Abstract

Penelitian Integrasi Gender Dalam Pengembangan Potensi Kemitraan  Yang  Berbasis  Kearifan  Lokal Masyarakat Pesisir Kabupaten Rembang, dilaksanakan di wilayah pesisir Kabupaten Rembang pada lima desa yaitu Desa Tasik Agung, Desa Punjulharjo, Desa Dasun, Desa Pandangan, Desa Bonang. Desa-desa tersebut berada disepanjang pantai utara namun ha tidak menjamin bahwa kualitas sumber daya tinggi, ini tampak pada rendahnya pendidikan ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Meski pendidikan perempuan di pesisir Kabupaten Rembang masih rendah, tetapi hal itu tidak menghalangi mereka untuk berperan aktif dalam wilayah publik. Jika kegiatan berdagang ikan di pasar, dikategorikan sebagai pekerjaan di luar rumah, maka, perempuan pesisir Kabupaten Rembang lebih dominan dibandingkan laki-laki, temasuk dalam hal pemenuhan kebutuhan ekonomi rumah tangga.Masalah peran-peran perempuan seperti ini tidak dianggap sebagai yang utama. Kegiatan ekonomi perempuan dianggap sebagai pelengkap yang membantu pekerjaan laki-laki atau suami. Kegiatan ekonomi kenelayanan perempuan pesisir, terutama lembaga non-ekonomi terbukti sangat membantu pengembangan ekonomi mereka. Pengembangan lembaga ekonomi tersebut bisa dilakukan sejauh perempuan dilibatkan sebabagi subyek dalam pengembangan organisasi ekonomi. Keikutsertaan pemerintah, laki-laki dan pihak-pihak luar dalam pengembangan organisasi ekonomi perempuan, harus lebih dari sebagai ‘pelengkap’. Kata kunci: gender, masyarakat pesisir, pertumbuhan ekonomi

Abstract

Problems in this study is whether or not the influence of emotional intelligence on employee productivity at PT. BTPN Syariah Branch Area East Cirebon, which is identified from emotional intelligence.This study aims to obtain data about the effect of emotional intelligence on employee productivity at PT. BTPN Syariah Branch Area East Cirebon. Research Methods in this research is descriptive method and survey. Population in this research counted 35 people with sample used in this research counted 35 people by using census technique. The test in this research is based on validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, linearity test, simple regression test.The results showed the positive and significant influence of emotional intelligence on employee productivity at PT. BTPN Syariah Branch Area East Cirebon. The magnitude of the effect of emotional intelligence on employee productivity is shown by the value of R Square of 0.615 or 61.5%. Emotional intelligence of PT. BTPN Syariah Branch East Cirebon Area is in the high category (48.57%) and very high (40%); Nor is the productivity of employees at PT. BTPN Syariah Branch Area East Cirebon is in the high category of 28.57% and very high category of 25.71%.Overall, it can be concluded that this research has successfully revealed the effect of emotional intelligence on work productivity of employees in PT. BTPN Syariah Branch Area East Cirebon. Thus, the higher the emotional intelligence of an employee, the higher the work productivity. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Employee Productivity

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to strengthen and analyze emotional intelligence, intellectual intelligence and spiritual intelligence to job satisfaction and performance of teachers in the School of Extraordinary Affairs of Batang.    Data were obtained as many as 18 respondents from 18 questionnaires distributed. This research was conducted by using concept. (PLS) for data analysis.   The findings of this study indicate that emotional quotient has no effect on job satisfaction, intelligence quotient has an effect on job satisfaction, spiritual quotient has an effect on job satisfaction, and emotional quotient influence teacher performance, intelligence quotient has no effect on teacher performance, spiritual quotient has no effect on teacher performance , and job satisfaction have a significant effect on teacher performance. Keywords : emotional quotient, intelligence quotient, spiritual quotient, job satisfaction, teacher performance.

Abstract

Technological developments such as the existence of social media is now widely used as a sales promotion tool. This encourages local marketers of snack products to create an account on social media in this case is facebook. Marketers who are mostly small and medium-sized businesses do various activities in social media to get closer to their buyers, which in turn can increase sales of their products. The purpose of this study is to to describe the activities of local snack marketers in facebook social media and to know what factors in facebook social media that can affect the sale of local snack products online. MethodThis research is quantitative. The sample size is 30 respondents of local snack product marketers through social media facebook. Sampling is done by purposive sampling technique that is sampling done to someone who fulfill the criteria of having local snack business, having at least one active local snack facebook account, actively doing marketing activity in the account. In this research, there are two variables, namely facebook social media variables are Knowledge Level, Number of Friends, Activity in Social Media and Completeness of Product Information (X) and local snack product sales variables online (Y). Analysis in this research using multiple linear regression analysis. The results achieved in this research is that all four dimensions of social media facebook all have a significant influence on sales of local snack products online which is Social Media Knowledge Level factor of 34.44%, Number of Friends by 25.64%, Social Media Activity of 57.57% and completeness Product Information is 40.05%. Keywords: social media, online sales

Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of CSR program implementation of economic, environmental and social dimension either partially or simultaneously to PT PJB UBJ O & M PLTU Rembang. The sample in this research is ring society 1 PT PJB UBJ O & M PLTU Rembang Leran Village, Trahan, Jurangjero and Pangkalan which amounted to 160 people. Sampling using simple random sampling method and test using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the economic dimension, environmental dimension and social dimension either partially or simultaneously have a significant positive effect on company image of PT PJB UBJ O & M PLTU Rembang. The result of determination test shows that the economic dimension variable, environmental dimension and social dimension able to explain the dependent variable (corporate image) is 63,9%. While the rest of 37.1% is explained by other causes outside the model not examined in this study. Keywords: CSR, Economics, Environment, Social, Corporate Image

Abstract

In this era has begun many emerging businesses with small and medium scale managed by beginners who notabene they have no experience in business. With the sophistication of technology and also easy access through social media, facilitate the beginners of this business do business activities. New business is starting to bloom now is a hijab business. In social media, many hijab merchants offer various hijab models. Already emerging also beginners businessmen who produce their own hijab and make their own labels. They are usually the mothers who have sewing skills then they develop by designing their own hijab model that is the trend now, and try to produce and market it with their own label. Since such businesses are already emerging, newbies must have a mature business plan to avoid being run over by their competitors. Business Model Canvas should be developed for business planning as well as SWOT Analysis to design the improvement business. Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the influence of investment decisions, funding decisions, dividend policies and profitability partially on the value of the company. This study also aims to provide consideration for investors in making investments. The research population includes manufacturing companies of consumer goods industry sector which is and still listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2014 of 36 companies. The sample was chosen by purposive sampling technique and obtained by 10 companies with observation value 30. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the result of data analysis, it is concluded that investment decision has positive effect not significant to value, funding decision has positive effect not significant to firm value, dividend policy has negative effect not significant to firm value, while profitability have positive significant effect to firm value. The value of determination coefficient (R2) of 0.927 indicates that investment decision variable, funding decision, dividend policy and profitability able to explain change of variable of company value equal to 92,7%, while the rest equal to 7,3% influenced by other variable outside research. Keywords: Company value, investment decision, funding decision, dividend policy and profitability.
