Abstract

Tracer study implementation primarily aids institutions in their transformation into state universities capable of producing graduates who are adaptable to industrial needs. Universities can use the results of an accurate and structured tracer research as a benchmark for building excellent teaching curricula and education systems. ATI In terms of the preparation of the tracer study questionnaire instrument and technological data collecting, Padang Polytechnic optimizes the implementation of the tracer study. The BAN-PT accreditation assessment criteria and elements, as well as the key questions of the Directorate General of Belmawa, Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education's tracer research, were used to create the questionnaire instrument. The collection of data is done in tandem with the building of a website. Identity, type of work, amount of time waiting for graduates to acquire a job, and information about their initial wage were all included in the surveys. According to the results of the alumni search from 2018 to 2020, ATI Padang Polytechnic graduates were absorbed at a rate of 73 percent. The next stage in improving the quality of education for future graduates is to strengthen foreign language proficiency, such as English and Mandarin, as well as soft skills.

Abstract

Universities as provides of educational service must always provide quality services to meet the needs and desires of customers. This is to get a sense of satisfaction from customers with the services that have been provided. One way to measure and determine the level of customer satisfaction is to conduct a customer satisfaction survay. Customer satisfaction surveys can be carried out using measurement instruments, one of which is a questionnaire. To be able to find out how the level of customer satisfaction with the services provided, the quesionnaire used must be in accordance with the situasion and conditions at the time of the survey. If there is a change in the service delivery process, the satisfaction measuring questionnaire must also be changed according to the changes that occur. The suitability of the satisfaction measurement questionnaire with current conditions can provide several benefits, such as the institutions being able to provide excellent service according to their needs. And the level of customer satisfaction is one aspect of accreditation so that if the questionnaire can be prepared properly, this can help the institution to improve accreditation. Abstract

This research aims to find out how the implementation of business process reengineering occurred in the Dinamika University library during the new normal era. The method uses an exploratory approach by conducting in-depth interviews with key informants, the head of the library division, and the primary informants are library staff. This research will stop if the informants interviewed by the researcher provide the same information or the answers are no longer varied. In this study, the data collection uses triangulation techniques that combine documentation studies, participant observation, and in-depth interviews. The findings of this study are the breakthrough in making the Library Online Services Application and the Dynamics of Box of Sterilization to sterilize a collection of books that have been borrowed, routinely promoted through Instagram, and developing an independent upload system.

Abstract

IBI Kesatuan adalah perguruan tinggi swasta di wilayah LLDIKTI IV dengan akreditasi institusi B. Pada semester ganjil 2021/2022 jumlah mahasiswa mencapai 4480 mahasiswa, yang terdiri dari tiga Fakultas, yang dalam operasional kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan jumlah 122 orang jumlah dosen. Dengan jumlah total ruangan 56 ruangan kelas yang mana kapasitas ruangan rata-rata adalah 35 mahasiswa per kelasnya. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut. Dengan melakukan analisa jumlah dosen yang tersedia, jumlah kelas yang ada, jumlah mahasiswa aktif dan jumlah mahasiswa, maka dapat ditentukan berapa perkiraan sisa daya tampung menurut okupansi ruangan yang masih ada dan berapa perkiraan jumlah mahasiswa yang dapat diterima pada periode tahun ajar 2022/2023. Jumlah ini sebagai prediksi target tim marketing IBIK untuk merekrut calon mahasiswa baru. Hasil analisa ini diharapkan bisa menjadi acuan terkait berapa banyak target yang harus ditetapkan di tahun selanjutnya. Kata Kunci : Prediksi, Daya Tampung, Promosi

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between student perceptions of the integrated laboratory on learning achievement. The research method is a quantitative method, the sample of this research consists of 233 students who have used an integrated laboratory in the Islamic Banking study program using purposive sampling and using SPSS as an analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between students' perceptions of the integrated laboratory on learning achievement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of marketing mix elements which include product (X1), price (X2), place (X3), promotion (X4), people (X5), process (X6), and physical evidence (X7). and the effect of the overall (simultaneous) marketing mix on the student's decision to choose the Bogor Unity IBI campus. This study uses primary data through a survey of 97 active IBI Unit students in the even semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The collected data is processed and analyzed using SPSS software. From the results of this study indicate that; (1) Product has a positive and significant effect on students' decisions to choose to study at IBI Kesatuan Bogor; (2) price has no effect on students' decisions to choose to study at IBI Bogor Unity; (3) place does not affect the student's decision to choose to study at IBI Kesatuan Bogor; (4) promotion has a positive and significant effect on student decisions to choose to study at IBI Kesatuan Bogo; (5) people have a positive and significant effect on students' decisions to choose to study at IBI Kesatuan Bogor; (6) the process does not affect the student's decision to choose to study at IBI Kesatuan Bogor; (7) has a positive and significant effect on student decisions to choose to study at IBI Kesatuan Bogor; (8) Overall variable X (marketing mix) has a positive and significant effect on student decisions to choose to study at IBI Kesatuan Bogor of 77.1%. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kebutuhan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di sebuah STIE di Jawa Barat dan apakah terdapat perbedaan persepsi di antara para pemangku kepentingan mengenai kebutuhan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan bagian dari proyek perancangan kurikulum matakuliah Bahasa Inggris pada institusi tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran. Kuesioner disebarkan kepada berbagai pemangku kepentingan. Berhasil dijaring 90 kuesioner mahasiswa, 8 kuesioner dosen senior matakuliah keahlian, 5 kuesioner pengajar Bahasa Inggris, 4 kuesioner institusi, dan 5 kuesioner dari pihak industri/pengguna lulusan. Adapun wawancara dilakukan terhadap pihak institusi. Menggunakan uji nonparametrik chi kuadrat (two-way chi-square test), didapatkan nilai observasi sebesar 10,0426, sementara nilai yang diharapkan sebesar 11,3449 yang berarti Ho ditolak. Dengan kata lain, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa persepsi dari berbagai pemangku kepentingan atas kebutuhan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris adalah sama, yakni menekankan pada kebutuhan bahasa Inggris setelah lulus nantinya (future needs). Sementara kebutuhan yang bersifat segera (immediate needs) berupa program pengajaran yang bertujuan membantu mahasiswa dalam studinya sekarang —menurut para pemangku kepentingan— merupakan prioritas kedua. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa para pemangku kepentingan umumnya berpandangan kurikulum Bahasa Inggris di institusi sudah cukup baik. Meski demikian, terdapat perbedaan persepsi di antara para pemangku kepentingan atas kesesuaian kurikulum dalam memenuhi kebutuhan belajar mahasiswa. Abstract

To produce qualified accounting graduates, universities must know what factors influence a student in understanding the material he gets, generally the education system is only centered on intellectual intelligence, it should also be balanced with other intelligences such as emotional and spiritual intelligence. This intelligence is personality intelligence such as how to develop heart intelligence with toughness, initiative, honesty, and adaptability. Some examples in our environment that prove that having brain intelligence alone, or many who have high degrees does not determine success in taking part in the world of work. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and learning behavior on accounting understanding in accounting study program students. This type of research is quantitative research. The research subjects used by the authors are Accounting Study Program students in Bogor with a population of 4,468 people consisting of 3,475 Bachelors in Accounting and 993 D3 Accounting students. The data collection in this study used primary data with research instruments using a questionnaire via Google Form which was distributed directly to the research sample through social media as measured by a Likert scale. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling with sampling based on criteria that had been determined by the author with the sampling unit through the Slovin formula totaling 368. The data analysis technique was carried out using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) Version 16. The results showed that partially (1) emotional intelligence had a significant positive effect on accounting understanding, (2) spiritual intelligence had a significant effect on accounting understanding, (3) learning behavior had a significant effect on accounting understanding, and (4) simultaneously showed that the variable emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence, and learning behavior affect the understanding of accounting. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah guna melihat pengaruh kinerja pustakawan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Perpustakaan Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Jambi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah mahasiswa program studi Administrasi Pendidikan angkatan tahun 2017-2018 dengan jumlah 100 orang. Di penelitian ini digunakan non probability sampling sebagai metode pengambilan sampel. Peneliti menggunakan sampel jenuh dalam metode pengambilan sampel non probabilitas ini. Seluruh populasi digunakan jadi sampel dalam metode sampling jenuh. Analisis deskriptif dipakai untuk melakukan analisa data dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 21.0. Hasil temuan mengungkapkan bahwa: Kepuasan pelanggan perpustakaan FKIP Universitas Jambi mendapat pengaruh oleh kinerja pustakawan sebesar 0,534 atau 53,4 persen

Abstract

The students' own encouragement or willingness to attend lectures in accordance with their own wishes, as well as the capacity to identify interests, skills, and restore their lives in the future, are all factors in the motivation of students to attend lectures.The level of humanity at which students accept, reject, and evaluate the knowledge they acquire through the teaching and learning process is called learning achievement.This study aims to determine how motivation influences student performance and learning outcomes.Researchers employ literature reviews from a variety of journals as their method.The study's findings regarding the impact of motivation on student achievement and learning outcomes are accurate.
