Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational learning culture on employee outcomes at the Directorate General of Taxes. This research is a type of quantitative research. The primary data source of this research was obtained through the results of a questionnaire. Furthermore, the secondary data of this research is carried out through previous research studies in the form of journals. Methods of data collection through observation techniques, questionnaires and documentation. Furthermore, the analysis of this research is divided into validity and reliability tests of 30 respondents. Analysis with panel data consisting of 3 (three) research estimation methods, one of which must be chosen, namely Common Effect (CE), Fixed Effect (FE) and Random Effect (RE). The results show that organizational learning culture has a positive and significant effect on employees. outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of conflict and work stress on employee performance at PTPN IV Dolok Sinumbah. Where the independent variabels are conflict and Job Stress. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is Employee Performance. This study uses survey research methods and data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The population used in this study were all employees of PTPN IV Dolok Sinumbah, totaling 74 people, while the sample in this study were employees at PTPN IV Dolok Sinumbah, amounting to 19 people with a simple random sampling technique in getting sources who wanted to be interviewed. The results of this study indicate that conflict has an impact on employee performance at PTPN IV Dolok Sinumbah. Work stress has an impact on employee performance at PTPN IV Dolok Sinumbah. Conflict and work stress together have an impact on emloyee performance at PTPN IV Dolok Sinumbah.companies can minimize conflict and work stress by providing conflict management and stress management training in each well- managed sub-unit sp that it has a positive impact on employees, esepecially employees with the haviest work preasure.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial education in the family, work experience, peers and learning in college on the financial literacy of students of the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. Respondents from this study amounted to 100 respondents who came from FE UST students. The method used in this study uses quantitative methods. While the data analysis methods used in this study include descriptive analysis, validity and reliability tests, and multiple regression tests with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that financial education in the family has a positive and significant effect on financial literacy, work experience has a positive effect. and significant on financial literacy, peers do not have a significant positive effect on financial literacy, and learning in college has a positive and significant effect on financial literacy.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that occurs regarding the level of visitor satisfaction at the Grand Palm Hotel Pematangsiantar which may threaten the integrity in providing visitor services. This of course will affect the number of visitors who stay and use the services of Hotel Grand Palm. The objectives of this study are, (1) To determine the effect of service quality on visitor satisfaction, (2) To determine the effect of location on visitor satisfaction, (3) To determine service quality and location simultaneously influence visitor satisfaction at Grand Palm Hotel Pematangsiantar. The sample that will be taken and researched is 40 visitors of Grand Palm Hotel Pematangsiantar with purposive sampling. Then analyzed the data obtained by using multiple linear regression analysis. This analysis includes: Validity, reliability, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F tests, and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). From the results of the analysis obtained regression analysis: Y = 4.521+ 0.089 X1 + 0.293 X2From the results of the t-test, the service quality variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction (Y) with a regression value of 29.23% and a t-count value = 2.923 with a significance level of 0.006. The location variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on visitor satisfaction (Y) with a regression value of 25.58% and a t-count value = 2.558 with a significant level of 0.015. From the results of the F test, the comparison between F count and F table, where F count is 23,664 greater than F table, which is 3,251, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted or service quality and location have a significant influence on visitor satisfaction. From the results of the coefficient of determination of R2 that has been carried out in this study, the coefficient of determination of R2 is 0.538 or 53.8%. This shows that the percentage of the contribution of the independent variables (service quality and location) to the dependent variable (visitor satisfaction) is 53.8% with the variation of the independent variables used in the model (service quality and location) able to explain 53.8.2% of the dependent variable. (Visitor satisfaction), while the remaining 46.2% is influenced or explained by other variables that are not included in this research model.

Abstract

The problem in this study is how the influence of the work environment and individual characteristics on employee performance at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirtalihou Kabupaten Simalungun. Does the work environment and individual characteristics simultaneously affect the performance of employees at the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirtalihou Kab. Simalungun. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and individual characteristics on the performance of the employees of the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirtalihou Kab. Simalungun. This research is a research using a quantitative approach. The number of samples used were 36 respondents, because they were taken from 10% of the population of 360 people. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of this study, the regression equation Y = 4.902 + 0.499 X1 + 0.357 X2 shows that the work environment (X1) has a positive effect on employee performance (Y), and individual characteristics (X2) have a positive effect on employees (Y). Partially there are work environment variables and individual characteristics that have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Based on the results of the simultaneous test that the work environment variable (X1) and individual characteristics (X2) together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the cafe atmosphere on the interest in buying Kaula coffee products in the Karawang community. There are two key respondents who became informants in this study. This study uses a qualitative approach, and data collection techniques through interviews. From this study, it was found that the cafe atmosphere had an effect on people's buying interest, a comfortable outdoor atmosphere and live music could increase people's purchasing power for Kaula coffee products. In addition, it was found that the rainy season had an impact on the decrease in the number of visitors because Kaula Coffee used the Outdor theme.

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of debt to equity ratio (DER), return on equity (ROE) and Company Value on Stock returns. The population in this study is a Property and Real Estate Subsector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015-2019. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling which results in 30 companies to be used as samples. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of the company's annual financial statements obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the debt to equity ratio (DER), return on equity (ROE) and the value of the company simultaneously affected the return of the stock. Partially only the Value of the Company affects the return of the stock.

Abstract

The village innovation program was launched to develop the popular economy including entrepreneurship through superior village products initiated by village devices. Meanwhile, the government has innovated through appropriate technology (TTG); village innovation program (PID); and the college conducts community service. However, village government officials and their communities are still not optimally utilizing the TTG and PID produced to develop villages towards entrepreneurial villages. Therefore, a research  was conducted with problem formulation, how is the innovation model of Baduy woven fabric? The purpose  research is to find out the innovation model of Baduy woven fabric. The research location in Kanekes Village, Leuwidamar, Lebak, Banten as a tourist village was studied in the third quarter of 2021. The method of research uses both field observation for primary data collection, as well as library studies by reading references and documents for relevant secondary data collection. The results showed that there was an innovation in Baduy woven fabrics both production and marketing through triple helix partnerships among stakeholders, namely the government, universities, and the business world to the artisan community, especially Baduy woven fabrics to improve the economy of Kanekes village.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see the extent to which competence, motivation and discipline affect employee performance, the analysis unit in this study is employees who work in financing companies in Jambi City, the sample number of 67 respondents, data collection techniques using questionnaires and processed by using multiple linear regression analysis, the results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence both partially and significantly. Simultaneously from the variables of competence, motivation and discipline to the performance of employees of financing companies in Jambi City.

Abstract

PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya as a subsidiary of PT Antam Tbk had reached peak production in 2012 with a total production of 2 tons of dore bullion of gold. However, gold production in the couple years later going the downward trend and rarely reached the target. In this research, the researcher uses three variables: X1 is motivation, X2 is discipline, and Y is performance. The research method used is analysis of descriptive and verification according to the data that taken through questionnaires which have been distributed to employees randomly considering a minimum number of respondents based on the Slovin formula (Sevilla et al., 1960). Based on the research data processing, it is known that the factual conditions of motivation, discipline and employee performance at PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya show poor results. Work motivation and work discipline have a correlation of 65.1% which means there is a strong relationship between that two variables. Work motivation and discipline partially contribute respectively 31.6% and 24.5% to employee performance. Work motivation and work discipline have a simultaneous effect on employee performance by 56.1%, while the remaining 43.9% is the contribution of other variables (ε) that are not considering in the study.
