Abstract

Business organizations in MSMEs are oriented towards profit achievement and can contribute to the economy. Efforts in achieving the goals of MSMEs should be organizational leaders who can empower the potential of each employee. The role of the leader can create a comfortable environment that can encourage increased employee performance, one of the factors is the happiness felt from employees when carrying out work in the organization. The aims of this study are (1) to analyze the influence of leadership behavior on the organizational performance of MSMEs; (2) analyze the influence of leadership behavior on eudaimonic well being; (3) analyzing the effect of eudaimonic well being on the organizational performance of MSMEs; (4) analyzing the role of eudaimonic well being in mediating the influence of leadership behavior on the organizational performance of SMEs. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) measurements using SmartPLS software. The results of the study are (1) leadership behavior shows a significant positive influence on the organizational performance of SMEs; (2) leadership behavior shows a significant positive effect on eudaimonic well being; (3) eudaimonic well being shows a significant positive effect on the organizational performance of SMEs; (4) eudaimonic well being as a mediation of the influence of leadership behavior shows a significant positive influence on the organizational performance of SMEs

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of trust, price perception, location and word of mouth on purchasing decisions. The object under study is PT Taman Gaharu Bersinar Semarang city and the independent variables in the study are trust, price perception, location and word of mouth and the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The population in this study are consumers who buy property products from PT Teman Gaharu Bersinar property in Semarang City with a minimum age of 17 years by taking a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, which is a sampling technique with certain criteria. The data used in this study are primary data, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The analytical tools used are validity test, reliability test, F test, coefficient of determination (R²) test, multiple linear regression and t assisted by SPSS version 16. The results show that trust has no significant negative effect on purchasing decisions, price perception has no positive effect. significant effect on purchasing decisions, location and word of mouth have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality, product quality, customer satisfaction on business growth for consumers of Kebalen Catfish, Bekasi. The population in this study was 78 respondents who participated in filling out questions in the form of a questionnaire. This research method uses a quantitative approach and also uses the SmartPLS application to calculate validity and hypotheses. From the results of this study that the quality of service and customer satisfaction can have a significant effect and the hypothesis is accepted. Meanwhile, product quality has no significant effect and the hypothesis is not accepted. So it is hoped that the owner of the Kebalen Catfish business in Bekasi can maintain better product quality in order to increase business growth.

Abstract

PT. Hasana Makmur Sejati Jaya Medan is: a company engaged in the sale of glue. PT. Hasana Makmur Sejati Jaya itself is a distributor of Fox glue. Customer repurchase interest has decreased from year to year. The products offered by the company have not created a conversation that can create or create an impression in the minds of customers. The implementation of customer relationship strategies by companies to consumers is still lacking. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The research population that will be used in the study is all customers who buy from the company as many as 74 customers. Determination of the research sample using saturated sampling. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between word of mouth and CRM strategy on the repurchase intention of PT. Hasana Makmur Sejati Jaya. While partially found the variable word of mouth has a significant effect on the repurchase intention of PT. Hasana Makmur Sejati Jaya. Partially, it was found that the CRM strategy variable had a significant effect on the repurchase intention of PT. Hasana Makmur Sejati Jaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the elements of production factors including labor, raw materials and machinery affect the level of effectiveness and efficiency of accompany. This research uses CV object. Litera Jannata Perkasa which is engaded in manufacturing, the majority of which isin the form of book production. The sample was carried out by direct observation in the field and interviews with company parties. Thistest uses the overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method which aims to measure how effective a company is with factors including Availability Ratio to measure the availability of raw materials and labor, Performance of production machines and Quality Ratio to measure the output of the company’s production process.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the relationship between profitability and activity on company value and capital structure used as a moderation variable in property and real estate sector companies listed on the IDX for the period 2018 to 2020. The study's population included 79 companies. Purposive sampling in this study was used as a sampling method and obtained by as many as 47 companies. Moderated Regression Analysis is an analytical technique used in this test. The results of this study show that the variables of profitability and activity contribute significantly positively to the value of the company, while the variable of capital structure as a moderation variable is not able to strengthen the relationship between profitability and activity with the value of the company.

Abstract

Performance is a reaction from a job that results from the quality or quantity aspects of the work and the responsibilities imposed by the company, as well as the skills, expertise capacity and ability to complete work within a certain time span. The purpose of this study was to evaluate employee performance based on Career Development, Work Ability and Employee Loyalty. This research was conducted at PT Semen Padang, with the number of samples used as many as 92 employees obtained based on the non-probability sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and the analysis technique used was regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there was a significant influence between Career Development, work ability and employee loyalty on employee performance. This study shows the results that a regular career development system will foster good employee performance, good work skills will be able to help improve the performance and loyalty of an employee will have an impact on increasing employee performance. Where in this study shows that career development has a greater impact on employee work outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to conclude the impact of ownership structure and board characteristics on dividend payout ratio and dividend yield. The sample in this study are companies from the manufacturing sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling and the analysis method is tobit model. The independent variables in this study are institutional ownership, concentrated ownership, board size, female board member, and independent board member, and the control variable are firm age, financial leverage, firm size, and return on assets, with the dividend payout ratio and dividend yield as the dependent variable. The results show that independent board member and firm size have a positive effect on dividend payout ratio and dividend yield, while institutional ownership, concentrated ownership, board size,and financial leverage, have no effect on dividend payout ratio and dividend yield. On the other hand, female board member have a positive effect on dividend yield but no effect on dividend payout ratio, and return on assets show a positive effect on dividend payout ratio but no effect on dividend yield. This study is expected to give implication for company managers and investor. By paying attention to the indicators that lead the company to make a good dividend policy, and also to be a source of information for investors to see the dividend payout ratio and dividend yield given by the company to shareholders.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and prove how far the influence of Products, Promotions, Prices and Distribution Channels on the purchasing decisions of Cellular Cards for students in the city of Padang. This research was carried out in the city of Padang, the population in this study were students who had cellphones, the sampling technique was Accidental Sampling formula Cochran with a total sample of 384 people. The data collection technique is by using a questionnaire. To see the effect of Product, Promoso, Appreciate and Distribution Channels on the decision to purchase Cellular Cards for students in the city of Padang. The results of this study indicate (1) that the product has a significant effect on purchasing decisions as indicated by the value (Sig. 0.005 < 0.05), (2) the Promotion variable has a significant effect with the indicated value (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05), (3 ) the price variable has a significant effect as indicated by the value (Sig 0.022 < 0.05), (4) the distribution channel variable has a small effect by showing the value (Sig 0.184 > 0.05) but after trimming the value of each variable changes (1) the product has an effect significant effect on purchasing decisions (Sig value 0.000 < 0.05), (2) Promotional variables have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with indicated value (0.000 < 0.05) (3) Price variable has a significant effect on value (Sig 0.019 < 0.05 ) so that the distribution channel factor does not take into consideration in making purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that product, promotion and price variables are variables that influence purchasing decisions made by students in the city of Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of experiential marketing and emotional branding on customer loyalty at Starbucks Coffee Surabaya. This research collection technique uses an interview system and produces 240 samples with the criteria of Surabaya residents who have bought Starbucks Coffee at least once. This type of research is explanatory research. This data analysis technique uses SPSS. The results of the Sobel test state that the effect of mediation or intervention between marketing experience on customer loyalty through satisfaction, and the effect of mediation or intervention between emotional branding on customer loyalty through satisfaction.
