Abstract

Economic growth and patterns of consumer behavior that are moving very fast throughout the world are the main causes of environmental damage that have an impact on the growth and development of green consumerism, namely consumers who are starting to realize the presence of environmental aspects in their consumption patterns and want products that have a not bad impact on the environment. environment. This growing awareness of environmental issues or environmental awareness encourages consumers to have environmental concerns/attitudes which in turn changes consumer buying behavior towards green products. According to the World Wild Fund (WWF), in 2017 as many as 63% of consumers in Indonesia were willing to buy environmentally friendly products even at higher prices. However, the level of brand advocacy ratio and purchase action ratio of several products that are included in the green product category has not yet occupied the first position. This condition causes researchers to be interested in examining the condition of buying interest in green products in Indonesia, especially those influenced by environmental awareness and environmental attitude. The results of the study show that environmental awareness will have a positive impact on environmental attitudes, and environmental attitudes will affect buying interest in green products, then environmental awareness will have a positive effect on buying interest in green products through environmental attitudes. This is intended in order to provide information to green product business actors about the environmental attitude of consumers so that the established marketing strategy is able to form a positive attitude and ultimately be able to encourage consumers to purchase green products in the future. The method used in this research is descriptive – associative by using survey techniques in collecting related data. The questionnaire instrument will be tested for validity and reliability and the survey data will be analyzed using multiple regression and tested for significance with the t-test and Sobel test using SPSS Version 24. Data collection was carried out by distributing online surveys and obtaining a sample of 257 respondents from various cities in West Java.

Abstract

Generation Z feels comfortable in the virtual world, where most of generation Z is the child of generation X which used to be a market group that was highly monitored by the market in the sense that their consumption is controlled by the liveliness producers of generation Z has an impact on the behavior to buy an item for its own pleasure, not out of necessity or known as consumptive behavior or consumerism. SilverQueen's new flavor choices are inspired by generation Z characters who are bold, passionate, and free to explore new things. The implication is that the decline in revenue in silverqueen, one of which relates to purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to find out the influence between the consumptive behavior of generation z on the decision to buy silverqueen products in the city of Sidoarjo. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The study sample is generation z in the city of Sidoarjo age criteria 10-24 years. The results of this study showed that there was a positively significant influence between consumptive behavior on purchasing decisions of 0.587530. R-Square value of 34.51% While the remaining 65.49% is explained by other variables outside the study

Abstract

The Program of BGC is a community empowerment program to manage the environment in particular self-governing waste treatment management in the level of Bandung City (Kota Bandung). This Program city is built by the partnership of Unilever Indonesia Foundation, Bandung Environmental management Agency, Pikiran Rakyat Daily Newspaper, Rase FM Radio, and Institute for Appropriate Technology Implementation and Bandung Family Welfare Development. This study has objective to determine how the achievement of BGC program implementation (in particular waste management program) considered of aspects of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability included the factors that influence the achievement of success/failure of the BGC programs implementation which is related to waste management considered of the aspects of the problem characteristic, program characteristics and environmental variables. The method used in this study are dominant qualitative and less dominant quantitative combined with descriptive analysis method. Results of this study has shown that the implementation of Bandung Green Clean programs related to waste management in Bandung has been relevant to the needs and conditions of Bandung people. However, the implementation of programs related to waste management Bandung Green and Clean has not succeeded in achieving the goal namely change people's behavior in waste management. Most of activities such as waste sorting, composting and recycling inorganic waste have to be done at the community level. Therefore the amount of waste volume of neighborhood Association-citizens Association Bandung Green and Clean participant has decreased only reached 10% of the target achievement of the waste management program by 95% The failure of this program, caused by characteristic factors of the problems encountered in BGC programs related to waste management with the target group coverage program that is too large and too heterogeneous as well as the scope of behavior change, therefore it has an effect on easy or not the waste management programs implemented in the field, which in turn also affect to the objectives of the Bandung Green and Clean program achievement related to waste management policy.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: (1) Jambi MSMEs profile both from the internal and external side used qualitative descriptive analysis with statistical approaches, ratio models, growth; (2) What factors determine the competitiveness of MSMEs in Jambi City then used sem model and; (3) How the best strategy in improving MSME Competitiveness is used SWOT and FGD Analysis Models. The study used secondary data and primary data. Secondary data is obtained from literature and related agencies. While the primary data is obtained through interviews, surveys and questionnaires with random sampling methods with a non probability sampling approach (Slovin). This research is Exploratory using quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods with a Sequential Exploratory Design approach. The research site was conducted in Jambi City with a sample of 389 respondents. The results showed that the condition of MSMEs in Jambi City showed significant and equitable development and had good potential for the development of MSMEs in the future and had a low level of education, immigrants from outside, their own, MSMEs are still dominated by culinary businesses, the average range of actors has been running a business for 5 years, traditional pasih marketing system and local area marketing area. While the policy strategy that can be done to increase MSMEs in Jambi City is carried out by referring to SWOT analysis by considering from the aspects of marketing, labor, production and marketing and then continued with support for innovation development.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence the rate of economic growth in Sumbawa Regency in 2011 - 2020. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method, using secondary data from the Sumbawa Regency BPS. Analysis of the data used is the multiple regression method with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) technique. The results of the study show that investment in the MSME sector, the number of working people and the HDI in Sumbawa Regency together have a significant effect on economic growth in Sumbawa Regency. This can be seen in the F test where the significance value is less than 0.05 (0.002 < 0.05). Then the magnitude of the influence on each of the independent variables mentioned above varies. The highest influence is found in the investment variable in the MSME sector of 6.022%. then the HDI is 0.408%. And the number of working population is 0.000%. So the investment variable in the MSME sector in Sumbawa Regency has the greatest impact on the rate of economic growth in Sumbawa Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to explain and analyze the effect of digital capabilities on digital capabilities and the sustainability of small businesses. This research is classified as explanatory research using a quantitative approach. This study involved 153 creative small businesses in Surabaya City with three leading sectors: fashion, culinary, and interior design. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling. The questionnaire was distributed using Google Forms. The study results show that Digital Capability has a significant effect on Digital Innovation; Digital Capability and Digital Innovation have also been directly proven to improve the Business Sustainability of small business owners during the Covid 19 pandemic. Digital Capability will increase the sustainability of small and large businesses if, at the same time, business owners also increase Digital Innovation in managing both the innovation process, organizational innovation management, and innovation in marketing. These three innovations can mediate and strengthen the influence of Digital Capability on SMEs' Business Sustainability.

Abstract

Training does not always directly contribute to employee performance, especially in the context of small organizations. Therefore, researchers must take a mediation approach. This study aims to verify whether motivation can act as an effective mediator in the relationship between training and employee performance. For this purpose, questionnaires have been distributed to a number of Jambi batik craftsmen who were selected randomly. The collected data were analyzed by path analysis technique. The results of the analysis show that motivation has proven to be successful in being a mediator in the relationship between training and employee performance. This is because the competencies that craftsmen gain from effective training programs give them confidence so that they feel motivated in doing their jobs because the knowledge and skills match what they need. This explains that effective training not only gives employees the competencies but also the necessary work motivation. Based on these findings, small organizations such as the batik industry are recommended to design effective training programs for their artisans.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of accountability, transparency, and organizational commitment both simultaneously and separately on the performance of local governments in the regional apparatus organization (OPD) of Jambi province. The population in this study was the Regional Apparatus Organization - Service, totaling 18 offices in Jambi Province. The sample chosen in this study consisted of 3 (three) people, including the OPD Head, OPD Financial Administration Officer, and OPD Treasurer, so that the total number of respondents was 54 people. Research data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to research respondents. While the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that simultaneously accountability, transparency, and organizational commitment had an effect on the performance of local governments in the regional apparatus organization (OPD) of Jambi Province. Partially the variables of transparency and organizational commitment have an effect on local government performance, while the accountability variable has no effect on local government performance.

Abstract

Compared to traditional methods, the Internet as a means of communication offers several advantages such as constant availability of information, efficient transfer of information and interactivity. In the context of the culinary business, the contribution of customers who want to spread positive information about restaurants is certainly very large. According to the literature, it was also conveyed that consumers believed in previous consumer experiences more than the advertisements delivered by the company. This study wants to examine the role of positive experience variables, perceived quality and trust in the eWOM behavior of restaurant customers in Labuhanbatu. The study used a quantitative approach using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. Questionnaires were distributed via google form to respondents. Respondents in this study were restaurant customers in Labuhanbatu who had carried out eWOM activities to the people around them. This study uses the SEM analysis method with the help of SMART PLS 3 software. The results of this study indicate that all predictive variables analyzed have a positive and significant influence on positive eWOM behavior in the context of a restaurant in Labuhanbatu.

Abstract

This study became carried out to research the have an impact on of integrity, communique and organizational way of life on employee overall performance at PT. Gajah Putih Lestari, Banda Aceh. This research makes use of quantitative strategies with descriptive and verification methods. The sample on this examine were ninety five human beings as employees of PT. Gaja Putih Lestari Banda Aceh using the Slovin technique in figuring out the pattern. The validity of the facts accomplished consisted of validity and reliability tests and classical assumption tests together with normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity checks. The statistics evaluation approach used is the size variety approach, with more than one regression analysis with the help of research equipment the usage of SPSS model 25.primarily based on the analysis that has been completed, the variables of integrity, verbal exchange, organizational lifestyle and worker performance have a small suggest price in comparison to the same old deviation, which means that each variable has a small exchange. The partial impact of organizational subculture on employee overall performance is zero.167 with a sig value of zero.027, which is smaller than zero.05, this means that that organizational lifestyle has a positive and full-size effect on worker overall performance. The simultaneous impact of the variables of integrity, communique and organizational lifestyle on worker performance has a sig value of zero.003 that's smaller than zero.05, which means that that the variables of integrity, verbal exchange and organizational subculture have a big impact on employee performance.
