Fore in order to provide the knowledge, expertise, skills and attitude to be able to perform duties in a professional office with based on personality and ethics, creating and apparatus that is capable of acting as a reformer and adhesive national unity, establishing the attitude and spirit of service-oriented services, shelter opinion and community empowerment, 1creating a common vision and mindset dynamics in performing general administration tasks and development for the realization of good governance.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of the research is to find out children’s character development through interpersonal communication and parents’ role model in Islamic Elementary School Al-Achfas Dwi Matra South Jakarta. This research is conducted by using Descriptive method. The data is collected through observation, interview, and documentation, and then it is analyzed descriptively by several steps such as data reduction, data presentation and deduction. Parents with good interpersonal communication are the source of children’s physical and spiritual health. Therefore, a child who is educated communicatively with good role model will grow as a mature human being who is physically and spiritually healthy. A good role model is an effective method to teach moral values to children due to their character as imitators. The result of this research shows that parents in Islamic Elementary School Al-Achfas Dwi Matra Jakarta are able to provide interpersonal communication and good role model in children’s character development.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to determine the cause of land and forest fire protection of the law and to find out on the community a result of land forest fire. The result of this research; paradigm human thinking today thought that nature and living environment is abundant treasures provided the optimal for the interests of human prosperity, so that nature with its entire contents and explored beyond the limits of exploitation and to disregard the maintened and the sustainability of the environment and destructive natural resources it self. As a result occurs in various environment damage resulting from forest fires and land has to the pont that very worrying. The absence of legal protection for the community resulting from forest fires and land and still loitering the incendiary land and forest.]]>

<![CDATA[The better of society welfare makes the development rate of traffic as a means transportation is increasing as well. On the crossroad of Suprapto and Imam Bonjol street in Palangka Raya city, traffic conflicts often happened there due to the flow of traffic at the intersection is quite crowd in the morning, afternoon and evening. This study was conducted to analyze the performance of intersection by using MKJI done by comparing the time of red, green and circle time with the analysis results due to the changes in volume today. By using MKJI method, the variable is the size of the city, geometric, direction of flow, volume, velocity and phase. The results of the field survey dan the result of the analysis so the level of service and utilization of signal light at Suprapto – Imam Bonjol is good enough, but for the using of traffic light at the intersection is still needed because of the degree of saturation (DS) on pendekat North = 0.618, Pendekat West = 0.635 and Pendekat East = 0.364 which still meets the standard value of Degree of Saturation, that is ≤ 0.85 with an average delay of 2.83 sec/smp, and it means that the crossroad did not have traffic jams during rush hour. At this crossroad, it does not need any setting with traffic lights, but it is enough to be paired in median only.]]>

<![CDATA[Good governance developments in Indonesia, further encouraging improvements in many areas of government in Indonesia. One important thing that can be done in the development of good governance is the renewal of the public service. One of the values of good governance is essential to be implemented in the public service is service quality. As with any promotion services provided by the Regional Employment Board of Gunung Mas, good service quality are the expectations of the service users are civil servants who proposed the promotion. Research, seminars and writings of experts on service delivery promotion of civil servants are good quality and havemany. The issue of promotion services qualified civil servants are still not running as it shauld. For the research conducted at the Regional Employment Board Gunung Mas is to see how the quality of service of civil servants promotions given and what are the constraints in service promotion. The maincore of service delivery promotion of civil servants is the timeliness quality of service, things that need to be considered here related to the waiting time and processing time, then the accuracy of service, relating to service reliability and error-free service as well as Ease of Getting Care, associated with a service, a serving officer/administrative staff, support facilities are like computers and others.]]>

<![CDATA[The study discusses about improving students’ motivation on reading comprehension by using Multiple Intelligences strategies. The objectives of the study are explaining 1) the problems faced by the Students the first semester at UMP in reading comprehension, 2) the implementation of Multiple Intelligences strategies in motivating reading comprehension for the students the first semester at UMP, 3) how Multiple Intelligences strategies improve the motivation of the students the first semester at UMP. In order to achieve the objectives, the researcher held an action research at Muhammadiyah of University. There were 2 cycles in which 2 meetings held for each cycle. The subject of the study is the students the first semester at UMP. The numbers of population are 32 students. The instruments used were observation sheet, questionnaire, and CARI. The result of the study is the problem in motivating students to read. This can be solved by using Multiple Intelligences strategies which combine students’ intelligences with fun learning activities through Multiple Intelligence instructions. Based on the questionnaire, all of the students said that the strategies used were interesting. In line with the questionnaire result, the observation sheet also showed the excellent result of students’ study habits. There was an improvement on students’ comprehension, it can be seen from the mean of CARI I which was 89.06 point and CARI II which was 95.6 point. I suggest that the lectures should be able to use the Multiple Intelligences strategies as an alternative in motivating students and creating enjoyable learning experiences.]]>

<![CDATA[In the perspective of the development of one's religiosity can be developed through touches the other side that can bring spiritual and inner shades religious person. It can be touched by some form. The forms that try to offer in this study is about Qasidah Burdah (QB) developed at boarding school and in some majlistaklim in public life can be categorized as an internalization of values in the media application using music as a medium. Researchers used a qualitative approach in this research to complete the study. Researchers believe using this approach because the problem in this study is very holistic, complex, dynamic and full of meaning that is not possible data on the social situation captured by quantitative research methods such as test instrument. Moreover, the authors intend to understand the social situation in depth, find the strategy pattern, hypotheses and theories associated with this research study. The content of the values of Sufism in Qasidah Burdah still have suitability (relevance) to the teachings of Islam in terms of both goals (for the human form in order to be a perfect human being (insan kamil) as a servant of God and as a vicegerent on earth) and material (faith, Sharia and morals). Therefore, Qasidah Burdah can be used as a reference or references in the individual maturation process, especially in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to determine whether play therapy can improve the behavior of school children with school refusal behavior. This research used single case study. The subjects used in this research amounts to one person who has school refusal behavior. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. Stages ofis divided into10 sessions of therapy sessions plus pre-treatment, post-treatment and follow-up. Results of this research showed improvement in school behavior at the time pre treatment only1 time a week to 6 times on a follow-up session.]]>

<![CDATA[The technique analysis data used is: a) Percentege analysis technique, to achieving or obtaining the clarity about The National Final Exam results of Junior High School and learning achievement of students at 1st and 2nd semester; and b) Correlation techniques of product moment used to see how far the variables that are related to each other. The result of this research was: (1) the first grade students at 1st semester of Senior High School which have good exam results is relatively small, while the students which have less The National Final Exam result is relatively small also. Therefore it can be said that Senior High School students from The National Final Exam results of Junior High School is relatively quite enough; (2) The first grade students at 1st semester of Senior High School which have good achievement is relatively small, while the students which have less achievement is relatively small also. Therefore it can be said that learning achievement of Senior High School students at 1st semester is relatively quite enough; (3) the first grade students at 2nd semester of Senior High School which have good achievement is relatively small, while the students which have less achievement is relatively small also. Therefore it can be said that learning achievement of Senior High School students at 2nd semester is relatively quite enough; (4) There is significant relationship between The National Final Exam results of Junior High School and students at the 1st and 2nd semester learning achievement of Senior High School.]]>

<![CDATA[University students need to express themselves in making friend relationship with other university students. Self-disclosure is an act to tell about the private self-condition to the other university students voluntarily. University students’ self-disclosure can reduce the anxiety felt by themselves when they are making friend relationship with other university students. The anxiety experienced by the university students in making friend relationship can make them become difficult to express their opinions, feelings, and they will not share any information with other university students. The university students who are difficult to express themselves will experience uncomfortable conditions and tends to be avoided by the other university students. The focus of the university students’ self-disclosure to other university students is an intervention or special counseling strategies offered. By hoping that when the counseling strategy can be implemented, it can overcome the problems of less harmonious friendship between the university students. Counseling strategy that offered to the university students’ self-disclosure is a self-disclosure training by using art counseling with pictures media.]]>
