Abstract

Facing the dynamics of global market share, companies are required to have a competitive advantage and be supported by important factors, namely utilizing technology and implementing innovation strategies to be able to create or maintain competitiveness, especially for manufacturing companies. This is also driven by measurable company performance, such as financial performance in several indicators, sales growth, and asset profit measurement, and sales returns. This research will be conducted using a systematic literature review on several research journals on innovation strategy and company performance, using a systematic literature review method. The search for these journals was carried out through electronic databases on several sites such as Mendeley, Elsevier/Sciencedirect, Research Gate, Semanticscholar and Wiley. The articles are searched using Booelan Technique with the keywords used are Innovation and Performance. The dominant methods emerging by researchers to examine the relationship between innovation strategy and firm performance are Regression Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that process innovation and product innovation have a direct influence on company performance. Process innovation and product innovation are those that are considered the most appropriate and have the strongest relationship to financial performance in manufacturing companies.

Abstract

The application of electronic government is an effort by the government to adopt information technology to improve the quality of public services. However, the implementation of electronic government in its implementation still has problems in it. This study aims to determine the effect of the implementation of electronic government policies on improving the quality of services at the Puskesmas in Madiun City. The research method used in this research is quantitative with questionnaires to answer the research problem formulation. The population in this study were users of health services at health centers throughout Madiun City who used electronic government (Sist Bro) services at Puskesmas in the Puskesmas environment in Madiun City as many as 130 people from six Puskesmas in Madiun City where the sample was 57 people whose answers were analyzed using SPSS. The results of the analysis state that the variable of the implementation of electronic government has a significant and positive effect on service quality.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that can affect firm value. These factors include liquidity, capital structure, profitability and company size. This research was conducted on companies that were consistently listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2016-2020 period using secondary data and an associative research approach. The population in this study were all companies listed on the JII index company. The sample obtained is 11 companies using purposive sampling using certain criteria and has 55 observations. The results showed that liquidity and profitability had a significant effect on firm value partially, while capital structure and firm size had no significant effect on firm value. However, simultaneously all variables have an effect on firm value.

Abstract

This research aims, to analyze the factors assessed from working capital to total asset, current liabilities to inventory, operating income to total liabilities, total assets turnover, net profit margin and gros profit margin simultaneously or partial influence profit growth in the sub industry food and beverage on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2020. The research methodology is descriptive and quantitative analysis methods. Data used is secondary data. The population become object in this research is the sub industry food and beverage on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2020. Amount sample the used is three industry company and still stand up during period of perception and also publicized of year of 2015-2020 by Indonesian Stock Exchange the analysis multiple regression, hypotesis test so determinant coefficient F test and t test.The object of this research is food and beverage sub-sector industries during the period 2015 - 2020 consisting of 18 (eighteen) issuers. With respect to the method of sample withdrawal based on purposive sample and data limitations during the observation period, then that can be used as a sample in this study there are 9 (Nine) issuers. The sample consisted of PT Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk, PT Delta Djakarta Tbk, PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, PT Sekar Laut Tbk, PT Ultra Jaya Milk Industri &Trading Tbk, PT Moyora Indah Tbk, PT Akasha Wira International Tbk. PT Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk. Research results model of regression equation is Y = 0,374 + 0,907 X1 + 0,179 X2 - 0,165 X3 + 0,258 X4 + 0,455 X5 + 0,074 X6 + e. F test result, it is known that idependent variabel simultaneously significant effect on profit growth. Fcount larger than Ftable (6,580 > 2,30) or comparing the significant level of 0.05 then (0.000 < 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. From the results t test on independent variabel is working capital to total asset and net profit margin in partial effect to profit growt to the value of tcount> ttable. Conclusion is inflation, independent variabel simultaneousl significant effect on profit growth.. While partially working capital to total asset and net profit margin in partial effect to profit growth

Abstract

Trepan Village has natural potential that is very useful in improving its economic welfare, namely there are banana trees that grow in this Trepan Village area. The surrounding community takes advantage of the natural potential that already exists, namely the use of banana stems into various beautiful crafts where this craft can increase the economy and increase the income of the community itself. This study aims to determine whether the creativity of the banana midrib craft can improve the economic welfare of the Trepan village community. The author uses a qualitative descriptive approach, namely by conducting interviews, observations, documentation as data collectors. The results showed that the use of banana midrib into handicrafts had a great impact on the economic welfare of the people of Trepan village. Through the creative economy, it was found that they were able to reduce the unemployment rate slightly and bring change to society, they were able to meet the needs of their families and the family's economic situation from better craftsmen. It was also found that by using the banana midrib, the community got additional income to meet the family economy, which income could increase the welfare of the people of Trepan Village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of AIS user satisfaction, AIS personal technical ability, training and education of AIS users on AIS performance with gender as a moderating variable in all offices in Kuningan Regency either simultaneously or partially. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods. The research population is in all offices in Kuningan Regency as many as 18 offices in Kuningan Regency. Calculation of the sample using the slovin formula so that the sample is obtained as many as 74 respondents. Then the sampling was carried out using probability sampling technique with simple random sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire distributed to all offices in Kuningan Regency, while the data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis and moderate regression analysis (MRA). The results showed that AIS user satisfaction, AIS personal technical ability, training and education of AIS users had a simultaneous and significant effect on AIS performance. AIS user satisfaction, AIS personal technical ability, training and education of AIS users partially have a positive and significant effect on AIS performance. Gender moderates the effect of AIS user satisfaction, AIS personal technical ability, training and education of AIS users on AIS performance.

Abstract

This study aims to recognize: analyzing the performance of the Inspectorate in Jambi City; analyze the influence of continuing education, independence, motivation and organizational commitment to the performance of the Inspectorate apparatus, and analyze strategies to increase the supervision of the Inspectorate in realizing good governance. This research uses descriptive, qualitative, and quantitative analysis. with the reseach library approach. The study used primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained through questionnaires or interviews directly to respondents using the linkert scale on the apparatus that participates in regular examinations in the Jambi City Inspectorate with a purposive sampling approach. The data analysis tools used in this investigation are interactive trigulation models for performance problems, multiple regressions for second problems and swot analysis for third problems. The results of the analysis showed that the performance of the inspectorate in Jambi City was good, then simultaneously continuing education, independence, motivation and commitment of the organization of positive influence on the performance of the Jambi City Inspectorate apparatus. While the factors that partially affect the performance of the Jambi City Inspectorate apparatus are independence and motivation. For the variables of continuing education and organizational commitment partially have no effect on the performance of the Jambi City Inspectorate apparatus.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see how big the level of interest of entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and locus of control as well as interest of enterpreneurship partially and simultaneously in final year students of Faculty of Economics and Business Telkom UniversityThe research method used is quantitative method with data collection which gained by spreading questionnaire to 296 respondents. The respondents involved are final year students of the Faculty of Economics and Business. The questionnaire used in this research contain 37 statments with five points likert scale. Sampling methods used is nonprobability with purposive sampling technique. In explaining the result of the research, the data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (T-Test and F-Test) and coefficient of determination. The results obtained in this study based on the results of the t test showed that digital literacy has a significant positive effect on interest of enterpreneurship and locus of control has a significant positive effect on interest of enterpreneurship. These results are proven by hypotheses that reject H0. Based on the f test obtained the results that there is a significant influence simultaneously between digital literacy and locus of control on interest of enterpreneurship. The coefficient of determination obtained with the value of R Squere of 44,9% means that digital literacy and locus of control have an influence on interest of enterpreneurship of 44,9%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze whether the application of management control systems, motivation and leadership style affect managerial performance at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi either simultaneously or partially. The implementation of management control system, motivation and leadership style are independent variables, while managerial performance is the dependent variable. This type of research is quantitative where the type of data used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study is all levels of organizational management at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi with a total sample of 52 people. The results of this study indicate that management control system, motivation and leadership style affect managerial performance at PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jambi.

Abstract

Performance is a picture of the results achieved in the implementation of a policy realized through the strategic planning of an organization including the goals, goals, vision, and mission of the organization. The performance of employees of the Regional Device Organization (KOPD) of the Padang City Education Office is still not optimal, where the placement of employees is not by the competencies needed by the organization. Employee absenteeism increased by 2-5% per month due to several things such as delays in employees entering the office, employees applying for permission for family affairs and employees who do not give news or without information. The purpose of this study was to test variables that affect employee performance using work discipline intervening variables with 101 samples at the Padang City Education Office. The results of the study prove that: 1) employee discipline is positively and significantly influenced by work competence; 2) employee discipline is positively and significantly influenced by work culture; 3) employee performance is positively and significantly affected by work competence; 4) employee performance is positively and significantly affected by the work culture; 5) Employee performance is positively and significantly affected by work discipline; 6) Employee performance is positively and significantly affected by work competence with work discipline as an intervening variable; 7) Employee performance is positively and significantly influenced by work culture with work disciplines such as intervening variables in the Padang City Education Office.
