Abstract

In Indonesia, especially in Madura, agriculture is something that is very important for people's lives. Agriculture plays an important role in supporting the availability of food sources for the community, in Indonesia, especially in Madura, precisely in Planggiran village, Tanjungbumi district, Bangkalan district itself has various agricultural products, which include corn, rice, soybeans, chilies, green beans, peanuts. , long beans, and cassava and so on. Because Indonesia is a large part of the area that has the potential to be used as agricultural land. With the existence of agriculture not only as a producer of food but also as a provider of jobs for the community itself. Corn is one type of agriculture that is mostly occupied by farmers in the village of Planggiran. Corn is one type of agriculture that is mostly occupied by farmers in the village of Planggiran. However, even though many are farming corn, farmers' income has not been maximized due to a lack of strategy in terms of marketing. Based on the above background, researchers are interested in conducting research on "Analysis of marketing strategies in an effort to increase farmers' income and productivity in a regional economic perspective (study on corn farmers in Planggiran village, Tanjungbumi district, Bangkalan district)". The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The object of this research is the farmers in the village of Plangiran, Tanjung Bumi district, Bangkalan district. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy used by farmers in the village of Planggiran, Tanjung Bumi District, Bangkalan Regency is to use a marketing mix, namely product, price, place and promotion. By selling their products directly to potential buyers, namely personal selling. Meanwhile, from a regional economic perspective, in the midst of advancing development, farmers do not back down or think about not becoming farmers anymore, this is supported because some of their land is far from residential areas.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and perceived risk on customer satisfaction at PT Lion Parcel Mahkota 53 Batam. The technique used in this study is a saturated sample technique with a total of 104 respondents. The measuring instrument used is a 5 (five) Likert scale point. The method of data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The data quality test in this study used a validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test in this study using normality test research, multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test and influence test using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis (R2), while hypothesis testing in this study uses the t test and F test. Results of this study, attest that service quality, risk perception has a positive effect on customer and the quality of service, the perception of risk together has an influence on customer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work from home on job satisfaction and work discipline that has an impact on employee performance at PT Jimmulya. Respondents in this study amounted to 60 people, while the data analysis tool used in this study used quantitative analysis methods. The data were collected through questionnaires and observation. The measurement scale of the variables in this study refers to the Likert scale. starting point for constructing a statement or question. The data analysis tool in this thesis uses simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program to calculate the magnitude of the effect of Y on the X variable where the regression results show tcount 6,955 & 6,891 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.5. The significance value is less than 0.5, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a partially significant effect between Work From Home on Job Satisfaction and Work Discipline of PT Jimmulya Employees.

Abstract

This research includes quantitative research conducted at PT American Standards Indonesia. This study aims to determine whether or not career development and leadership impact employee performance through work loyalty as an intervening variable. This study, 100 respondents were used as samples, calculated using the Slovin formula from 406 populations at a margin of error of 5%. It collected data using a Likert scale and an assessment using a Questionnaire. The data analysis method used by the researcher is a statistical test using SPSS version 23 using analytical techniques, a classical assumption test, a path test, a coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The study yielded seven main findings according to the proposed hypothesis; namely, the first path test in the study concluded that there was a significant impact between 1) career development on employee performance; 2) leadership on employee performance. The results of the second path test concluded that there was a significant impact between 3) loyalty to employee performance, 4) career development to work loyalty, 5) leadership to work loyalty, 6) career development through work loyalty as an intervening variable, and 7) leadership through work loyalty to employee performance. The results of this study suggest a number of steps that can be taken to improve performance in the context of providing promotions for employees who perform well, the role of leaders who can arouse the passion of employees and, obey and work loyally to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Recycled products are sustainable products designed to minimize environmental impact throughout their life cycle. The purpose of product development through the manufacture of recycled handicrafts is to reduce the effect of pollution, reduce plastic waste and maximize resource efficiency. The increased purchasing intensity of recycled handicraft products is inseparable from the basic theory that explains the relationship between consumer attitudes and purchase intention. This study aims to (1) analyze and explain the effect of environmental awareness and consumer attitudes on the intensity of purchasing recycled handicraft products, (2) analyze and explain the influence of environmental awareness and consumer satisfaction and the intensity of purchasing recycled handicraft products and (3) analyze and explain the effect of consumer awareness on the intensity of purchasing recycled handicraft products. The study used a quantitative research design. The population in this study are consumers of recycled handicraft products in Jambi Province. The questionnaire prefers as a research instrument for 200 samples. The statistical model used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) of Variance with the SmartPLS analysis tool. The study showed that consumer awareness significantly influences attitudes and satisfaction with recycled handicraft products. A significant influence is also seen in consumer satisfaction and purchase intensity. But on the other hand, the study results showed no significant effect between consumer awareness and satisfaction on the intensity of purchasing recycled handicraft products. It is hoped that the research results can be a reference for consumers, the wider community, MSME actors, academics who conduct similar research, and the government as strategic policymakers.

Abstract

The high risk faced by breeders in their livestock requires agricultural insurance to minimize losses caused by diseases, accidents and other risks. Banyumas Regency is an area that implements Cattle Business Insurance (AUTS), but only 1.5 percent of cattle are included in AUTS. Therefore, this study aims to find out the level of participation of breeders in the Cattle Business Insurance (AUTS) program and analyze the factors that affect it in Banyumas Regency. The study used primary data. The population in this study is breeders who have followed and or are following Cattle Business Insurance (AUTS). Sampling using random sampling with the number of respondents as many as 40 people based on Taro Yamane. The analytical tools used are tabulations and multiple linear regressions. The results of this study show that the participation of breeders in following AUTS belongs to the medium category. Factors that statistically significant and positively affect the participation of farmers in AUTS are the type of cow, the level of education, the experience of the farm business, and income, while age has a negative effect. The implication of this study is the need for encouragement for farmers to be more active in a series of activities of the AUTS program through increasing awareness of the risks of cattle businesses being run. There needs to be assistance for breeders, especially the elderly, to be able to actively participate in AUTS activities. To overcome the low level of education and improve the experience of breeders, there needs to be an increase in ability through training and mentoring to improve the quality of breeders.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of the board of commissioners and directors on the company's performance in State-Owned Enterprises listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The type of research is quantitative, and the data collection technique is the documentation method. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression, descriptive analysis and classical assumption tests such as autocorrelation, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, R2 test, F test and t test. In addition, this research also uses the help of the SPSS application. The results of the study indicate that there is a significant effect of the board of commissioners on the company's performance and partially, there is no influence of the board of directors on the company's performance. The conclusion is that the board of commissioners has an effect on the company's performance while the board of directors has no influence on the company's performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence firm size and firm age have on earnings management by disclosing corporate social responsibility as an intervening variable. The method of data collection is by observing the financial statements of manufacturing companies published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2019 period. The analysis method used is path analysis and sample collection techniques is purposive sampling, with a sample 0f 33 companies. The data used in this study are the company's annual financial statements obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, namely www.idx.co.id. The results of this study found that firm size has no effect on corporate social responsibility as an intervening variable. There is no influence between firm age on corporate social responsibility as an intervening variable. Firm size affects earnings management. There is no influence between firm age on earnings management. There is an influence between corporate social responsibility on earnings management. Corporate social responsibility cannot mediate firm size on earnings management. Corporate social responsibility can mediate the firm age on earnings management.

Abstract

Currently, technology is not only a complement to the business, but also the main point so that businesses can develop and be able to compete. The development of the internet at this time has changed the pattern of consumer behavior that is carried out offline in selling their products, now turning into selling products online. Apart from being a product, online marketing also applies to services and services. One example is the Gojek company, which is now a start-up in the transportation sector. This study aims to analyze the effect of sales promotion and customer satisfaction on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty and to examine the Mediation Role of Customer Satisfaction on the Relationship between Promotion and Customer Loyalty on Go-Food Services in Surabaya. in this study used the variables of Sales Promotion, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty. The measurement scale used in this study is the scale-weighting technique (Likert). The population in this study were all Go-Food service users in Surabaya, while the research sample was taken using a non-probability sampling technique so that 130 people were obtained. Furthermore, the data collection method used was by distributing questionnaires containing questions addressed to the sample (other people) who were used as respondents to answer these questions. In addition, the data analysis technique used in this research is Validity Test and Reliability Test using Partial Least Square (PLS) on Outter Model Test and Inner Model Test. The results of this study found that the sales promotion variable was able to support the customer satisfaction of Go-Food services in Surabaya. Promotional variables have not had an overall effect on customer loyalty for Go-Food services in Surabaya. Furthermore, the customer satisfaction variable is able to increase customer loyalty for Go-Food services in Surabaya. Then the customer satisfaction variable is able to mediate the sales promotion variable so that it can lead to customer loyalty for Go-Food services in Surabaya

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the exchange rate, BI 7-day repo rate (BI7dRR), and inflation on the Jakarta Composite Index (JCI). Library and document methods were used in the data collection procedure. During the Covid-19 pandemic, this analysis uses 41 sample data obtained from Bank Indonesia and the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period January 2019-May 2022. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method that includes multiple linear analysis. The rupiah exchange rate and the BI 7-day repo rate (BI7dRR) have a negative and significant effect on the Jakarta Composite Index during the Covid-19 pandemic, while inflation has a positive and significant impact on the Jakarta Composite Index during the Covid-19 pandemic, according to the results of SPSS 22 analysis.
