Abstract

Employees have an important role in achieving company goals. However, the smoothness of work is determined by the level of employee job satisfaction with the field in which they are engaged in the company. But in reality the company still has problems such as absenteeism that goes up and down due to dissatisfaction experienced by employees. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, self-efficacy and non-physical work environment on employee job satisfaction at PT Alsafwa Bahanan Turindo Surabaya. The research method used in this research is quantitative with questionnaires to answer the research problem formulation. The population in this study were employees of PT. Alsafwa Bahanan Turindo Surabaya, which amounted to 53 people, which of that number was also the overall sample of the study. While the analytical tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the analysis state that: 1) work motivation is inversely proportional to job satisfaction; 2) self-efficacy is not able to support job satisfaction; and 3) non-physical work environment is not able to support job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the influence of leadership, motivation, and work environment on the work discipline of employees of CV. Prosperous Delta Earth. This research approach is included in quantitative research. The research population used is CV employees. Bumi Delta Makmur with a total of 32 respondents with a sampling technique using a saturated sample which makes the entire population the sample in the study. The source of research data comes from primary data which is directly obtained from respondents, namely employees of CV. Bumi Delta Makmur through the distribution of questionnaires. Data analysis techniques to process research data using data processing software Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on research data, it is revealed that leadership has no influence on employee work discipline, motivation has an influence on employee work discipline, and the work environment has an influence on employee work discipline at CV Bumi Delta Makmur. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work productivity, work behavior and work motivation on the performance of operational employees at PT. Uler Raya Indonesia. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using non-probability sampling using a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 40 employees of PT. Uler Raya Indonesia. This study takes data through questionnaires that have been distributed to employees of PT. Uler Raya Indonesia. The variables of this study used independent variables, namely Work Productivity (X1), Work Behavior (X2), Work Motivation (X3), and the dependent variable was Employee Performance (Y). The analytical tool used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) model. The results of this study indicate that work productivity, work behavior, and work motivation have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. The better the productivity, behavior, and motivation of the operational employees, it will improve the performance of operational employees at PT. Uler Raya Indonesia. Abstract

Persaingan ketat pada dunia kerja di Indonesia, dituntut untuk mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang unggul, kreatif, dan dapat bersaing di dunia kerja, baik nasional maupun internasional. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pelatihan-pelatihan yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia untuk menghadapi persaingan global. Selain dihadapkan dengan era perdagangan bebas atau Masyarakat Ekonomi Asia (MEA), saat ini juga sedang dihadapkan oleh pandemi COVID-19. Dengan adanya pandemi, dunia otomotif mengalami pukulan dan tekanan yang sangat berat. Banyaknya pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) yang dilakukan beberapa perusahaan menjadikan perilaku konsuftif masyarakat Indonesia menurun. Untuk itu beberapa perusahaan berusaha mempertahankan kepercayaan masyarakat dengan cara meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan kuisioner sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Menggunakan metode sampling sensus menghasilkan jumlah sampel sebesar 45 responden yang mana bagian sales dari Auto 5000 Basuki Rahmat Surabaya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan

Abstract

In the Blitar city there are several MSMEs farming ornamental fish, one of them is Mbah Bendo Koi Farm which is located on Jl. Kapuas No. 92, Kel. Bendo, Kec. Kepanjenkidul. Based on the results of observations and interviews, the obstacles faced by this MSMEs are the lack of business identity branding such as logos that look monotonous, unattractive, and old school. From these obstacles, group 23 helped rebrand Mbah Bendo Koi Farm's logo, apart from that we also helped create social media accounts and their content in the hope of attracting new potential customers and expanding their market in all regions in Indonesia.

Abstract

The role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in improving community welfare is the focus of this research, which is influenced by the relationship between companies and communities that develop along with the development and civilization of society. This study aims to determine the role of Corporate Social Responsibility for community welfare in its implementation. The activity stages were designed for 1 day, preceded by coordination activities. The CSR program in the economic field for the community around PT Petrokimia Gresik is by distributing Ramadan groceries in 8 villages around PT Petrokimia Gresik, namely Kroman Village, Tlogopojok, Roomo, Lumpur, Sukorame, Karangpoh, Karangturi, and Ngipik.

Abstract

Masalah utama dari penelitian ini adalah terjadi penurunan produktifitas karyawan di Laboratorium Klinik Biotest Surabaya. Riset ini mencoba untuk mengetahui bagaimana motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kepuasan kerja berhubungan dengan kinerja karyawan di Laboratorium Klinik Biotest Surabaya. Data yang digunakan dalam riset ini, yang menggunakan desain penelitian sampling jenuh, berasal dari 35 pekerja di divisi operasional Laboratorium Klinik Biotest Surabaya yang menjawab kuesioner.sebagai sumber data primer peneliti. Selanjutnya, analisis penelitian yakni teknik PLS dan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0 untuk menguji hipotesis kuantitatif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja. Meskipun demikian, hanya ada sedikit bukti bahwa disiplin kerja meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di Laboratorium Klinik Biotest Surabaya

Abstract

This research is intended to test and see the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation, Compensation on Employee Performance at PT PLN Icon Plus SBU Regional East Java. The data used in this research is primary data from questionnaires distributed to respondents. Data processing uses Partial Least Square analysis techniques with Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) as a statistical analysis tool. The results of this research found that Leadership Style, Motivation, Compensation have a positive effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Investment interest is the desire to invest, which is followed by a lot of information seeking. Everyone, including a lecturer, may be interested in investing in any form, either real assets or financial assets. Investments are made to obtain a benefit in the future. This research aims to determine how a lecturer's behavior in fostering interest in investing in financial assets, especially stocks, considers the factors that influence it. Participants in this study were lecturers in Surabaya who were certified lecturers and were permanent lecturers at public and private universities. This study uses three exogenous latent variables consisting of financial literacy, attitude, and motivation. One endogenous latent variable, namely investment interest and one moderating variable, namely family. Of the five variables used measured by a total of 21 indicators. The participants in this study were 103 participants. The participants in this study were 103 participants. This study indicates that the variables of financial literacy and motivation have a significant influence on the interest in investing in financial assets. This study suggests that financial literacy and inspiration variables have a considerable impact on the interest in investing in financial assets.
