Abstract

Accounting students are required to have an understanding of basic accounting skills as well as good and correct accounting concepts such as studying the Introduction to Accounting courses which are given as initial guidelines in exploring other levels of accounting sciences and to support their success in entering the world of work, especially in the accounting field. However, there are still many students who are not able to improve their achievements in the application of basic accounting science, the problem faced by students is the inability to clearly understand what they have learned and unable to solve problems related to the subject. This can happen due to various factors, such as the style of the lecturer in teaching, the lecture system that is not correct, learning behavior, motivation and mental disturbance of students when participating in learning. A student is expected to be able to control and study himself in terms of regulating emotions, motivation to study accounting diligently, and social interaction with his environment. If students are able to control their emotions coupled with good and regular learning patterns and an unyielding attitude in the face of every failure or problem, students will find it easier to make the right decisions, easy to understand what they are learning, especially basic accounting material and to improve achievement and grades. the good one. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, learning behavior, and motivation on the level of basic accounting understanding of accounting study program students. This type of research is quantitative research. The research subjects used by the author are students of the Accounting Study Program at the Bogor Unity Institute of Business and Informatics with a population of 1,302 people, consisting of 988 Bachelor of Accounting and 314 Diploma of Accounting. The data collection in this study used primary data with research instruments using a questionnaire via Google Form which was distributed directly to the research sample through social media as measured by a Likert scale. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling with sampling based on criteria that had been determined by the author with the sampling unit through the Slovin formula totaling 306. The data analysis technique was carried out using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) Version 16. The results showed that partially (1) emotional intelligence had a significant negative effect on the level of basic accounting understanding, (2) learning behavior had no significant effect on the level of basic accounting understanding, and (3) motivation had a significant effect on the level of basic accounting understanding. Simultaneously (together) shows that the variables of emotional intelligence, learning behavior, and motivation affect the level of understanding of basic accounting. It can be concluded that motivation has a positive effect on the level of basic accounting understanding, while emotional intelligence has a negative effect on the level of basic accounting understanding and learning behavior has no effect on the level of basic accounting understanding. Students are expected to be able to balance emotional intelligence appropriately coupled with learning behavior that is in accordance with their respective abilities and always encourage themselves to always be enthusiastic and never give up in dealing with various things, especially in learning basic accounting concepts with various existing accounting problems to achieve the goal of understanding and good performance. Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of boarding school education as a moral agent in the community in Raudlatul Muta'allimin Jagalan 62 Langgardalem Kudus boarding school. The use of this research in general as a reference to be used as an example of civil society because it has good religious morals. While in particular this research is useful for teachers and students of pondok in order to carry out their duties professionally, full responsibility to improve the quality of learning in boarding schools. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive which is an attempt to provide an overview of situations and events systemistally and factually in boarding schools regarding education in Raudlatul Muta'allimin Jagalan 62 Langgardalem Kudus boarding school. Based on the results of research and data analysis can be concluded that Raudlatul Muta'allimin jagalan 62 Langgardalem Kudus education conducts good learning by blending the surrounding community, so that the community around pesantren has strong Islamic morals. Then in the implementation of learning teachers take action in the management settings of learning in the form of learning mood settings and interaction patterns. Teachers also conduct learning evaluations in the form of written evaluations and practices as well as scripture reading pronability tests

Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif ini menyelidiki bagaimana konstruksi teori reproduksi sosial Bourdieu (cultural capital, social capital, habitus, dan field) menganalisis pengalaman pribadi korban, pelaku, korban-pelaku, dan saksi mata kasus perundungan di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur terhadap responden yang merupakan mahasiswa di beberapa perguruan tinggi di Aceh, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perundungan yang dialami oleh responden sangat erat kaitannya dengan aspek cultural capital, social capital, habitus, dan field, baik secara positif maupun negatif. Responden yang memiliki aspek reproduksi sosial yang tinggi cenderung lebih rendah atau bahkan terhindar dari perundungan, dan sebaliknya. Peneliti turut menggaris-bawahi bahwa aspek-aspek dari teori reproduksi sosial sendiri terikat dengan konteks dan situasi, dan tidak bijak dilihat secara hitam dan putih. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada kajian tentang hubungan perundungan dan konstruksi teori reproduksi sosial, khususnya dalam konteks Indonesia atau Asia Tenggara. Untuk penelitian lanjutan, peneliti merekomendasikan analisis teori reproduksi sosial dilakukan pada pimpinan, guru, serta staf di institusi pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the fraud diamond dimensions consisting of pressure, opportunity, rationalization, and ability, as well as the effect of misuse of information technology on the academic cheating behavior of accounting students during online lectures. The author chooses students of the accounting study program of West Java province as the research subjects. This type of research is a quantitative research. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling, in determining the sample size of 384 samples. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 16 software. The results showed that partially the pressure variable had no significant effect on the academic cheating behavior of accounting students, while opportunity, rationalization, ability and misuse of information technology had a significant effect on fraudulent behavior. academic accounting students. Simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant effect on the academic cheating behavior of accounting students. Abstract

Pencegahan peneyebaran Covid-19 di lingkungan pendidikan mengharuskan perguruan tinggi menerapkan sistem pembelajaran secara daring. Hal ini telah dipertegas dengan Surat Edaran Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Direktorat Jendral Pendidikan Tinggi Nomor 1 Tahun 2020. Universitas Ichsan Gorontalo sebagai perguruan tinggi swasta di tuntut untuk melakukan pembelajaran daring yang semula dilakukan dengan tatap muka. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di Universitas Ichsan Gorontalo sangat didukung dari ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana. Akan tetapi, yang jadi permasalahan adalah mahasiswa yang akan mengikuti pembelajaran daring, dikarenakan mahasiswa tinggal didaerah yang berbedabeda dan memiliki kemampuan ekonomi yang berbeda pula. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis bagaimana persepsi mahasiswa tentang pembelajaran daring, (2) menganalisis kendala-kendala yang dihadapi mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran daring, (3) menganalisis bagaimana tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pembalajaran daring. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi mahasiswa terhadap penerapan pembelajaran daring dimasa pandemi Covid-19 sebanyak 82% mengatakan puas dan 18% yang kurang dan tidak puas. adapun kendala yang dihadapi oleh mahasiswa adalah aksesibiltas, kesulitas mengikuti pembelajaran dan memperoleh materi, interaktivitas, akurasi perkuliahan, format pembelajaran. Tingakt kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran daring sebagaimana dari hasil metode Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) berada pada kriteria Puas dengan nilai 0.81 atau 81%. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan dengan memberikan lembar survey kepada seluruh pengguna layanan, agar diketahui kemampuan Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan dalam beradaptasi dan berkembang terhadap pemberlakuan sistem pembelajaran dan pelayanan baru yaitu secara online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kesuksesan yang telah dicapai selama penggunaan sistem online di Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan. adapun idikator yang akan digunakan antara lain sarana, kemampuan, keandalan, jaminan, dan sikap saat memberikan pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuatitatif. pendekatan kuantitatif dipilih agar bisa mengetahui secara langsung tingkat kepuasan penggunaan pelayanan secara detail. prosedur pelaksanaan penelitian secara keseluruhan yaitu melakukan studi pendahuluan, menentukan metode penelitian, melakukan pengumpulan data, setelah data terkumpul maka adak diolah agar bisa menjawab rumusan masalah. metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner, Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 1841 jumlah sampel 95 teknik sampling yang digunankan proportionate stratified ramdom sampling Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahawa sarana fisik, kemampuan pegawai, keandalan pegawai, jaminan pegawai dan sikap berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan baik secara simultan dan parsial Abstract This research was conducted at the University of Muhammadiyah Lamongan by providing survey to all service users, in order to know the ability of the University of Muhammadiyah Lamongan in adapting and developing to the implementation of a new learning system and services. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of success that has been achieved during the use of the online system at the University of Muhammadiyah Lamongan. This study uses a quantitative research approach. The quantitative approach was chosen in order to know directly the satisfaction level of service use in detail. The population in this study was 1841 the number of samples 95 sampling techniques used proportionate stratified ramdom sampling. The results of the study show that physical facilities, employee capabilities, employee reliability, employee guarantees and attitudes have an effect on student satisfaction at the University of Muhammadiyah Lamongan both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

ISO 21001:2018 dan Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 3 Tahun 2020 Tentang Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi memiliki bagian dan tujuan yang sama dalam sistem penjaminan mutu perguruan tinggi. Namun saat ini kesamaan tersebut belum di jabarkan secara teknis. Sedangkan dalam penerapannya jika dilakukan akan menyebabkan pemborosan dari berbagai aspek. Menyikapi hal tersebut, dirasa perlu untuk menyelaraskan kedua buah sistem penjaminan mutu tersebut. Selain itu peningkatan efektivitas dalam penerapannya, penyelarasan juga diharapkan dapat menjadi guidelines bagi perguruan tinggi yang ingin mengintegrasikan kedua sistem penjaminan mutu tersebut. Peraturan Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi 3 Tahun 2020 pasal 2 ayat 1, menyatakan pada Standar Nasional Pendidikan terdiri atas tiga standar yaitu Standar Nasional Pendidikan, Standar Penelitian, dan Standar Pengabdian Masyarakat. Sebagai langkah awal, penyelarasan pada penelitian ini akan dilakukan pada standar nasional pendidikan. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat keselarasan antara 8 Standar Nasional Pendidikan pasal 5 sampai dengan pasal 44 dengan subklausul ISO 21001:2018. Namun terdapat bagian yang tidak selaras yaitu subklausul ISO 8.3 tekait Prosedur pengembangan jurusan baru/layanan baru tidak diatur dalam Standar Nasional Pendidikan Tinggi Nomor 3 Tahun 2020.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of personal attitudes, subjective norms, behavior, behavior, and the environment on the interest in entrepreneurship. This type of research is descriptive quantitative while the sampling in this study using purposive sampling of 232 students. The data analysis method was carried out using PLS-SEM analysis, testing PLS-SEM analysis through two stages, namely the measurement model (Outer Model) and the structural model (Inner Model). The results of this study indicate that: personal attitudes, behavioral control and entrepreneurial skills have a positive influence on interest in entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, university environment variables and norms do not have a positive influence on entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a considerable impact on education systems throughout the world, including Indonesia. The education system must adapt, from an offline learning system to an online learning system. This results in the emergence of several impacts that affect the success and satisfaction of students. There are a number of challenges in implementing online learning in developing countries, both in terms of limited facilities and the readiness factor of human resources, both lecturers and students.. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the online learning system on learning success and student satisfaction. The data collection method used in this study is a survey research method. The population and samples taken were students of IBI Kesatuan, Faculty of Informatics and Tourism from semester one to semester five. Data processing and analysis methods were carried out quantitatively and descriptively. The results showed that the online learning system had a positive influence on student success in terms of the value obtained, however there were also twenty three percent of the respondents who felt that the cumulative achievement index received was relatively higher than the level of success of the knowledge gained. This shows the satisfaction obtained by students with the online learning system is relatively lower than that of the offline learning system.
