Abstract

Abstract

Electricity energy in the future, because it is realized that fossil energy will sooner or later be depleted and will be eliminated by humans, besides that its reserves are depleting and the impact of carbon emissions resulting from combustion systems produced by motorized vehicles and industry has become a central issue for the global community. In fact, the government is also encouraging the creation of renewable energy and launching the acceleration of electric vehicles. So that electricity can be said as energy that will be consumed by mankind in the future, leaving energy that has a negative impact on the environment and health. Thus, the community's efforts to create cheap and affordable electrical energy for the community, villages need support and appreciation from both the government and entrepreneurs, as has been done by IBEKA. Institute of Business and People's Economics (IBEKA). This IBEKA has a mission to develop renewable energy which is beneficial for community independence in the socio-economic and environmental aspects. His research aims to analyze the entrepreneurial process based on rural communities, considering that most of Indonesia's population resides in rural areas. The potential of rural areas is enormous to be developed well economically, culturally, socially and politically. The theoretical approach used to analyze the process of social entrepreneurship is based on the Business Canvas Model (CMB). This study uses a qualitative descriptive methodology. The result of this research is that IBEKA has succeeded in developing a hybrid social enterprise model that combines social and business.

Abstract

This paper aims to explain the position and role of Indonesian Women's Ulama in responding to the socialproblems of women in the patriarchal culture of Ulamā’ which is dominated by male Ulamā’ in Indonesia. UsingPeter L.Berger and Luckmann's (1966) social construction theory, this paper seeks to explore the capacity ofIndonesian Women’s Ulama in solving socio-religious problems, especially in the field of female law and socialissues in Indonesia. Law-making in Indonesia cannot be separated from the patriarchal construction built bythe intellectual hegemony of male Ulamā’ (Islamic scholars) and the existence of social inequality betweenmen and women in the dominance of social interpretations which results in the dominance of masculinity inthe public sector. This paper uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques in the form ofobservation and documentation. The conclusions of this paper are 1) the intellectual ahistorism of women sociallyconstructed through verbalization, visualization, and adaptation in the socio-cultural scientific tradition; 2) thecultural backwardness experienced by women when men step forward in their socio-cultural intellect in thepublic sector such as law, education, politics and economics.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the world's learning system, from face-to-face to online (online). The transition of this system is a challenge that must be faced by education providers. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, by utilizing literature and articles that are traced through literature studies. The results of the study found three challenges faced in online learning, namely: technology, socio-economics, and digital competence. There are five stakeholders in online learning collaboration during the COVID-19 pandemic, namely the government, the private sector, NGOs, universities, and the mass media. Abstract

Since the days of the kingdom, the Kediri area has been inhabited by people from various ethnic groups, languages, religions, and beliefs. It also includes many places of worship such as mosques, churches, pagodas, temples, studios and Islamic boarding schools. The existence of these places of worship not only shows the level of plurality and tolerance of its citizens, this process also occurs over a long period of time. This study aims to reveal more deeply about the model of social integration carried out by the people of Kediri in the midst of dynamics and changes that continue to occur. This research was conducted using a qualitative method, using a case study approach in Kediri. Data was collected by using observation and interview methods and using relevant document sources. From these data, analysis and interpretation of the selected data is then carried out, to then draw a conclusion. Furthermore, the writing and construction of research results are carried out.The results of this study indicate that social integration in the Kediri community has been created in three forms of community social life, namely in the fields of slametan rituals, traditional arts and inter-religious relations. The three forms turned out to be able to become a binder for other social systems, even bridging interactions between actors and uniting them in a shared social system. The social integration model used in building social harmony is the proceduralist model and the assimilationist model.

Abstract

Indonesia as a country with the largest number of Muslims has tremendous potential in alleviating poverty, namely through zakat, but this potential has not been realized in achieving this goal. The Ministry of Religion as an institution that has the main task and function as zakat management should have best practice in zakat management. This study aims to identify the management of zakat in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Demak Regency. The results of this study reveal that zakat in the Ministry of Religion of Demak Regency is not optimal for Amil or zakat managers because the management is not arranged ex-officio. Management still uses the old way, which is just distributing zakat without thinking about contemporary zakat management. The management of zakat at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Demak Regency does not have supervision and transparency for muzakki. The researcher's recommendation is that ex-officio restructuring of amil is needed, and it is necessary to form a discussion group forum as an effort to equip amil's understanding of contemporary zakat management.
