Abstract

The paradigm in solving poverty and development problems has always been a crucial discussion among researchers and academics. Poverty is synonymous with lack of income, lack of access to health, low education, and low infrastructure. This is considered a problem in hindering economic growth.  This study aims to determine the influence of village funds, the quality of village development, and the achievement of SDGs (quality village education and prosperous healthy villages) on poverty. The research method used is a quantitative method and the type of data used is secondary data taken from the website of BPS Sampang Regency and the Ministry of PDT and Transmigration using cross section data in 2022. The collected data was analyzed using multiple linear regression with variables such as village funds, the building village index (IDM), village education quality, prosperous healthy villages, and poverty. The results of the study found that village funds, the building village index (IDM), and healthy prosperous villages had a significant effect on poverty in Sampang Regency. Meanwhile, quality village education does not have a significant effect on poverty in Sampang Regency.

Abstract

Determinants of share prices listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (study of manufacturing companies in the automotive industry sector). This study finds a deep meaning regarding the essence that in simple terms share prices can be a reference for investors in making investment decisions and also reflect market expectations for the company. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Capital Structure, capital adequacy, level of financing and profitability on share prices in manufacturing companies in the automotive industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The total sample in this study was 12 companies in the Automotive Industry Sector taken from official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research using an explanatory research approach. The data processed is data taken from financial reports listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) from 2018-2022. The research results of the hypothesis which has a significant influence on share prices concluded that Capital structure and Profitability have a positive influence on share prices. Meanwhile, the variables capital adequacy and level of financing, based on research that has been carried out, can be concluded that they do not have a positive effect on share prices.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of profitability, leverage, liquidity and company size on dividend policy. This research uses quantitative methods, purposive sampling techniques, and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 26. 27 primary consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2019-2022 period constitute the population in this study and the number of observation samples is 108. The methodological approach uses purposive sampling, namely a non-probability sampling technique, to ensure the intended sample size, namely with the criteria of companies that distribute their financial reports in rupiah, companies that earn profits every year, and companies that distribute dividends. This research shows the results that liquidity has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, leverage has no significant effect on dividend policy, profitability and company size have no effect on dividend policy.

Abstract

The performance of a female entrepreneur is measured by several factors. The intelligence factor which is a combination of several intelligences including intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence is the right combination of intelligence and really helps women's entrepreneurial behavior in running their business. Businesswomen need the right combination of intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and good spiritual intelligence to be able to build their motivation and commitment to become entrepreneurs which will have a better impact on their performance as businesspeople, so this research aims to determine the role of entrepreneurs. intellectual intelligence, emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of women entrepreneurs as MSMEs in the city of Medan. This research aims to test and determine the intelligence factors that influence the performance of women in the city of Medan. The population in this study were all female MSME actors in Medan City and the sample size of the researchers took data from a sample of at least 100 MSMEs. The data analysis method uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to detect antecedent variables using the structural equality model SEM (Structural Equation Model). The research results show that intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence have an influence, while emotional intelligence has no effect on women's performance in MSMEs.

Abstract

In tight business competition and disruptive environmental conditions, the performance of Culinary MSMEs is the main support for economic growth. This research analyzes the influence of emotional intelligence and cognitive abilities on the creativity and business performance of Culinary MSMEs. This    is quantitative research using the structural equation modeling method with Smart-PLS software. The data in this research is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to respondents consisting of 190 Muhammadiyah Culinary MSEs in the Cirebon. The results of the analysis show that intelligence and creativity of employees influence the business performance of Culinary MSMEs, while cognitive ability does not influence the performance of Culinary MSMEs. Furthermore, this research finds that emotional intelligence and cognitive ability influence the creativity of Culinary MSMEs.

Abstract

This research was conducted aims to determine the effect of a'bulosibatang on taxpayer compliance. Qualitative research type, which is a way used to answer research problems related to data in the form of narratives This research is a descriptive qualitative research using interviews as a research instrument. The informants are the people of Gowa who have become active taxpayers and are registered at the KP2KP Gowa Testing is done by triangulation (data coding, data reduction and conclusion drawing). The results showed that efforts to efforts to increase public trust in accountability and transparency government must continue to be encouraged. WPOP compliance in gowa Regency especially in limbung shows compliance in paying taxes, where cultural values such as cultural values such as Mutual Assistance, cooperation play a key role in the implementation of tax obligations. implementation of tax obligations. As for the implications of this research, it is in terms of formulating policies and regulations relating to existing taxation and increasing public confidence in the government's financial regulations especially for the tax funds collected.  so that tax awareness and tax compliance becomes a joint responsibility as long as the government also contributes in terms of accountable and prosperous policies and management.

Abstract

Many have carried out comprehensive testing. High work demands, but not accompanied by a conducive work environment can affect a person's productivity. This research is very important considering that work productivity is a demand, especially for study programs as a driver for the development and progress of a study program. Study programs have very extreme working hours which often cause some individuals to become stressed. This research emphasizes narsism in negative perceptions, uses secondary data and tries to construct other dimensions of narsism through positive perceptions which can stimulate work productivity both individually and in the surrounding environment. The objectives of this research are focused on 1) obtaining empirical evidence of the influence of narsism and job stressors on work productivity, 2) To check the tendency for narcissistic behavior to have a negative or positive value on work productivity. The research was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The research results show that Narsism has no effect on work productivity, while Job Stressors have a positive and significant effect on work productivity at the Muhammadiyah University of Makassar.

Abstract

Intense competition among public institutions underscores the need for effective human resource management. This study investigates Counterproductive Work Behavior (CWB), a concern for academics, professionals, and policymakers. CWB, a response to workplace dissatisfaction, is examined among 121 permanent nurses at Pandan Arang Hospital. Findings show that ethical leadership is negatively associated with CWB and positively linked to job satisfaction, which fully mediates the relationship between ethical leadership and CWB. The study contributes theoretically by advancing understanding of how ethical leadership influences CWB via job satisfaction, offering practical implications for organizations aiming to reduce CWB and promote ethical leadership practices.

Abstract

This study aims to identify variables that affect the performance of banking companies listed on the IDX. The addition of the Ownership Composition variable as an independent variable is a novel part of this research. This research method involves collecting data from 22 banking companies over a five year period (2018–2022), and applying data processing analysis using panel data regression analysis techniques. The research results found that the capital adequacy ratio had an effect on Bank Performance. Likewise with the variables Non-performing loans, Liquidity Ratio, Bank Size, Market power, Gross Domestic Product, Inflation rate, and Ownership Composition which influence the performance of banking companies. The implication for financial managers is to choose the best way to utilize assets to achieve business goals, especially to improve shareholder welfare. This research emphasizes how important company performance is for investors when choosing investment opportunities in banking companies.

Abstract

This study explores entrepreneurial behaviors that influence the decisions of SME owners in choosing financing alternatives and investment trends in Indonesia. Through quantitative study using questionnaire, this aiming to provide insights into the factors influencing the selection of financing sources and investment tendencies among SMEs. The findings reveal that entrepreneurial behaviors such as risk tolerance, financial knowledge, long-term vision, and adaptability significantly influence the decisions of SME owners in selecting funding sources. Additionally, investment trends in Indonesia also play a crucial role, with SMEs tending to choose financing alternatives that align with their business growth needs. This research contributes significantly to understanding how entrepreneurial behaviors interact with external factors such as investment trends in the context of SMEs in Indonesia. The practical implication highlighting importance of a better understanding of the dynamics of financing decisions among SMEs and how governments and relevant institutions can support SME growth through a better understanding of financial needs and preferences to a small—medium sized business owners. The condition where workers shift from agriculture to industry often occurs with the advent of industrialization.
