Abstract

PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi is: a company that has been accredited and established since 1997 by providing a variety of baby products branded Dodo which is ISO 9002 certified so that it has products of international quality. Even though PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi has expanded to almost all regions in Indonesia, but for a company headquartered in Tanjung Morawa – Medan, North Sumatra. Various complaints about the workplace or an uncomfortable working atmosphere for employees while working. The company cannot commit to its employees where the company cannot keep its promises even though the employees have worked with all their heart. Employees are not driven to give the best or the most optimal for the company. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 447 employees with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula, obtained as many as 82 samples. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of organizational commitment and work motivation on the organizational climate of employees of PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi. While partially found the variable organizational commitment has a significant effect on the organizational climate of employees of PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi. Partially, it was found that the work motivation variable had a significant effect on the organizational climate of the employees of PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi. The results of this study indicate that the variable of work motivation has more influence than organizational commitment on the organizational climate of employees of PT. Dodorindo Jaya Abadi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation, work discipline and compensation on the performance of employees of the Regional Revenue Agency Semarang City. This type of research used is quantitative with a population. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents to help answer questions on the distributed questionnaire. Then, quantitative data analysis was carried out, namely validity and reliability tests, classical assumptions and multiple regression analysis, wherever hypothesis testing was carried out through t-test and F-test. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Revenue Agency, work discipline has a positive effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Revenue Agency and compensation has a positive effect on the performance of employees of the Regional Revenue Agency Semarang.

Abstract

PT. Cendana Wahana Gemilang or often known as CWG (Car Wash Gue) is a company engaged in the automotive and culinary fields, ranging from car and motorcycle washes, car and motorcycle repair shops, sales of vehicle accessories as well as food and beverage culinary fields. With the COVID-19 pandemic, of course, the company's various goals are hampered and indirectly also affects the morale of the employees. It is possible to find a decrease in employee morale that is felt by the management. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the organizational communication strategy of PT. Cendana Wahana Gemilang which affects the morale of the employees, as well as knowing what factors support and also hinder the implementation of the organization's communication strategy. The research method used is qualitative using an interpretive descriptive approach, and data collection is done by means of interviews, observations, and structured documentation. The results of this study indicate that PT. Cendana Wahana Gemilang implements organizational communication strategies to maintain employee morale by communicating the stages of organizational communication strategies based on predetermined phases, PT. Cendana Wahana Gemilang composes a message based on the Human Resources organizational approach and provides motives for the need for achievement, the need for power and the need for affiliation to its employees to maintain morale, as well as evaluating to knowing the supporting factors and also the inhibiting factors of the organizational communication strategy that has been carried out by the company.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of E-Service Quality on Repurchase Interest with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable in the Shopee Marketplace. This study uses primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to Shopee Instagram followers. The method used is quantitative with a descriptive and verification approach. The sample in this study was 400 samples from 8,489,846 populations taken using nonprobability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis used is path analysis with partial hypothesis testing and mediation/sobel tests. The results of the study show that E-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. E-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Interest in the Shopee marketplace. Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Interest in the Shopee marketplace. There is an indirect influence between E-Service Quality on Repurchase Interest through Customer Satisfaction on the Shopee marketplace.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intrinsic work motivation, work discipline and compensation on employee job satisfaction. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. The population taken is all employees of KSP Kopdit Guru Kelubagolit, the sampling method used is non-probability sampling, and the method used is saturated sampling (census). The sample consisted of 56 respondents from KSP Kopdit Guru Kelubagolit. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The analysis of the results of this study starts with validity and reliability tests, respondent characteristics, descriptive analysis (description of research variables) and then proceeds with quantitative analysis, namely classical assumption test, linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the Linear Regression analysis show that 1) Intrinsic Motivation X_1 has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction of the Kelubagolit Teacher Credit Cooperative Employees. 2) Work Discipline (X_2) has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction of the Kelubagolit Teacher Credit Cooperative Employees. 3) X_3 compensation has no significant effect on job satisfaction of the Kelubagolit Teacher Credit Cooperative Employees. 4) Simultaneously or together work motivation, work discipline and compensation have a significant effect on job satisfaction of the Kelubagolit Guru Credit Cooperative Employees.

Abstract

The use of wedding organizer services in Surabaya is increasingly varied every day. This aims to help organize weddings desired by consumers, thus making the competition between several wedding organizers in Surabaya more competitive. The various prices offered by wedding organizer services make their marketing affect consumers' buying interest. The results of the research are intended to determine the buying interest in wedding organizer services Mahar Agung Surabaya through the influence of Brand Image and Electronic Word Of Mouth (e-WOM). Through quantitative methods, data collection is carried out through survey results, to be analyzed through Partial Least Square (PLS) software. So that the findings from the study concluded that there was a positive influence of Brand Image and Electronic Word Of Mouth on Buying Interest.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of Perceived Organizational Support and Affective Organizational Justice as intervening variables on the relationship between Knowledge Sharing and Organizational Justice at Tria Dipa Hospital. The methodology of this research is through surveys to collect data to test the research hypotheses. The type of research used is quantitative with the PLS-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach using SMART PLS software. The sample used in this study were 132 medical and non-medical employees at Tria Dipa Hospital using purposive sampling method. This study has seven hypotheses and all of them are supported which states that there is an influence of Perceived Organizational Support and Affective Organizational Justice as intervention variables on the relationship between Knowledge Sharing and Organizational Justice. The managerial implication of the research is for the organization in this case the hospital management, the results of this study can be used as initial data based on descriptive statistics from the Organizational Justice variable, the lowest mean value is obtained regarding the imbalance received by the efforts made by employees, for the organization in this case. hospital management, the results of this study can be used as initial data based on descriptive statistics from the Knowledge Sharing variable, the lowest mean value is obtained regarding using the knowledge given by colleagues, for organizations in this case hospital management, the results of this study can be used as preliminary data based on descriptive statistics from the Percieved Organizational Support variable, obtained the lowest average value regarding obtaining a salary that is in accordance with responsibilities, for organizations in this case hospital management, the results of this study can be used as a or initial based on descriptive statistics of the Affective Organizational Commitment variable, obtained the lowest average value regarding the difficulty of leaving the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the variable Work Life Balance and non-physical work environment affect the loyalty of millennial generation employees in Banyuwangi Regency. The primary data used in this study was obtained through distributing questionnaires to the targeted respondents, namely the millennial generation with a minimum age of 21 years and a maximum of 40 years. This study observes the loyalty of millennial generation employees in Banyuwangi Regency. This study uses quantitative analysis to determine the value of respondents' responses to the variables used in the study, using SmartPLS software. The results of this study succeeded in proving that work life balance and non-physical work environment have a significant positive relationship to employee loyalty in Banyuwangi Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the social and economic characteristics of fish cages and to analyze the financial feasibility of tilapia cage cultivation in Keranggan Village, Muaro Jambi Regency. Data collection in this study used observational data, namely filling out questionnaires and direct interviews with tilapia fish cage business actors in Keranggan Village, Muaro Jambi Regency. The location selection was carried out with the consideration that the businesses that became the object of this study were widely spread in Muaro Jambi Regency, especially in Keranggan Village, Sekernan District. The population in this study were tilapia cage farmers, namely the cultivators themselves (the owners of the cultivators). The fish cage business in Keranggan Village is 25 units of tilapia fish cage business, the data studied in this study were sourced from primary data. To determine the sample in this study, a cluster system was used which was carried out in Keranggan Village, Sekernan District, for cage farmers who had a total of 6 cages, with a sample of 25 respondents who were taken directly to all cage farmers. The data were analyzed using the analysis of the financial feasibility of tilapia cage cultivation with the formula for calculating NPV, IRR, Net Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio), and PP analysis. The results of the research analysis on the characteristics of respondents based on gender show that all respondents are male owners of tilapia cage cultivation business in Keranggan Village, respondents aged 54-63 years are 4 people or 16 percent of respondents are respondents of productive age. Based on the level of education, these results indicate that most of the respondents have met the 12-year compulsory education standard. Respondents have experience for 4-6 years, which is 28 percent. From Figure 1.3, it is known that the respondents are experienced enough in running a tilapia cultivation business in Keranggan Village, Sekernan District, Muaro Jambi Regency so that in practice the respondents can increase their business production. Characteristics of respondents based on the number of dependents who do not have or only themselves as many as 4 people or 16 percent who have dependents 1 child, then those who have dependents of 2 children are 7 people or 28 percent, the number of dependents of 3 children is 6 people or 24 percent, the number of dependents is 4 children as many as 4 people or 16 percent. The results of the feasibility of the cage business show that the results of the analysis of tilapia rearing in cages in Keranggan Village are currently financially feasible with an NPV value of Rp. 2,097,227 Net Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio) 1,235, IRR (Internal Rate of Return) 12.80%, Payback Periods (PP) obtained for 0.6695 years (6 months 24 days).

Abstract

Service competition at the University with the use of technological facilities to serve people who have not been served by services at the University has great potential to expand the distribution of services to the community. The model of service marketing, relational marketing and digital marketing needs to be studied simultaneously through a service marketing management approach to get e-satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to obtain an e-Satisfaction model at the University as a marketing strategy for University services, especially in Jambi Province. The research design used an explanatory survey approach. The survey was conducted at Private Universities in Jambi Province. The number of respondents as many as 392 University service users taken by random sampling. Data analysis was carried out using a structural equation modeling (SEM) approach and the SmartPLS 4 program.
