Abstract

 This study observes impact of E-EOM to increase the loyalty of BPJS participant that registered in Ikhlas Medika 2 clinic through trust as mediating variable. Study was conducted in Ikhlas Medika 2 clinic, using quantitative method by collecting primary data by filling out questionnaire. Population in this study was BPJS participants registered in Iklhas Medika 2 clinic that made sick visits during August 2019 - December 2020, which was 1537 people. Sample size for this study is 170 samples. SmartPLS 3.29 program was used as tool for analysis. As a result, we found that trust was able to mediate E-WOM and Service Quality to participants' loyalty. This study found that E-WOM has positive impact but not significant to BPJS participants loyalty in Ikhlas Medika 2 Clinic, shown by coefficient interval original 0.08 and T statistic 1.142, and p value 0.254.Keywords : E-WOM, Service Quality, Loyalties, Trust

Abstract

Consumer racial profiling, a phenomenon often described as bias behaviors towards customers directed by employees, is often overlooked by companies during employee training stages. The lack of research regarding this topic has caused a rift in customer service towards consumers who are of minor ethnic backgrounds. Diversity training is one of the ways that companies have chosen as a solution to reduce consumer racial profiling by the workforce. The purpose of this research is to identify the effectiveness of workforce diversity training towards consumer racial profiling. The data required for this research was collected via a survey questionnaire that was measured using a quantitative scale composed of six scales. The data analysis, shows that the impact of diversity training on employees’ behaviors towards customers is not as significant as hypothesized, meaning that companies would need to reach out for other solutions in order to counter consumer racial profiling.

Abstract

This study aims to elaborate on the role of social media for strengthening the business model of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Serang City, Banten Province. The era of the digital economy has made the role of social media increasingly influencing all civic activities. This makes a high dependence on social media for various civic business activities. Social media is then used as the main means of digital marketing as well as product and service branding. Social media is also used as a means of business communication with the aim of strengthening relations between business people and customers and consumers. This study uses explanatory qualitative methods and observations of MSME activists in Serang City, Banten Province. This research states that social media with all its benefits has contributed to strengthening digital marketing models, business promotion, new knowledge, business communication and branding strategies for MSMEs. However, knowledge of social media governance is needed so that it can become the main alternative in strengthening business for MSMEs in Serang City, Banten Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage and sales growth on financial distress and to determine the role of profitability as a moderator between liquidity, leverage and sales growth on financial distress. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 11 coal sub-sector companies on the IDX. The analytical method used is moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a significant positive effect on financial distress, leverage has a significant negative effect on financial distress, sales growth has an insignificant negative effect on financial distress. And profitability can weaken the effect of liquidity on financial distress, profitability can weaken the influence of leverage on financial distress, profitability cannot moderate the effect of sales growth on financial distress.

Abstract

This research evaluates the success of implementing Financial Accounting Standards for Micro, Small and Medium Entities (SAK EMKM) in improving financial performance, with a focus on the case study of Rumah Crafts, a typical Banten clothing manufacturing industry. Even though Indonesia has a wealth of valuable culture, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) often do not realize the importance of preparing financial reports according to standards. The research results show that the recording system at the Craft House is simple and does not include financial reporting elements in accordance with SAK EMKM. The Financial Position Report, Profit and Loss Report and Notes to Financial Reports have not been prepared according to standards, indicating a lack of understanding. The research highlights the importance of improving understanding and implementation of SAK EMKM to support the growth of MSMEs in Indonesia. Outreach and training efforts are needed to change perceptions and increase awareness of business actors, especially MSMEs, regarding the benefits of financial accounting standards in managing their businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of liquidity, capital structure, and profitability on the firm value of Construction and Buildings Sector Companies. Liquidity measured by current ratio, capital structure measured by debt to equity ratio, profitability measured by the return on equity and firm value measured by price earning ratio. The sample used in this research is 8 companies with a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression model. The results show that partially current ratio has no effect on the price earning ratio, while the debt to equity ratio have a negative effect on firm value. And profitability have a positive effect on firm value. Simultaneously the current ratio, debt to equity ratio and return on equity affect to the firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of religious product advantage strategies to improve marketing performance in Pemalang Muslim fashion SMEs, Central Java. This is done by analyzing influence of entrepreneurial orientation on religious product advantage strategy, market orientation on religious product advantage strategy, religious product advantage strategy on marketing performance, entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance and market orientation on marketing performance. This research was based on research gap on influence of entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance and influence of market orientation on marketing performance. There are several research findings on entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation which influence marketing performance, but there are also several studies with the opposite results. This phenomenon raises the question of what should be done to improve marketing performance. A concept, religious product advantage strategy, is proposed in this study as a variable that plays an important role in improving marketing performance. This research developed five hypotheses and tested them using data collected from 108 respondents. Samples were obtained using purposive sampling techniques and statistical tests on a number of data processed with AMOS 22.0. The results found that religious product advantage strategy could increase marketing performance of Pemalang Muslim fashion SMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Lean Hospital simulations using the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) method at the Outpatient Unit at Mutiara Hati Hospital, Pagaden, Kab. Subang. This research was conducted to identify waste activities in the work process in the outpatient unit and to analyze the Value Stream Map of the outpatient unit.The observation method in this study uses descriptive quantitative methods. Observation, interviews, literature studies, field studies, and documentation carry out data collection techniques. The analysis technique used in this study used the Visio software version and CorelDraw.The research results on activities during the outpatient unit process found waste, so the PEC (process cycle efficiency) value was less than 30%. Proposed improvements using Lean Hospital to minimize waste or waste in outpatient units are carried out by reducing waiting time.Keywords: Lean Hospital; Value Stream Mapping (VSM).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh motivasi perjalanan sebagai faktor pendorong dan faktor penarik terhadap niat kunjungan ulang, dengan citra destinasi sebagai variabel yang memediasi hubungan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua pengunjung situs Banten Lama yang telah melakukan kunjungan lebih dari 3 kali. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 150 responden. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi perjalanan sebagai faktor pendorong memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat kunjungan ulang. Selain itu, motivasi perjalanan sebagai faktor penarik juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap niat berkunjung ulang. Motivasi perjalanan sebagai faktor pendorong juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra destinasi. Sementara itu, motivasi perjalanan sebagai faktor penarik juga mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap citra destinasi. Kemudian, citra destinasi juga berhasil memediasi hubungan antara motivasi perjalanan dan niat kunjungan ulang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dampak harga, preferensi konsumen, dan kualitas produk terhadap tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel dipilih secara sengaja (purposive sampling) oleh pemilik Aur Kuning Bukittinggi, Sanjai Sil. Data primer dikumpulkan dari responden yang terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis menggunakan SPSS 16 menunjukkan bahwa uji hipotesis T dan F menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen (X1, X2, X3) memiliki pengaruh parsial terhadap variabel dependen (kepuasan konsumen/Y). Namun, nilai X3 melebihi batas yang telah ditetapkan, yaitu Sig>0,05 dengan nilai 0,87. Artinya, X3 tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel terikat (Y), seperti terlihat pada nilai Sig > 0,05.
