Abstract

The moral development and character of the nation is closely related to the improvement of the quality of education development and the improvement of peoples welfare. In connection with the implementation of education, the government has determined to make education as the main foundation in fostering and nurturing the positive character of the nation. This study used qualitative descriptive. This research helps to find the character gotong royong (Work Hard) on student self done in SMA Puspita Kecamatan Air Kumbang Banyuasin Regency. Data obtained through documentation, observation, and interviews with Principal SMA Puspita. The results of this study explained that in SMA Puspita Kecamatan Air Kumbang Banyuasin district students have a character of hard work through mutual assistance activities. Based on the character obtained from Pancasila which is interpreted from the third principle of the unity of Indonesia which is a form of mutual cooperation.

Abstract

Theory of the entry of Islam in Palembang there is a 7th century AD opinion and there is also a opinion of the 13th and 16th century AD. The purpose of this study was to analyze the entry path of Islam in the center of Sriwijaya kingdom, analyze the factors driving the entry of Islam by Arab traders and its relationship with Sriwijaya in the 7th century AD. This study uses historical method, while the steps are first, heuristic or data collection process or source, both data verification or the process of selecting valid and authentic source, the third interpretation which means the process of interpreting data that has been collected by synthesizing, and finally historiografi is writing history. In conclusion in this study is Islam entered in Palembang in the 7th century AD, at the same time at the time Palembang as the center of the maritime kingdom Sriwijaya Buddhist-patterned. Islam entered at the center of Sriwijaya brought by traders from Arab directly through the sea lane of the Arabian sea - the Strait of Bengal - Strait of Malacca - Strait of Bangka and enter into Palembang through the river Musi. The driving factor of the entry of Muslim traders in Sriwijaya due to trade or economic factors with Sriwijaya. Furthermore, there was also a cooperative relationship between the rulers of Sriwijaya and the Arab rulers during the Muawaiyah dynasty. The entry of Islam in Palembang was well received by the rulers of Sriwijaya, while the evidence of the existence of Islam in Palembang in the 7th century AD is evidenced by records from China and the remains found around Palembang. Keywords: Islamic Religion, Palembang, Sriwijaya Kingdom

Abstract

Abstract--- Multicultural education is an education based on the principles and principles of multiculturalism that is the concept of diversity that recognizes, accepts and affirms human differences and equations associated with gender, race and class, religion based on values and democratic understanding that builds cultural pluralism in the fight against prejudice and discrimination. Abstract

The course of Citizenship Education has vision, mission, goals and competence in universities is a source of values and guidance in the development and implementation of study programs to deliver students to solidify their personality as a whole Indonesian man and nurture noble humanitarian character. The mission of civic education in college helps students to strengthen their personality to be consistently capable of realizing the basic values of Pancasila, the sense of nationality and love of the homeland throughout life in mastering, applying and developing the science of technology and art that it possesses with a sense of responsibility and firmly hold unity and the unity of the nation and state.

Abstract

Abstract - Motivation of students in following the bolavoli training of sports faculty of FKIP Universitas PGRI Palembang. The problem in this research is still some of the students are less eager, willingness to follow bolavoli lecture. The purpose of this study to determine the motivation of students in following bolavoli lectures. The research method used quantitative descriptive method. The population in this research is 26 students. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire to measure student motivation. The population of 26 sample students was taken by the whole population. Data analysis technique used is frequency distribution technique with percentage calculation P = F / Nx100%. The results of this study indicate that the answers of 26 students who became respondents who followed the bolavoli lecture, from the respondents obtained the results of data analysis and description of student motivation results in following the bolavoli lecture is the average (mean) for attention indicator 4.32 with the percentage 86.48% is well classified, (mean) for pleasure indicator 4.38 with 87.54% percentage rate is very well classified, and (mean) for willingness indicator 4.34 with percentage level 86.81% is very well classified. From the total is obtained (mean) student motivation in following lecture bolavoli = 4,35 with percentage level 86,95% very well classified, meaning 13,05% influenced by other factor. Based on the above data it can be concluded that the motivation of students in the bolavoli lecturing program of FKP Univ PGRI Palembang is considered very good. Keywords: Motivation, Bola voli Lecture Abstrak - Motivasi mahasiswa dalam mengikuti perkuliahan bolavoli prodi olahraga FKIP Universitas PGRI Palembang. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah masih adanya sebagian mahasiswa kurang bersemangat, kemauan dalam mengikuti perkuliahan bolavoli. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui motivasi mahasiswa dalam mengikuti perkuliahan bolavoli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 26 orang mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket untuk mengukur motivasi mahasiswa. Populasi berjumlah 26 orang mahasiswa sampel diambil keseluruhan anggota populasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik distribusi frekuensi dengan perhitungan persentase P=F/Nx100%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jawaban dari 26 orang mahasiswa yang menjadi responden yang mengikuti perkuliahan bolavoli, dari responden tersebut didapatkan hasil analisis data dan deskripsi hasil motivasi mahasiswa dalam mengikuti perkuliahan bolavoli yaitu rata-rata (mean) untuk indikator perhatian 4,32 dengan tingkat presentase 86.48% diklasifikasikan baik sekali, (mean) untuk indikator kesenangan 4.38 dengan tingkat presentase 87.54% diklasifikasikan baik sekali, dan (mean) untuk indikator kemauan 4.34 dengan tingkat presentase 86.81% diklasifikasikan baik sekali. Dari keseluruhan didapat (mean) motivasi mahasiswa dalam mengikuti perkuliahan bolavoli = 4,35 dengan tingkat persentase 86,95% dikasifikasikan baik sekali, artinya 13,05% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain . Berdasarkan data di atas dapat disimpulkan motivasi mahasiswa dalam mengikuti perkuliahan bolavoli prodi olahraga FKP Univ PGRI Palembang dikategorikan baik sekali. Kata Kunci : Motivasi, Perkuliahan Bola voli

Abstract

Abstract-The thoughts of Cak Nur still greatly affect the HMI cadres of Palembang Branch. Therefore, this paper aims to reveal the thoughts of Cak Nur that affect the HMI cadres Palembang Branch, especially the thoughts contained in NDP HMI he has compiled. This study is a field study focused on assessing the implementation of NDP HMI in cadre development on HMI Palembang Branch by using qualitative descriptive method with inductive paradigm. The methods and paradigms are chosen in consideration of the analysis of research problems that require some information from below under the principles of qualitative research. Historical, sociological, and phenomenological approaches are an option for the purpose of research can be achieved well. The type of data in this study is qualitative-quantitative. The research data consist of primary and secondary data. The results of this study are first, the NDP was originally the working paper of PB HMI period 1966-1969 compiled by Cak Nur. At that time, he served as Chairman. The historical setting of this NDP concept, because Cak Nur calling to HMI cadres have a pocket book. NDP HMI is a reflection of Islamic thinking, humanity and keindonesiaan typical HMI. Second, the NDP for HMI cadres Palembang branch is the identity of the cadre or identity itself, and the values that must be used as the basis in the struggle of life, whether in organizing, in community, and in the state. To arrive at the implementation stage of the NDP for its cadres, HMI Palembang branch provides the same portion for each cadre to obtain teaching and education on NDP in stages; starting from the Introduction of Prospective Members (MAPERCA), Kader I Training (LK I), LK II, LK III, to the highest level, the NDP Instructor Training. All this is done so that every cadre has the opportunity to study, understand, animate and actualize the values contained in the NDP. Thirdly, Cak Nur, as an organizational and intellectual figure for the HMI cadres of Palembang branch, has a significant influence, especially the thoughts contained in NDP HMI which are always studied and actualized in organizational life, society and state.Keywords: HMI, Cag Nur, LK

Abstract

Today, university unemployment in Indonesia is increasing. According to BPS (2016) the number of unemployed college graduates there are 800 thousand people. While the formation to become civilian government officials in the presence of a moratorium applied by the government is increasingly limited. Similarly, the opportunity to become an employee in the government-owned enterprises and local enterprises is increasingly limited and the level of competition is getting tighter. Therefore Kemenristek Dikti programming entrepreneurship so that students and graduates want to entrepreneurship since still be student and after graduated from college. According to the United Nations 2% of the total population of a State shall entrepreneurship if it wishes that the population of the State is prosperous. On the one hand we expect students or college graduates to be willing, eager, or interested to entrepreneurship, but on the other hand there are still students who have not entrepreneurship for reasons not having enough capital, no experience, not creative and innovative, not dare to bear the risk etc. This student mindset is known after a preliminary interview with students to find out the reason they have not or not entrepreneurship. This mindset should be transformed into a positive mindset so that students are motivated to entrepreneurship from college or after college. This effort the authors do by doing or providing entrepreneurship counseling (counseling) through counseling interviews with students to change the mindset that can be a problem for them to entrepreneurship. Keywords— Counseling, Entrepreneurship

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effort of PAUD institution institution to maximize the participation of the society and the academics become part of the effort to improve the service of Early Childhood Education. This research was conducted at TK Negeri Pembina 1 Palembang. This research is qualitative descriptive research. The process of data collection and data mining using observation methods, interviews, documentation and literature review. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of research, namely 1) in the preparation of TK Negeri Pembina 1 palembang program includes academics consisting of UNSRI students and UNJ students to provide studies and suggestions and feedback on the designed service program; 2) the community, especially the parents of children involved in parenting, is always emphasized to be an important part in the success of the early childhood program by continuing the program of Early Childhood Education in the family environment; 3) The community, especially the parents of the children, is always involved in the activities of perenting, both as resource persons and as participants; and 4) through collaboration with Puskesmas, parents are trained in the form of family education services how to provide good care and nutritional intake to the child. the participation of parents, community, and academia can further maximize the service standards instituted in Early Childhood Education in TK Negeri Pembina 1 Palembang, both on the aspect of education services, the aspects of care services and nutrition services aspects in early childhood, especially in the city of Palembang.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to see the implementation of the existing materials in integrated IPS learning at SMP Utama Bakti Palembang. The method used is qualitative research with phenomenology design. The results obtained from the research that has been done is integrated IPS subject teachers have done a good stage in the framework of optimizing character education in the learning process. This is evidenced by the planning stages of learning devices that have analyzed each value or character in the learning process, ranging from SK, KD, to RPP and learning materials. So even in the implementation of learning that has been achieved, religion, honesty, responsibility, discipline, and communicative. Implementation of character education is also supported by the school culture that to improve the exemplary starting from the tidiness of dress, the time discipline tells about the customs of the ceremony and before learning.
