Abstract

One of the successes of a company is seen from its profitability. With profitability, the company can assess its performance and for third parties it is used as a basis for making investment decisions. One way to test the company's profitability is to return on assets. Return On Assets can show how a company uses its assets to earn a profit. The purpose of this research is to find out whether Quick Ratio (QR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have an effect on Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk Period 2011-2020. The method used in this study is a descriptive verification method that uses a quantitative approach. The types and sources of data used are secondary, originating from the financial statements of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk Period 2011-2020. The operational variables in this study are the Quick Ratio as X1, Debt to Equity Ratio as X2 and Return On Assets as Y. Simultaneously, F count 20,471> F table (9.55) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that the Quick ratio and debt to asset ratio variables together have a significant effect on return on assets at PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the financial knowledge variable has on investment decisions, find out how much influence lifestyle variables have on investment decisions and find out how much influence income variables have on investment decisions for private employees in Jombang Regency. In this study using primary data types. The population in this study were private employees in Jombang Regency. While the sample in this study used a non-probability sampling technique. The method used in this study used a questionnaire with 100 respondents from private employees in Jombang Regency. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is Partial Least Square (PLS). To test the analysis of the research instrument using the outer model measurement with validity test and reliability test, and inner model measurement with R-square test, F-square test, and direct effect. The results of the analysis show that the financial knowledge variable can make a significant contribution in improving investment decisions, but the lifestyle variable cannot make a real contribution in improving investment decisions. While the income variable can provide a real contribution in improving investment decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Human Resource Management Practices on Employee Turnover Intention mediated by Job Satisfaction on employees at RSGM-P Trisakti University. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, The respondents of this study were 160 respondents are medical and non-medical employees who work at RSGM-P Trisakti University Jakarta, using the census method. The data analysis technique in this research uses SEM – PLS. The results of the analysis and discussion show that either directly or indirectly there is a positive and significant influence on Human Resource Management Practices on Employee Turnover Intentions mediated by Job Satisfaction on employees at RSGM-P Trisakti University. The implication for companies is support to pay attention to aspects of job satisfaction that are closely related to employee productivity such as Pay, promotion opportunities and facilities from the company, and pay attention to Compensation, Performance Appraisal, Promotion, Training & Development. This will further encourage employee engagement with work

Abstract

This research aims to find out the performance assessment system, as well as related factors in improving the performance of employees in the Community Empowerment Office and Karawang Regency Village. This study uses descriptive methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations. The results of this study are in conducting data on employee performance, the Community Empowerment Office and Karawang Regency Village using a system called PARE (Performance Agreetment Report by Electronic). As for improving performance, a leader with employees must have a good communication relationship, so that it can increase employee motivation and morale, and can foster work discipline.

Abstract

Investments in the telecommunications industry are the most sought after options by investors as a result of the use of digital in various activities today. The main focus in this study is to analyze how the performance of the company's financial ratios influences the stock returns of telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis tools. The data in this study are secondary data sourced from the annual reports of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, namely PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, 2019-2021 period and statistical data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results showed that the performance of the company's fundamental ratios, namely net profit margin, earnings per share, and price to book value fluctuated annually from 2019 to 2021. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that the company's fundamental performance had a significant effect on returns. company shares with a significance level of 5%. Furthermore, the results show that earnings per share (EPS) has no effect on stock returns of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of employee work life, training and leadership on employee performance at Fox Hotel Pekanbaru. This research was conducted at Fox Hotel Pekanbaru with a research sample of 76 employees of Fox Hotel Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling in which the entire population in this study was used as the research sample. The results of this study indicate that: 1). The quality of employee's work life has a significant effect on employee performance; 2). Training has a significant effect on employee performance; 3). Leadership has a significant effect on employee performance; 4). The quality of employee work life, training and leadership simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to determine whether the factors of capital structure, dividend policy, investment choices, and inflation have a direct or indirect impact on the profitability of plantation companies on the IDX between 2016 and 2021. From 2016 to 2021, this study focuses on 15 plantation companies on the IDX. The eight plantation companies on the IDX are a sample size that meets the specified requirements. Secondary data from BEI and BI are used quantitatively. Panel data regression analysis with Smart PLS program and a significance level of 10% is a data analysis method that has been applied. The results showed that firm value was positively and significantly influenced by capital structure, dividend policy, inflation, and profitability. Investment choices also affect firm value positively but not significantly. In addition, capital structure, investment choices, and inflation have a positive but not significant impact on profitability, while dividend policy has a positive but quite large impact. Profitability can reduce how negatively dividend policy affects firm value. On the other hand, profitability cannot reduce the influence of the relationship between capital structure, investment choice, and inflation on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the socio-economic conditions of clothing traders in Block D of the Ki Lemah Duwur Bangkalan market during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method which aims to get a clear picture of the socio economic conditions of clothing traders in the Ki weak Duwur Bangkalan market during the Covid-19 pandemic. The technique of determining informants is perposive sampling to collect data through observation and interviews. The results of this study indicate that before the pandemic the level of income earned by clothing traders at the Ki Lemah Duwur Bangkalan market was able to meet their daily needs, However, after the pandemic, their income decreased drastically so that they could not fulfill their daily needs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of digital marketing and service quality on coffee shop consumer purchasing decisions. The survey was conducted at the Anaqi Coffee Shop, Subang Regency. This study uses primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to consumers of the Anaqi Coffee Shop.The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive and verification approach. The samples used were 381 samples from 7,901 populations which were taken using non-propabillity sampling method with accidental sampling technique. The analytical technique used in this study is Scale Range Analysis and Path Analysis using the Succesive Interval (MSI) Method and SPSS 26 Software.The results showed that Digital Marketing, Service Quality and Purchase Decisions were in the good category. This means that the Digital Marketing and Service Quality carried out by the Anaqi Coffee Shop is good for consumers so they decide to make a purchase. Partially Digital Marketing has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions, Service Quality has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Simultaneously Digital Marketing and Service Quality affect the Purchase Decision.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Leverage, and Firm Size on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The method used in this study is a quantitative method with secondary data in the form of an annual report or annual report obtained from the IDX website or each company. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling with a sample of 140 samples from 35 companies in the period 2017 to 2020. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 24. The results of this study indicate that partially Leverage variable has no effect. on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and the Firm Size variable has an effect on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
