Everyone, especially frontline workers, feels the impact of COVID-19. In dealing with COVID-19, the family has a role that can impact the quality of life of health workers and non-health workers during the COVID-19 pandemic; a good role for the family will result in better health services and increased work engagement. Research on workers in the non-health sector in pandemic conditions is still rare, making researchers choose to take two groups of subjects. It is hypothesized that there is an influence between family coherence and family functioning on the quality of life of the subjects, and there are differences between the two groups of subjects. This study's results indicate an influence between the family sense of coherence and family functioning on the quality of life of health workers and non-health workers during the COVID-19 pandemic (F= 38,978; p>0,05; adjusted R2=0,276). There is no difference in the level of quality of life between health workers and non-health workers (p=0,307; mean differences = 1,63; 95%CI[-1,52; 4,77]), but there were differences in other variables. The implication of this research is the need to strengthen the family base so it can become a source of coping for family members.

A cyber affair is an affair in the form of emotional or sexual, carried out through virtual contacts. Cyber affair has various factors, including personality traits and relationship satisfaction. This study aims to determine the role of relationship satisfaction as a moderator of the relationship between personality traits and cyber affairs in young adult dating individuals. This study uses three measurements: Social Media Infidelity-Related Behavior, IPIP-BFM-25 dimensions of extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, and Relationship Assessment Scale. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling, with 734 participants obtained. Statistical analysis includes descriptive statistics, correlations, covariates, and moderation to answer the research questions. As a result, the conscientiousness personality trait has a significant negative correlation with cyber affairs. Moderation analysis indicates no moderating effect of relationship satisfaction on the relationship between personality traits and cyber affairs. It is thought to be caused by a reduced correlation between personality traits and cyber affairs due to the influence of relationship satisfaction.

Nonsuicidal Self-Injury (NSSI) is a common condition among adolescents; one of the causes is the inability of individuals to regulate their emotions, resulting in maladaptive coping. Mindfulness-based intervention- is a promising approach to addressing emotional regulation problems in adolescents with NSSI. This case study aims to determine the effect of mindfulness-based intervention, namely Learning to BREATHE (L2B; Broderick & Metz, 2009), in overcoming NSSI in adolescents. The study focused on the case of a 13-year-old girl in 7th grade who underwent a psychological examination for exhibiting risky behaviors (drinking alcohol and smoking), including self-injurious behavior (nonsuicidal). The results of this case study indicate that the L2B program can increase participants' emotion regulation and trait mindfulness and reduce rumination, all related to NSSI conditions. After the intervention, participants gained understanding and various new strategies using a mindfulness approach that can be used to manage emotions and difficult situations until they can be managed and faced more calmly. Participants also feel more sensitive to body sensations and what is happening around them, can spot stressful or intense situations, and know how to react to them.

Kebermaknaan hidup menjadi salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam kehidupan remaja. Apabila kebermaknaan hidup berhasil dipenuhi, individu akan merasakan kehidupan yang berarti dan mencapai kebahagiaan. Lingkungan keluarga berperan sebagai lingkungan pertama dan utama tempat berkembangnya individu, begitupun dengan proses pencapaian kebermaknaan hidup. Akan tetapi, terdapat kondisi tidak ideal dimana remaja tumbuh dan berkembang di panti asuhan. Oleh karena itu, kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara spiritualitas dan kebermaknaan hidup pada remaja yang tinggal di panti asuhan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan melibatkan sebanyak 75 partisipan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data diperoleh dengan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner kebermaknaan hidup dan spiritualitas yang telah ada dan dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif signifikan antara variabel spiritualitas dan kebermaknaan hidup. Terdapat kecenderungan bahwa semakin tinggi spiritualitas maka cenderung semakin tinggi kebermaknaan hidup. Spiritualitas dinilai memiliki andil dalam proses pencapaian akan kebermaknaan hidup pada remaja di panti asuhan. Adapun variabel lainnya yang berkaitan dengan kebermaknaan hidup remaja di panti asuhan memerlukan diskusi dan penelitian lebih lanjut. Dampak negatif dan kenyataan bahwa orang tua sebagai pelaku toxic parenting sangat menyakitkan bagi remaja, secara otomatis remaja melakukan strategi koping untuk mengatasi dampak negatif dan rasa sakit yang dirasakan. Penelitian ini berfokus untuk mengetahui pengalaman dan pemaknaan terhadap toxic parenting beserta strategi koping yang digunakan oleh remaja. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi interpretatif. Responden penelitian berjumlah 3 orang yang berusia 17 dan 19 tahun. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan wawancara semi terstruktur. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa toxic parenting yang dialami berupa kekerasan fisik dan verbal, tidak didukung dan diapresiasi, tidak dapat berbagi cerita dengan orang tua, dikekang, diintimidasi, serta dibandingkan. Toxic parenting berdampak pada psikologis dan fisiologis individu. Responden memaknai toxic parenting sebagai perilaku normal, perilaku yang tidak dibenarkan, dan dominan berdampak negatif. Responden menggunakan dua pendekatan strategi koping yaitu berfokus pada masalah dan emosi. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu remaja dapat menggunakan strategi koping yang memberikan dampak positif.

Penerimaan ditandai dengan sikap positif, pengakuan atau penghargaan terhadap nilai-nilai individu termasuk pengakuan atas perilakunya serta tidak menyalahkan orang lain dan terjebak dalam kemarahan atas keterbatasan yang dimiliki. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan proses penerimaan diri dari anak yang kehilangan anggota keluarga akibat COVID-19 dan mengetahui faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan diri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi deskriptif. Partisipan penelitian terdiri dari 3 orang remaja dengan kriteria 1) usia 1822 tahun dan 2) kehilangan anggota keluarga akibat COVID-19 setidaknya selama setahun. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dengan teknik semi-structured. Penelitian ini melihat penerimaan diri berdasarkan 5 tahap penerimaan yaitu denial, anger, bargaining, depression, dan acceptance. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa seluruh partisipan telah melalui lima tahap tersebut dan mencapai penerimaan atas kehilangan anggota keluarga akibat COVID-19. Self-awareness, empati, dukungan emosi dari lingkungan dan agama ikut berperan sebagai faktor yang membantu partisipan mencapai penerimaan diri pasca kehilangan anggota keluarga

This research is motivated by the phenomenon that adolescents have learning independence problems as indicated by some students not confident in their abilities, still dependent on other people, having difficulty studying independently, following friends' work, some students ask for answers during tests, and lack of initiative to ask when there is learning material that has not been understood. This study aims to determine the description of adolescent learning independence. This research uses a quantitative approach and a descriptive method. The results showed that the profile of adolescent learning independence at MAN 3 Ciamis showed that 51% or as many as 49 people were in the medium category. Furthermore, 49% or as many as 47 people are in the high category. That is, in general, the proportion of students' learning independence in the moderate category is slightly more than in the high category and relatively balanced. Based on this, it is necessary to provide counseling services, namely group guidance as an alternative to increase adolescent learning independence.

A smartphone is a tool for communication with the broader community. Users can operate a cellphone according to their will, have more complex device functions on the screen's surface, and have a much more sophisticated operating system. Smartphone addiction is when someone is too dependent on using a smartphone to access the internet continuously without thinking about the adverse effects. The excessive use of smartphones will have a negative impact; parents should be closer to their children, but it can be seen that parents hold smartphones more often but ignore their children. This study aims to look at the correlation between smartphones and social relations within the family. This research method is a quantitative type using a product moment correlational design. The population and sample are 167 active students at the Faculty of Health Sciences, the University of Muhammadiyah Palopo, in 2022. The data analysis technique used is Spearman's correlation test. The study results show a correlation between smartphone Addiction and the quality of social relations in the family (p-value = 0.000 <α value = 0.05). The strength of the relationship in the weak category and the direction of the correlation is negative, which means that the higher the smartphone use among students, the lower the social relationship. in the family.

The use of video conferencing media for a long time brings challenges in the form of fatigue that need to be understood and mitigated to maximize the benefits and impacts obtained. The hypothesis of this study is, there is a negative relationship between selfregulation and Zoom fatigue. This research method uses quantitative methods with the number of research participants is 409 students. The scales used are the Short SelfRegulation Questionnaire (SSRQ) and the Zoom Exhaustion and Fatigue (ZEF) Scale. The results showed that there was a significant negative relationship between selfregulation and Zoom fatigue in students using video conference media with a Pearson correlation value of -0.423 with sig. = 0.000 (p<0.05). It is known that Zoom fatigue experienced by students can be overcome if students have good self-regulation. So that fatigue from using video conferencing can be overcome and students are able to manage themselves properly during online activities.

Mental Toughness and Competitive Anxiety become psychological factors in sports because especially the players are teenagers. Research on sports psychology is currently developing so it is interesting to study especially on futsal players. Thus, this study aims to examine the effect of mental toughness on competitive anxiety in futsal players. This research is in the form of a survey (n=80) on futsal players in Sumbawa Besar City. Simple regression analysis was used to determine the effect of mental toughness on competitive anxiety in futsal players. The results showed that mental toughness had a significant effect on competitive anxiety. Thus, futsal players who have high mental toughness will reduce competitive anxiety that arises when competing. The findings of this study provide input to the Futsal Association (AFKAB) of Sumbawa Regency to prioritize mental strengthening programs for futsal players so that they are more optimal when competing.
