<![CDATA[Abstract :Narcotic abuse over children should get more attention and concern from all instrument of society including family, social institution and government. So far, the network of narcotic market driven by a latent syndicate that has consumer target 14 to 18 years old children who still have an unstable attitude. This condition might hazard Indonesian youth because they are the next generation who will develop this country in the future. So, this is an urgent step to prevent the drug consumption among children and destroy its syndicate in order to save and secure this nation. <![CDATA[This study consisted of two test models. The first test model investigated the association between board characteristics such as board size, and proportion of non-executive directors, as well as firm characteristics (e.g. organisational complexity, financial reporting risk, and leverage) on the existence of a risk management committee. The second test model investigated the association between the existence of a risk management committee on the extent of voluntary disclosure. This study is explanatory research used secondary data. Data was collected from the annual reports non-financial companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) the period 2008, 2009 and 2010. Analysis tools used in the first test model is a logistic regression model and a second test using OLS regression. The results showed that only the variable board size who have a significant positive effect on the existence of the risk management committee and the existence of the risk management committee has a significant positive effect on the extent of voluntary disclosure.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims at scrutinizing the implementation of self-mass sertification (SMS) and the difficulties during its implementation in Kudus Regency in the period of 2006-2008. the researcher employes descriptive qualitative method and indept interview to collect relevant data. There are three important findings :Firstly, SMS’s procedures are much simpler, easier and cheaper tahn the conventional’s procedures; secondly, they who want to certify their land have to pay only small of money, cheaper than conventional’s procedure; and thisrdly, the constraint of the implementation comes from its mass characteristic as well as the lack of socialization of the program.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract:Most of gender studies on violence against women are mainly concerned with the way in which women are the victim of patriarchal power domination. Even though researches and studies on women as a victim are still important, it is also necessary to start looking at the potency of women in gaining the power and challenging their position as a victim. <![CDATA[The theoretical dominance of direct local election is mainly based on western theory of democracy, local politics and development. There are plenty western theories used to analyze current Indonesian local politics, including direct local election. In fact, however, the problems of local direct election still take place in many forms of disadvantages. These problems are, for instance, money politics, riots, long conflicts, black campaigns and so forth. In order to minimize these problems, local wisdom based on Javanese values is important in contribution to solve the relevant problems. There are many Javanese value based local wisdom that may useful to be implemented.]]>

<![CDATA[CSR (Corporate Sosial Responsibility should be looked as a compound of activities aimed for internal and external stakeholders. The most important thing that offently missed by corporate when planning the CSR activities are understanding the community and its problem in a holictis way. CSR is not about making out something as part of business tren, biut moreover it looks deeply at the social problems arises in the community as well as within the internal part of the company itself. Violence in whatever forms that it takes still become a major public issue in Indonesia as the number of violence against women still quite high. However, none of CSR activities in Indonesia start from this point of view but more just continuing what other companies do and considered as a popular CSR theme to do, for example education, health, enviroment.]]>

<![CDATA[Campaign is not an action that unplanned. It needs good preparation with various perspective considerations to get sympathy of electoral threshold in general election. It becomes ironic when campaign events emerge conflict that result in uncomfortable and public order annoyance. There are tree important aspects that relevant to campaign, they are awareness, attitude, and action. These three aspects interact each to others. The attention of party to ethics and morality interest sometime neglected, and prefer to the party interest that take a sides and even try to ruin politic rivals. It was a morality problem emerged on previous president election. The upcoming general election can be the right time to create strategy that can drive the community sympathy by paying attention to ethics and morality interest. Decisions to establish morality limits cannot be done individually, but it becomes the whole parties responsibility, competent that determine the regulation, organization, and individual relevant to local election as politician or voter. It aimed to reflect morality on local election events.]]>
