Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the other side of communication media used in a political context, especially in the aspect of digital technology media. Specifically, this research examines the function of dangdut music and digital technology media as communication tools in political spaces that are common in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method, with the type of research being a case study. Based on research conducted, it is known that the use of dangdut music in political communication has had a positive impact on party electability. Dangdut music with its broad appeal, its ability to build emotional bonds, and its potential to create a positive and viral atmosphere on various digital platforms in political campaigns has helped political parties or candidates to win the hearts of voters. However, the use of dangdut music is only one element of an effective political communication strategy. A strong political message, convincing leadership, and a well-organized campaign plan are also important factors in achieving high electability.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the function of marketing communication strategies as promotional media in increasing sales at PT Tunas Jaya. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with the type of research used being a case study. The data collection methods used were interviews and observation. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is known that PT Tunas Jaya's marketing strategy in increasing sales is to use promotional media both offline and online. These two methods complement each other, and combine their respective functions to the maximum. The function of using offline promotional media from PT Tunas Jaya is to support increasing cooperation with state-owned and private companies. Meanwhile, using online promotional media, PT Tunas Jaya uses websites and social media, and directs its function to build public brand awareness of PT Tunas Jaya as well as the products it offers. These two promotional media have different marketing communication roles, but their goals are the same. Namely, to reach a wider audience, and maintain interaction with PT Tunas Jaya customers, both customers who have been familiar with the brand from the start, or new customers.

Abstract

Information and communication technology (ICT), undeniably, plays an important role in the transformation agenda of every company. The Semen Indonesia Group (SIG) is no exception, which requires operational support for digitizing business processes and is part of the strategy to achieve its goals. However, the problem that often occurs in companies is the use of information technology which turns out to be not in accordance with expectations, therefore governance is needed for the use of information technology and information systems. Information technology governance and information systems are needed to maintain and ensure information systems at PT. Semen Indonesia is doing well. The magnitude of the risks that may arise due to the application of information technology makes an information technology audit very important to do. Its purpose is to be a support tool for top management and close the gap between technical issues, business risks and requirements. The method used in the development of building an information technology audit system is waterfall. The framework used is Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT). Based on the results of implementation and testing, the information technology audit system is appropriate and meets the predetermined functional requirements of the testing process.

Abstract

This research evaluates the use of the Redis database in the Laravel-based Application, SIRESMA API endpoint, to overcome the problem of data query processing unresponsiveness. The test result shows that the implementation of Redis has significantly improved the access speed of most API endpoint reponses, with a total response time improvement of around 6.74%. However, it should be noted that there are certain endpoints that experience performance degradation, which indicates that the use of Redis should be tailored to the characteristics of the data and application usage to obtain optimal results. Meanwhile, future research can consider more detailed query diagnosis tools and other alternatives to improve application performance.

Abstract

This article was prepared to determine the role of communication in crowdfunding on online platforms in the last three years. In answering this research problem, a research based on a systematic literature review was carried out. The research was conducted using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). The results of the research found that communication contributed significantly to crowdfunding in the last three years. This research has several findings. First, the use of social media or media networks will be more effective when communicators are able to provide information about campaign development. Narrative and message persuasion are important to pay attention to for the success of crowdfunding. Second, trust is critical for success in the online marketplace, especially in crowdfunding. Thus, social media engagement and information sharing on social media are very important for the success of crowdfunding. This is also supported by good comments from consumers on social media. Third, companies that carry out crowdfunding campaigns on a basis other than donations must be able to provide reciprocity that attracts people to take part in the crowdfunding carried out. In these three findings, effective communication has a significant contribution to the success of crowdfunding. The conclusion of this research, looking at the contribution of communication in crowdfunding, further research and direction is needed regarding communication in crowdfunding.

Abstract

A database itself is generally a collection of data stored systematically on a computer that can be processed or manipulated using software (application programs) to produce information. Defining a database includes specifications in the form of data types, data structures and also limitations on the data to be stored. One tool that is often used is SQL Server. Data processing itself takes a lot of time through various stages. During the data processing stage there is something called data transformation and data transfer. Which means data is sent from process A to Process B and changed. In this case, it is not information from data, but what is changed is not the content or value contained in it, but changes it into a form of information that can be easily received and read by readers of the information. In the transformation and transfer process, there were several obstacles experienced. What often happens is a matter of time. Time refers to the speed of the data process itself. Because if each process has a very slow speed it will take a lot of time, even though there are still many other processes that have to run. In this research, the techniques of  Indexing, Temporary Table and a combination of the two were used. In order to get results which one is faster to use. This research uses the True Experiment Design method with a repeated measurement design. In this research there will be several treatments, and carried out in more than one experiment.

Abstract

The restaurant industry is a business that is popular among the public, because it promises large profit potential. One of the classifications in the restaurant industry is upscale restaurants, which are the type of restaurant that has the highest level of service. Fine dining restaurants are a type of restaurant that is included in the upscale restaurant category. Even though fine dining restaurants are included in the niche market category which has few competitors, there are quite a lot of fine dining restaurants in Jakarta & Bali. Therefore, fine dining restaurants need to present something different for their consumers. In Jakarta & Bali, a fine dining restaurant has introduced a distinctive dining experience by integrating three-dimensional visual technology and digital mapping in its Le Petit Chef program. Through the concept offered by Le Petit Chef, it provides a new touch to the culinary world, especially in Indonesia because this concept is something that has not existed before. In order to be able to face increasingly fierce competition. By providing this unique experience, researchers are interested in examining what Customer Experience factors can have an influence on Customer Satisfaction. This research aims to have an impact on customer experience at Le Petit Chef in Jakarta & Bali which involves aspects of product quality, price and service quality on the level of Customer Satisfaction. In achieving this goal, the research focus will be placed on three main aspects: (1) the influence of the impact of product quality on customer satisfaction, (2) the influence of the impact of price on the level of customer satisfaction, and (3) the influence of the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction. The approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive and explanatory methods, utilizing secondary data. The population used in this research is all reviews on the Google Review and Tripadvisor platforms for Le Petit Chef restaurants in Jakarta & Bali, namely 115 reviews, with a sample size of 17 reviews. Sampling was carried out using the Probability sampling method. Data collection involved two sources from TripAdvisor and Google Reviews as sources to extract customer perceptions of the Le Petit Chef Jakarta & Bali restaurant. The discussion data will then be explained in more depth as to whether there are aspects such as food, price and service in the review. So that it can produce a conclusion regarding the impact of these aspects on the level of customer satisfaction. The research results show that price has a perpendicular influence on customer satisfaction, food quality that meets customer expectations has a positive impact on customer satisfaction, and service quality from a restaurant has a significant impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is a literature review that aims to investigate the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and provide practical suggestions based on the benefits and challenges associated with ERP systems. ERP is software designed to integrate various functions and departments in a company into one integrated system. ERP implementation can provide benefits such as increased operational efficiency, better monitoring of company performance, and better decision making. However, ERP implementation also presents challenges such as high costs, change resistance from employees, and integration problems with existing systems. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to identify, assess and interpret findings related to ERP implementation. The results of this research provide practical suggestions, including a focus on key benefits such as increased efficiency, reduced costs, and improved data quality. In addition, companies also need to overcome challenges such as high costs, change resistance, and integration problems. By paying attention to these suggestions, companies can maximize the benefits of implementing an ERP system and improve their operational performance and strategy. Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence technology has brought transformation in various sectors, including the world of health. The integration of AI in the healthcare sector has opened up new opportunities to improve diagnosis, treatment, medical data management and medical research. Safe Entry Station (SES-UR) is one of the newest technologies that has been introduced in the era of technological development that relies on the concept of artificial intelligence as the basis of its functionality, which has emerged as an innovative breakthrough in monitoring health effectively and accurately. However, new technology often involves concepts that may not yet familiar to most users. This can cause uncertainty and discomfort in using the technology. The aim of this research is to ensure that the implementation of SES-UR is successful and sustainable, so a comprehensive approach is needed in assessing the level of Technology Readiness and measuring the level of Satisfaction. The selected research focus is in the medical health sector to improve the quality of Artificial Intelligence-based health services. This research method, using the PLS-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, was adopted to analyze the relationship between complex variables. To achieve accurate analysis results, this research involved the use of 25 instruments and 7 relevant constructs. The results of this research state that individuals who have a high level of Innovativeness tend to have the perception that the Safe Entry Station is easy to use, so they are more likely to accept and use this technology.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of how Fintech Technology has an important role as a transformation agent in Sharia financial institutions. The research position of existing research is to establish 4 (four) hypotheses including (H1): Fintech technology has a direct positive and significant effect on transformation agents at PM UQI Bogor. (H2): Does fintech technology have a direct positive and significant effect on Sharia financial services at PM UQI Bogor. (H3): Do transformation agents have a direct positive and significant effect on sharia financial services at PM UQI Bogor. (H4): Does the Trust of Santri Guardians have a direct positive and significant effect on Sharia financial services at PM UQI Bogor. The data in this research was obtained through a questionnaire distributed via Google Form which was filled in by respondents, namely PM IUQI Santri Guardians with a total of 200 respondents. This research uses non-probability sampling, using convenience sampling. The data testing method in this research is by using Amos version 24, namely by testing the validity test, reliability test, direct hypothesis test, and full SEM model suitability test. The findings from the results of this research are that all the hypotheses proposed in this research are accepted or all are influential and significant. The findings show that the adoption of Fintech Technology has made a major contribution in improving Sharia financial services at PM UQI Bogor. Fintech technology is not just a technological tool, but is also a major catalyst in changing the way Sharia financial services are provided and accessed by Islamic boarding school parents (Khan, F., Ahmad, R., & Ali, 2020). The implications of this research are encouragement of technology adoption, the importance of transformation agents, focus on user trust. The limitations of this research are the limited sample size, limited variables and this research was conducted cross-sectionally. Suggestions for further research are expanding the scope of research to other Sharia financial institutions, developing other variables to be researched, further research can be carried out longitudinally.
