Abstract

Competition for fashion brand trends between companies that are increasingly stringent has an impact on consumer needs for quality and varied products. This is due to decreased consumer interest in the superiority of goods that are not in accordance with the lifestyle of consumers. This study aims to identify the influence of product quality, shopping lifestyle, and visual merchandising on purchasing decisions for Eiger products in Purwokerto. This study uses quantitative methods. The collected data was tested statistically using multiple regressions. This study shows that the demographic factors of respondents have a significant assessment of purchasing decisions. The demographic factors are gender, age, college origin, pocket money and products used. The results of this study indicate that the variables of product quality, shopping lifestyle, and visual merchandising simultaneously affect the purchasing decisions of Eiger products. While partially, the results of product quality have no significant effect, so it still requires evaluation of product improvements. The better the quality of the product, the more attractive the consumer's attraction to buying the product.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to look at the factors that influence liquidity control and performance of conventional banking companies in Indonesia. The banking industry is one of the sectors with relatively high growth and liquidity is one of the determinants of a bank's performance as measured by the help of ROA, ROE. The sampling method used purposive sampling with certain company criteria. The sample includes 45 conventional banking companies. The data used is secondary data originating from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Data taken in 2016-2020 using certain statistical techniques, namely descriptive statistics, correlations, and regression analysis. The results showed that the current ratio, quick ratio, and capital ratio had no effect on financial performance (ROA), while the liquid assets ratio had no effect on financial performance (ROA). The current ratio, quick ratio, has no effect on financial performance (ROE), while the capital ratio and liquid assets ratio affect financial performance (ROE).

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the simultaneous and partial influence of corporate governance as proxied by managerial ownership, independent commissioners, audit committees, and audit quality and firm size on the integrity of financial statements. The population in this study are all food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. The samples produced were 18 samples using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive statistics and panel data regression using software eviews 12. The results of this study indicate that managerial ownership, independent commissioners, audit committees, audit quality and company size simultaneously affect the integrity of financial statements. Partially, the audit committee has a negative effect and firm size has a positive effect on the integrity of the financial statements. Meanwhile, managerial ownership, independent commissioners and audit quality have no effect on the integrity of the financial statements.

Abstract

Social media has become a new force in communication, even today social media plays an important role as a force for companies around the world to build brands and markets. The method used in this research is a literature review study. Where the literature included in this article was obtained from the Google Scholar site, where the researcher found 18 literatures relevant to the topic raised by the researcher, of which there were 2 international literature and 16 national literatures. The conclusion of this study is based on the results and discussion above, it can be concluded that social media plays an important role in developing communication strategies for product marketing. Many studies state that social media increases sales because they often use social media as a communication strategy with consumers. However, there are several studies which state that the success of a company is not only measured by its marketing communication strategy, but from all strategies implemented by business people. Efforts must be made by companies to use social media as a product communication strategy so that the role of social media can be realized by all companies, both small and large.

Abstract

This journal contributes to understanding the perception of ease of use, promotion and its influence on the interest in using linkaja e-wallets in the city of surabaya. The population in the study are consumers whohave knowledge of linkaja e-wallets as a means of digital payment in the city of surabaya. The use of nonprobability sampling techniques with the accidental sampling method totaled 98 respondents. The quantitative method was chosen with structural equation modeling (sem) data analysis techniques through partial least squares (pls) software. This study obtained findings that the perception of ease of use and joint promotion had a positive effect on the interest in using linkaja e-wallets in the city of surabaya.

Abstract

This study intends to find out whether there is an influence on service quality and brand image through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable on customer loyalty to gojek customers in the city of Surabaya. The type of research is quantitative, and the data collection technique is questionnaire method. The population in this study that became the target population was the people of Surabaya who had used the gojek service application. the number of samples used in this was 96 respondents and for representative results, the researchers took 100 respondents. The results of the study indicate that the Quality of Service has a significant effect on customer satisfaction brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The quality of service has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Brand image has a significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty. The quality of service has a significant effect on loyalty. brand image has a significant effect on loyalty through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to conclude the impact of financial ratios on the financial performance of companies. The sample in this study are companies from the manufacturing sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-20211, which total 36 companies. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling and the analysis method is panel data regression. The independent variables in this study are current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total assets turnover ratio, and the control variable is firm size and firm age, with the return on assets as the dependent variable. The results show that current ratio and total assets turnover ratio have an impact on financial performance, while debt to equity ratio, firm size and firm age have no effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to see the Development of Import Values According to the Standard International Trade Classification (SITC) in Indonesia in 2010-2021 which has an average of 4.56% with an average import value of 166,890 (Million US$) where the value of The highest import growth occurred in 2011 at 30.79% with the import value increasing by 177,436 (Million US$) when compared to 2010 at 135,663 (Million US$) while the lowest import growth value occurred in 2015 at -19 ,91% with the value of imports decreased by 142,695 (Million US$) when compared to the previous year 2014 of 178,179 (US$ million). Contribution of Imported Product Value According to the Standard International Trade Classification (SITC) in Indonesia in 2010- 2021 it was found that the contribution of imported food products and live animals was 8.71% for Beverages and Tobacco by 0.45% for Foodstuffs. raw materials, not to be eaten by 5.27% for pelican fuel, polishing materials and other related materials by 18.24% for fats and animal and vegetable oils by 0.11% for chemicals by 13 ,93% for factory-made goods broken down by material by 15.99% for Machinery and transportation equipment by 32.07% for various types of factory-made goods by 4.67% and for goods transactions not broken down by 0.57 %.

Abstract

This study looks at the influence of corporate governance and liquidity on dividend policy in utilities, infrastructure and transportation sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. Corporate governance plays a role in protecting the interests of business people in the company related to dividends. This study uses secondary data with purposive sampling technique and produces 14 companies with 42 research data. Descriptive analysis methods and panel data regression analysis are used because they are the most appropriate data analysis methods for testing quantitative data in this study. The results showed that the variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the dependent variable. The ownership structure variable partially has a significant positive effect on the dependent variable, while the other variables partially have no significant effect on dividend policy. It is suggested to increase the research by using variables outside this research such as company risk, cash flow and agency cost.

Abstract

When managers are responsible for maximizing shareholder value, in most cases, they can steer the company in a direction that benefits them over the owners. However, this will result in agency costs if the salary of management is not related to the company's value. This study aims to analyze the effect of Foreign Ownership and Oligarch Ownership on the Debt Leverage of Companies in Indonesia. The method used in this study is panel data analysis with a sample of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed that Foreign Ownership's influence had no significant effect on Debt Leverage. On the other hand, the power of Electoral Oligarch Ownership had a positive and significant impact on Debt Leverage. Furthermore, firm Size, Profitability, Dividend Ratio, Growth, and Inflation Rate did not affect Debt Leverage, while (Firm Age, Fixed Assets, and Liquidity ) affected Debt Leverage.
