Abstract

Business Process Reengineering is a phase of redesigning business process to improve performance. Business Process Reengineering can be applied to improve micro or medium businesses. One example from them comes from a soymilk company. XYZ Soymilk Company is one of the examples of Small and Medium enterprises with home-industry system. Its organizational structure consists of the director and some divisions. Those divisions, which are run by employees, are: production division, procurement division, finance division, and marketing division. The produced soymilk is packed in plastic bags with Susu Kedelai “XYZ” label on it. This product later is marketed in the canteens of universities, some stores around neighborhoods, and supermarkets. The main market target of this product is university students and people around the location. The promotion is done by attaching promotion flyers on some strategic places. The problem that occurs is a shortage in operational management, the number of command and control in the operating system, as well as recording done still manually. The purpose of using Business Process Reengineering concept processing system is to be more computerized for a better, faster, more accurate, effective and efficient, and improvement in operation management system as an attempt to survive among other competitors. The results of the business process reengineering are some business process ideas.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this research is to determine business model strategy of a company in the future, how does a company offers more to customers and maintain customers and everything related with business development. Business development is something required to be done by every company in order to be able to compete. This matter also happens in delivery service business. Delivery service business in Indonesia is very popular in Indonesia, wherein online delivery service business develops continuously, so delivery services also increase. But, this development must be followed by business model development, so the result will be satisfying for delivery service companies, especially in Jakarta. Research result shows that the best strategy is market penetration. Some alternatives that can be done are by enhancing resources by alliancy and coopetition, creating a competitive price scheme by mapping the cost from partner to obtain the best price, and also by doing promotion through several medias owned by the company, by ATL or BTL with the main purpose to increase selling. Keywords: Business Model, Courier Service.

Abstract

AbstractIndonesia is an archipelagic nation which has a diverse tourist destination is quite interesting, whether it be of attractions, culinary, arts, cultural and natural charm. With so many places of this tourist destination, it can be developed into a promising business. By utilizing the marketing mix, namely Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process and Physical evidence. Of the marketing mix can then be mapped to the matrix Ansoff for  getting products that can be used as a business development strategy of tourism. This research was conducted with qualitative methods, namely by conducting interviews and observations to the tourism industry players. The results showed that the best business strategy is to do Product Diversification, ie change of market share by doing in combination with product changes. Another alternative is with the Market Penetration, Product Development or Market Development. With this strategy, is expected to obtain a good product at an affordable price by consumers. As well as increase the number of tourist arrivals in the regions in Indonesia. Moreover, it can empower all of the resources that are around attractions, both in terms of human resources and facilities. Keywords: Marketing Mix, Business Strategy, Tourism AbstrakIndonesia merupakan negara kepulauan yang memiliki tujuan wisata yang beragam yang cukup menarik, apakah itu tentang objek wisata, kuliner, seni, budaya dan pesona alam. Dengan begitu banyak tempat tujuan wisata ini, dapat dikembangkan menjadi bisnis yang menjanjikan. Dengan memanfaatkan bauran pemasaran, yaitu Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Proses dan bukti fisik. Dari bauran pemasaran kemudian dapat dipetakan ke matriks Ansoff untuk produk mendapatkan yang dapat digunakan sebagai strategi pengembangan bisnis pariwisata. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif, yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi untuk para pemain industri pariwisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi bisnis terbaik adalah dengan melakukan Diversifikasi Produk, yaitu perubahan pangsa pasar dengan melakukan kombinasi dengan perubahan produk. Alternatif lain adalah dengan Penetrasi Pasar, Pengembangan Produk atau Pengembangan Pasar. Dengan strategi ini, diharapkan untuk mendapatkan produk yang baik dengan harga yang terjangkau oleh konsumen. Serta meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan di daerah di Indonesia. Selain itu dapat memberdayakan semua sumber daya yang ada di sekitar objek wisata, baik dari segi sumber daya manusia dan fasilitas. Kata kunci: Bauran Pemasaran, Strategi Bisnis, Pariwisata

Abstract

AbstractIn the globalization era, companies based on creative business or Startup have sprung up around the world especially in Indonesia. This is an excellent opportunity. To ensure that the input source used is already effective and efficient in order to achieve company goals, so it is necessary to measure the performance of the company. In sharpening the concept of measurement to be more effective and balance, hence the company needs a method that can measure the performance of corporate strategy appropriately. Balanced scorecard is a performance appraisal by considering four perspectives to measure company performance, which are: financial perspective, customer, internal business process plus learning and growth. Research on the balance of scorecard has been done in various countries. The successful implementation of the balanced scorecard has been proven in many areas. Abstract

Restoran ramah anak semakin diminati di industri kuliner Indonesia, terutama di kota-kota besar, seiring meningkatnya kebutuhan keluarga akan pengalaman makan yang nyaman dan menyenangkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh model bisnis restoran ramah anak terhadap pengalaman makan keluarga dengan menganalisis pemberitaan media daring periode 2020-2025. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis isi kualitatif terhadap 100 artikel berita daring yang membahas restoran ramah anak dan implikasinya terhadap pengalaman makan keluarga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kata-kata seperti “restoran”, “keluarga”, “ramah”, “menu”, dan “playground” mendominasi diskusi, menandakan pentingnya fasilitas bermain, menu sehat dan menarik, serta pelayanan yang ramah bagi keluarga. Value Proposition Canvas dan Business Model Canvas yang dianalisis menegaskan bahwa restoran ramah anak harus menyediakan lingkungan yang aman, nyaman, serta mendukung interaksi sosial dan perkembangan anak. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan bagi pelaku industri kuliner untuk mengembangkan konsep restoran yang tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan nutrisi, tetapi juga memberikan nilai tambah bagi keluarga melalui pengalaman makan yang menyenangkan dan edukatif.

Abstract

The government issued a presidential regulation on national entrepreneurship development to strengthen the economic structure, and the government will add 1 million entrepreneurs. Universities play an essential role but must involve the industry and create a conducive environment. Science Techno Park unites the sector and academia by providing an environment that fosters interaction. Presidential Regulation No. 18 of 2020 mandates the establishment of Science Techno Parks based on higher education institutions. We studied the future of science and technology parks in Indonesia by analyzing news articles from websites between 2019 and 2024. The results of the word cloud analysis showed that the word "technology" was the most frequently encountered during coding, followed by "science," "research," "zone," and "innovation," which are the main elements of the STP. From the business model canvas, the most expansive customer segments include students, alums, researchers, startups, and industry. The value proposition is oriented towards technology in line with the university's competencies. The conclusion of the business model for science technoparks in Indonesian universities is in the development stage, with a focus on strengthening the ecosystem through innovation and industry collaboration.

Abstract

Perkembangan digitalisasi metode pembayaran membuat e-wallet diminati oleh Gen Z karenasesuai dengan pola hidup cepat dan instan di era ini dan dapat digunakan tidak hanya di pusatperbelanjaan tetapi juga dimanapun mereka berada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmengkaji faktor keamanan, kepercayaan, kualitas layanan, dan fitur pay later terhadappilihan pengguna untuk menggunakan e-wallet, dengan kepuasan pengguna sebagaivariabel mediasi. Subjek penelitian adalah gen Z dengan domisili di wilayah Jakarta yangdalam keseharian transaksi menggunakan e-wallet. Pendekatan yang digunakan kuantitatifdengan metode survey kepada 270 orang melalui kuesioner dengan lima poin skala likert.Analisis data menggunakan Metode Partial Least Squares—Structural Equation Modeling(PLS-SEM). Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan faktor kemanan memiliki dampaklangsung terhadap keputusan penggunaan e-wallet namun tidak signifikan terhadapkepuasan pengguna. Faktor kepercayaan dan fitur pay later baik secara langsung atau tidaklangsung memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Faktorkualitas layanan tidak berpengaruh kepada kepuasan pelanggan, namun faktor kepuasanterbukti merupakan mediasi penting dalam menjembatani pengaruh kepercayan dan fiturpay later terhadap keputusan penggunaan. Hasil temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwapengembangan inovasi berbasis kebutuhan pengguna dan peningkatan aspek kepercayaansangat krusial dalam meningkatkan loyalitas dan keberlanjutan penggunaan e-wallet

Abstract

Background: Datajadesta.com classifies tourist villages into four categories: independent, advanced, developing, and pioneering. More local communities gain from increased rural tourism managed by tourism-focused organizations. However, problems with management often arise, which increases the risk that the tourism sector won't grow or reach a certain level. This is a problem that any group that cares about tourism, like the Pokdarwis, must overcome.Purpose: This study aims to investigate the significant influence of social entrepreneurial orientation in advancing the sustainability of rural tourism (the so-called triple bottom line) in terms of benefits to the environment, community, and economy. This orientation can indirectly benefit the management strategies of tourism-aware organizations. While performing. Design/methodology/approach: By using accidental sampling, up to 34 rural tourism activists from each tourism awareness group across Indonesian rural tourism were gathered in accordance with the criteria from https://jadesta.kemenparekraf.go.id. Based on their advanced and mature levels, respondents were selected. autonomous tourist village. To ensure meaningful relationships, process the data using Smart Pls 4. Findings/Result: Hypothesis 1, social entrepreneurship orientation has a major impact on community empowerment. However, hypothesis 2 indicates that social entrepreneurship orientation has no significant impact on the sustainability of rural tourism. Finally, hypothesis 3 asserts that social entrepreneurship orientation has a significant impact on the sustainability of rural tourism through community empowerment. Conclusion: Encouraging community involvement in tourism development and promoting social entrepreneurship as a means of achieving the Triple Bottom Line, as well as the significant role it plays in empowering local communities and promoting sustainability in tourist villages.Originality/Value (State Of the art): The study highlights the critical role of social entrepreneurial orientation in promoting the sustainability of rural tourism through community empowerment, though it does not directly impact sustainability on its own. By classifying tourist villages into various development stages, the research underscores the necessity of effective management by organizations like Pokdarwis to overcome challenges and foster growth. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pergerakan harga emas (XAU/USD) di pasar Forex dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi volatilitasnya dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari internet, aplikasi Metatrader 5, serta QM for Windows, yang dianalisis melalui indikator Moving Average (MA) dan metode exponential smoothing dengan ukuran akurasi MAD, MSE, dan MAPE, serta mempertimbangkan berita ekonomi dan politik global. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan moneter The Fed, khususnya penurunan suku bunga pada Maret 2020, melemahkan indeks dolar dan mendorong kenaikan harga emas sebagai aset safe haven, sementara pandemi Covid-19 menjadi titik terendah yang memengaruhi perilaku investasi global sekaligus memberikan pembelajaran penting bahwa emas berperan sebagai instrumen pelindung dalam kondisi krisis. Relevansi penelitian ini tetap kuat hingga tahun 2026 karena faktor fundamental seperti kebijakan suku bunga, inflasi, geopolitik, dan permintaan global masih menjadi penentu utama harga emas, sehingga investor disarankan untuk menjadikan pengalaman pandemi sebagai pelajaran dalam menyusun strategi investasi yang adaptif, dengan tetap memanfaatkan emas sebagai aset pelindung namun melakukan diversifikasi portofolio ke saham, obligasi, dan instrumen lain ketika ekonomi global menunjukkan tanda stabilitas.
