Abstract

The growth of Indonesian development has increased so fast in every sector these few years. Furthermore, it creates environmental damage such as: pollutions, floods, erosion, forest fire, and etc. These problems are basically caused by the lack of society’s awareness to keep the environment clean. Based on these problems, Indonesian government through the State Minister for The Environment publish Adiwiyata program. The aim of these program is to introduce knowledge about character education especially in environmental care from elementary to senior high school students. It is hoped that the students will have such awareness to keep the environment clean earlier. The program of environmental education through Adiwiyata Program can be implemented in 2013 Curriculum through character education building. There are some characters education that can be implemented through Adiwiyata such as: care, discipline, responsibility, cooperation, and sincere.

Abstract

Educational innovation is a new change, and qualitatively different from the things that exist before, and deliberately sought to improve the ability to achieve certain goals in education. The purpose of this study is to describe the form of innovation carried out in the world of education by utilizing technology, especially in the era of industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is a qualitative method. The results of the research conducted show that there are many models in the implementation of educational innovations including conception of change, proposals for change, adoption and implementation. The stages in the process of educational innovation begin with the initiation of change, there is an agenda (setting), matching (matching), re-definition or re-structuring, clarification and routine. The forms of innovation that have been carried out in education in Indonesia have started with pioneering development school projects, 1975 curriculum, civil service projects, open junior high schools, open universities, renewal of education education systems, 1984 curriculum, 1994 curriculum, KBK curriculum, KTSP curriculum, 2013 curriculum. Currently with the development of information technology and the echoing of the industrial revolution era 4.0, educational innovation also needs to be done. The form of innovation carried out in the context of optimizing education to meet the industrial revolution era is the establishment of digital learning as it is now known as the In-Network Learning System (SPADA)

Abstract

and White Hair are folklore from Perigi, Kayuagung, Ogan Komering Ilir, which sparked the contestation of some of the binary opposition between Palembang and Kayuagung. This paper discusses Durkheimian cultural paradigm consisting of the sacred, classification, rite, and solidarity of the story. the approach taken is the approach of literary sociology by utilizing content analysis or an objective approach in its analysis. The results of the analysis show that two entities, Langkuse and Sunan Palembang, became the most acting actors in the story, and also in the application of this Durkheimian cultural paradigm. Keywords: folklore, the sacred, classification, rite, solidarity. Abstrak - Cerita rakyat merupakan cerita dari mulut ke mulut yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat pemilik cerita tersebut. Langkuse dan Rambut Putih merupakan cerita rakyat yang berasal dari Perigi, Kayuagung, Ogan Komering Ilir, yang memantik kontestasi beberapa oposisi biner di antara Palembang dengan Kayuagung. Tulisan ini membahas paradigma kultural Durkheimian yang terdiri atas the sacred, klasifikasi, ritus, dan solidaritas dari cerita tersebut. pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah pendekatan sosiologi sastra dengan memanfaatkan analisis isi atau pendekatan objektif di dalam penganalisisannya. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dua entitas, yaitu Langkuse dan Sunan Palembang menjadi aktor yang paling berperan di dalam cerita, dan juga di dalam penerapan paradigma kultural Durkheimian ini. Kata kunci: cerita rakyat, the sacred, klasifikasi, ritus, solidaritas.

Abstract

Abstract— Principals have a strong role in coordinating, mobilizing and matching all available educational resources at school. Principal's leadership is one of the factors that can encourage schools to be able to realize the vision, mission, goals and objectives of their school. The purpose of this research is to find out how the leadership role of madrasa leaders towards the quality of learning towards the 5.0 era. The method used in this research is literature study. The results of this study are that there are 7 roles of madrasah principals. In order to achieve the quality of learning, Madrasah principals must carry out their roles as managers. The principal has 7 roles, which include: as an administrator, as a supervisor, as a manager, as an innovator, as a motivator, as an educator, a leader. In addition, in order to reach the community 5.0, at least an increase in ability related to ICT good for teachers, students and staff.Keywords— Role of leadership, Principal of Madrasa, Quality of Learning Abstrak— Kepala sekolah memiliki peran  yang kuat dalam mengkoordinasikan, menggerakkan dan menyerasikan semua sumber daya pendidikan yang tersedia disekolah. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat mendorong sekolah untuk dapat mewujudkan visi, misi, tujuan, dan sasaran sekolahnya. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran  kepemimpinan  kepala madrasah terhadap mutu pembelajaran  menuju era 5.0. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka (literature study). Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat 7 peran kepala madrasah Dalam rangka mencapai Mutu pembelajaran , Kepala Madrasah harus melaksanakan perannya sebagai manajer.  Kepala sekolah memiliki 7 peran, yaitu meliputi : sebagai administrator, sebagai supervisor, sebagai manajer, sebagai innovator, sebagai motivator, sebagai educator (pendidik), leader (pemimpin).Selain itu, dalam rangka menuju masyarakat 5.0 maka setidaknya dilakukan peningkatan kemampuan terkait TIK baik untuk guru, siswa dan staff.Kata Kunci— Peran  kepemimpinan, Kepala Madrasah, Mutu Pembelajaran

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the ethics and morality of education in developing human resources (HR) based on science and technology. This study designed case study using a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and observation through school visits supported by documentation. The findings of this study indicate that schools that have the courage to face risks based on ethical values generally have managed to overcome routine problems and have been able to develop themselves become more productive and competitive. From these findings it is assumed that the quality of ethics and morality application in school management can be the basic foundation of the school to achieve the success of developing human resources based on science and technology in their respective schools.Keywords— Ethics, learning, human resource development

Abstract

Writing this article aims to determine the role of teachers in providing additional lessons (tutoring) for students outside school hours as a manifestation of the implementation of community service. The teacher is seen as a person who is responsible for the success or failure of learning activities towards changes in behavior of each individual, both in terms of providing motivation, fostering moral values and also as a controller for each student he teaches. According to parents of students, teachers are deemed necessary to provide additional lessons informally outside of school hours to students, given the limited time at school often results in students not understanding each subject matter they receive. Therefore the existence of teachers and the willingness of teachers to take the time to provide additional lessons is very helpful for students to better understand and prepare students in the learning process. The role of the teacher in the community is not only at the time of teaching hours in school, but in all aspects of the life of the teacher will be a role model and a real example for students and has a positive impact on the environment where he lives

Abstract

Language is a reflection of the reality of the activities of human life. As social beings, humans need communication. Activities can work well if communication goes well too. The facilities that facilitate it are language so that language influences the human mindset itself. A polite language is one a reflection of Indonesian culture that has been inherited from generation to generation. Therefore, language and culture are closely related. The expression of good language is also supported by a good understanding of literacy. The shifting of interpretations of reality in language expressions often occurs due to changes in the cultural values in life, community itself. The reality of language expressions in the context of culture and language is intended to clarify the meaning contained in several cultural problems through language analysis.

Abstract

This article describes how to build a literacy culture for teachers and principals to be more professional in working in the current era of industrial revolution 4.0. Literacy culture is very necessary to face the era of industrial revolution 4.0 which is characterized by increasing interaction between humans, machines and other resources through information and communication technology. In the era of revolution 4.0, the education community, especially teachers and school principals, were required to master "new literacy" which was an addition to the old literacy (calistung). New literacy includes data literacy, technology and HR. In the face of the industrial revolution 4.0 teachers and principals must be able to master the digital technology that is developing at this time and improve their competencies to educate the current millennial generation. Revousi industry 4.0 has its own challenges that we must conquer such as by creating innovative and responsive resources for rapidly evolving technology. In addition, it is also necessary to adjust the facilities and infrastructure in learning, including information technology, the internet, data analysis, and computers. Principals and professional teachers must be able to educate the current millennial generation with a human digital skill approach or ability to be able to compete in the global world of the industrial revolution 4.0 era.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of menstruation on sports activities. The research method was Ex post facto. Research samples were students who had experience in menstruation when the research is done. Sampling technique that used was purposive sampling. This data collection technique was Physical Freshness Test Indonesia. The data analysis technique used was t test, the result of the data obtained was analyzed by using quantitative analysis by calculating the difference between pretest and final test (Post-test). The results showed that: (1) Increased the average value of students from the first test to the final test; (2) testing by using t test obtained t count (2.82)> t-table (2.36); (3) There is influence of menstruation on student sport activity. Keywords— Menstruation, Sports Activities, Students

Abstract

Abstract— The purpose of this study is to find out and describe how preparedness in welcoming the 5.0 industrial revolution, especially in the field of education. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the discussion it can be concluded that from the presentation and some explanations about education in the industrial revolution 5.0 there is a need for readiness in welcoming and going through it. The industrial revolution is a change in the way of human life and work processes fundamentally, where the advancement of information technology can integrate in the world of life with digital which can have an impact on scientific disciplines. The Industrial Revolution Society 5.0 emphasized the readiness to think more critically, develop creativity. Based on several explanations, the authors conclude that it is indeed necessary and important for the community to prepare themselves to welcome and carry out the education of the industrial revolution 5.0 with a way of thinking that must always be introduced and accustomed to is a way of thinking to adapt in the future, namely analytical, critical, and creative. Keywords— Education, revolution, industry 5.0 Abstrak—Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan bagaimana kesiapan dalam menyambut revolusi industri 5.0 terkhusus dalam bidang pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari pemaparan dan beberapa penjelasan mengenai pendidikan pada revolusi industri 5.0 perlu adanya kesiapan dalam menyambut maupun akan menjalaninya. Revolusi industri merupakan sebuah perubahan cara hidup manusia dan proses kerja secara fundamental, dimana adanya kemajuan teknologi informasi dapat mengintegrasikan dalam dunia kehidupan dengan digital yang dapat memberikan dampak disiplin ilmu. Masyarakat revolusi industri 5.0 ditekankan pada kesiapan untuk lebih berpikir kritis, mengembangkan kreativitas. Berdasarkan dari beberapa penjelasan, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa memang perlu dan penting masyarakat menyiapkan diri dalam menyambut dan menjalankan pendidikan revolusi industri 5.0 dengan Cara berpikir yang harus selalu dikenalkan dan dibiasakan adalah cara berpikir untuk beradaptasi di masa depan, yaitu analitis, kritis, dan kreatif. Kata kunci— Pendidikan, revolusi, industri 5.0
