Abstract

In this digital era or Industrial 4.0 revolution, technological advances become things that cannot be solved in human life. Teachers must learn better in learning, need to utilize optimal learning resources, this is important, because the effectiveness of learning is also included by the willingness and ability to utilize learning media, such as the web (google class). In this era students are required to have certain skills, besides those educators are also required to have several competencies that must be possessed so that the e-learning program that they run can run well. An educator or teacher must be able to learn to be there to learn, be creative and fun.

Abstract

Abstract— In modern education era, demand inovation in education. Teachers shoud use technologi as good as possible. Using good method in teaching process must be, so  learning and teaching process will be flexible. It is urgent to use method and also teacher`s strategy in teaching, it is needed to solve the problem of some students who have low motivation in studying at Islamic Junior High School Two of Palembang.Especialy for the eighth grade students. For along time education model just for reproduce thingking, memorizing and find the correct answer from the item tests has not been done. Changing to high thinking creative and inovative.  Because, They are needed to face chalance on scient and technology progress. The writer use Care Stratey and Mind Mapping Method. Mind Mapping Method is one of alternatif that can be use to increas students` motivation in studying. So the students` do not feel bore, even they are happy, and without They realize they were studying how to write description a naun, animal, or place. The writer do the research in the eight class of Islamic Junior High School Two Of Palembang. By teaching Inovation done by he teacher, teaching and learning process is more intresting and it isn`t bore. teacher and the students should be able to to face future era. After 4.0 revolution. We must also be read to well come 5.0 society era.     Keywords— teaching strategy, mothod, increasing students` motivaton in studying, society 5.0 Abstrak— Era pendidikan moderen, menuntut adanya inovasi dalam pembelajaran. Kemajuan teknologi harus dimanfaat kan sebaik- baik mungkin  oleh para pendidik. Penggunaan metode belajar dalam proses pembelajaran menjadi keharusan sehingga proses pembelajaran tidak stagnan dan kaku. Pendayagunaan atau inovasi pembelajaran pendidikan kreatif harus segera dilakukan, terutama strategi guru dalam mengajar dan metode metode pembelajaran yang di gunakan oleh guru. Hal ini diperlukan untuk mengatasi siswa yang bermasalah terutama siswa yang kurang motivasi dalam belajar seperti yang di amati oleh penulis di MTs Negeri 2 Kota Palembang. Khususnya siswa kelas  delapan. Model pembelajaran yang selama ini hanya menekankan pada pemikiran reproduktif, hafalan dan mencari satu jawaban yang benar terhadap soal-soal yang diberikan sudah saatnya ditinggalkan, kini beralih ke proses-proses pemikiran yang tinggi termasuk berfikir kreatif dan inovatif. Hal ini dikarenakan berfikir kreatif, inovatif dan produktif sangat dibutuhkan untuk untuk menghadapi berbagai perbedaan dan perubahan dan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan tekhnologi. Penulis menggunakan strategi pendekatan kepedulian dan menggunakan metode pemetaan pemikiran. Metode ini adalah salah satu metode pembelajaran yang dapat menjadi alternatif untuk meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam belajar, sehingga siswa tidak merasa bosan bahkan mereka senang. Tanpa mereka sadari mereka sedang belajar menulis atau mendeskrpsikan sebuah benda, sesuatu, atau tempat. Penulis melakukan penelitian di kelas 8 di Mts Negeri 2 Kota PalembangDengan inovasi mengajar yang di lakukan oleh guru, proses pembelajaran semakin menarik dan tidak membosankan, pendidik dan peserta didik harus Pendidikan siap dalam menghadapi tantangan di masa yang akan datang. Setalah revolusi 4.0,kita juga harus bergerak mempersiapkan diri kita untuk menghadapi  era Masyarakat 5.0 Kata Kunci— Strategi mengajar, metode mengajar, meningkatkan motivasi siswa dalam belajar.era 5.0.

Abstract

Abstract— The global vision and mission set forth in the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) continue to be promoted by governments in various countries. The various agreements and goals of the SDGs 2030 indirectly require young Indonesians to be able to compete globally. The current digital era makes every individual must have the ability and mastery of technology and information that is qualified. Efforts to fulfill and improve the quality of human resources can be done through the world of education. The concept of Digital Ability Education is a concept (Digital Skill Education Concept) education that can be implemented. Because, digital skills are now an absolute must for every individual. Given, various aspects of life that have been integrated with technology and information systems. This study aims to provide recommendations and educational concepts that need to be applied in Indonesia. Abstract

These studies emphasize the motivation of teachers to survive teaching in remote areas and their roles, with a focus on research into factors that can make teachers survive teaching. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of teachers to survive teaching in remote areas and its role in Elementary School 23 Pulau Rimau Purwodadi Village P.13 KAT Pulau Rimau District Banyuasin District with the main data sources were 4 teachers as informants. This research is qualitative, with a case study approach. While the technique of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The data analysis technique in this study is through drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the motivational factors of the surviving teacher, namely; (1) a sense of responsibility for the education of children in remote areas; (2) the teacher enjoys work as a noble proposition; (3) the teacher receives good appreciation from the local community; (4) a conducive environment; (5) moral encouragement from the principal. By knowing and being aware of the role as educators, teachers at 23 Pulau Rimau Elementary Schools can sincerely serve and carry out their duties well.

Abstract

This paper helps provide information to educators on how to apply learning that fits their style and preferences according to the learning needs of students. Students have knowledge about how to provide practical and realistic opportunities, one of which is by combining some of the best aspects of conventional learning (face to face) and information and communication technology-based learning that is done online. Face-to-face classes can be used to involve students in interactive experiences, whereas online classes promise multimedia content that is rich in knowledge at anytime and anywhere as long as internet access is available. Combining these two forms of learning is called Hybrid Learning.

Abstract

Abstract— This study attempts to critically analyze the practices of foreign language teaching particularly English which commonly pay less attention to the accompanying intercultural communication and also to propose an alternative solution to support and promote the character education in this country. It is commonly believed that the practices of the English language teaching are always accompanied by the insertion of foreign cultural values which are not always in harmony with our own values. In line with the national education goals, it seems that the most possible way to overcome this problem is by integrating the Indonesian local cultural values in the practices of the English language teaching to promote character education, which is commonly believed to play important roles in encouraging, improving, and maintaining the spirit of nationalism of our future generation Keywords— local culture, teaching and learning, English, character education Abstrak— Kajian ini hendak mencoba menelaah secara kritis praktek-praktek pembelajaran bahasa asing khususnya Bahasa Inggris yang umumnya kurang memperhatikan aspek akulturasi budaya yang menyertainya dan juga mencari alternatif solusi pemecahannya demi mendukung tercapainya pendidikan yang berbasis character building di negara ini. Pada kenyataannya, praktek pengajaran bahasa Inggris senantiasa menyediakan ruang adanya insersi nilai-nilai budaya asing masyarakat penuturnya yang belum tentu sejalan dengan nilai-nilai budaya masyarakata kita. Abstract

Abstract— The research is aimed to describe the activities of curriculum management and disruptive learning in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuasin. This management activity is the initial preparation to face the disruptive era that is starting to reach the world of education, because this era requires madrasah stake holders to innovate more in carrying out digital-based learning processes. This activity includes planning, implementing, and controlling through evaluation. This research is a phenomenological research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study were the educators and XII class of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuasin. Research data collection through three main sources, namely: direct observation (observation), document analysis, and interviews. To improve data accuracy, researchers used source triangulation and data analysis using the interactive analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman models. This study has findings, namely: first, the Mathematics Teacher of class XII conducts curriculum planning and learning activities by analyzing the needs of students and adjusting the conditions of the madrasa. In addition, the teacher also prepares learning objectives, teaching materials, strategies, learning resources, and appropriate learning media such as the use of the Whats App application as a communication medium for teachers and students outside the classroom. Keywords— Curriculum Management Mathematics Disruptive Era Abstrak— Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan manajemen kurikulum dan pembelajaran era disruptif di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyuasin. Kegiatan manajemen ini merupakan persiapan awal menghadapi era disruptif yang mulai menjangkau dunia pendidikan, karena era ini menuntut stake holders madrasah untuk lebih berinovasi dalam menyelenggarakan proses pembelajaran berbasis digital. Kegiatan ini mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian melalui evaluasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian fenomenologi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah tenaga pendidik dan peserta didik kelas XII. Pengumpulan data penelitian melalui tiga sumber pokok, yaitu: pengamatan  langsung (observasi), analisis dokumen, dan wawancara. Untuk meningkatkan akurasi data, peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan analisis datanya menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif model Miles dan Huberman. Penelitian ini memiliki temuan, yaitu: pertama, Guru Matematika kelas XII melakukan kegiatan perencanaan kurikulum dan pembelajaran dengan menganalisis kebutuhan peserta didik dan menyesuaikan kondisi madrasah. Selain itu, guru tersebut juga  mempersiapkan tujuan pembelajaran, materi ajar, strategi, sumber belajar, dan media  belajar yang tepat seperti penggunaan aplikasi Whats App sebagai media komunikasi guru dan peserta didik di luar kelas. Kata Kunci— Manajemen Kurikulum Matematika Era Disruptif

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of formative-sumative evaluation model on student learning motivation in geography teaching planning course. The type of this research is evaluation research with quantitative approach. Data were obtained through documentation technique and questionnaire. The collected data is processed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the summative-formative evaluation obtained an average of 73.8 and 79.4. In the internal motivation aspect, the result of the questionnaire shows that 100% of students are interested in the subject, interest / willingness to learn, curiosity, enthusiasm to ask, opinion during PBM, enthusiastic to do and complete the task, and enthusiastic in cooperation very well. While the aspect of external motivation shows that 54.8% of the facilities support the smooth learning process, the atmosphere is conducive, the results are very good, and parents are proud of the value obtained by the students. Learning by using formative-sumative evaluation model has a significant effect on students' learning motivation, as evidenced from the results of multiple linear regression analysis which shows that Fcount = 4,528 is greater than Ftable = 3.34, then Ho is rejected. Thus it is known that the formative-sumative evaluation model has a significant effect on students' learning motivation in Geography teaching planning course.

Abstract

Certification is one of the breakthroughs to improve teacher professionalism. This means that if the teacher's competence is good, then the performance will be good too. Certification should not be used as an arena for economic improvement, but the event to improve professional competence in teaching. So that certified teachers are professional teachers in educating students. The problem of this study is the impact of PAI SMA teacher certification on professionalism competencies (study of PK Online values). Therefore this study aims to determine the impact of certification on the professionalism of high school teachers in Palembang, which includes Professionalism 1 (material deepening), professionalism (scientific publications), and professionalism 3 (innovative work). This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. The subjects in this study were certified teachers in the city of Palembang and the data used through data documentation. From this study it can be concluded that the implementation of certification followed by certified teachers in the city of Palembang in the Province of South Sumatra under the auspices of the Ministry of Religion. Teachers who have been certified both civil servants and non-civil servants who have received the Ministry of Religion and Ministry of Education in Palembang are 624 people through the PLPG pathway. Teacher's performance before certification cannot be measured. After the PAI teacher competency mapping activities, the competency of PAI and Budi Pekerti teachers was seen in Palembang City. The indicators of teacher professionalism now and in the future are able to make innovations that are realized in the form of scientific publications, material deepening, and innovative work. Existing policies and regulations have set these standards and require every teacher at any level / level to implement them.

Abstract

Abstract— Language has a central role in intellectual, social, and emotional development. Today, people are very easily ignited, angry, brutal, abusive, and vulgar without being able to control their lusts, such as demonstrators' rude behavior in demonstrations that are often aired on television. The value of local wisdom that polite, friendly, respectful, wise, and religious as if more and more eroded. As a civilized and dignified nation, such a situation is clearly unfavorable to the future of the nation, especially in the birth of future generations of the nation. Therefore, it takes education oriented to the character of the nation, which is not just pursuing the interests of thought, memorization, and logic but also need to pay attention and integrate moral issues and nobility character. Through language education and literature is expected to play a dignified nation character building as well as develop the potential of learners to be a figure of human Indonesia who believe and piety to God Almighty, morals, healthy, knowledgeable, intelligent, creative, and independent. Proverbs are (1) proverbs / groups of words or sentences that remain in their order, usually to define a particular purpose; (2) compact phrases, expressions, comparisons, parables, counsel, principles of life, or rules of conduct. Conservation of proverbs as a supporter of local wisdom and character education needs to be done. Conserving proverbs means preserving and protecting local proverbs and wisdom. Proverbs need to be conserved in various ways. Conservation of proverbs is useful as a supporter of local wisdom and character education. Character is a series of individual psychological traits that affect personal ability and tendency to function morally.   Keywords— Value of proverb wisdom, local wisdom, morals.  Abstrak— Bahasa memiliki peran sentral dalam perkembangan intelektual, sosial, dan emosional. Dewasa ini, masyarakat sangat mudah tersulut emosinya, pemarah, brutal, kasar, dan vulgar tanpa mampu mengendalikan hawa nafsunya, seperti perilaku para demonstran yang berkata kasar dalam berunjuk rasa yang seringkali ditayangkan di televisi. Nilai kearifan lokal yang santun, ramah, saling menghormati, arif, dan religius seakan semakin terkikis.  Sebagai bangsa yang beradab dan bermartabat, situasi yang demikian itu jelas tidak menguntungkan bagi masa depan bangsa, khususnya dalam melahirkan generasi masa depan bangsa. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan pendidikan yang berorientasi pada karakter bangsa, yang tidak sekadar memburu kepentingan pikir, menghafal, dan logika tetapi juga perlu memperhatikan dan mengintegrasi persoalan moral dan keluhuran budi pekerti. Melalui pendidikan bahasa dan sastralah diharapkan dapat berperan membangun karakter bangsa yang bermartabat sekaligus mengembangkan potensi peserta didik agar menjadi sosok manusia Indonesia yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, sehat, berilmu, cerdas, kreatif, dan mandiri. Proverb  adalah (1) peribahasa/ kelompok kata atau kalimat yang tetap susunannya, biasanya mengiaskan maksud tertentu; (2) ungkapan atau kalimat ringkas, padat, berisi perbandingan, perumpamaan, nasihat, prinsip hidup, atau aturan tingkah laku. Konservasi peribahasa sebagai pendukung kearifan  lokal  dan  pendidikan  karakter  perlu  dilakukan.  Mengonservasi  peribahasa  berarti mengawetkan  dan  melindungi  peribahasa  dan  kearifan  lokal.Peribahasa  perlu  dikonservasi melalui berbagai cara. Konservasi peribahasa berguna sebagai pendukung kearifan lokal dan pendidikan  karakter.  Karakter  merupakan  serangkaian  ciri-ciri  psikologis  individu  yang mempengaruhi  kemampuan  pribadi  dan  kecenderungannya  berfungsi  secara  moral.   Kata Kunci— Nilai kearifan proverb, kearifan lokal, moral.
