Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, citra merek, persepsi harga dan kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian Mie Gacoan di Kota Semarang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Mie Gacoan yang ada di Kota Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada konsumen Mie Gacoan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji F, uji koefisien determinasi (R^2), analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas produk, citra merek dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan persepsi harga berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kata Kunci: Keputusan Pembelian, Kualitas Produk, Citra Merek, Persepsi Harga, Kualitas Layanan. Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, brand image, price perception and service quality on the purchasing decision of Mie Gacoan in Semarang City. The population in this study were consumers of Mie Gacoan in Semarang City. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with the number of samples used in this study as many as 100 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to consumers of Mie Gacoan. The analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, F test, coefficient of determination test (R^2), multiple linear regression analysis and t-test. The results showed that product quality, brand image and service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the perception of price has a negative and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Buying Decision, Product Quality, Brand Image, Price Perception, Service Quality.

Abstract

Abstrak Covid – 19 telah mengubah dunia, terutama gaya hidup masyarakat. Salah satunya adalah aktivitas pembelian. Bentuk transisi offline menjadi online. Penelitian ini telah melangkah maju dengan memasukkan dalam penelitian analisis pengaruh pemasaran digital terhadap keputusan pembelian periode covid – 19 pada Lumier skincare baik langsung mauput tidak langsung. Jumlah sampel merupakan pelanggan Lumier Skincare pada masa pandemi covid – 19 di Indonesia pada bulan maret 2020 – September 2021 sebanyak 385 orang. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisis jalur program smartPLS. Hasil Studi penelitian mengetahui bagaimana variabel pemasaran digital mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian melalui kesadaran merek secara signifikan, dan juga membantu memahami saling ketergantungan dan tingkat pengaruh antara elemen-elemen tersebut, yang dapat membantu manajer pemasaran untuk menyiapkan rencana, strategi, dan praktik baik yang meningkatkan penjualan dalam situasi pandemi covid – 19. This research has stepped forward by including in research the analysis of the influence of digital marketing on purchasing decisions during the covid-19 period on Lumier skincare both directly and indirectly. The number of samples were Lumier Skincare customers during the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia in March 2020 - September 2021 as many as 385 people. By using the smartPLS program path analysis technique. Results The research study finds out how digital marketing variables significantly influence purchasing decisions through brand awareness, and also helps to understand the interdependence and degree of influence between these elements, which can help marketing managers to prepare plans, strategies and good practices that increase sales in Covid-19 pandemic situation. Abstract

Abstrak Research related to psychological empowerment is still very limited, so this study aims to find a model of pshychological empowerment of lecturers in improving work performance. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a sample of 196 respondents, the data was processed using SEM. The results show that transformational leadership influences empowerment and empowerment influences work performance, but transformational leadership has no significant effect on work performance. The transformational leadership through psychological empowerment can improve lecturers’ work performance. The novelty of this research lies in psychological empowerment as a framework for transformational leadership models in encouraging work performance among lecturers. Abstract

Abstract Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif deskriptif dimana menggambarkan tahapan pemeriksaan manajemen yang terdiri atas survey pendahuluan, review dan pengujian pengendalian manajemen, pengujian terinci, pelaporan dan tindak lanjut, untuk itu perlunya menentukan sistem dan tahap-tahap yang dilakukan oleh bagian keuangan pada perusahaan air minum daerah yaitu PDAM Tirta Maleo Kabupaten Pohuwato, dari hasil wawancara dengan informan yang terdiri atas bagian keuangan dan umum menunjukkan bahwa bahwa perusahaan sudah mempunyai struktur organisasi, pembagian tugas, dan tanggung jawab yang jelas dan memadai. Adapun kekurangan yang ada pada perusahaan adalah adanya beberapa prosedur keuangan yang belum dilaksanakan dengan baik dan adanya kesalahan pencatatan. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitianini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pariwisata Batu Rede Terhadap Pendapatan Masyarakat di Desa Budong-Budong Kecamatan Topoyo Kabupaten Mamuju Tengah baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan populasi adalah seluruh seluruh pengunjung pariwisata batu rede. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang akan diambil sebesar 100 responden, dan pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Sampling Insidental. Menurut Sugiyono, (2014:85) Sampling Insidental adalah teknik penentuan sampel berdasarkan kebetulan, yaitu siapa saja pengunjung yang secara kebetulan bertemu dengan peneliti dapat digunakan sebagai sampel, bila dipandang orang yang kebetulan ditemui itu cocok sebagai sumber data. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumenasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis secara deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, korelasi uji t dan uji f, dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel bebas berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap variabel terikat nilai kontribusinya sebesar 51,4% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain, dan secara parsial semua variabel pengaruh secara signifikan dan positif. Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Batu Rede tourism on community income in Budong-Budong Village, Topoyo District, Central Mamuju Regency, either simultaneously or partially. This study uses quantitative descriptive research, with the population being all visitors to Batu Rede tourism. In this study the sample to be taken is 100 respondents, and the sampling used is incidental sampling. According to Sugiyono, (2014: 85) Incidental Sampling is a sampling technique based on chance, that is, any visitor who coincidentally meets the researcher can be used as a sample, if it is deemed that the person who happened to be met is suitable as a data source. Collecting data using observation techniques, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation t test and f test, and classical assumption test. The results showed that simultaneously the independent variables had a significant and positive effect on the dependent variable, the contribution value was 51.4% and the rest was influenced by other variables, and partially all variables had a significant and positive effect. Abstract

Abstract The importance of investment in each region has a very large role in economic development to improve people's living standards by expanding job opportunities and directing the distribution of income evenly. This study aims to determine the direct or indirect influence between economic growth, the Human Development Index and the Minimum Wage Regional to the unemployment rate through the amount of investment in Malang Regency. This research uses path analysis with variables of economic growth, human development index, Regional Minimum Wage and unemployment rate and investment in Malang Regency. The source of the data is taken from the Central Statistics Agency of Malang Regency. The results of the analysis and discussion, it is concluded that economic growth, human development index, Regional Minimum Wage directly have no significant effect on investment. Meanwhile, economic growth and investment directly affect the unemployment rate. Meanwhile, the Human Development Index and the Regional Minimum Wage have no significant direct effect on unemployment. Malang is expected to allocate government expenditure funds to more productive sectors in the hope of expanding job opportunities. In addition, the Malang Regency government is expected to be able to establish policies that are in favor of the community, so that it is able to increase economic development so that economic growth and the human development index are even better. Abstract

Pergeseran gaya hidup masyarakat menjadi gaya hidup sehat akibat pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan permintaan sayuran naik. Namun, Sangkuriang Farm sebagai pelaku bisnis dalam industri pertanian mengalami penurunan volume penjualan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi lingkungan eksternal, kondisi lingkungan internal, serta mengetahui alternatif strategi bersaing yang tepat bagi Sangkuriang Farm untuk dapat menanggapi, memulihkan dan memperbaharui strategi perusahaan dalam masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif melalui pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah matriks IFE, matriks EFE, matriks SWOT dan QSPM berdasarkan analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal Sangkuriang Farm. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian berdasarkan matriks IE, strategi yang disarankan bagi Sangkuriang Farm adalah strategi tumbuh serta membangun dengan menerapkan strategi integrasi kedepan, integrasi kebelakang, integrasi horizontal, penetrasi pasar, pengembangan produk serta pengembangan pasar. Berdasarkan hasil QSPM, pada fase respond perusahaan terhadap pandemi, strategi rekomendasi bagi Sangkuriang Farm adalah menjadi vendor pemasok sayuran untuk bantuan sosial pemerintah selama pandemi Covid-19. Pada fase recovery Sangkuriang Farm akibat pandemi Covid-19, strategi rekomendasi bagi Sangkuriang Farm adalah melakukan ekspansi pasar ke supermarket/ritel lain. Pada fase renew pasca-pandemi, strategi rekomendasi bagi Sangkuriang Farm adalah melakukan ekspansi pasar ke segmen hotel, restoran dan kafe (HoReKa).

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh parsial dan simultan dari variable yang diteliti, dimana dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 orang dengan metode analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 25. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja secara langsung, namun pada pengujian secara tidak langsung menunjukkan kepuasan kerja tidak secara nyata memberikan kontribusi dalam memediasi motivasi terhadap kinerja, sedangkan pada lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi secara nyata. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Kinerja Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the variables studied, where in this study used quantitative research with a total of 30 respondents with the path analysis method using the SPSS 25 application. The findings of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence between motivation and the work environment on employee performance and job satisfaction directly, but in testing indirectly shows that job satisfaction does not actually contribute to mediating motivation to performance, while in the work environment on job satisfaction performance is able to mediate in a real way. Abstract

Abstract This researce is a type of quantitative research with the aim of knowing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the financial performance of islamic banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampel in this study was taken from the financial statements of islamic banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The data collection technique in this research is a documentation study technique.In this study, the ratios used for measuring financial performance are the liquidity ratio represented by FDR, the profitability ratio represented by ROA, the solvancy ratio represented by CAR and the asset quality ratio represented by NPF. To analyze data, paired t-test are used as the analytical tool. The resulte showed that there were significant differences in the liquidity ratio represented by FDR, the profitability ratio represented by ROA, the asset quality ratio represented by NPF. Meanwhile, the result of the CAR ratio shows that there was significant difference before and during Covid-19. This indicates that Covid-19 has an impact on the financial performance of the islamic banks registered on the Indonesia stock exchange (IDX). Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan inovasi produk sudah menjadi fokus utama beberapa perusahaan besar dalam berkembang, banyak perusahaan yang kini menjadi sangat besar dikarenakan oleh kegiatan inovasi pada produk yang dipasarkannya dilakukan dengan perancangan yang tepat. Hal ini menimbulkan minat penulis untuk melakukan penelitian terhadap faktor apa saja yang mungkin muncul dan mempengaruhi kegiatan inovasi produk itu. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menemukan pengaruh yang dihasilkan oleh Market, Customer, Competitor dan Technology dengan Company Effectiveness Terhadap kegiatan inovasi pada produk-produk yang dikembangkan oleh suatu perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode wawancara tertulis dengan menyebarkan pertanyaan melalui kuesioner sebagai acuan data kuantitatif dan menghasilkan pengumpulan data berupa informasi dari masing-masing variabel yang mempengaruhi kegiatan inovasi produk tersebut. Setelah itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa orientasi Market, Customer, Competitor dan Technology mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Kegiatan inovasi produk yang dilakukan perusahan didukung dengan keefektifan perusahaan itu sendiri. Maka dari itu, Perusahaan perlu memperhatikan faktor-faktor tersebut untuk mengembangkan perusahaan menjadi lebih besar. Kata Kunci: Market; Customer; Competitor; Technology; Product Innovation. Abstract Product innovation activities have become the main focus of several large companies in developing, many companies have now become very large due to innovation activities in the products they market which are carried out with the right design. This raises the interest of the author to conduct research on what factors may arise and affect the product's innovation activities. This research was conducted to find out the effect produced by Market, Customer, Competitor and Technology with Company Effectiveness on innovation activities on products developed by a company. In this study, the authors used a written interview method by distributing questions through questionnaires as a reference for quantitative data and resulted in data collection in the form of information from each variable that influenced the product innovation activities. After that, it can be concluded that the orientation of Market, Customer, Competitor and Technology has an influence on the product innovation activities carried out by the company supported by the effectiveness of the company itself. Therefore, the company needs to pay attention to these factors to develop the company to be bigger. Keywords: Market; Customer; Competitor; Technology; Product Innovation.
