Abstract

Culture is the bridge between health and psychology (mentality). Wisdom is a basis of integration of cognitive and affective that showed qualities of personality. A wise man lives their daily life in accord with wise perspectives and wise values. The local wisdom helps us to reach our wholeness by illuminating our inner world with the wisdom of our ancestors and helping us to discover our talents.  By the means of the values of Pancasila, the wholeness within the individual and the wholeness with nature and relations become the essential of character development, slow, and fast will create harmony.  In community building, our life is enhanced. We can see how their lives are better because we are part of them. We have a place in their circle of life. We are constantly growing as a person.

Abstract

This examines to analyze the employee performance management in the Directorate of Rivers and Coastal at the Directorate General of Water Resources, Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing. The problem that Directorate of River and Coastal at Directorate General of Water Resources Ministry of Public Works and Housing facing are : The decrease of human resource, the decrease of effectiveness the position, the effective job, there’s Gap between director and employee, this research has made to analyze and to get description about how is Employee Performance to the Performance Management in the Directorate of River and Coastal at Directorate General of Water Resources Ministry of Public Works and Housing. The research method that used is qualitative and descriptive. While using interview and observe technique. The population in this research is employee that amount 54 people by informant 5 people. Even though the file analyses has done as qualitative and before has done observe participate where researcher combine with has checked it and researcher also action as observer. The result of this research concluded that the employee’s performance was good. The result obtained from the average value of Employee Performance Target (SKP) amounted to 90,97. Hopefully the results of this research can be useful and can improve employee performance, especially in the Directorate of River and Coastal at Directorate General of Water Resources Ministry of Public Works and Housing

Abstract

Street children in Jakarta City have been increasing every year and their lifestyle tends to be desperate. The following are the problems faced by street children: school dropouts, intimidations, drugs and addictive substances abuses, susceptible to diseases, shack dwellings in slum environments, risk of being hit, a gap in the family relationship. The research question is: How is the lmplementation of Street Children Development Policy in Social Branch Office of West Jakarta. This study used descriptive qualitative approach. The objective of descriptive qualitative research describes facts, objects, or subjects as they are with the aim of systematically describing the facts and characteristics of the object under study accurately. Data collection is conducted using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The result of the study showed that the lmplementation of Street Children Development Policy in Social Branch Office of West Jakarta has run well, Social Branch Office of West Jakafta already has several Children's Social lnstitutions, one of which is Children's Social lnstitutions 4 Cengkareng, and there is also an NGO (Non-governmental organization) Uswatun hasanah in West Jakarta. Even though the Social Branch Office of West Jakarta has implemented the street children development well, there are still obstacles in fostering street children who come from street children, families of street children, and the lack of public information on dealing with street children. Social Branch Office of West Jakarta has an effort to overcome these obstacles, by collaborating with the Civil Service Police Unit of lndonesia and the Police to control and supervise street children, the children's social institutions participate in supervising the development of street children, P3S officers (social control service officers) of the Social Branch Office of West Jakarta reaches back to the street children and will be handed back to the orphanage for their guidance, Social Branch Office of West Jakarta collaborates with the Children's Social lnstitution for the social rehabilitation of street children

Abstract

This research examines to analyze the effect of career development and motivation partially and simultaneously on the employee performance of PT Kideco Jaya Agung. This research is based on empirical conditions such as limited promotional opportunities, economic downturns and global competition. Employees are performing their daily monotonous tasks from time to time, the employees sre not to supporting each other to accomplishing their tasks. Based on this background, this research is intended to analyze the effects of career development and motivation partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Kideco Jaya Agung. This research uses a quantitative-descriptive method to see how much the effects of the independent variable with a dependent variable represented by Variable Coefficient and the relationship between those both variables with Coefficient of Determination. Results of the research shows that variable x1 career development of Coefficient of Determination is 0.546, reflecting that the career development variable affects the performance and, the Effect is 54.6%. Career development obtains 4,650>2,110 t-value and the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded that career development results in a significant positive effect on the performance. Results of the research shows that variable x2 motivation of Coefficient of Determination is 0.623, meaning that the motivation variable affects the performance and, the effect is 62.3%. Motivation obtains 5,457> 2,110 t-values and 0.000 <0.05 Significance Value, so it can be concluded that motivation results in significant posituve is effecting thr performance the performance. Career Development and Motivation obtained 0.713 Coefficient of Determination R square (r2), meaning that career development and motivation variables affect the performance and the effect is 71.3% and Significance Value is 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that career development and motivation simultaneously Effect or result in a joint effect on performance

Abstract

There are several phenomena at Setiabudi Public Health Center, South Jakarta City that attracts the researcher's attention. The public health center is lacking health service, administrative service, low call alert, and unfriendly when dealing with patients. In addition, a very long queue often happen which leads to the patient less comfortable and laziness to wait. In addition, not all drugs are covered by the Indonesia Health Card. Therefore, patients have to buy drugs outside of the public health center. The Doctor only serves for two minutes, The Public Health Center officers are less smile toward the patient, some patients do not have Health Social Security Agency, lack of socialization, lack of information for public knowledge about the self-registration procedure to Health Public Center of using Indonesia Health Card, very long queue when taking medicine at the public health center drugstore, and the doctor used to come late. The research problem is defined on the extent of the services given by the Setiabudi Public Health Center officers to the patients with Health Social Security Agency and Indonesia Health Card utilization. The research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The subject of this research is four informants consisting of the public health center chief, administrative division chief, patient, and Academic Lecturers at the Institute of Mandala Indonesia. The results signified that the criteria for the receiver of Indonesia health card are only allocated for those who are highly in need of the card. Finishing time is not punctual, its implementation is not fast, patients are waiting or queuing for a long time. Public Health Center sometimes out of medicine for the patients using Indonesia Health Card which lead to the patients searching for the drugs outside the public health center. Public Health Center has complete facilities and infrastructures for facilitating Health Social Security Agency and Indonesia Health Card. Health Workers know the field of the health sector and have skills in their health field. However, it is known that doctors have less attitude towards patients. Doctors are often arrived late, so patients are left waiting for a long time.

Abstract

AbstractDue to importance of the health service, therefore is needed quality improvement and health services, so there are many factors affected. In this research the factors that affected in health service is an activity results as an individual or organization who have the same goals to fullfill necessary by means of others person activity. The Purpose : (1) to determine the affect between Proffesionalism and service organization performance in RSUD Tangerang city. (2) to determine the affects between leadership and service organization performance RSUD Tangerang city. (3) to determine the affects between an authority of management and service organization performance in RSUD Tangerang city. This research is quantitative research. In this research there are four variables, Proffesionalism (X1), Leadersip (X2), an authority of managements (X3) and service organisation performance (Y). Variable measurement in this research is using ordinal scala. Data were collected through questionnaire. The result of this research show that (1) Proffesionalism variable affets to service organization performance in RSUD Tangerang city with probability value 0,0002, (2) Leadership variable affects to service organization performance in year 2016 with probability value 0,0018, (3) An authority management variable doesn’t affect to service organization performance in year 2016 with probability value 0,204. Keywords : factors affecting service organization performance, professionalism, leadership AbstrakMengingat pentingnya pelayanan kesehatan, maka perlu adanya meningkatkan kualitas dan mutu pelayanan kesehatan, tentu saja banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi. Dalam hal ini faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitias pelayanan kesehatan adalah kinerja pelayanan di rumah sakit. Tujuan dalam (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara profesionalisme dengan kinerja pelayanan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Tanggerang. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kepemimpinan dengan kinerja pelayanan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Tanggerang. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kewenangan diskresi dengan kinerja pelayanan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Tanggerang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini ada 4 variabel, yaitu profesionalisme (X1), kepemimpipinan (X2), kewenangan direksi (X3), dan kinerja pelayanan organisasi (Y). Pengukuran variabel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala ordinal. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di dapatkan bahwa1) Variabel Profesionalisme berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Organisasi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Tangerang Tahun 2016 dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,000.2) Variabel Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Organisasi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Tangerang Tahun 2016 dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,018. 3) Variabel Kewenangan Direksi tidakberpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pelayanan Organisasi Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Kota Tangerang Tahun 2016 dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,204. Kata kunci : faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja pelayanan organisasi, profesionalisme, kepemimpinan

Abstract

AbstractThis study aimed to analyze the determinant of decision to occupy Low Cost Rent Apartment (Rusunawa). The data used is primary obtained by questionnaires to the 234 heads of households who is settled to Rusunawa Flamboyan, West Cengkareng, West Jakarta Administration. The method used to analyze the data is multiple regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, test hypotheses using SPSS version 17.0. The results of the analysis states that: rusunawa infrastructure, neighborhoods and accessibility to and from the high-rise apartments are correlated significantly influence decision to occupy Rusunawa. This is consistent with the results of the F test which is denoted that the three variables that significantly influence the decision rusunawa occupied. Meanwhile, the results of the t test, showed that rusunawa infrastructure, environment and accessibility to and from the high-rise apartments significantly influence the decision to occupy rusunawa Flamboyan, West Cengkareng, West Jakarta Administration. Keywords : infrastructure, residential environment, accessibility AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan menempati rusunawa. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada 234 kepala keluarga yang menempati rusunawa Flamboyan, Kel. Cengkareng Barat, Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat. Metoda yang dipergunakan untuk menganalisisnya adalah regresi berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesa F dan t dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS Versi 17.0. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa : sarana prasarana rusunawa, lingkungan pemukiman dan aksesibilitas dari dan menuju ke rusunawa berkorelasi dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menempati rusunawa. Hal ini sejalan dengan hasil uji F yang menyatakan bahwa ketiga varibel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menempati Rusunawa. Sedangkan, hasil uji t, menunjukan bahwa: sarana prasarana rusunawa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menempati rusunawa, lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menempati rusunawa dan aksesibilitas dari dan menuju ke rusunawa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menempati rusunawa, serta factor yang dominan mempengaruhi keputusan menempati rusunawa Flamboyan, Kel. Cengkareng Barat, Kota Administrasi Jakarta Barat, adalah aksesibilitas dari dan menuju ke rusunawa. Kata kunci : sarana prasarana, lingkungan pemukiman, aksesibilitas

Abstract

AbstrakPresidential Decree No. 26 Year 2010 on Transparency of State Revenues and Regional Income Gained from Extractive Industries is a formal basis for the implementation process of Extractive Industry Transparency Initiative (EITI). This research is a quantitative research. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, to measure the size of communication, human resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure can explain the dependent variable of the implementation of state income transparency policy from extractive industry. Hypothesis test is done by t-test to test the influence of independent variable partially to dependent variable. Meanwhile,F-test is used to test the independent variable simultaneously. The results of this study indicate that there are significant influences of communication, human resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure to the implementation of the state revenue transparency policy from extractive industry of 60.7 percent simultaneously. However, only disposition factors have no positive effect on the success rate of the policy. Meanwhile, the other three factors give a significant influence where the bureaucracy structure factor has a regression coefficient of 0.353, followed by resource factor with regression coefficient 0,184, and communication with regression coefficient 0,214, The results of this researchmay form a recommendation for the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs to improve the planning documents’ utilization and increase the involvement of human resources in order to succeed the implementation of state revenue transparency policy from extractive industries. Keywords : implementation of policy, transprarant of national income, coordinating ministry for economic affairs AbstrakPeraturan Presiden No. 26 Tahun 2010 Tentang Transparansi Pendapatan Negara dan Pendapatan Daerah yang Diperoleh dari Industri Ekstraktif merupakan suatu landasan formal terhadap proses implementasi EITI. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, untuk mengukur seberapa besar variabel-variabel komunikasi, sumber daya manusia, disposisi (sikap), dan struktur birokrasi dapat menjelaskan variabel dependen implementasi kebijakan transparansi pendapatan negara dari industry ekstraktif. Uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan t-test untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen secara parsial terhadap variabel dependen. Sedangkan untuk menguji variabel independen secara simultan digunakan F-test. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel komunikasi, sumber daya manusia, disposisi (sikap), dan struktur birokrasi terhadap implementasi kebijakan transparansi pendapatan negara dari industri ekstraktif simultan sebesar 60,7 persen. Namun, hanya faktor disposisi yang tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap keberhasilan kebijakan tersebut. Sedangkan ketiga faktor lainnya memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan, dimana faktor struktur birokrasi memiliki koefisien regresi 0,353, disusul faktor sumberdaya dengan koefisien regresi 0,184 dan komunikasi dengan koefisien regresi 0,214. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menjadi gambaran Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian untuk memperbaiki penggunaan/pemanfaatan dokumen perencanaan dan meningkatkan jumlah dan keterlibatan SDM demi menyukseskan implementasi kebijakan transparansi pendapatan negara dari industri ekstraktif. Kata kunci: implementasi kebijakan, transparansi pendapatan negara, kementerian koordinator bidang perekonomian

Abstract

AbstractThis research is an of evaluation on employee motivation at Fishery Port of Nusantara (PPN) inKarangantu, Banten Province, as a Technical Implementation Unit of the Directorate General of Capture Fishery, Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. This study was conducted to determine the factors that most influence employee motivation based on 3 independent variables tested, namely: remuneration, organizational culture, and leadership. While the data collection procedure is conducted through a survey of all employees, where employees are given a questionnaire in a closed model. To obtain valid and reliable data, tested on samples in research instrument that is processed by using SPSS 21. From the results of data processing obtained value coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.667 or 66.7%. The data gathered can be interpreted as: work motivation of 66.7 percent is influenced by remuneration, organizational culture, and leadership. While the remaining 33.3 percent is explained by other independent variables that are not included in this study. This research suggests that to improve employee motivation, it is necessary to formulate a change of policy concerning organizational culture by evaluating the human resource placement pattern, in accordance with the competence of educational background, in order to carry out the tasks according to the direction of the leader, to work professionally and to provide the best service to the stakeholders. Keywords: remuneration, organizational culture, leadership AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan salah satu evaluasi atas motivasi pegawai yang diterapkan pada Pelabuhan Perikanan Nusantara (PPN) Karangantu, Provinsi Banten, selaku Unit Pelaksana Teknis Direktorat Jenderal Perikanan Tangkap, Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang paling mempengaruhi motivasi pegawai berdasarkan 3 variabel independen yang diuji, yaitu: remunerasi, budaya organisasi dan kepemimpinan. Sementara prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survey terhadap seluruh karyawan, di mana karyawan diberikan kuesioner dengan model tertutup. Untuk mendapatkan data yang valid dan terpercaya, dilakukan uji pada sampel pada instrument penelitian yang diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS 21. Dari hasil pengolahan data diperoleh nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,667 atau 66,7%. Dapat diartikan motivasi kerja sebesar 66,7 persen dipengaruhi oleh remunerasi, budaya organisasi, dan kepemimpinan. Sedangkan sisanya 33,3 persen dijelaskan oleh variabel independen lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa untuk meningkatkan motivasi pegawai perlu merumuskan perubahan kebijakan mengenai Budaya Organisasi dengan mengevaluasi pola penempatan sumber daya manusia, sesuai dengan kompetensi latar belakang pendidikan, agar dapat menjalankan tugas sesuai arahan pimpinan, bekerja secara professional dan dapat memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada stakeholders. Kata kunci: remunerasi, budaya organisasi, kepemimpinan
