Abstract

This research analyzes many factors which influence of the employees working. The pupose of the research is fainding many factors which influence the employee working. The contents is wisdom compentation distribution and satisfied of working releated with the influence the employee working. The object of this research is employees of Patra Jasa Convention Centre.Purposive sampling which choisen is to find out the data which needed in this studies there are 40 responden and all of the are Patra Jasa Convention Centre employee. The data analysis used SPSS program 19 series. Before doing regreesion analysis, the process analysis is trought many steps whisvh one of the is validity analysis, reliability test and classic assumtion test.In this research has three hypothesis and depards of the research analysis show that three hypothesis are acepted, it means the conclution of this research wisdom compentation distribution it influence satisfied of working towards increasing of employees working.Kata Kunci : wisdom distribution compentation, satisfied of working and employees working

Abstract

 The results of research by Choudury (2011) showed that service quality has a positive influence on word of mouth. Similarly penelitain by Rodney and Jhon (2009) which states that service quality affect the word of mouth. The results are different from the research by Jiewantoa et.al (2012) which states that service quality has no effect on word of mouth. Another study that states that service quality has no direct effect on word of mouth is a study by Li (2013). Li's research states that service quality has no effect on word of mouth. From the results of the above study there is a gap of research results. Furthermore, for this research to measure the influence of service quality, word of mouth and costumer perceived value to repurchase intention. In this study, as the samples are visitors Patra Jasa Convention Center Semarang a number of 150 people. The data collection tool is a statistical quantity of a statistical test with SEM using AMOS program version 18. The results show all hypothesis proposed accepted means service quality, customer perceived value, word of mouth give positive influence to repurchase intention.Keywords: service quality, customer perceived value, word of mouth, repurchase intention

Abstract

Business can be done anywhere and by anyone. Where the purpose of a business for some people is different. Among others there are which aims to increase revenue. So with that reason, began to grow home-based business scale. Where businesses are done by the community and are planted in housing. One home-based business is the laundry. Laundry business kilogram is now very widespread, almost in every street can be found Landry. However, if carelessly in managing this business, then the business can be folded more quickly. So it takes some analysis, including marketing mix, where to open this business, you need to know the 4Ps. Product, Price, Place and Promotion. In addition to the marketing mix, it is necessary to do a SWOT. This research was conducted using quantitative and qualitative methods. Where data collection is done by observation and interviews with business owners, employees and customers. Abstract

ASEAN is an intergovernmental organization in Shouteast Asia, working together on economic and political issues. With the establishment of economic relations, one of them in the field of capital market will give effect to the movement of capital market indices in each country in the ASEAN region. Knowing the integration of capital market in ASEAN region can help investors in determining which capital markets will be used to form international diversification so that it can give potential benefits. In this study analyzed the level of capital market integration between ASEAN-5 capital markets from 2006 to 2017 years. The method of analysis used in this study is the Augmented Dickey Fuller (ADF), Johansen Cointegration, VAR estimation (Vector Auto Regression), and Granger Causality Test. By using this method of analysis it is concluded that there is a long term relationship between capital market integration in ASEAN-5. And in this study we found that there is a causal relationship between capital market in ASEAN-5, although not entirely. Abstract

This research analyzes many factors which can influence someone to be come STIEPARI Students. The problem of the research refers to the phenomena of STIEPARI wihich does not fulfill new students expectation target. The purpose of the research is to enhance the interest target to be students of STIEPARI Semarang.The data analysis technique to the rest the hypotesis is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) which is operated with the Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) Versi 18.0. The result shows that marketing public relation anda campus image veriable as an intervening variable in this research is correct. It means that marketing public relation influences the campus image which correlates the decision to be STIEPARI students.Kata Kunci : marketing public relation, campusimage & becoming STIEPARI students

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and prove the factors that directly affect their business strategy in order to improve the performance of the terasi production in the district of Rembang and to analyze and prove the factors that directly affect business strategy in order to improve the performance of the terasi production in the district of Rembang. Respondents in this study were managers or owners of terasi production in the district of Rembang. The analysis technique uset test track path. The results of this study concluded that education, skill, and environmentally significant positive effect on improvement of the business strategy of terasi production in the district of Rembang. As well as education, skills, and environment as well as good business strategy will accelerate the improvement of business performance of terasi production in the district of Rembang.Keywords: performance improvement, the business strategy, education, skills and the environment.

Abstract

This research aims to formulate the performance enhancement model related with thecharacteristic of Batik Tulis Lasem industry. The data used is the primary data taken fromdistributed interviews and questionnaires to the entrepreneurs. Method and processing dataused is Ishikawa diagram, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), The Dream House Model andForce Field Analysis. The research results: 1) Ishikawa Diagram Analysis shows that humanresources factor is the main cause of Batik Tulis Lasem industry problem. 2) Importanceperformance analysis (IPA) shows that there are three indicators of quadrant 1 and sevenindicators of quadrant III should be corrected and becomes the model pillar of performanceenhancement. 3) The dream house model as Batik Tulis Lasem performance enhancement modelhas four main pillars related with the organization management, productivites, product qualitiesand also marketing. 4) The main strategy in enhancing the performance of Batik Tulis Lasem isimproving of organization management, productivities, product qualities and integratedmarketing. The managerial implication as the research result is: 1) Giving training including fourmanagement aspects (management of human resources, production management, financesmanagement and marketing management); 2) The government facilities as the effort to developBatik Tulis Lasem industry.Key words: performance, Ishikawa Diagram, Importance Performance Analysis, The DreamHouse Model, and Force Field Analysis.

Abstract

Sales System Broiler Chickens Rumah Potong Ayam Putra Dewi Samudra is a design system that records sales of sales transactions chicken, chicken purchase transaction, the addition of employee data, additional data supplier, sales reports and statements chicken chicken  purchases . System development method used to build this application is the waterfall mode . Whereas at this stage of the analysis and design of the system is done with tersktruktur approach. Analysis of the results of the data collection system based on the method of observation, interview, and literature study. The design of the system outlined by designing Activity Diagram, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), interface design, process design, and the design output. The implementation phase of this chicken sales system using VB.Net programming language. Thus the sales system can help sales data in the Rumah Potong Ayam Putra Dewi Samudra.Keywords: sales system , vb.net

Abstract

Consumer confidence in a product or brand will have an impact on increasing consumer loyalty to the brand or product concerned. One form of consumer loyalty to the company product or brand is shown in the form of Word of Mouth. This also applies within the scope of the college in which the student confidence for what he has received during the conduct of university education will be formed into a satisfaction for students. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Customer Equity in Word of Mouth in Higher Education.This study is a survey research with quantitative descriptive research type. The population in this study Yogyakarta Muhammadiyah University Students Strata-1 semester five upwards, with sample collection method used a numbering 150. The questioner that has been tested previously to 30 respondents and tested the validity and reliability that results in a 100% said the question is valid and feasible to be used. The research method using SEM analysis test used AMOS.The result from this study is no positive influence brand equity and the value equity towards WoM (Word of Mouth). However, relationship equity had a positive influence on the value of WoM (Word of Mouth).Keywords: Word of Mouth, Customer Equity, and University
