Abstract

Occupational health and safety (OHS) management system implementation is an effort to reduce the loss of business. Therefore, the management of PT. Phapros, Tbk. decided to obtain OHSAS 18001 certification to support its performance in OHS. This study was conducted to determine the level of compliance related to the OHS company's performance. The collected data were analyzed using factor analysis techniques, followed by Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and then compared with measurements prior to the implementation of OHSAS 18001 using paired t test. The measurement result shows that there is no significant difference of the company’s performance level and the compliance level between company’s performance level and employee’s importance level compared between before and after implementation of OHSAS 18001. While there is a significant difference for employee’s importance level compared between before and after implementation of OHSAS 18001. Policies can be taken according to their priorities, such as high, medium, and low priority. One of the high priority program is to intensify training related to the employee’s OHS understanding and awareness. Abstract

The aim of this research are 1) to analyse the influence of motivation, perception, andattitudes of consumers in together about the decision of the purchase on Astra MotorHonda Palur dealer 2) to analyze influence in partial motivation , perception and attitudeof consumers on the performance of the purchase decision on dealer astra honda motorvehicle palur .The population in this research was consumers on dealer astra hondamotor vehicle palur that is not boundless .In this research sample taken namely 100respondents .Data collection techniques in this research using questionnaires and writeruses likert scale as a measuring instrument .Technical data analysis in this research useslinear regression worship of idols , t test , test f , the coefficients determined.The result of the research indicated that: 1) simultaneously variable motivation,perception, and attitude consumers influential of the decision the purchase by a dealerAstra Honda Motor Palur. 2) in partial variable motivation, preception and attitudeconsumers influential of the decision the purchase by a dealer Astra Honda Motor Palur.Advised for the Honda Astra Motor Palur, psychology consumers need to pay attention toone of them is from the perspective of motivation, the perceptions and attitudes ofconsumers by improving the quality of honda motor be even better by using bettermaterial so that the quality of on a vehicle increased.Keywords: psychological factors, motivation, perception, the consumer, the buyers.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Sales force has very important role in life of banking in reaching its target. A good Management of sales force has important influence to reach effectiveness sale of company. Meanwhile, previous research mention that it is important to examine some performance of sales force factors with selling growth. This research hypothesized performance of sales force tactors influence to the effectiveness of selling of company. According to the literary review about sales force control system, the strenght of sales force, trust to wards the sales force influence the result performance of sales force and its relation with effectiveness sale of company this research propose four hypothesis, they are: H1-the sales force control systems have an positive effect on to performance result of sales force, H2-sales force reliability have an positive effect on to trust to sales force, H3-the trust at sales force have an positive effect on performance result of sales force, H4-performance result of sales force have an positive effect on effectiveness sale of company. To test the hypothesis research uses 105 questionnaires in this study. The population in this research sales force at Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) in eks. Karesidenan Semarang. The datas is then analysed by means of SEM of AMOS to test the causality relation of hypothesis. From result of the analysis have fulfilled Criteria Goodness-of-Fit. Chi-Square (107.203). Probability (0.052), RMSEA (0.050), CMIN/DF (1.262), TLI (0.955), and CFI (0.963) so that can be told this model competent to be used. Examination of raised hypothesis indicate that hypothesis 1,2,3, and 4 have up to standard which determined that is value of CR > 2.00 with the SEM propose theoretical implication that result performance of sales force can have implication on effectiveness sale of company. This reseach also propose implication of managerial is that factors variable which influence the result performance of sales force and its relationship with selling effectiveness of company is positively increasing the result performance of sales force trough sales force ability which is had by Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR). There are several implications for future research about performance of sales force bul location and object different so that equal can result. Abstract

Business performance was always associated with small and medium scale businesses durability. Wedding Organizer (WO) Business was a seasonal business with poor durability characteristic due to wedding events fluctuation. WO business role was crucial both helping and organizing wedding event that is ussualy needed by the bride and groom in their wedding. This study aimed to analyze the impact of organizational learning on business performance and use collaboration and business diversification as mediating variable in Semarang Wedding Organizer. Research approach used quantitative research method. This research type is an explanatory research in explaining factors that affect business performance. This study took a sample 43 respondents who run Wedding Organizer business in Semarang City by convenience sampling method. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement with five measurement scales. Data analysis method uses 3-stage multiple regression using SPSS 20. The results of this study proved that organizational learning affects collaboration, organizational learning affects business performance; Organizational learning does not affect business diversification, collaboration affects business performance and diversification does not affect business performance. The mediation test also explained that collaboration was successful as a mediating variable on research conducted at Semarang Wedding Organizer. This result also give a new concept called collaboration-based project strategy.

Abstract

Sukuk rating is something that must be considered by investors when investing in sukuk because sukuk ratings provide information and signals about the probability of the company experiencing default. Sukuk ratings can be influenced by financial factors that are defined by financial performance, firm size and non-financial analysis analyzed by sukuk structure. This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance as measured by profitability ratios, liquidity, leverage and company size and sukuk structure on sukuk ratings. The population in this study in the non-financial companies that issue sukuk and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of 2005-2016, which is still circulating in 2012 - 2017. Sampling in this study uses purposive sampling method, so that the total samples are 13 companies with a total of 57 research data. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of simultaneous multiple regression analysis (Test F) indicate that profitability ratios are proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), liquidity which is proxied by Current Ratio (CR), leverage measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), firm size and sukuk structure in this study shows the F-statistic coefficient value of 16.89648 with a significance value of 0.00000. While based on the results of partial regression analysis (t test) shows that profitability ratios (ROA) and company size (Size) have a positive and significant effect on sukuk ratings. While for the variable liquidity (CR) has a negative and significant on sukuk ratings. Leverage (DER) and sukuk structure does not have an influence on sukuk ratings.

Abstract

As there inconsistencies from previous research about political conection toward corporate performance, wether improve nor decrease. Furthermore ownership structure and cash holding do not always give positive impact on corporate performance.This research aims to analyze the influence of  political connection, ownership structure, and cash holdings on corporate performance in nonfinancial companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.The population of this research are nonfinancial companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2013-2016. The data sorted using purpose sampling method. The analytical tool used is panel data regression.The result of this research shows that political connection, institutional ownership, and cash holdings have significant positive effect on corporate performance. On the other hand foreign ownership have significant negative effect on corporate performance.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of the work environment and competence mediated by work motivation on Waroeng Special Sambal "SS" in Yogyakart. The independent variables used are work environment and competence. The dependent variable used is the performance of Waroeng Special Sambal "SS" employees in Yogyakarta. And work motivation as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all employees of Waroeng Special Sambal "SS" in Yogyakarta. Samples collected using simple random sampling in Waroeng Special Sambal "SS" in three branches namely East Babarsari Branch, Perumnas Branch and Samirono Branch with 108 respondents. The method of analysis in this study uses a partial least square (PLS) method with 2 models, namely the outer model and the inner model.The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive influence between work environment on the performance of Waroeng Special Sambal "SS" employees, significant positive between competencies on the performance of Waroeng Special Sambal "SS" employees, positive influence between work environment on the performance of Waroeng Special Sambal "SS" employees mediated by work motivation, a positive influence between competence on the performance of Waroeng Special Sambal "SS" mediated by work motivation. This study shows the direct and indirect effects between variables. Significant positive direct effect between work environment, competence and work motivation of Waroeng Special Sambal "SS" in Yogyakarta.Keywords: Work Environment, Competence, Work Motivation, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Islamic leadership of the current headmaster is a determinant of the success and progress of an educational institution in obtaining blessings and ridho of Allah swt. Allah swt has given the example of the best man as an example of good for all people as an example of the leader of the earth that is the Prophet Muhammad saw. The purpose of this research is to know the understanding and implementation of Islamic leadership by the principal of SMA Batik 1 Surakarta, by applying Islamic leadership to the educational institution ie school, and find out what should be the implementation of Islamic leadership at school. The method used is qualitative method with phenomenology study approach. The reason for choosing the method is so that this research can be done in depth to know the understanding and implementation of Islamic leadership of headmaster in SMA Batik 1 Surakarta. The results of this study indicate that the principal SMA SMA 1 Surakarta already understand and apply Islamic leadership.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1)Pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Mbah Djoe Resort Sarangan Kabupaten Magetan, (2)Pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan Mbah Djoe Resort Sarangan Kabupaten Magetan, (3)Pengaruh  kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan Mbah Djoe Resort Sarangan Kabupaten Magetan, (4)Pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan Mbah Djoe Resort Sarangan Kabupaten Magetan. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat sampling jenuh (sensus), di mana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Jumlah Karyawan pada Mbah Djoe Resort Sarangan Kabupaten Magetan sejumlah 40 orang.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket sebagai alat penelitian. Pengambilan data dengan wawancara dan kuesioner disusun dengan Skala Likert dan kemudian dihitung dengan metode SPSS. Hasil dari peneltian ini adalah: (1) Kompensasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien beta sebesar 0,505 dan signifikansi 0,000 ; (2) Komitmen organisasi  berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan koefisien beta sebesar 0,153 dan signifikansi 0,036; (3) Kompensasi berpengaruh tidak  langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi kepuasan kerja dengan besar pengaruh total 0,754,dan t hitung sebesar 3,1437 > 2,02809 (t tabel ) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05; (4) Komitmen organisasi tidak ada pengaruh tidak  langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan yang dimediasi kepuasan kerja dengan besar pengaruh total 0,243,dan t hitung sebesar 1,8924 < 2,02809 (t tabel ) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05

Abstract

The development of tourism industry due to needs and wants of each person to travel. People want spent their free time for fun and relaxation, so it makes the managers of Grand Puri Maerokoco Semarang to develop their tourism site’s ability and quality in order to fulfill consumer’s needs and wants. This study aims to explain the influence of service quality, innovation, and destination image in order to influence revisit intention which tourism attraction are used as intervening variables on to Grand Puri Maerokoco Semarang.Sampling of this research was done by using a non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method, in which the peoples who were make visit minimum in twice. The answer of 137 respondents were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 22 with Multiple Regressional Analysis as analytical tool. The first regression to analyze the effect of service quality, innovation, and destination image on tourism attraction. The second regression to analyzed the effect of tourism attraction on revisit intention.The results shows that service quality has positive and significant impact on tourism attraction. Innovation has positive and significant impact on tourism attraction. Destination image has positive and significant impact on tourism destination and also tourism destination has positive and significant impact on revisit intention.
