Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk  mengevaluasi kinerja pemeliharaan dalam memberikan kontribusi menjaga kesiapan, kehandalan, dan effisiensi unit Pembangkit Listrik. Narasumber dalam studi ini adalah Manajer Pemeliharaan, Supervisor Senior Perencanaan, Pengendalian dan Evaluasi Pemelihraan, Kepala Divisi. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode kualitatif wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan Fishbone Diagram. Berdasarkan analisa yang dilakakuan ditemukan bahwa faktor penyebab utama gangguan operasi pembangkit dibagi menjadi dua, penyebab yang pertama diluar kendali management UP Semarang seperti life time machine, pola operasi start-stop, anggaran pemeliharaan yang terbatas. Faktor yang kedua sebenarnya masih dapat dikendalikan management UP Semarang dari aspek people dan methode. kontribusi manajemen pemeliharaan terhadap kinerja perusahaan belum optimal untuk mencapai perbaikan substansial, kelemahannya ada pada tata kelola WPC karena kurang konsisten dalam pelaksanaannya, sedangkan upaya yang telah dilakukan belum maksimal untuk mencapai optimalisasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan karena setiap elemen proses masih kurang sinergi. Berdasarkan hasil kesimpulan, dapat dilakukan impikasi kebijakan dengan meningkatkan metode pemeliharaan dan membenahi kualitas SDM serta leadership.

Abstract

Changes in business processes that are running very fast in the industrial era 4.0 have positive and negative impacts on the business world. For those who want to continue to progress and develop, then these changes become a necessity. This study aims to uncover various types of business process models that are currently developing. We conduct investigations from various international journal articles and classify articles according to the field of study. The results of the investigation can provide an overview of the issues that are currently developing in the international world and become one of the references for those engaged in the business world and academia.

Abstract

Music streaming service has become one of the most influential factors in Indonesian music consumption patterns where the music industry can no longer depend on physical products and consumers are now more selective in enjoying music. This study discusses how the development of the use of steaming music platforms has an impact on consumption patterns and music marketing. The method used in this study is a qualitative method by means of descriptions in the form of words and language. The results of this study indicate that the movement of Z as the main connoisseurs of digital music in Indonesia has shown that the music industry players are very supportive of digitalization to facilitate marketing their music and help protect their intellectual property by reducing piracy.

Abstract

Instagram usability is to search for a person's profile, expand friendships, and offer a product between people. The study focused on the interaction between the user and the marriage provider to explain the process of acceptance of technology especially Instagram. The research question that is formed was “how the interaction of East Jakarta brides and the wedding vendors on Instagram in planning their wedding so that behind the alternative wedding reference online?”. The method used a netnography, and interviews, the informant has chosen in the East Jakarta area were five people. The research aims to understand how social media helps brides working in East Jakarta to plan weddings and construct diverse contributions from audiences. Abstract

Studi ini ditujukan untuk melihat bagaimana ilmu manajemen stratejik memperoleh legitimasi sebagai bagian dari ilmu manajemen. Studi pustaka ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan dengan menganalisis secara deskripsi, inteprestasi dan konstruksi dari beberapa pustaka yang terkait dengan relevan di dalam menegaskan makna realitas dan bagaimana realitas itu dihadirkan sebagai landasan dalam penelitian manajemen stratejik. Hasil kajian dalam studi ini menegaskan, pertama, bahwa obyek dalam manajemen stratejik adalah obyek yang harus dihadirkan dalam bentuk narasi yang kokoh. Peneliti di ranah manajemen stratejik harus memampu memilah dan memilih fenomen yang bersifat stratejik atau bukan stratejik. Kedua, secara aksiologis; kaidah dan norma-norma manajemen stratejik membantu proses kanalisasi ranah realitas yang bersifat stratejik. Obyek penelitian yang dihadirkan seringkali melibatkan beragam proksi seperti aspek lingkungan, perubahan teknologi, maupun desain organisasi, yang notabene terbuka untuk melibatkan ranah keilmuan yang lainnya.. Pendekatan bricolage dalam konteks manajemen stratejik menjadi relevan untuk mencari optimalisasi atau kesempurnaan; namun berorientasi pada pragmatisme “good enough”. Pendekatan interpretative memiliki kemampuan melakukan eksplorasi untuk memperoleh proksi yang esensial dari sebuah fenomena.

Abstract

The pandemic of COVID-19 takes the community to do physical distance and do more activities at home (stay home). More is expelled from work, more than people working in the tourism sector, such as in Bali. Many are turning from jobs to culinary traders because they think the sector is still waiting for a pandemic, and they are using online marketing techniques through local celebrity support services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of local celebrity endorsement through social media on buying interest, impulsive buying, and consumer loyalty of culinary products during their stay at home during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study was conducted on consumers of culinary products in Bali. Data were collected using an online questionnaire instrument for 174 respondents. The analysis technique uses SEM-PLS. The analysis shows that local celebrity support directly influences significantly on buying interest, and indirectly influences significance on impulsive buying and consumer loyalty of culinary products.

Abstract

The development of economy in the world makes females have a large opportunity to pursue their career and become the breadwinner. In the other side, so many male that willing to resign from the job and become househusband. This research aims to test the difference of male and female attitude regarding the househusband as profession in our society. The samples used in this research is 200 respondent, consist of 108 male respondents, and 92 female respondents. Using the technique of Mann Whitney statistical test, this research provide the result that there is no difference attitude of male and female toward househusband as profession in our society. Even male and female, as together do not accept this new profession, both are agree that married man should take active role to manage domestic issue in the house, including child caretaking. Key Words : househusband, role reversal, attitude difference

Abstract

Leaders are very important for organizations and businesses. The various characters of leaders can determine the success of an organization due to their role and responsibility for planning, organizing, and decision-making of organizational strategies to achieve their goals. One of the leaders whose characteristic is quite interesting and possibly become our role models is Larry Page, a co-founder of Google Inc. The researchers used qualitative research methods by descriptive research in explaining Larry Page style of leadership in leading Google Inc. Result of this study shows that Larry Page has a very open and equal way of leading, making him a democratic and transformational leader for an instance Larry believe in crazy ideas of their employees since he believes that insane ideas could change the world whereas not all the leaders can trust their subordinate. To hear the ideas, Larry always encourages his subordinate to speak up at every opportunity and instantly give them constructive feedback.

Abstract

Income diversification is one of the Bank's strategies to earn income. Non-Interest Income is the alternative to absorb income other than Net Interest Income. However, the level of Non-Interest Income of Commercial Banks in Indonesia is still at an average of 20%. Based on this problem, the study aimed to analyze the effect of Income Diversification, Non-Interest Income, and determination of Non-Interest Income which is Fee Commissions Income And Trading Income on the performance of Commercial Banks in Indonesia listed in the Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) period of 2014 – 2018. The condition of Commercial Bank’s stakeholders in Indonesia also changes because of raised number of mergers and acquisition that occur in Indonesian banks. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the state-owned ownership and foreign ownership in moderating the effect of Income Diversification and Non-Interest Income on Commercial Banks’ performance in Indonesia listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) period of 2014-2018. The results of this study indicate that Income Diversification, Non-Interest Income, and Fee Commissions Income have positive and significant effect on the Bank's performance. Banks with state-owned ownership has a negative and significant influence in moderating the effect of Income Diversification and Non-Interest Income on ROA. Meanwhile, Banks with foreign ownership has a positive and significant effect on the Bank’s performance.

Abstract

The calculation of beta stock in Indonesia is still debatable to this day. Though many researchers who have used sophisticated methods mathematically, the assumptions applied in developing the methods are impossible to happen in the real world, such as the ability of stock market return the day after (lead) affects the market return today. This study was conducted to assess the stock price index in Indonesia Stock Exchange that can be used as a proxy of stock market in Indonesia. The results of this study showed that there was a gap between beta stocks counted with JCI return as a market proxy with beta stocks counted with index returns of LQ-45, SRI-KEHATI, PEFINDO-25, BISNIS-27, IDX-30 and KOMPAS-100. This study has also found that the beta counted by using KOMPAS-100 return produced the smallest standard error of the estimate (SEE) that it was more applicable compared to the other stock index returns.
