Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influencing factors of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on employee performance through work discipline as an intervening variable. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with a causal approach. The object of this research is the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning in the Bina Marga Sector of Banten Province using a sample of 115 respondents. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 – 10. The data were analyzed using the SmartPLS version 3.29 software. The results of this study stated that: 1). Transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance, the acquisition of a coefficient of 11.7%, 2). Organizational commitment has a significant impact on employee performance, obtaining a coefficient of 22.5% 3). Transformational leadership has a significant effect on work discipline in the acquisition of a coefficient value of 24.5%, 4). Organizational commitment has a significant effect on work discipline with the acquisition of a coefficient of 45.3%, 5). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, the acquisition of a coefficient of 64.5%. Work discipline can mediate between transformational leadership and organizational commitment to employee performance partially.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Website quality on impulsive purchases by including two intervening variables, hedonic shopping motivation and utilitarian value. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The research sample was taken as many as 100 people with a stratified random sampling technique on postgraduate students of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The data analysis used the SEM-PLS method with the outer model test stages, inner model testing and hypothesis testing. From the research results, it is known that. Website quality is proven to have a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchases; Website quality is proven to hcive a positive and significant infiuence on hedonic shopping motivation; Website quality is proven to have a positive and significant effect on utilitarian value, Hedonic shopping motivation has no effect on impulsive purchases; and Utilitarian value has a positive and significant effect on impulsive purchases, where the higher the utilitarian value, the higher the impulsive purchases of consumers using the Shopee application. From this study, it is known that 48.7% of impulsive purchases are infiuenced by other variables not examined in the model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of Online Learning at PT. Krakatau Steel, Tbk and to find out what factors influence the level of employee competence to be maintained. Employee education and training is a means of developing human resources. Even during the Covid-19 pandemic, the company continues to provide education and training. One of the efforts to increase employee competence during this pandemic is the application of online learning. Using qualitative research methods with a phenomenological descriptive approach. As research samples or sources of information are instructors, organizers and training participants. Data collection techniques using interviews and observation. The research subjects are employees of PT. Krakatau Steel, Tbk. The object of research is an Online Learning application through an application called KrasDemy. The results showed that training with the implementation of KrasDemy online learning greatly facilitated the employees (participants) because it was flexible anywhere and anytime. The factor that affects the application of online learning is the Covid-19 pandemic, so you must maintain physical distance with face-to-face training (offline) to minimize the spread of Covid-19. Meanwhile, it must continue to be carried out, so that online training with KrasDemy is carried out.

Abstract

The efficacy and intellectual competence of teachers are very important for an educational institution, where it will participate in determining the results of the education made by the institution or school. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of self-efficacy and intellectual competence on teacher performance with organizational support as moderating. The research method used. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach, the sampling population is 34 people, the data analysis technique used is the PLS SEM method. The results showed self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers who are accepted; intellectual competence has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, so the accepted hypothesis is that the direction of the influence is negative, organizational support has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, the direction of the negative influence is rejected; organizational support memorization of the relationship between self-efficacy on teacher performance does not strengthen the relationship between self-efficacy, organizational support moderates the relationship between intellectual competence on teacher performance does not strengthen the relationship between intellectual competence and teacher performance

Abstract

Training as a form of activity carried out to support the Company's operational activities so that it runs well and maximally in accordance with the provisions and targets of the Company. Training must be carried out in the context of mandatory activities as a support for work activities that can also improve employee performance. The training activities are packaged in the Training Program as a reference for the schedule of activities and materials. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations. The technique of determining the informants in this research is purposive sampling. The informants in this study were the manager and two supervisors at PT. Mandiri Utama Finance Serang Branch. After collecting data, a triangulation technique is used as a way to match the data obtained. The results of this study are that the methods that have been implemented can be used effectively, including the process of training prospective employees using in-class learning methods and on-the-job training. For employee development, the method used by PT. Mandiri Utama Finance Serang Branch, namely the method of job rotation, planning for a replacement, then reusing the training method (training on the job).

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the human resource planning strategy conducted by PT X Cigarette Distributor. This company is a cigarette distributor company and is the largest cigarette "brand" in Indonesia, because it is a large company so there is also a lot of labor in it. So in this study analyzed whether existing human resources are effective or not. The type of research conducted is Field Research which is descriptive analysis that is research that describes the strategy of human resource planning in an effort to improve employee performance. Data collected by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used qualitative descriptive analysis combined with SWOT analysis approach. The results of the study explain that in human resource planning there are several stages in the process of procuring new employees. And in carrying out its operational activities, the company considers the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that one day can benefit or harm the company.

Abstract

MSMEs are able to support the economy of our country, because most of the business actors are MSMEs and are able to absorb labor. Curug sub-district is one of the sub-districts in Serang City which is used as one of the central areas of the creative economy by the Serang city government. One of the MSME areas is Sukalaksana village as one of the villages that has creative business potential that is able to support the economy of the surrounding residents. This can be seen from the proliferation of small retail traders, especially in Sukalaksana Village, Tinggar Village, Curug District, Serang City. This writing aims to describe and analyze the importance of the role of micro-enterprise HR competencies in improving the performance of SMEs in Sukalaksana Village Kp. Tinggar Baru Kec. Serang City Waterfall. This research uses qualitative method.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of compensation on employee performance, the effect of compensation on job satisfaction, the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, the effect of job placement on job satisfaction, at RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara. The population in this study were nurses with non-civil servant status or nurses with voluntary labor status (TKS) who were still working at RSUD dr. Dradjat Prawiranegara. The number of samples is determined based on the number of indicators of the 4 variables used multiplied by 5, the total of all indicators is 20 x 5, total of Sample is 100 respondents, the sampling method uses the Non Random Sampling technique, because the population and sample have been determined, namely Non-PNS Nurses.The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of compensation on employee performance, there is a significant effect of compensation on job satisfaction, there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, there is a significant effect of job placement on job satisfaction, and there is a significant effect of job placement on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of oniline promotion (X1) and price discount (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y) mediated by the level of website visits (Y) on Telkomsel card provider users. The method used in this research is quantitative research with associative approach. The population in this study were all students majoring in Management at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The sample of this study was students majoring in Management at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University who used the Telkomsel provider card using the snowball sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by using the SmartPLS 3.3 software of the student version. The results showed that: (1) oniline promotion has a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. (2) oniline promotion has a positive and significant effect on the level of website visits. (3) price discounts has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. (4) price discount has a positive and significant effect on the level of website visits. (5) the level of website visits has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (6) the level of website visits mediate the effect of oniline promotion on purchasing decisions. (7) the level of website visits mediate the effect of price discount on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Ketika konsumen berhadapan langsung dengan produk merupakan saat-saat yang menentukan terjadinya pembelian, keberhasilan dalam merangsang minat beli konsumen merupakan indikasi terjadinya kesepahaman (mutuall understanding) antara pihak pemasar dengan konsumen, kondisi ini hanya dapat tercipta melalui pola-pola persuasif dalam bentuk komunikasi pemasaran, salah satunya dengan mengefektifkan penerapan komunikasi di tempat pembelian. Point of purchase communication (POPC) merupakan komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan tepat pada saat kosumen berhadapan dengan produk baik barang maupun jasa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengambilan data dan diolah dengan analisis statistik infrensial parametrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi POPC dalam mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen sebesar 38% dan sisanya (sebesar 62%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Keterkaitan antara POPC terhadap minat beli konsumen ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien regresinya, sebesar 0,616.
