Abstract

Sentiment analysis is a technique to extract information of one’s perception, called sentiment, on an issue or event. This study employs sentiment analysis to classify society’s response on covid-19 virus posted at twitter into 4 polars, namely happy, sad, angry, and scared. Classification technique used is support vector machine (SVM) method which compares the classification performance figure of 2 linear kernel functions, linear and polynomial. There were 400 tweet data used where each sentiment class consists of 100 data. Using the testing method of k-fold cross validation, the result shows the accuracy value of linear kernel function is 0.28 for unigram feature and 0.36 for trigram feature. These figures are lower compared to accuracy value of kernel polynomial with 0.34 and 0.48 for unigram and trigram feature respectively. On the other hand, testing method of confusion matrix suggests the highest performance is obtained by using kernel polynomial with accuracy value of 0.51, precision of 0.43, recall of 0.45, and f-measure of 0.51.

Abstract

Fingerprint semakin luas digunakan di berbagai bidang sebagai perangkat untuk identifikasi kehadiran karyawan di sebuah kantor, perusahaan, sekolah, universitas dan lain sebagainya. Di Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu Fingerprint System telah diimplementasikan namun belum dapat memenuhi kebutuhan luaran yang diinginkan oleh bagian kepegawaian. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti akan membangun aplikasi real-time monitorning kehadiran karyawan yang terintegrasi dengan fingerprint system sehingga kehadiran karyawan dapat dimonitor secara langsung. Dari penelitian ini dihasilkan sebuah aplikasi real-time monitoring kehadiran karyawan pada Universitas Dehasen Bengkulu dengan hasil pengujian bahwa secara umum aplikasi dapat berjalan baik dengan yang diharapkan, sedangkan dari hasil pengujian kecepatan sinkronisasi data dari mesin fingerprint ke aplikasi akan berjalan baik (cepat) jika data yang ada pada mesin fingerprint adalah data terbaru maksimal 1 bulan terakhir, untuk itu perlu adanya backup data yang telah lebih dari 1 bulan pada mesin fingerprint.

Abstract

The spread of the Covid-19 virus began to enter Indonesia in early 2020. Until now, the spread of the virus is still occurring in several parts of Indonesia, although it has begun to decline in many areas. ). The possibility of direct human contact depends on the number of confirmed positives, the population and the area. Therefore, this study looks for the characteristics of the city/district area group based on the population, area and number of residents who are confirmed positive for the Covid-19 virus using the K-Means Clustering method. The clustering process begins with finding the best number of clusters (K) using the elbow method and testing cluster members using the silhouette and davies-bouldin index methods. The best K value results obtained by the elbow method are 3 clusters (K=3). The results of K-Means Clustering with 3 clusters show that in cluster 1, a city or district with a small area with a large population, the number of positive COVID-19 residents is large. In cluster 2, a city or district with a small area, with a moderate population, the number of people who are positive for COVID-19 is small. And in cluster 3, a city or district with a large area, with a very small population, the number of positive COVID-19 residents tends to be moderate.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi berdampak pada persaingan perusahaan yang cukup ketat, produksi yang beragam dan variatif membuat produk komputer memiliki banyak spesifikasi yang berbeda, tentu hal itu akan semakin menyulitkan bagian pemasaran dalam mempromosikan produk komputer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merekomendasikan komputer dengan spesifikasi yang diinginkan oleh calon pembeli, dengan cara menganalisa basis data produk komputer untuk kemudian di klasifikasi berdasarkan karakteristik tertentu. Implementasi Recommendation system ini menggunakan algoritma AHP dan algoritma K-means, dimana metode untuk proses ranking menggunakan AHP dengan menganalisa basis data produk komputer dan analisis kluster untuk mengelompokkan individu atau objek menjadi beberapa kelompok yang sama mempunyai kemiripan satu dengan yang lain di bandingkan dengan anggota cluster lain. Hasil dari kombinasi algoritma AHP dan K-Means yaitu rekomendasi produk komputer lebih variatif. Pengolahan data menggunakan kombinasi algoritma AHP dan K-Means menghasilkan rekomendasi produk kepada pengguna yang lebih heterogen dibandingkan dengan rekomendasi produk dari data yang diolah hanya menggunakan algoritma AHP tanpa di-cluster K-Means. Sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa proses clustering akan menghasilkan kaidah-kaidah asosiasi dengan kualitas yang lebih baik.

Abstract

Appreciation for the performance of a worker is very important in the aim of valuing his efforts for the institution. In the world of education, especially universities, lecturers are one of the main components in building quality and quantity. The good quality of lecturers should also provide good quality graduates, while the quantity or number of lecturers will affect the number of students in the college. In the aim of building the quality of lecturers, the award in the form of ranking the best lecturers can be an alternative trigger for quality improvement. Decision support systems (DSS) can be a tool that helps rank the best lecturers, of course with criteria to produce ranking alternatives. The length of work, achievements and tridharma (teaching, research, and consecration) of higher education is used as a criterion to obtain the best alternative rank of lecturers from the number of lecturers as many as 20 people. Lecturer data is taken from the telecommunication engineering study program Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto (ITTP). The TOPSIS method was chosen in this multicriteria DSS, the result was 6 selected lecturers to be the best alternative lecturers and from these results it turned out that the most influential was the number of research and teaching rankings, while the duration of work did not affect much.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyajikan materi secara interaktif disertai animasi, audio, video dan dilengkapi dengan tes formatif berupa latihan-latihan soal. Hasil yang akan dicapai dari pembuatan e-learning ini adalah bahwa mahasiswa dapat termotivasi dalam memahami matakuliah Pengantar Teknologi Informasi. Diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi ini dapat memudahkan dan meningkatkan kualitas proses belajar mengajar.

Abstract

Monitoring and evaluating the performance of  employees of PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia still use microsoft excel application online,   which has some weaknesses, which is an obstacle in monitoring is that  adalah it is unable to give specific job orders    and can not provide due date information,whereas  in determining the provision of salary increase and employee benefits is done randomly and only based on the last education. Tohelp the company succeed in achieving its goals, a system can be needed that can help in making decisions on a large or small scale. The  use of Simple Additive Weighting  (SAW) method can be used to determine pay raises and incentivize precisely and accurately  based on the specified criteria, while hungarian method is used to determine who will do the job at a difficult, easy and moderate level. So the rating for the salary increase for the support team is Andi Ansyah, Hangga Bagus, Chikal Aviv and Ray Awaludin. Determining the next task can be determined that Andi Ansyah can do the job easily and difficultly, Hangga Bagus can do the job easily and moderately, Chikal Aviv can do a medium and difficult job. While Ray Awaludin does not have the highest value for each job, so it is necessary to be given training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keberhasilan implementasi e-procurement di Provinsi Gorontalo dengan menggunakan Metode Model Akselerasi Teknologi (TAM dari Davis) dan Kepuasan Pengguna Akhir (EUCS dari Doll dan Torkzadeh). Evaluasi difokuskan pada komponen inti dalam keberhasilan implementasi e-procurement yaitu kualitas informasi, kualitas sistem, kualitas layanan, kepuasan pengguna, penggunaan sistem, dan manfaat bersih. Pengaruh dan hubungan antar komponen ini diuji dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM) dengan menggunakan AMOS. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur dimensi yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan pelaksanaan e-procurement adalah kuesioner yang dekat dari persepsi pengguna dengan menggunakan skala Likert 1 sampai 5. Ada sebanyak 187 sampel yang kembali diantara 225 sampel e-procurement. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penggunaan sistem dan kepuasan pengguna. kemudahan penggunaan, isi, keakuratan, format, kemudahan, ketepatan waktu memiliki pengaruh positif kepuasan kepuasan pengguna yang signifikan. Dalam penelitian ini review terhadap analisa teknikal juga dilakukan dengan membandingkan keberhasilan implementasi e-procurement dari persepsi pengguna terhadap kondisi aktual implementasi teknis e-procurement.

Abstract

Oil palm plantations are one of the main keys in supporting Indonesia’s economic growth. The rising consumption needs for palm oil products make it necessary to carry out data mining activities to increase CPO production. The maturity factor of palm fruit dramatically affects the quality of the oil extraction content (CPO yield) produced. This study aims to investigate the effect of fruit ripeness on the yield of CPO by using a data mining classification method with a decision tree. The algorithm used to generate decision tree classification is the C4.5 algorithm. The implementation of the C4.5 algorithm in the study was carried out using the Rapid Miner Studio 5.2 tools. The results shows that the yield of CPO is influenced by the attributes of the condition of the long and ripe fruit, the condition of the long and overripe fruit, the normal condition of the fruit and the age of 3-6 years and the condition of the fruit of normal and age of 7-10 years. Decision tree C4.5 algorithm generates 8 rules with 4 rules showing a high production value, which means that the four rules affect the yield of CPO.

Abstract

The vulnerability of a computer network system is a weakness, lack or hole in the system, which can be exploited by attackers to carry out an attack that may endanger the confidentiality, integrity or availability of a system. The filling process requires a security vulnerability analysis according to the severity to determine the priority scales of handling. The analysis used in determining priority scales of handling is the combination of CVSS and FMEA-based analysis method. The analysis result from both methods shows that the numbers of risk priority and vulnerability become a benchmark in risk prioritizing and mitigation the risk to Politeknik Kota Malang party, with the priority order: ‘Singa’, ‘Sierra’, ‘Dino’, and ‘Leopard’. The priority scales show that the vulnerability levels, that must be handled, have number range between 40% up to 60%. The combination of CVSS and FMEA methods can determine the handling level based on the potential impacts caused by the vulnerability in computer network system of Politeknik Kota Malang.
