Abstract

The purpose of the research is to analyze the Influence of Cash Ratio, Debt To Equity Ratio and Return On Assets to Stock Return With Exchange Rate as Moderating Variables In Plantation Companies Listed In Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses descriptive analysis and statistical analysis methods. data that uses secondary data. This study focuses on the influence of 3 independent variables on the dependent variable by adding moderation variables to determine whether the moderating variable can affect the relationship between the independent variables on the dependent variable. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the F test and t test, with a brief significance level (a) 5%. This data analysis uses SPSS 20 data processing software for Windows. The population of this study is companies engaged in the plantation sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014 - 2018, with a purposive sampling technique, obtained 6 companies that have fullfill criteria in this research. The results of this study partially Cash Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return On Assets have a significant effect on stock returns, partially Debt to Equity Ratio and Return On Assets have a significant positive effect on stock returns, while Cash Ratio has no significant effect on stock returns. and the value is not able to affect the relationship between independent variable and dependent variable.

Abstract

The development of digital technology is increasing every year, various types of digital technology that exist today is a development of technology that has been there before. The presence of the digital age has helped to encourage human interest to transform digitally. The objectives in this study are: (1) Identifying the effect of digital transaction service quality on customer satisfaction of OVO users, (2) Identifying the effect of service quality of digital transactions on interests, (3) Identifying the effect of interest on customer satisfaction of OVO service users. (4) Identifying the role of interest is able to mediate the effect of digital transaction quality service on customer satisfaction of OVO service users. The population of this research is the people of Jambi City while the sample is the people of Jambi City who more than once used OVO services as many as 150 people. The data method uses path analysis. The results of the study note that quality service has a significant influence on OVO service user interest, quality service and interest have a significant influence on customer satisfaction on OVO service users and quality service has a significant influence on customer satisfaction of OVO service users through interest in Jambi City

Abstract

Consumers As A Target Market Have Sufficient Preferences Regarding The Products They Buy. These Products Must Be Unique So That Competitors Are Difficult To Imitate. Therefore The Purpose Of This Study Is To Determine Whether There Is An Influence And Positive And Significant Difference Between Product differentiation On Consumer Purchase Interest In Banana Pop City Of Bima. The Research Method Used In This Study Is The Associative Method. The Technique Of Determining The Sample Uses The Unknown Population With The Formula: Number Of Samples = Number Of Indicators 10 = 10 X 10 = 100, With A Sample Size Of 100 Respondents. Data Collection Techniques Are Observation, Questionnaire / Questionnaire, Literature Study. Data Analysis Techniques Using Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Simple Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient Of Determination, T Test With Spss 20 For Windows. The Results Of The Study Stated That The Validity And Reliability Tests Stated Validity And Reliability For All Data. In The Test Significant Test (T Test) States With The Value Ttable > Tcount (1.984 > -1819) And Sig Value 0.072> 0.05, So It Falls On The Rejection Ha Region Which Means H0 Is Rejected, Then It Can Be Interpreted That There Is No Influence Positive And Significant Between Product Differentiation Against Consumer Buying Interest In Banana Pop City Of Bima.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out (1) The effect of Prices on Customer Satisfaction at Laguna Family Karaoke In Sungai Penuh. (2) The influence of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Laguna Family Karaoke In Sungai Penuh. (3) The influence on customer Satisfaction at Laguna Family Karaoke In Sungai Penuh. (4) The influence of Price, Service Quality and Location simultaneously on Customer Satisfaction at Laguna Family Karaoke In Sungai Penuh. This research is quantitative research. The population in this research is consumers at Laguna Family Karaoke in 2019. The sampling technique used in this research was accidental sampling. The sample in this research was 80 consumers in Laguna Family Karaoke. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Validity test using value corrected item total correlation. Reliability test using alpha cronbach. Data analysis technique use multiple linear regression tests. Research result show that : (1) there is a positive influence between price and customer satisfaction at Laguna Family Karaoke In Sungai penuh this is proven from t hitung > dari t tabel which one 7,456 >  2,021 and significant 0,000 < 0,05. (2) There is no positive influence between service quality on customer satisfaction at Laguna Family Karaoke In Sungai Penuh this is proven from t hitung< dari t tabel which one -0,918 <2,021 and significant 0,363 > 0,05. (3) there is a positive influence between location and customer satisfaction at Laguna Family Karaoke In Sungai Penuh this is proven from t hitung < dari t tabel which one -2,371 > 2,021 and significant 0,020 < 0,05. (4) there is a positive influence between prices, service quality and location to customer satisfaction at Laguna Family Karaoke In Sungai Penuh this is proven from oleh fhitung  > ftabel that is 24,686> 2,58  dan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This research is done in BUMDesa Lancang Kuning village Rumbai Jaya Kempas Sub-district of Indragiri Hilir. This research aims to determine the influence of current ratio of return on assets on Bumdesa Lancang Kuning village of Tassel Jaya Kempas District of Indragiri Hilir Bumdesa Lancang kuning Village Tassel Jaya Kempas Sub District Indragiri Hilir is a state-owned business entity that aims to improve the economy of society, especially the village community of Tassel Jaya. And analysis of data used simple linear regression, f test, and Test T. From the results of the research can be seen that the results of the Current Ratio variable test is partially obtained that the < Ttabel Thitung, so that the Current Ratio has not been a significant effect on Return On Assets in the BUMDesa Lancang Kuning village Rumbai Jaya Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir And there is medium relationship between Current Ratio against Return On Assets.

Abstract

The population of this research is the organizational culture and employee performance of the sales department at PT. Agung Automall Paal 10 Jambi in 2019 an many as 53 people. Using a census that is all the population made responden. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, showing the equation Y = 0.844 + 0.682X + e. With a correlation of  44% or 0,440. The value of determination is 0,194 or 19,4%. Where it is intended that the influence of work culture on performance is 19,4% while 80,6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. T test value of 3.503 with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 which is greater than the value of t table of 2.00758.

Abstract

This research is at the Village Cooperative Unit (KUD) Harapan Maju Petaling Jaya Village, Batang Cenaku District, Indragiri Hulu. This research used quantitative research, where the results of the analysis are presented in the form of figures which are then explained and interpreted in a description. The data used by the author in this study is secondary data and the research method used is descriptive method. From the results of the research it shows that: Own capital has no effect and is insignificant, the volume of business has a significant effect, assets have no effect and are significant for the acquisition of Remaining Operations (SHU), own capital, business volume and assets together affect the acquisition Remaining Operating Results (SHU) and there are other variables that affect the acquisition of Remaining Operations (SHU). Which is not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourism facilities on tourist satisfaction in South Coastal District, to determine the effect of  service quality on tourist satisfaction in South Coastal District, to determine the effect of promotion on tourist satisfaction in South Coastal District. The method used is a quantitative research using descriptive, while the data collection used questionnaire. The sampling technique is non probability sampling with a type of purposive sampling of 115 respondents. The results of this study can be concluded that the: (1) Tourism facilities has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in South Coastal District. (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in South Coastal District. (3) Promotion has a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in South Coastal District.

Abstract

The consumption activities of each family have different spending types. The difference in consumption patterns in each family is used as a burden or dependents in fulfilling the needs of all family members, so that it is used as a measure of the family welfare evenly and intact. Rural populations have higher levels of consumption compared to urban populations. Welfare in the essence of fulfillment of all needs by doing consumption activities, which are filled with income that has to achieve satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of income and household consumption to the welfare of smallholder farmer family in Kumpeh sub-district of Muaro Jambi. The results of this study revealed that the income and household consumption jointly influence positive and significant to the welfare of the farmer family of oil palm farmers in Kumpeh sub-district Muaro Jambi

Abstract

This research was conducted in Rantau Mapesai village. This research aims to determine the performance influence of village apparatus on the quality of service to the people in Rantau Village Mapesai Sub District Rengat District Indragiri upstream. The population is the total number of people in the region of Rantau Mapesai 993 in 2018 and for the number of samples taken are as many as 91 people. With data analysis used simple linear regression, F test, instrument test, and normality test. The results of the study can be seen that the performance of the village apparatus is very influential in the quality of service to the people in the village of Rantau, it is also supported by the village head assisted staff who are working to guide and control village governance. The presence of village apparatus in society is intended to foster passion, initiative and new ideas in order to improve the lives of its village society.
