Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of creative work behavior as an intervening variable on the relationship of transformational leadership styles and work climate with performance. This research consists of two independent variables, one dependent variable and one intervening variable. The independent variable in this research is transformational leadership style and work climate. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance. The intervening variable in this study is creative work behavior. The population in this study were all high school teachers in the city of Semarang. The sample uses simple random sampling, amounting to 112 respondents. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. Analysis of research data using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis which is operated through the AMOS 24.0 program. The results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership style and work climate do not significantly influence employee performance. But creative work behavior has a significant positive effect on employee performance and transformational leadership style and work climate has a significant positive effect on creative work behavior.

Abstract

Maximizing firm value is the main goal of the firm. The high value of the firm indicates that the firm is able to maintain business continuity and can improve the welfare of shareholders. So that investors are interested in investing their capital in firm’s that have high firm value. Several previous studies have shown different results regarding the value of the company. Therefore this study was conducted to re-examine the theory of the firm value, and to determine the effect of company size, leverage, and profitability on the value of the main board companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period.This study uses a causal associative method with a quantitative approach, the data used are secondary data from the reports of the main board firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period obtained by 107 firms with purposive sampling techniques and analyzed using eviews 10. Data testing techniques used is descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumption test, correlation test, regression test, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testingThe results of the analysis show that the firm size variable produces a tcount (1.222) <ttable(1.974), and a significant value (0.221> 0.05) it means that the firm size partially has no effect on the firm value. Leverage variable produces a tcount (6,020)> ttable(1,974), and a significant value (0,00 <0.05), it means that leverage partially has a significant effect on the firm value. The profitability variable produces a tcount(12,965)> ttable(1,974), and a significant value (0,00 <0.05), it means that profitability has a partially significant effect on firm value. From testing all the independent variables simultaneously obtained fcount(61.079)> ftable(2.62), and the level of significance (0.00 <0.05). This shows simultaneously the variables of firm size, leverage, and profitability together affect  of the firm value main board contained on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2018.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of mediating good corporate governance the effect of the financial performance of corporate to the dividend policy. The financial performance under study includes ROA, CR, DER, Growth, and FCF. The population of this study are companies that included in the CGPI ranking and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, with the Purposive Sampling technique, by corporate that shares the benefist such as dividen to shareholders on the year of CGPI’s ranking, corporate that stated the financial statements per December 31st in IDR currency. The analysis technique used was to use multiple regression and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that ROA has a significant negative effect on the DPR, CR, FCF and GCG has a significant positive effect to the DPR, DER, and Growth does not have any effect to the DPR. Growth has a significant negative effect to the DPR. ROA, and CR have no negative effect on GCG, DER has no positive effect on GCG, Growth has a negative effect on GCG, FCF has a significant positive effect on GCG, meanwhile ROA, CR, DER does not have any effect to GCG. GCG is able to mediating the effect of FCF to the DPR.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of Rides image through delight and service quality to customer loyalty on Transtudio Bandung  customers in Jabodetabek. This research is a descriptive study and causal relationship. The sample in this study were 200 respondents. This research method is SEM analysis with Warp PLS tools. The results of this study indicate that waterpark image, delight, and service quality have a significant and positive influence on customer loyalty. Whereas indirectly Rides image influences customer loyalty through delight and service quality.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate financial ratios in minimizing non performing financing (NPF) at Sharia Banks. The samples of this study were 11 Sharia Banks listed in Bank Indonesia in 2008-2018. The data were  analyzed by using multiple linier regression analysis. The result of this study showed that CAR, QPA, and OEOI have a significant positive effect on NPF.  Meanwhile, FDR variable has no significant negative effect on NPF. The results of this study are expected to provide information on the factors that can affect the NPF and how to control the NPF so that Sharia Banks can keep the ratio of NPF net to stay under 5%, this is to maintain the condition of the bank soundness level.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand experience variables on brand loyalty through brand resonance and brand reputation as an intervening variable for users of the DANA E-Wallet application in Semarang City. The population used in this study are DANA application users who have transacted using the application and are domiciled in the city of Semarang, Central Java. The number of samples used in this study were 100 respondents.In this study, data was collected through distributing questionnaires to selected samples through non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling method. Measurement in the questionnaire uses a Likert scale. Five hypotheses were tested using quantitative methods with the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression which was estimated with the help of computer software in the form of SPSS version 25.The results of the analysis of this study indicate that brand experience has a positive and significant effect on brand resonance, brand experience has a positive and significant effect on brand reputation, brand experience has a positive and significant effect on brand loyalty, brand resonance mediates the effect of brand experience on brand loyalty and brand reputation mediates. the influence of brand experience on brand loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Nasmoco Bahtera Motor Yogyakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Nasmoco Bahtera Motor Yogyakarta dan pengaruh tidak langsung Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui work overload. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2021 hingga Maret 2021, dengan menggunakan metode proportional sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 90 orang. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner yang disusun dengan skala likert dan kemudian dihitung menggunakan metode pengolahan data analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) Tidak terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui work overload sebagai variabel intervening, 4) Tidak terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui work overload sebagai variabel intervening.Kata Kunci: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Kompensasi, Work Overload, dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of proactive pesonality on career satisfaction and employee performance by employee creativity as intervening variables. This Study uses two types of data sources, namely primary data in the form of interviews with respondents and quetionaire results via Google Form Link, while secondary data is obtaining from primary data processing using Stuctural Equation Model (SEM) as a data analysis tool consisting of 5 (five) hypothesis which is then operated using the AMOS computational program. In this study, data were obtained from respondents, namely Bank BTN Semarang City employees with 110 respondents.The results show that proactive personality have a positive and significant effect on employee creativity, employee creativity have a positive and significant effect on career satisfaction, employee creativity have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, proactive personality have a positive and significant effect on career satisfaction, and proactive personality have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1)Pengaruh fasilitas terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Wisata Umbul Ponggok Klaten, (2)Pengaruh pengalaman pengunjung terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Wisata Umbul Ponggok Klaten, (3)Pengaruh fasilitas melalui kepuasan pengunjung terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Wisata Umbul Ponggok Klaten, (4)Pengaruh pengalaman pengunjung melalui kepuasan pengunjung terhadap loyalitas pengunjung Wisata Umbul Ponggok Klaten. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat sampling, di mana hanya wisatawan yang berdomisili Klaten minimal pernah sekali melakukan kunjungan. Jumlah sampel sejumlah 110 orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisoner disusun dengan Skala Likert dan kemudian dihitung dengan metode SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Fasilitas berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas pengunjung dengan koefisien beta sebesar 0.233 dan hasil signifikan 0.015 ;(2) Pengalaman pengunjung berpengaruh langsung terhadap loyalitas pengunjung dengan koefisien beta sebesar 0,382  dan hasil signifikan sebesar 0,000 ;(3)  Fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pengunjung melalui kepuasan pengunjung dengan besar pengaruh total 0,395 dan t hitung sebesar 2,319 < 1,98 (t tabel ) dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,050 ;(4) Pengalaman pengunjung tidak berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pengunjung melalui kepuasan pengunjung dengan besar pengaruh total sebesar 0,447 dan t hitung sebesar 1,897 < 1,98 dengan tingkat signifkan 0,050

Abstract

Abstract. This research studied the causative link between working capital management (WCM) and return on assets (ROA) in consumer goods companies listed on The Indonesian Stock Exchange. Days Sales of Inventory (DSI), Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), Days Payable Outstanding (DPO) and Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) were used as WCM metrics. The study was based on micro-data for 39 consumer goods companies with period from 2015 – 2019. By using multiple regression and correlations analysis, the study shows that extending DSO and DPO had a profitable impact on ROA and extending the DSI and CCC had an adverse impact on ROA in consumer goods companies. Keywords : consumer goods industry, profitability, working capital management
