Abstract

This final project discusses changes in organizational structure at the Pusat Data dan Layanan Informasi Perum LKBN Antara and looks at the impact on their services and human resources. This research uses qualitative research with a case study method and data collection using interview techniques and document studies. The results of this study show that the changes that occurred at the PUSDATIN Antara were the increasing in work units that previously only handled text data and library services, now handling photo and video data services as well. However, the changes that occur at the PUSDATIN Antara are still in the changing phase, not until the final phase yet, which is the freezing phase. This current phase has made some impacts on human resources and services provided by the PUSDATIN Antara. The impact on human resources is the lack of employees to handle photo data services, while the impact on services is the lack of integration of video data services.

Abstract

In the current era, many companies that are starting to stand up either large scale or small scale cause competition among companies that arises requiring to follow trends in carrying out company activities, especially human resource development activities. Organizational commitment is considered important for the sustainability of the company, where employees can devote ideas, ideas, thoughts and energy to achieve the work expected by the company. In addition, if employees have motivation in doing their jobs, it is expected that employees are able to obtain good work results. Therefore there is a need for testing related to organizational commitment and motivation on the performance of employee case studies on temporary employees and contracts on CV. Inspira.Population in this study were 80 employees who are divided by non-permanent employees and contracts in CV. Inspira. The sampling technique in this study used quota sampling. The questionnaire is used as a research instrument for data retrieval. This type of research is quantitative descriptive while the data obtained are analyzed through multiple regression analysis and for the analysis tool used in this study, namely SPSS 20.The results showed that organizational commitment had a significant effect on employee performance, both for temporary employees and contract employees. Work motivation as another variable also has a significant effect on the performance of non-permanent employees, but contract employees show that motivation does not significantly influence employee performance. In addition, there are differences between organizational commitment, motivation and performance between temporary employees and contract employees. It is recommended for companies to pay more attention or review related incentives and bonuses given to employees, especially in this study employees who are status as contract employees so as to improve the performance of employees in the company.

Abstract

Financial inclusion is currently a concern of the world and particularly the nation of Indonesia. Financial inclusion is expected to be able to provide access to financial services to the public. Banking financial services through lending can certainly support MSMEs in running their business. This investigation expects to examine the dimensions of financial inclusion, in particular the dimension of access and use, through indicators of demographic branch penetration, geographic ATM penetration, and Credit accounts per capita on the amount of MSME credit in Central Java. The sample in this research is using total sampling method. The sample used is 35 districts and cities in Central Java in 2011-2016. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption test. The outcomes showed that the demographic ATM penetration and credit accounts per capita had a significant positive effect on MSME credit, while the geographic branch penetration variable was not in accordance with the proposed hypothesis where geographic branch penetration had a negative and insignificant effect on MSME credit.

Abstract

Secara geografis, Indonesia terletak pada pertemuan tiga lempeng tektonik yaitu lempeng Indo-Australia, lempeng Eurasia, dan lempeng Pasifik. Berdasarkan kondisi geografis ini, Indonesia merupakan negara di Asia Tenggara yang paling banyak mengalami bencana gempa bumi dan gunung berapi, khususnya gempa tektonik yang terjadi di dasar laut yang dapat memicu terjadinya bencana Tsunami. Selain bencana alam, Indonesia juga menghadapi banyak kecelakaan transportasi laut dan udara yang terjadi di seluruh perairan Indonesia. tingginya kejadian bencana alam dan kecelakaan transportasi yang terjadi di laut, membutuhkan suatu manajemen penanggulangan bencana alam dan kecelakaan transportasi yang baik khususnya instansi-instansi pemerintah yang memiliki wewenang dan tanggung jawab dalam penanggulangan bencana alam dan kegiatan Search and Rescue (SAR) di laut. Pushidrosal sebagai Lembaga Hidrografi Nasional dibawah TNI Angkatan Laut, memiliki wewenang dan tanggung jawab dalam penanggulangan bencana alam dan SAR di laut. Pushidrosal saat ini telah memiliki tim Unit Survei Tanggap Segera (USTS) yang dibentuk khusus untuk melaksanakan operasi penanggulangan bencana alam dan SAR di laut. Saat ini, tim USTS masih memiliki beberapa kendala yang harus dibenahi, salah satunya berhubungan dengan status organisasi tim USTS yang masih bersifat bentukan (Ad hoc). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti kendala yang dihadapi  tim USTS berkaitan dengan status organisasi yang masih bersifat Ad hoc, serta upaya untuk menemukan solusi terbaik sehingga kemampuan tim USTS dapat ditingkatkan.Kata kunci: Tim Unit Survei Tanggap Segera, Penanggulangan bencana alam, Search And Rescue (SAR).

Abstract

This study was made based on the phenomenon that occurs in PT Dankos Farma that a high turnover rate  encounter the company based on the data between March 2017 to March 2018. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of job stress and working environment on employee’s turnover intention through job satisfaction as a mediator in pharmacy company in Indonesia, namely PT Dankos Farma. Job satisfaction was chosen as the mediator as it is the primary determinant of turnover intention (Mobley et al., 1979) This study uses data sources from primary data through the distribution of research questionnaires, and secondary data through journals, books, and relevant data obtained from the company. This study uses a non-probability sampling approach, more specifically the purposive sampling through the distribution of questionnaires to 119 respondents of PT Dankos Farma employees. The data analysis technique used in this study is Hierarchical Regression with IBM SPSS 23 application to find out the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, t test, F test, coefficient of determination test, and sobel test to find out the mediation effect. Analysis of the statistical testing result showed that job stress had significant negative effect on job satisfaction, and had significant positive effect on turnover intention. While working environment had significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and had a significant negative impact on turnover intention. Job satisfaction had a significant negative impact on turnover intention. In addition, it is also known that job satisfaction variables can mediate the indirect relationship between job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Nasmoco Bahtera Motor Yogyakarta. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Nasmoco Bahtera Motor Yogyakarta dan pengaruh tidak langsung Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui work overload. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2021 hingga Maret 2021, dengan menggunakan metode proportional sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 90 orang. Pengumpulan data primer dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner yang disusun dengan skala likert dan kemudian dihitung menggunakan metode pengolahan data analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan, 2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, 3) Tidak terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui work overload sebagai variabel intervening, 4) Tidak terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui work overload sebagai variabel intervening.Kata Kunci: Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Kompensasi, Work Overload, dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, service fairness and service convenience on repurchase intentions, with customer engagement behavior as a mediating variable and make Starbucks Coffee Indonesia the object of this study. The variables used in this study are service quality, service fairness and service convenience as independent variables, customer engagement behavior as mediating variables and repurchase intentions as dependent variables. The research population is customers who have made purchases of Starbucks products at least once. The number of samples used was 130 respondents. This research uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique using AMOS 22 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a negative effect on customer engagement behavior, service justice has a positive and significant effect on customer engagement behavior, service convenience has a negative effect on customer engagement behavior and customer engagement behavior has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of physical environment quality, food quality, and service quality on the repurchasing interest and word of mouth interest in Du Cafe Semarang. The population in this thesis are the consumers of Du Cafe Semarang. The number of sample used is 200 selected persons, using purposive sampling method, while the data resource are mainly obtained from the questioners that was analyzed afterwards by AMOS program.The result of this study shows that physical environment do not affect toward consumers satisfaction, while food quality and service quality affect positively on consumers satisfaction. Moreover, consumers satisfaction have an positive impact on the interest in repurchasing and the interest in word of mouth. The Variable that affect interest in repurchasing and the interest in word of mouth the most in Du Cafe is service quality. Thus, the quality of service becomes a crucial determinant of a café strategy success.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine whether Non Performing Asset, Capital Adequacy, and Insolvency Risk can affect bank performance. This study use size and age of bank as control variables. The data that used in this study are secondary data obtained from the annual banking financial statements dor state-owned commercial banks and private commercial banks operated in Indonesia from 2014 to 2018. Panel data regression is used to analyzed the hypothesis that has been determined for this study.The result of the study is Non Performing Asset that used the ratio of Gross NPA and Net NPA as the measurement indicators have significant and negative relationship to bank performance using ROA as the indicators. A significant negative relationship was also found in the relationship of Capital Adequacy and bank performance. Insolvency Risk determined by Z-Score indicates that the banks in this study included as safe area category which referred to a healthy bank so it has a significant relationship to bank performance.

Abstract

The existence of different levels of bank’s performance in each Indonesian banks and the existence of banks with under level performance makes research on the factors that influence bank’s performance becomes more important to be examined. The aim of the research is  to analyze the effect of size, size, Non-performing Loan (NPL), Equity to Asset Ratio (EAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), reserve requirement (GWM), labor productivity and market concentration (which is proxied by market share of each bank) on the performance of listed conventional banks in Indonesia. The bank’s performance in this research is measured by Return on Asset (ROA).The research sample used are 25 listed conventional banks in Indonesia for the 2014-2018 period. The data selection method used in this research is purposive sampling method. The hypothesis testing of this study using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26 program.The study found that size, Equity to Asset Ratio (EAR), labor productivity and market share have a significant positive effect on bank’s performance. Non-performing Loan (NPL) have a significant negative effect on bank’s performance. Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Reserve requirement (GWM) have a positive but not significant effect on bank’s performance
