek, yakni kapabilitas inovasi dan hasil inovasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menilai tingkat keinovatifan perusahaan dan merumuskan rekomendasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penilaian ini yaitu Delphi dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil yang diperoleh menyatakan bahwa PT. Volta Indonesia Semesta termasuk dalam Emerging Industry Learder di Indonesia dengan nilai keinovatifan sebesar 580,47. Lebih lanjut, terdapat rekomendasi bagi perusahaan yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan keinovatifan yaitu dengan memberikan reward kepada karyawan, melakukan sistem rekrutmen buta, membentuk gugus kendali mutu, pelatihan bagi karyawan, customer dan supplier gathering, mengadakan divisi RnD, membentuk knowledge center, mengembangkan lab uji produk, dan pengukuran carbon footprint secara berkala.

Abstract

Permen atau gula-gula adalah makanan berkalori tinggi yang pada umumnya berbahan dasar gula, air, dan sirup fruktosa. Permen juga merupakan makanan ringan yang disukai banyak masyarakat terutama anak-anak karena rasanya yang manis dan biasanya dibuat dengan berbagai macam bentuk, hal tersebut yang menambah ketertarikan anak-anak untuk mencobanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan Metode SWOT dalam menyusun strategi inovasi pada produk usaha permen jagung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini sendiri dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha ini mempunyai peluang bagus dalam hal nama (branding) yang dikelola sendiri serta keunggulan produk yang terletak pada kualitas bahan baku yang sehat dan alami dan produk masih sangat langka untuk dijumpai di sekitar kita.selain itu kedepannya harus lebih berinovasi dan lebih kreatif lagi dalam pengenalan rasa dan bentuk permen serta harus selalu menjaga kualitas dari bahan-bahan baku yang digunakan.

Abstract

KAI Access is the official application owned by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) for ticket cancellations, changing ticket schedules, purchasing local trains, purchasing train tickets 1 hour before departure, e-boarding passes. Based on the user rating on the Play store, which is 3.3 out of 5 stars. In this study using 10 Nielsen's usability rules, with the aim of analyzing whether the KAI Access application can be said to be good or not. Task Analysis which is classified as efficient enough because the value of the lost ness level is only 0.26651869414146. It was found that from 6 of 10 Jacob Nielsen heuristic evaluations, errors were found to minimize the users memory load, feedback, shortcuts, prevent errors, help and documentation, consistency. The 10 principles of usability that need to be improved in this KAI Access application are the Minimize the users memory load type and the Minimize the users memory load type with the same severity rating 3, namely major with a fixed rating of 2, requiring some effort to fix.

Abstract

The importance of SMEs to world economic and are pillars of the country's economic development. The number of SMEs was increased from year to year in the world. The number of SMEs in ASEAN alone currently reaches more than 70 million business units and cover 99% of all businesses in the region. Directly proportional to it, competition and sustainability vulnerabilities also getting higher. Sustainability issues had been the main focus for SMEs. Sustainability was based on three main baselines (economic, social, and cultural). Currently, a tool needed to assessment sustainability and develop a competitive strategy for these SMEs. However, the tools for sustainability assessment in SMEs was not available. This study aims to develop a sustainability assessment tool in the SMEs sector. Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) was a framework that supports the decision-making process by combining several baselines. One of the MCDM methods that can be used was the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).

Abstract

Kesiapan menghadapi Industry 4.0 dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan penilaian. Berdasarkan model penilaian terdahulu menghasilkan kerangka kerja yang dapat dimodifikasi. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah modifikasi alat penilaian kesiapan Industry 4.0 agar dapat sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi perusahaan yang ada di Indonesia. Implementasi penilaian akan dilakukan di Kota Surakarta yaitu perusahaan textile dan rokok. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Metode Delphi dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil dari penelitian yaitu didapatkan 2 indikator baru untuk menilai kesiapan Industri 4.0 yang sudah tervalidasi yaitu Indikator Sosial Teknologi dan Indikator Penelitian dan Pendanaan yang masuk pada Aspek Organisasi dan Budaya. Penilaian secara keseluruhan pada perusahaan sektor textile memiliki nilai kesiapan Industri 4.0 sebesar 0,94 dan perusahaan sektor rokok sebesar 0,82, dimana kedua sektor perusahaan masuk pada kriteria level 1 yaitu tahap awal penerapan Industri 4.0. Rekomendasi yang dirumuskan untuk langkah preventif kesiapan perusahaan menghadapi Industry 4.0 yaitu inovasi barcode pada kemasan, pembentukan divisi penelitian, inovasi mesin otomasi, dan sosialisasi industry 4.0. Abstract[Modification of Assessment Tools Readiness Industry 4.0 in Manufacturing Companies] Readiness for Industry 4.0 can be done by conducting an assessment. Based on the previous assessment model, it produces a framework that can be modified. The aim of this research is to modify the Industry 4.0 readiness assessment tool so that it is in accordance with the situation and conditions of companies in Indonesia. The implementation of the assessment will be carried out in Surakarta City, namely textile and cigarette companies. The method used is the Delphi method and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of the study obtained 2 new indicators to assess the readiness of industry 4.0 which have been validated, namely Social Technology Indicators and Research and Funding Indicators which are included in Organizational and Cultural Aspects. The overall assessment of the textile sector companies has an industrial readiness value of 0.94 for industry 4.0 and for cigarette sector companies of 0.82, where both company sectors are included in the level 1 criteria, namely the initial stage of implementing Industry 4.0. Recommendations formulated for preventive steps for company readiness to face Industry 4.0, namely innovation of barcodes on packaging, establishment of research divisions, innovation of automation machines, and socialization of industry 4.0.Keywords: modification; readiness; assessment tool; Industry 4.0

Abstract

Quality control is very necessary so that the goals, plans and policies of a company in producing products are achieved. This study aims to analyze the dominant product quality control in printing production (kain sarung with construction (TR30/TR30 84 55 52)) using the control chart method at PT. Sari Warna Asli Unit 1, Karanganyar. Data collection through interviews and data processing of inspection reports. The results of data analysis obtained UCL values ??of 753, CL of 675, and LCL of 597. Gagal wanra is a defect with the highest number and is outside the control limits. The causes of these defects come from environmental factors, methods, machines, humans, and raw materials.

Abstract

The development of the industrial world which is increasingly rapid at this time requires a company to pay attention to the smooth production process and employee performance. PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company engaged in the garment sector. Performance measurement that is still applied to PT. XYZ is still using a target and attendance system, therefore the performance measurement is still not able to describe the employee's contribution to the company. The purpose of this study is to measure the performance of production employees, especially the sewing department line 2 and 3 using the Human Resource Scorecard (HRSC) and Total Quality Management (TQM) methods. Collecting data through interviews and distributing questionnaires to employees. Test results for the validity and reliability of the questionnaire data in this study obtained an Rtable of 0.254. The alpha value for the HRSC method is 0.602 and the alpha value for the TQM method is 0.807. The results of data processing on 4 HRSC perspectives, namely the financial perspective of 203 (satisfactory), the customer perspective of 695 (satisfactory), the internal business process perspective (satisfactory), and the growth and learning perspective of 364 (satisfactory) and the results of the TQM method are 1723 ( satisfying)

Abstract

Facility layout design is very important in supporting production activities, this arrangement is supported in one area in the warehouse. Warehouse arrangement is necessary for the smooth flow of materials that require efficient arrangement and transfer of materials to reduce the frequency of backtracking. The purpose of this research is to minimize the material transfer distancehandling. CV. Eka Jaya Sakti is a company engaged in processing plastic into raffia products. The problems that exist in this company are the placement of raw materials and product results that are less organized. The method used in this research isSystematic Layout Planningthe analysis was carried out by comparing the total material handling initial displacement with the proposal. Materialhandlingin the initial layout is . the results of the proposed layout research with material spacinghandlingthe first proposal is 4,763.22 meters and the second is 3,678.6 meters. Based on these results, the proposed layout is chosen the second layout with the minimum displacement distance value.

Abstract

Printing is an industry that is constantly evolving and adapting to changing market demands, as well as an increasing focus on sustainability. CV Madyotomo is a company engaged in the printing sector. When excessive incoming orders cause a buildup of print orders of up to 110% of production capacity, this makes employees often have to do overtime. The purpose of this research is to design a PPIC system that is useful for planning and scheduling production so that the entire production process can run smoothly and employees don't have to work overtime too often. PPIC system design can be done using Forecasting with the moving average method and single exponential smoothing. From this research, the results of the forecasting methods used for each level are different. For elementary school level (Elementary School) using the Moving Average method. For junior high school level (junior high school) using the single exponential smoothing method. For SMA level (High School) using the single exponential smoothing method. For MPS (Master Production Schedule) production, the number of daily print orders that must be fulfilled is 78,095. The proposed overtime with MPS in 9 days totals 36 hours. The difference in the frequency of company overtime with overtime according to MPS is as much as 28 hours, this of course will also affect the expenses for the wages paid, of course it will be less than before.

Abstract

Welding workshop is a business engaged in iron and mild steel welding services. The welding workshop, which has been established since 2000 until now, often produces flower pot racks of various shapes and sizes. In the initial observation, production activities were carried out less than optimally due to the inefficiency of moving material, the distance of movement, causing delays in product processing. In this study the method used by researchers is the systematic layout planning method with the aim of producing a more efficient flow through layout design by paying attention to the sequence of a process relationship to each activity that occurs. Based on the Systematic Layout Planning method, there are proposed layouts with distances between departments that are shorter or closer to the distance between departments, with a comparison of the distance between the initial layout of 16 m and the proposed layout of 11.37 m.
