Abstract

This research was conducted at the Hamong Putera Educational Foundation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct effect of compensation and job satisfaction on teacher performance in the Hamong Putera Foundation and the indirect effect of compensation and job satisfaction on teacher performance through organizational commitment. Data was collected from March 2020 to April 2020, using the census method with 46 respondents. Primary data collection is done by using a questionnaire method compiled with a Likert scale and then calculated using the path analysis data processing method. The results of this study indicate that 1) There is a direct effect of compensation on teacher performance, 2) There is a direct effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance, 3) There is an indirect effect of compensation on teacher performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable, 4) There is an indirect effect of satisfaction work on teacher performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable..

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of EPS, NPM, DER, CR and PER on stock prices on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the period 2008-2018 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is causal associative research. The research population is 30 companies. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 16 companies. Data analysis methods used are correlation, regression, determination, t test and F test. The results of the study show that partially EPS and NPM variables partially have a significant effect on stock prices, while DER, CR and PER variables partially have no significant effect and have a direction negative towards share prices on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the period 2008-2018 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

The 4th development of Industrial Revolution gives effect in industrial sector including maritime industrial sector. In the existing of dynamical change, Organizational Culture needs special treatment to increase employee’s performance. Besides, in the process of change, the readiness for change existed in employee is also important thing that needs attention to gain changes (transformation) which is suitable with the organization’s purposes. This research aims to know and analyze the effect of organizational culture variable towards employee’s performance through their readiness for change as mediator in one of Indonesian State Owned-Enterprises (BUMN), PT. PELNI (Persero) Jakarta. Research sample are permanent employee in PT. PELNI (Persero) Jakarta and already joined the program of company culture internalization for the agent of changes. The analysis of data is done by validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, Path analysis, T test, F test, coefficient of determination test, also sobel test to know the effect of mediation. The result of research shows that Organizational Culture gives positive and significant effects to employee’s performance and the readiness for change; The Readiness for change give positive and significant effects to employee’s performance. Besides, the variable of Readiness for Change is proved to be able to mediate the relationship between Organizational Culture and employee’s performance, although the indirect-effect is fewer than direct-effect, so that this research can be suggestion for future research to more explore the variable of readiness for change as independent variable in the context of Industrial Revolution 4.0.

Abstract

Brand equity is one of the core aspects of marketing, all marketing strategies are basically the goal of building a solid brand. Brands have solid equity to succeed in gaining loyal customer marketing and financial benefits. When before deciding to become a customer or client, of course, consumers are inflated by many things that motivate them. Therefore it is very meaningful to analyze the key factors that motivate the use of brand equity and customer service at that time to look for correlations and obtain suitable conclusions. The object that is being studied is the customer of Islamic banking.. The purpose of this research is to identify the impact of brand value, Brand Awareness, Brand Loyality on Brand Equity at Bank Muamalat in Semarang. The research method used in this research is through a survey. Information is analyzed quantitatively and uses a causal research design. The method of taking illustrations used in this research is to use Non-Probability Sampling with purposive sampling method. All of the illustrative information obtained by distributing questionnaires is 100 respondents and will be processed using the SPSS 24 software feature

Abstract

This research about the human capital approach to manage human resources becoming  productive. The method used is qualitative method with descriptive research. Human capital approach for the implementation has five maain components, i.e individual capability, individual motivation, the organization climate, workgroup effectiveness and leadership. Recognizing the importance of human resource company activities, needed to optimal manage human resources because the key to success  a company isn’t only benefits of technology and availability of funds, but also on the human factor. Based on observations in Indonesia, there are still many companies doesn’t have  implemented the most optimal approach to human capital. The results of  study indicate that the human capital component  hasn’t been optimal, especially in terms of individual capability and individual motivationThe purpose of  study was determine the effect of several variables such as competence, leadership, and work discipline on employeess performance. The method used is descriptive and causality. The statistical test in this study uses Multiple Regression Analysis. Respondents involved in this study were 93 employeess who were permanent employeess at the Human Resources and Facility Management Directorate at PT Telekomunication Indonesia, Jakarta Head Office. The sampling method of his research  using purposive sampling. Data accumulation techniques using questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression. The results indicates that partially competence has an effect on employeess performance, The Orgamizatation Climte doesn’t affect employees performance, work Group Efficiency affects employees performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial indicators that have a significant effect on the return on equity (ROE) of the Indonesian energy industry. The literature shows that companies that benefit from higher ROE ratios usually have several competitive advantages that can bring greater profits and thus greater returns for investors. In this case, it seems necessary to determine and study the factors that have the greatest influence on ROE. This study conducted a sample survey of 45 Indonesian energy industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. To determine the strongest ROE driver, we used a linear regression model. Other financial ratios are introduced in this study. Therefore, this study involves the use of five indicators/tariffs that are considered to have a significant effect on ROE. According to our results, asset turnover ratio, financial leverage, and current ratio (Quent Ratio) are the most relevant ratios for determining ROE, which indicates that asset turnover ratio and price have the greatest influence on earnings.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) The influence of organizational culture on the performance of AO Transport & Shuttle employees in Yogyakarta, (2) The influence of the work environment on the performance of AO Transport & Shuttle employees in Yogyakarta, (3) The influence of organizational culture on employee performance through work motivation AO Transport & Shuttle employees in Yogyakarta, (4) The influence of the work environment on employee performance through the work motivation of AO Transport & Shuttle employees in Yogyakarta. Sampling used in this study is saturated sampling (census), in which all members of the population are sampled. The number of employees at AO Transport & Shuttle in Yogyakarta is 37 people. This study uses a survey method that is research conducted using a questionnaire as a research tool. Data collection by interview and questionnaire was compiled with a Likert Scale and then calculated using the SPSS method. The results of this study are: (1) Organizational culture directly influences employee performance with a beta coefficient of 0.273 and a significance of 0.022; (2) The work environment has a direct effect on employee performance with a beta coefficient of 0.474 and a significance of 0.000; (3) Organizational culture has no indirect effect on employee performance mediated by work motivation with a total influence of 0.371, and t arithmetic of 0.5187 <2.0345 (t table) with a significance level of 0.05; (4) The work environment has no indirect effect on employee performance mediated by work motivation with a total influence of 0.595, and t count is 1.7824 <2.0345 (t table) with a significance level of 0.05. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Work Motivation, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

Gudang Garam is a leading clove cigarette producer which is identical to Indonesia, which is one of the main centers of spice trade in the world. Since 1989 to 2006, PT Gudang Garam Tbk (GGRM) had dominated the market with a share of around 28% to 47%. But since the first quarter of 2007, PT HM Sampoerna Tbk (HMSP), with the support of Philip Morris, takled Gudang Garam down and dominated the national cigarette industry. This study aims to analyze the effect of product innovation, marketing communication and product quality on brand image and brand trust in of Gudang Garam cigarettes. The variables used in this study are product innovation, marketing communication and product quality as independent variables, brand trust as an intervening variable and brand image as the dependent variable. The population used in this study is Gudang Garam branded cigarette consumers in the city of Semarang. The numbers of samples used were 200 respondents. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analytical technique using AMOS 23 analysis application and also assisted with SPSS analysis. The results of this study show that there is an interrelated connection among product innovation, marketing communication, and product quality towards brand image and brand trust., product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image and brand trust and brand trust has a positive influence and significant towards brand image

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of financial rewards, promotions, and job satisfaction on employee performance mediated by employee loyalty, where an empirical study was conducted on employees of PT XXX. In this research, hypothesis testing is used and this type of research is included in quantitative research. Primary data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires as many as 224 valid questionnaires given to respondents who were employees of PT XXX. Sampling with proportional stratified random sampling technique. Data analysis was processed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart PLS software version 3.2. The results were found if financial rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, promotion has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Then financial rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, but promotion does not have a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Then employee loyalty has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, financial rewards have a positive and significant impact on employee performance mediated by employee loyalty. However, job promotion does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by employee loyalty, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by employee loyalty. The limitation in this study lies in the use of samples, which were only obtained from one private hospital in North Jakarta. Therefore, the results in this study cannot be generalized to all hospitals, because of the different characteristics between hospitals.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1)Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil Dinas Koperasi, UMKM dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Bantul, (2)Pengaruh budaya organisasional terhadap kinerja pegawai negeri sipil Dinas Koperasi, UMKM dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Bantul, (3)Pengaruh  gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai negeri sipil Dinas Koperasi, UMKM dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Bantul, (4) Pengaruh budaya organisasional terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai negeri sipil Dinas Koperasi, UMKM dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Bantul. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat sampling jenuh (sensus), di mana semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Jumlah Pegawai Negeri Sipil Dinas Koperasi, UMKM dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Bantul sejumlah 47 orang.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan populasi sebagai sampel. Pengambilan data dengan wawancara dan kuesioner disusun dengan Skala Likert dan kemudian dihitung dengan metode SPSS. Hasil dari peneltian ini adalah: (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai;(2) Budaya Organisasional  berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai; (3) Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional tidak ada pengaruh tidak  langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi kepuasan kerja; (4) Budaya Organisasional tidak ada pengaruh tidak  langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai yang dimediasi kepuasan kerjaKata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan Transfromasional; Budaya Organisasional; Kepuasan Kerja; Kinerja
