Abstract

The analytical test used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis. The sample used is all employees of PT. BRI Syariah KC. Banjarmasin with a total sample of 85 people. Data were collected through answers from respondents to questions in the form of questionnaires distributed to respondents, namely employees of PT. BRI Syariah KC. Banjarmasin. The research hypotheses were tested by simple linear regression which met the test of classical assumption. The analysis results shows that the style of participatory leadership variable has a positive significant effect on employee loyalty (Y) PT. BRI Syariah KC. Banjarmasin, because the value of tcount (13.203) > ttable (2.006) and Ha is accepted. The simple linear regression equation obtained from the results of hypothesis testing is Y= 13.978 + 1.715X. From the regression equation, it can be seen that the participative leadership style is in line with work motivation. This is because the regression coefficient of each of these variables is positive, meaning that if the participatory leadership style experiences an increase, work motivation will also increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge, motivation, minimal investment capital, and return on investment interest of Islamic capital market students on Islamic Financial Management students at PTKI in East Java. The approach used in this research is to use a quantitative survey technique. Sources of data used are primary data with the number of respondents as many as 96 students with the data collection method using a questionnaire. Then the data is processed using SPSS 25 to test the validity, reliability, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression. The results obtained from this study are the knowledge variable has no effect on student investment interest in the Islamic capital market. While the variables of motivation, minimal investment capital, and return have an effect on student investment interest in the Islamic capital market.

Abstract

This research was conducted on Rejosari Village,Lyrics District. In this study, whether the number of family dependents has an effect on the level of education of children in Rejosari Village,Lyrics District. Does income affect the level of education of children in Rejosari Village,Lyrics District. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the variable Number of Family Dependents and Income on the Education Level of Children in Rejosari Village,Lyrics District. Sampling was done by accidental sampling randomly with 115 sample as respondents. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative method, data analysis is carried out by path analysis (with the help of the IBM SPSS Stastic version 21.0 program). From the results of the study showed that the number of family dependents and income had an effect on the level of education of children in Rejosari Village,Lyrics District. The number of family dependents affects the level of children's education in Rejosari Village,Lyrics District. Income affects the level of education of children in Rejosari Village,Lyrics District

Abstract

Human development is the spearhead in development planning. To measure how much human development achievements are used, the Human Development Index (HDI) indicator is used. The higher the HDI value in one region, the better the level of welfare in the region. So often HDI is considered to have been able to represent the level of welfare of the population, because in HDI includes elements that include economic and non-economic variables. To sustain the human development process, there needs to be an allocation in financing. The amount of capital expenditure and social assistance spending certainly has a close relationship with human development indexes. Based on data from BPS Jambi Province shows an interesting phenomenon where Capital Expenditure and Social Assistance Spending fluctuate every year but HDI always increases. On the basis of these problems, this research is very important and interesting to do. The purpose of this study is to analyze conditions, Causality Relations (reciprocity), Capital Expenditure, Social Assistance Spending and Human Development Index (HDI), as well as hdi response due to shocks from capital expenditure and social assistance spending. This research uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis with a library reseach approach, using secondary data in the form of panel data sourced from the financial statistics reports of local governments and the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) as well as other relevant agencies and literature during the period 2010-2019 in 11 districts / cities in Jambi Province. Analytical tools used to describe the condition of capital gains, social assistance and HDI are used growth models, and analytical tools to analyze causality relationships and HDI responses due to Capital Expenditure and Social Assistance Spending are used VAR (Vector Autoregression) models. The results showed that the condition of capital expenditure, social assistance and HDI in regencies / cities in Jambi Province experienced a positive trend. There is a one-way causality relationship between dependent variables and independent variables and in the research period if there is a shock or shock in Capital Expenditure and Social Assistance Spending it will affect the Kab / Kota Human Development Index in Jambi Province.

Abstract

The result obtained from the descritive analysis test by categorizing into the level of closeness relation through the value of the contingency coefficient indicate that the effectiveness of online learning from home has a fairly effective value, consisting indicators of accuracy in mastering behavior, the speed of performance, the conformity with procedures, the quantity of performance and the quality of the final result, and the learning process variables that refer to The National Higher Education Standards (SN-DIKTI) also have fairly effective value consisting of interactive, integrative, scientific, contextual, thematic, effective, collaborative, and student-centered indicators. The chi-square test that has done with SPSS version 24, shows that the ralation or closeness and significance, of the online learning effectiveness variable from home with The learning process variable reffering to SN-DIKTI, with a significance value or Asymp.Sig.(2-tailed) on the Pearson Chi-Square test is 0,000. This is shows that the value of Significance or Asypm.Sig.(2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,005. It can be concluded there is a relation between the effectiveness of online learning from home with The learning process to The National Higher Education Standards (SN-DIKTI) with the Contingency Coefficient (value) at 0,720.

Abstract

Employees have an important role in achieving company goals. However, the smoothness of work is determined by the level of employee job satisfaction with the field in which they are engaged in the company. But in reality the company still has problems such as absenteeism that goes up and down due to dissatisfaction experienced by employees. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, self-efficacy and non-physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Alsafwa Bahanan Turindo Surabaya. The research method used in this research is quantitative with questionnaires to answer the research problem formulation. The population in this study were employees of PT. Alsafwa Bahanan Turindo Surabaya, which amounted to 53 people, which of that number was also the overall sample of the study. While the analytical tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis state that: 1) work motivation is inversely proportional to job satisfaction; 2) self-efficacy is not able to support job satisfaction; and 3) non-physical work environment is not able to support job satisfaction.

Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 Pandemic occurred in all fields including public services in Jambi Province since March 2020 until now. Licensing and non-licensing services are forced to be limited and closed to several agencies, including the Jambi Province Investment and Integrated Services Office (DPM-PTSP), performing online services is preferred to make it easier for people to get access to public services. Community Satisfaction Index research on the services of the Jambi Province Investment and Integrated Services Office is carried out by survey methods supported by quantitative descriptive analysis. The survey method is used to determine the level of user satisfaction of DPMPTSP services in Jambi Province in 2021. The community satisfaction index (IKM) in the Licensing Unit Service of the Investment Office and One-Door Integrated Services of Jambi Province in the first semester of 2020 was worth 90,278 for the value of IKM after being converted. The amount of the IKM value indicates that the quality of service is still at level A and the performance of the DPM-PTSP licensing service unit of Jambi Province is very good.

Abstract

Local taxes are the obligation of citizens to finance various regional needs to carry out regional development. This is an important benchmark for contributing to increasing local revenue in implementing regional autonomy. This study aims to determine how much the contribution of provincial taxes in increasing local revenue (PAD) in Jambi province.Based on the result of the analysis contribution and Analysis Process Hierarchy (AHP), get the results of the research in the form that of the five (5) province taxes that greatly contribute to increasing local revenue, namely Motor Vehicle Tax, Motor Vehicle Transfer Fee Tax and Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax. These three taxes greatly contribute, which for motor vehicle taxes in 2017-2019 or the last 3 years can contribute 27.91%, motor vehicle transfer fees tax contributes 22.67% and motor vehicle fuel taxes contribute 19.39 % . Meanwhile, the other two taxes, the surface water tax and the cigarette tax, began to contribute to local revenue (PAD), although their contribution was not very large.

Abstract

This study attempts to analyze and explore the impact of capital structure and firm size decisions on business risk mediated by profitability in the context of the pharmaceutical business in Indonesia. In conducting an empirical analysis study, we use panel data from eight companies in the Pharmaceutical Industry sector sourced from the company's annual reports for 2015-2020. The data analysis technique used the Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) method through the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with WarpPLS 8.0 software. The results of this study found that the capital structure and size of the company have an effect on business risk. Profitability cannot moderate the effect of capital structure on business risk but can moderate the effect of firm size on business risk.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of high performance work systems on community participation through feeling trusted and knowledge sharing behavior. Data is collected from all employees of financial services industry companies in Indonesia. According to Hair et al., (2014) where the sample recommendation in the study is the number of indicators multiplied by at least 5 times (32 x 5 = 160 respondents), the researchers distributed questionnaires and took a sample of 160 people to represent the population. The data analysis method in this study uses descriptive statistics based on respondents' answers to analyze each variable, namely High Performance Work System, Feeling Trusted, Knowledge Sharing Behavior and Community Performance. The results showed that there was an effect of High Performance Work Systems on Feeling Trusted, a positive effect Feeling Trusted on Knowledge Sharing Behavior, positive influence of Knowledge Sharing Behavior on Community Participation, positive influence of High Performance Work Systems on Community Participation mediated by Knowledge Sharing Behavior, positive influence of Feeling Trusted on Community Participation mediated by Knowledge Sharing Behavior and no positive influence High Performance Work Systems on Knowledge Sharing Behavior.
