Abstract

Mobile phone industry is experiencing rapid growth in the last two decades, both in the developed countries or developing. In any mobile phone has changed the map of the telecommunications industry drastically. Various brands appear and compete closely. This raises the question "How Brand Image, Service Quality, Perceived Value into the very important for companies to establish and Brand Loyalty in the end to the increase in the Brand Equity", as in the theory and various journals and also whether there are PT in the telecommunications industry. Indosat is a problem that you want to be inspected in this research.Model studies indicate the existence of 4 (four) hypothetical. -Hypothetical hypothetical example is the brand image have a positive influence on brand loyalty (hypothetical 1), service quality has a positive influence on brand loyalty (hypothetical 2), the perceived value of a positive brand loyalty (hypothetical 3), brand loyalty and positive effect on brand equity (hypothetical 4).Sampling technique in this research carried out by purposively sampling method. This was taken with a sampling technique based on the specific considerations, where the sample is selected with the requirements that have deemed essential features that are relevant to the research. The number of respondents as the sample is determined in this research is 130GSM card customer PT. Indosat. The process of analysis of research carried out on data obtained from 130 respondents. Results of data analysis will be kausalitas explain the relationship between variables that are developed in this research model. The proposed model can be accepted after the assumptions have been met and that is normalitas standardized Residual Covariance <1.96. While the value Determinant of Covariance Matrixnya 102,358.Eksogen measurement model and endogen was tested by using analysis konfirmatori. Measurement model is further analyzed with Structural Equation Model (SEM) to test the model kausalitas relationship between the variables that affect and be affected by brand image, service quality, perceived value, brand loyalty and brand equity meet the Goodness of Fit chi square = 197437 ; probability = 0206; GFI = 0874; AGFI = 0840; cfi = 0995; TLI = 0994; RMSEA = 0026; CMIN / DF = 1085. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded that the model can be accepted.

Abstract

Sistem informasi mempunyai peranan yang penting dalam suatu kegiatan manajemen dari berbagai jenis organisasi. Kualitas dari sistem akuntansi  bergantung kepada situasi dimana suatu   organisasi  beroperasi, sehingga  teknik penilaian kualitas sistem informasi juga bergantung kepada  situasi  yang  sedang dialami oleh organisasi yang bersangkutan. Dengan demikian maka untuk menilai apakah sistem  informasi milik  suatu organisasi dapat diandalkan dengan mempunyai kual itas  yang baik  tidak hanya dilihat  dari kemampuannya menyajikan informasi yang diperlukan, tetapi harus    dilihat  pula apakah sistem tersebut mampu memberikan kepuasan kepada  pemakainya, apakah sistem tersebut dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan lingkungan organisasi, dan apakah  sistem tersebut mampu menyesuaikan  diri dengan adanya perubahan teknologi.Seperti  diketahui bahwa organisasi atau  perusahaan   selalu  dihadapkan pada   kondisi   lingkungan yang  selalu berubah. Lingkungan  dalam  konteks ini bukanlah lingkungan  alam  seperti sumber    daya air,   laut, udara  dan sebagainya,  tetapi  lingkungan di sini adalah lingkungan perusahaan,  baik dari segi ekonomi maupun teknologi serta peraturan-peraturan pemerintah. Dengan  terjadinya perubahan teknologi dan ekonomi secara  cepat, maka kriteria penilaian  keandalan sistem  informasi juga akan  berubah dari  waktu ke waktu. Belum lagi  dengan adanya perubahan konsep pemikiran dan pandangan hidup manusia yang sangat sensitif dipengaruhi  oleh perubahan  ideologi maupun  ilmu pengetahuan.Dengan adanya perubahan pemikiran dan lingkungan organisasi, maka hal tersebut  menyebabkan kriteria penilaian keandalan  sistem informasi akuntansi  yang dipakai oleh suatu organisasi   juga  akan berubah.   0leh karena  itulah,  maka  teknik penilaian keandalan  sistem  informasi  dari  satu waktu  ke waktu yang lain akan berbeda, dan dalam makalah ini akan menguraikan perkembangan    kriteria penilaian sistem informasi  akuntansi secara  lebih rinci.Adapun tujuan dari paper  ini adalah untuk membahas mengenai faktor  dasar yang  menyebabkan   terjadinya perubahan kriteria penilaian, yaitu perubahan pola pikir (phylosophy) dari tradisional sampai modern yang semuanya itu diilhami oleh berbagai konsep riset dalam bidang akuntansi dari konsep pikir yang  tradisional,  inter­pretive, sampai yang kritis.

Abstract

Company value that tends to decline is a problem that must be addressed. This is in line with the theory of company which mentions that the goal of a company is to maximize it value. This study is aimed at analyzing the effects of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Income Diversification and Operational Cost and Return (BOPO) on company value, with Price Book Value (PBV) and Return on Asset (ROA) as intervening variables. The study population consists of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange between 2010 and 2015. The sampling technique employed was purposive sampling and 26 companies were sampled according to the pre-determined criteria. Analyzes were carried out using the SPSS program, with the data undergoing a statistical testing beforehand. Results from the first regression model show that LDR has positive and significant effect on ROA, BOPO has negative and significant effect on ROA, while NPL and Income Diversification does not have any effect on ROA. On the other hand, results from the second regression model show that LDR has negative and significant effect on PBV; Income Diversification has positive and significant effect on PBV, whereas NPL and BOPO do not have any effect on PBV. Statistically, this study also shows that ROA has a mediating effect on the relationship between Income Diversification and BOPO against PBV.

Abstract

Company Specific Differentiation Advantage is conceived as the main thrust of most strategy directions in management practices within a company. As a firm is understood as a going concern, a company'sobjective is to generate and to sustain its marketing performance. The question then is: how does a firm generate and sustain its marketing performance? The answer might be found in the conceptualization of resources and capabilities, which are postulated as a basis for generating company specific differentiated advantage as a means for enhancing marketing performance. A strategic marketing model based on four main constructs comprising company social resources, company specific organisational capabilities, company specific differentiation advantage, marketing performance was developed. This model was tested successfully on Rural People Credit Banks of Indonesia.

Abstract

                Investasi dalam teknologi tampaknya hanya memberikan keunggulan yang terbatas. Pfeffer (1994) menyatakan bahwa mesin tidak melakukan apa-apa, yang sebenarnya adalah manusia. Konsekuensinya untuk membuat organisasi mempunyai daya kompetitif yang berkelanjutan (sustainable) dan sulit ditiru (immitability) adalah investasi dalam aspek SDM tidak dapat ditunda (Hani Handoko, 2000). Disadari bahwa ungkapan klise “manusia merupakan asset penting” ternyata masih kurang dihayati dibanyak organisasi. Mengapa demikian? Hal ini dapat disebabkan ketidakmengertian maknanya, atau orang yang ditugasi untuk mewujudkan kedalam tindakan tidak tahu bagaimana harus memulai. Bahkan mungkin implementasi dijalankan namun inersia-inersia budaya dan historis perusahaan membuat perubahan menjadi lambat.                Dalam praktik bisnis sering ditemukan isu-isu SDM masih cenderung diabaikan. Bahkan “competitive advantage” hanya dibahas dalam konteks perencanaan strategis yang meletakkan isu-isu SDM di latar belakang. Porter (11985) dalam pendekatan value chain masih meletakkan MSDM sebagai kegiatan pendukung. Dengan demikian seberapa mungkin MSDM mampu menempati peran utamanya tentu kembali pada seberapa besar MSDM mampu memberikan nilai kontribusi terhadap pengembangan keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan.                Tulisan ini mencoba menggali konsep yang terkait dengan optimalisasi fungsi SDM. Paparan diawali dengan formulasi integrasi perencanaan strategis dan fungsi SDM sebagai langkah awal strategi kompetitf, dilanjutkan dengan bagaimana memilih integrasi yang efektif dengan memperhatikan environmental fil, serta penjabaran strategi kompetitif dengan menggunakan pendekatan Portter dan upaya mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif berkelanjutan melalui pengolahan SDM yang efektif. Tulisan ini ditutup dengan implikasi dan implementasi praktis strategi kompetitif, mampukah perusahaan menjabarkan dalam tataran praktis, prasyarat apa yang diperlukan dan bagaimana upaya mengatasi kendala yang muncul.                Tulisan ini mendasarkan kerangka konsep, sebagaimana terjabar dalam tampilan-1, bahwa integrasi perencanaan strategis dan fungsi SDM akan menghasilkan strategi kompetitif yang terintegrasi sesuai dengan sesuai dengan kondisi masing-masing perusahaan. Strategi kompetitif yang dilandasi dengan pengelolaan karyawan secara tepat akan dapat mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif. Bukan hanya keunggulan kompetitif sesaat tetapi mampu mempertahankan sebagai keunggulan kompetitif berlanjutan. Demikian seterusnya sehingga dihasilkan suatu penegasan pentingnya mengelola SDM secara efektif dalam bentuk praktik manajemen strategi.

Abstract

PT. Kimia Farma Plant Semarang Manufacturing is one of the State Owned Enterprises (SOEs) specializing in the pharmaceutical field, in which for the production activity in the region is in manufacturing cosmetics Seamarang national scale. In 2012 the performance of employees of PT. Kimia Farma Plant Semarang Manufacturing decreased from previous years. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine how to improve the performance of employees at PT. Kimia Farma Manufacturing Plant Semarang.This research was conducted by analyzing the factors that affect the performance of employees with transformational leadership variable, job satisfaction variable and loyalty variable as an intervening variable. This research by developing a theoretical model by proposing five hypotheses to be tested by using Partial Least Square (PLS) as an analytical tool. The respondents of this study were all employees of PT. Kimia Farma Manufacturing Plant Semarang totaling 80 people.The results of data processing by using PLS to the theoretical models have met the discriminant validity, value Average Variance Extracted (AVE) and the Test of Composite Realibility. The processing results can be stated that the model meets the criteria for a reliable and feasible for use. These results indicate that employee performance can be improved by job satisfaction and transformational leadership. Perception of transformational leadership are good and high job satisfaction will affect the performance of employees of PT. Kimia Farma Manufacturing Plant Semarang.

Abstract

AnstractSmall and Medium Enterprises ( SMEs ) is one important part of the Indonesian economy . The growth of SMEs experiencing increasing from 2001 until 2007 . However , in Central Java BPS data, 2012 has showed a decrease in the amount of SMEs from 2007 until 2011. The conditions indicate the existence of problems that effect to the   business performance. Several factors related with the performance of SMEs is entrepreneurship orientation and internal resources. This research has analyzed the effect entrepreneurship orientation and internal resources to competitive advantage and performance of SMEs furniture in Jepara. The results of data analyze showed that entrepreneurship orientation has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage and has a positive and significant effect on performance . Internal resources has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage and has a positive and significant effect on performance . Entrepreneurship orientation and internal resources have positively and significantly effect performance either directly or indirectly.through.competitive.advantage. Based on of these results , managerial implications that can be recommended is an increase in performance can be achieved with a  more proactive and innovative to create a quality product and market preferred . The businessmen should expand the entrepreneurial ability to dig up more information through various media . Increasing the skills of employees can be done through training . This effort done so that the furniture company able to compete in the global market place .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio keuangan terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan industri sub sector farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) untuk periode 2014-2017. Rasio keuangan tersebut terdiri dari Working Capital Turnover, Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover, Inventory Turnover, Total Asset Turnover, Liquidity, dan Asset Structure. Sampel didapat dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria diperoleh sebanyak 10 perusahaan sub sektor farmasi yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan. Analisi data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variable Working Capital Turnover, Receivable Turnover, Inventory Turnover, Total Asset Turnover dan Liquidity tidak berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA). Sedangkan variable Cash Turnover dan Asset Structure berpengaruh terhadap Profitabilitas (ROA).

Abstract

Dalam upaya  memajukan kesejahteraan umum  dan mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, tenaga  listrik  merupakan cabang produksi yang penting bagi negara sebagai salah  satu pemanfaatan kekayaan alam yang menguasai hajat hidup orang banyak  perlu digunakan  untuk kesejahteraan dan  kemakmuran rakyat.  Disamping itu tenaga listrik  mempunyai kedudukan yang penting dalam  pembangunan nasional pada  umumnya dan sebagai  salah satu pendorong kegiatan ekonomi pada khususnya dalam  rangka  mewujudkan masyarakat adil dan  makmur  yang merata  materiil dan  spirituil berdasarkan  Pancasila dan Undang-Undang  Dasar  1945.

Abstract

The shifting of a management paradigm, due to the fast development on management science, urges an organization or a company to conduct change in the management style. Recently this style appreciates very much on the value of an intellectual capital. An intellectual capital, Ulrich (1998) states, has two important characteristics, indeed a competency and a commitment. This research considers a competency and a commitment from a managerialpoint of view. In this regard, the competency refers to a managerial competency and the commitment refers to managerial commitment to the employee empowerment. These two characteristics have been the key success factors in a competitive business era. Uke other businesses, banking industries experience the similar situation, hence a very tight competition. Accordingly, banking industries have to focus on a service quality. In these regards, banking management has to evaluate regularly and must understand what the real needs of their customers. In order to achieve its goals and high performance quality, banking management cannot solely focus on the managerial competency, but they must also pay more attention on managerial commitment, particularly the employee empowerment. This research is aimed at examining the impact of managerial competency and commitment to the employee empowerment, and in turns its impact on the company performance. This idea is then built into a model which includes two intervening variables, indeed employee empowerment and employee satisfaction. In addition, the model is also linked to an external environment as a moderating variable. The respondents are supefVisors who work in bank companies which are known to have a very good setvce quality (Marketing Research Indonesia, 2005). Among them, eight companies were selected and 206 supervisors took place.The consideration is to delve whether the intellectual capital is optimally made use in the effort to achieve planned company performance. The result indicates that managerial competency and management commitment to employee empowerment respectively affect positively and significantly on the company performance. This result confirms to Pena's (2002), Mavridis' (2004), and Pickett's (1998) studies. In addition, the result supports that the intervening variables strengthen the management commitment in achieving company performance. This result supports the studies of Hickman (1998), Luthans (2002), and Moye (2003). This linkage implies that management commitment to employee empowerment and employee satisfaction is not a normative aspect rather it is very important and a key factor to the success of the companies.Then the test of moderating variable proves that its role on the relationship between two aspects of intellectual capital and company performance does not necessarily influence. This results shows that in some cases, the role of external environment lessen Zahra (1993) and Lumpkin and Dess (2001). This is caused by the respondents are not the decision makers. To explore this relation, it would be better if the questionnaires are aimed at managers rather then supervison.
